Phenomenal restaurant and staff! This restaurant had the most diverse menu and everything was delicious! Had an amazing experience, with a friend of mine. Nikki led us in the direction to get us what we were looking for, oils/supplements they did not have available. Can’t wait to browse their web supplements! Thank you for the experience, we will definitely be back!
I am extremely disappointed and actually quite disgusted with the actions (or lack of) with the business owner at One Sacred Body Spa at Santa Fe Oxygen and Healing BarMy daughter, a military wife, was visiting my son, who is also in the military, when she decided to get an aromatherapy treatment at this spa. While learning about the services, the owner spilled a full bottle of essential oil on my daughter’s dress and purse. Although she initially apologized and offered to pay for the cleaning and repair, she has since completely blown off my daughter and downplayed the situation as if it were no big deal. In fact, she said “unfortunately these things happen” suggested she “look for something similar”. THATS NOT HOW BUSINESSES WORK!!She has gone on to say that she cannot afford the to replace or repair the damaged items. This tells me that she clearly doesn’t have insurance to ensure your safety. When you walk into a business, a business is responsible for their customers and must ensure that the environment safe at all times. This blatant lack of responsibility and integrity is deeply concerning. It speaks volumes about the business practices and ethical standards of this establishment. Accidents happen, but it is how they are handled that truly reflects the character of a business. Unfortunately, this place has shown a blatant disregard for customer care, safety, and accountability. The owner’s refusal to take proper ownership and make amends in a timely and respectful manner is unacceptable. If she is willing to harm someone’s belongings and refuse to take responsibility, it raises serious questions about the overall integrity, honor, and professionalism of this place.I urge anyone considering doing aromatherapy or any other kind of business here at One Sacred Body Spa at Santa Fe Oxygen and Healing Bar, to look elsewhere or proceed at your own risk. This message is especially important for military families visiting the area. It is unacceptable for a business owner to act in such an unprofessional and dismissive manner. Customer satisfaction and respect should be at the forefront of any service-oriented business, and sadly, this place has failed miserably in this regard.I hope this review serves as a warning to others. It’s important to support businesses that value their customers and handle mistakes with honesty and accountability. Unfortunately, this business does not meet those standards. Please be cautious and seek services elsewhere if you want to ensure your belongings and well-being are respected and valued.#BestDaySpa #Spa #DaySpa #DaySpaSantaFe #SantaFeSpa #WorstDaySpa #TerribleExperience #OneStarExperience #Dishonorable #LackOfCharacter #worst business owner #TerribleCustomerExperience
I have never believed more fully in a business than this one. Mya, Noah, Kadimah, Miriam and the entire Kass family. They have grown this place from the ground up, with very little money and tons of devotion and love and passion. It has flourished in the most beautiful ways, and they have brought healing to tourists and locals alike. The oxygen, healing treatments and massage are all incredible. Please support these amazing people.
This review doesnt cover the food, drink or marijuana offerings at the Santa Fe Oxygen Bar. I just came for the oxygen. I have only one lung, and it turns out that vacationing in Santa Fe was not such a good idea. My oxygen level has been getting pretty low according to the pulse oxygenation app on my phone. The low oxygen translates into a very low exercise tolerance. I have to stop and rest pretty often. I decided that giving my lungs the gift of a half hour of supplemental oxygen would make me feel better at this elevation, 6990 feet according to the MyElevation app on my phone. The oxygen costs a dollar a minute if you skip the marijuana infused oxygen. Thats less expensive than an urgent care visit. On the way out, I purchased a can of oxygen, $20 for 200 puffs of oxygen if you skip the marijuana infused cans of oxygen. I will carry the can around with me in case I start to feel short of breath. The reason I gave this place three stars instead of five is that you have to climb up a long flight of stairs to get to the place. Thats fine for someone who wants recreational oxygen, but its not so easy for someone like me who has a bit of an oxygen deficit at the bottom of the stairs.
My wife and I stopped here during our vacation and had a great time. Atmosphere was calm and friendly, and the place was well kept and clean. It was a great experience.
Miracle worker! I had the reflexology, oxygen and reiki massage. I was having back pain and now I feel great. Highly recommend
I had an excellent hand and foot massage today. The whole place is funky (in a good way) & the staff was very friendly. Thumbs up!
The food here is fabulous. I love the whole ambiance. Nikki the waitress is fantastic. Highly recommend
If I could give it 2.5 starts I would have.At one point someone poured love and creativity into creating this space. However, it seems they then took the backseat and let a staff of inexperienced folks take over. We spent $300 plus tip on 45 minute massages that were par at best. The (youngish) therapists were loud and speaking unprofessional when we were filling out our intake, Oxygen didn’t work for one of us, therapists had to leave the room to check time during the massage…it all around felt amateur. Upstairs needs some help too. Oxygen machines only kind of work and service is scattered. Nice folks, just not run well.
Visiting Santa Fe brought me an unwelcome visitor altitude sickness. Needed to see a doctor who referred me to the oxygen and healing bar to rent to a unit for my stay.Very mystical calming relaxing place with essential oil blends and healing cocktails complete in martini glass.Highly recommend. Laid back approach.
Highly recommend for the height Altitude traveling. I started with a mezcal rosemary margarita and finished with the oxygen bar. I was blissful by the time I left. Next time I return to Santa Fe I am going here first.
I spent most of an afternoon the day after I arrived in Santa Fe at this spa, starting with an oxygen treatment (Weary Traveler), followed by a Soqui bed session paired with an oxygen facial, then an hour massage and half an hour stretching session. All were expertly performed by Cathy, who was as kind as she was skilled. The massage was especially amazing, with lots of energy movement, pain relief, and leaving me with an overall sense of well-being. The facial and its lovely smelling serum left my skin plump and moisturized. The massage cream smelled like almonds and I was moisturized but not greasy afterwards, including the next day. I slept well that night and was re-energized and nurtured. I also enjoyed the complimentary tonic drink before my treatment and the delicious cocktail afterwards. Great experience!
Dinner customer from Denver! Everything we ordered was excellent and our host was great. She let us know what was and wasn’t vegan. Highly recommend if you’re in Santa Fe.
Just great. Massge while on needed oxygen in the elevation. Very helpful young man at apothecary and great masseuse. No thinly veiled sales pitch for products.
I had a very nice experience here while on vacation. I received a 30 minute massage with Mariam (oxygen is included). She was very attentive to he areas where I was experiencing aches and she was very sweet! You also get a complimentary drink before and after your session. Both were tasty enough that my 2 year old wanted them, and they really helped with my digestion throughout the day. I felt so good when I left! I will stop by every time I’m in Santa Fe!
Fun the entire time. All staff were super energized, supportive, attentive, and you could tell loved to be there and share about everything in the place. It was so welcoming, even the customers were all happy, open and we were laughing a lot with all the people we just met. Such a comforting, relaxing, loving vibe. The food and medicinal elixirs are top notch. Definitely looking forward to experiencing the spa and Kaverns next times around!!! Thank you, all.
I’ve eaten at the oxygen bar three times this year and every time has been excellent. The food is healthy, flavorful and artfully displayed. The staff have been friendly, knowledgeable about the foods and drinks and accommodating (very willing to accommodate special requests around food).
One of the best meals weve had in a long time. Highly recommend the buckwheat crepes and pad Thai, as well as any of the blended coconut milk based drinks. Everything is an eclectic mix that you dont know if it will work, but it all does. Underrated!
I understand the mission. I get it. The staff is very pleasant :)Not bad... For a one time experience, but if youre a regular spa/massage going individual; this is prob not the place for you. I could be wrong... maybe my massage and spa experience have set a high expectation. You be the judge. Just sharing from my experience. I had a headache for two days straight after the oxygen treatment; which sounds strange I know. The areas I needed massage ended up bothering me more after this session.
Cannot express enough how wonderful this place is. We were visiting Santa Fe and my wife got severe altitude sickness. She was very very sick, nauseated, could not breathe and was about to pass out. We were about to go to the hospital when we decided to drop in here because we were a block away. They were very friendly and explained all the different packages to us. They put her on oxygen while she waited for the massage/healing session and made an electrolyte drink and then a chloroxygen drink. Even though the session ended up being about an hour and a half they only charged the 30 min session they originally quoted. At the end they gave her a mineral martini and explained actions she needed to take from then on and were just phenomenal. She was totally fine the rest of the trip. Next time we come we will do a session as a preventive measure. Thank you guys!
So for starters I hate tomato soap, I have my whole life. They meal I ordered came with tomato soap, like many times I decided to try a bite. This was the first time in my forty five years that I have ever finished a tomato soup. The food is excellent and we are instant fans of this establishment. Kadimsh personally made my soap and if you are lucky enough to have the chance to have her make it you wont regret it. Its pizza for us tomorrow and we will be return customers.
We are so lucky that the Apothecary is staying open for take-out. Their food is delicious, my favorites so far are the key lime pie (omg) and the pizza crust is ridiculously delicious. A positive atmosphere all around. Thank you!!
All the staff here are super friendly and helpful. The bodywork was good. Drinks were super yummy. I would for sure reccomend especially if youre from a low elevation trying to adjust to the altitude.
Excellent care and a truly refreshing experience. They helped my family recover from a nasty bout with altitude sickness.Flexible. Kind. Attentive and professional everything you want in moment of crisis.Strong recommendation!
Sandra - loved your energy! Thanks again!
Our first time to this establishment and we enjoyed the atmosphere and drinks. Our server Eric was very informative on the overall healthy cuisine, beverages and tinctures available. We will be back...
Healthy food but the Phud Thai was tasteless -- supposedly tamarind base, huh? Ambiance was interesting but it was very stuffy on a summers day. I needed oxygen to finish my meal. Drinks were more interesting.
Noah and staff helped my family and I adjust to the altitude beautifully. Its our first stop upon arrival to this wonderful place! Totally eliminated headaches. Thanks!
1. Jenna was incredible. Very strong hands, and she is patient. She maintained her professionalism and genuine care during treatment (massage only). The tea/elixir was spot on. Smooth. **It must be added that I am a staunch conservative, military veteran and want no part of spiritual work (this is personal). Jenna stayed truly non-judgmental2. The space was absolutely beautiful. There was a little bit of wait, but, i did not realize they had to prepare a nice space to provide a service. When people are running at 100mph all the time, we need to slow down. It is so relaxing!3. This place is truly non-judgmental, warm and inclusive to all. I basically walked in wearing a MAGA hat. No one batted an eye. Nothing but genuine service. Please stop by here, the altitude can kick your butt if you are not used to this. They really walk the walk, not just talk the talk. They treat all clients with dignity and respect. May God bless them and protect them. St. Josephine Bakita, pray for us!!
I tried a vegetarian yucca crust pizza and honestly, it surprised me how good the way they do it was (I am more used to eat friend yucca). Feta cheese on it was superb!
Service was excellent :) very welcoming and unintimidating. The drinks were wild and tasted amazing! Will be on the to do list every time we are in Santa Fe!
Forget Starbucks and go here for your morning elixir or coffee and better yet the BREAKFAST was excellent. Sip on your coffee and take in 20 mins of Oxygen to get that healthy morning boost you need...This is my new GO-TO Place on the PLAZA.
Great service from Annie! She was wonderful in explaining all the products and taught us how to read cards. Will be back next time Im in Santa Fe.
4 years ago, my husband stopped in and rented an oxygen unit for our stay because he was having trouble breathing. When we went home, he went into the hospital with a blood clot in his lung. The doctor told him that renting that oxygen unit on vacation, probably saved his life. Thank you everyone for being there.
Um, this restaurant was psychotic. No covid restrictions, and we ate in a random basement that was not attached to the restaurant. The food was alright, but nothing I’d ever go back for.
Very cool! As soon as I learned that they serve kava, I knew that I had to give this place a try! Between an oxygen treatment and a shell of kava, I left feeling wonderful!
Fantastic. Highly recommend. We felt fantastic after O2 and elixir after arriving from sea level. Great people.
We had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and the drinks very tasty. We recommend the ginger coconut potion.
One Love Leche is soooo yummy! Very pleasant, nice smelling environment. Loved it!
Excellent food. European style. Fresh, sophisticated and original.Im from France and the food is at the level of a good French restaurant
Very helpful and very informative Noah helped relieve my altitude sickness. Will be my first stop when I get to Santa Fe.
You wont have only one drink. Fabulous flavors. Exquisiteness Guaranteed! Get an oxygen therapy and bring your energy up!!!
Will was awesome and took time to educate me on any questions I had. Dude also makes some bomb golden milk.
Had the intuitive reading, felt it was a waste of time and money. Was the worst reading I have ever had. Wouldn’t recommend.
Very caring family (mostly) staff, variety of therapeutic choices, starting with oxygen, of course, but essential oils, healing (and delicious!) drinks, etc.
If i lived here i would be a regular, I had a great time here nice staff, good feelings and a wonderful experience, Would recomend
Great environment and location. Chill vibes and offers a quality place to be where alcohol isn’t the center piece.
The food and environment are absolutely my favorite in NM!
Excellent service but it is a little pricey. Great staff.
We are not a certified gluten free establishment for celiac patients
Angels of healing hang out here. There is no other place that examplies a place of healing body, mind, and spirit!
Very relaxing and drinka are delicious :) CBD!
