I stopped in Sunday night and I didnt catch the guys name. I explained that I had quit smoking recently and what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and Im very happy with what I purchased! I will definitely be back again.

Use to love this shop but they have quickly gone down hill. Bought a disposable two days ago in the Texas city location. Tried my product in the store like normal and it didn’t work right like it’s suppose to. Talked to the workers and they wouldn’t do anything so when I went to Santa Fe yesterday for another disposable talked to the manager and he blantantly told me as long as it somewhat works it’s not their problem. The new disposable I had bought then became burnt after 5-7 hits and there’s no point in going back to even talk to anyone about it anymore for the simple fact of they don’t care. They only try to make a sale and not keep the customers happy and wanting to go back. I don’t blame the owners I blame poor management like I had previously warned the owners personally. Will never go back even when I use to work there myself it’s sad to see egotistical management ruin an amazing store. Prices are decent but not worth faulty products

Amazing selection of juice and glass. Has decent mod and tank options, missing some major brands though. Lots of glass and accessories as well. All of it’s is reasonably priced. Incredibly nice staff that does have some level of knowledge. Also has a Military discount so that’s awesome.

I came in to see if I could find some CBD for my dog to provide her with some comfort before her passing.First off, the people loitering in the front was an instant turn off just because it didn’t seem like the place to just hang out.. some places have the environment for hanging out, did not get that vibe there.Moving on, we went up to the Sales Associate behind the counter and told him what we were looking for. I’d say it was a unique request, figuring he asked (what I’m assuming) was one of his coworkers for help, which was perfectly okay. What was not okay, was the attitude that the female worker had once the male behind the counter asked for help. She seemed sooooo thrilled to have to get up from watching TV to assist customers over a matter that I would say is sensitive. Not sure where her negative attitude came from.. but I don’t really see myself coming back because I did not feel welcomed to what seemed like a very nice smoke shop that is close to home and in my home town.

Love this place! Everyone knows so much in there, very helpful. Explains a lot about everything they have. Definitely recommend anybody to come here!

Very good prices and im pretty sure they have the lowest prices around if im not mistaken. People were nice and helpful positive like they actually wanted to work and help you out. Not some negitive nancy who makes ur energy go from high ti low with there I hate the world attitude lol. Very good experience

Just went to the holy smokes location in texas city to buy a specific water-pipe i know y’all have, was immediately told by management that i couldn’t shop there anymore due to being an ex-employee. i wasn’t even going to be in there more than 5 minutes and was told i couldn’t even look around to show my friend what water-pipe i wanted since he was getting it for a birthday present. i feel this is very unprofessional and very wrong from any business or company.

Just left this place with no merchandise bc the worker was too Busy to even acknowledge my existence as he counted on his fingers. Once i suggested he was too busy to help he still refused to even look up or assist me. Gave my money for a new pipe to store down the road. This guy shouldnt be left to run anything by himself. Future business will not be done here. Gonna be tough to make a profit when dude lets sales walk out bc hes a ‘tard.

Purchased a Voopoo Drag S and have been disappointed in it all around. Only 4 months old and it doesnt work anymore. Goes to show there is nothing out there worth having a warranty. Leaked all the time. Burned lungs and lips. Last couple weeks it would work when it wanted to and now it fires up when it would be sitting next to me. In the trash it goes as well as the oil. Im done.
