Went in expecting the usual people who dont have any good information on vapes... Left with alot of great info, and an awesome product! Owner is super knowledgeable and really cool. Definitely going back soon. Thank you!! for being a great vape shop surrounded by overpriced competitors who dont know their stuff.

I am now a regular customer due to the friendly staff, who know there stuff. They are always on top when it comes to knowing the products they sell. I am a picky guy yet Ryan has always been able to find something new that I would like. Plus an always friendly environment to just hang out and kick back.

One of the best experiences, especially as a female customer. The gentleman was very educational and was honest. He took the time to speak with me about my needs and future purchases. I will be coming back.

Dude was one of the more irritating people I have come across. Sorta felt like he had a personal vendetta against Elf bars and wasn’t trying to appease the masses. VERY adamant on his products and spoke without leaving gaps for communication. He was actually pretty knowledgeable with ML/Nicotine content, so I will give credit there, but he didn’t offer any of the popular brands (elf bar, lost mary, packspods, mike tyson, rick and morty) and the one I wound up with I regretted and replaced immediatelt via another store. Maybe some people will appreciate what he’s offering but I’m definitely not going back.

Very memorable experience thanks to all the staff members. The gentleman at the store was very friendly and very informative. Took his time and went out of his way to make sure we knew what we were buying. The owner was very pleasant to work with as well. Her knowledge of the products was extensive and very professional. I will definitely be doing my business here from now on and recommending everyone I could. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I stopped by here one day as this is in the area of my work. They do have quite a bit of stuff, but their juices are not really very good at all and the service was less than friendly, not what I expect at all even though they werent that busy. Their prices on parts and batteries are a bit high, and they didnt have the charger I needed. I pretty much did what I do everywhere and ask about the best sellers and tried those as well as a few others that seem interesting. Nothing I tried here seemed very good in the store.

Prices WENT DOWN big time on the entire store 10/11/18Employees are very knowledgeable about products they give you lots of information specially if you trying to quit cigarettes. They will help you get the best device that is best for you. Great prices and new e-liquid juices are awesome. Always adding new juices and devices with the best selection. Now in the new location with a gaming system. What is not to love about this place.

When it comes to Vape hardware, supplies, know how, juices, and education with latest information.I go no where else while I am in Santa Fe and the surrounding area.This store has everything you need, and the staff to explain how to properly use and maintain your Vape equipment.My thanks to these folks.

My wife & I came all the way from Las Vegas to purchase a couple of mods and a new atomizer because the vase shop back home sucks. We make it a point to stop by every time we come to Santa Fe and its always a pleasant experience. Awesome e-juice awesome prices, awesome customer service. We love this place! We would recommend this vase shop to anyone. Cant wait to come back.

Best vape shop in NM. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable staff. The owner is a super friendly caring individual. I used to go to I-vape regularly, (multiple times a week, driving 45 minutes to Santa Fe, to go there exclusively.) Then I stopped vaping for a while, but when I went back in, months n months later, (maybe longer) they made me feel like I never stopped going in. Ill never forget, when my house burnt down a few years ago, the owner of I-vape donated 2 whole set ups, including batteries, and battery chargers, coil n e-juice to help us out and replace what got destroyed in the fire free of any charges. To some, that may not seem like a big deal, but to us, this was a huge gesture, as we had just lost everything and ended up really broke because of it. I couldnt recommend this place more. Like I said earlier, I-vape is the best shop in NM. I would give 10 stars if I could. If you vape and havent gone to I-vape yet, your truely missing out.

My experience was excellent! The owner was very helpful even going so fas as to explain some of the functions of my currently owned rig. I would definitely recommend this store and I will definitely be visiting this business in the future for all my vaping needs.Rachel Martinez

Great place to get your Vape juice for Vapes and anything else. The owner is very knowledgeable and has a real passion for vaping. I actually get all my vape products from here. The picture I posted as of my personal Vape its not great looking but thats only because I painted on it myself with nail polish. I strongly suggest the one that I took a picture of you can wear it like a necklace and most people cant even tell its a vape which I like

Walked in and was quickly asked what I wanted it thought I wanted so he could grab it, sell it, and leave. I simply stated no, let me look around so I can see what I want. So I asked what is the smallest in size of battery they carry. He didnt know, I mean he asked what kind of battery. So I showed him my mini vape. So asking if he had one like the one I showed him, he quickly replies, I DONT NEED TO BE TALKED TO THIS WAY, AND ORDERS ME TO GET OUT!!!! I laugh and walked out. Great customer service to bad they didnt know a thing about what theyre selling or I would if walked out buying something, instead of getting kicked out. ONE START....

I had a great experience the service was beyond superb Ryan the gentle man I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable!! He fixed a tank of my wifes and suggested some excellent gear for me they have a great selection of juices to choice from as well as mods and tanks ext. I would definitely recommend this vape shop!!

Best customer service I recieved out of the 4 vape shops I visited in Santa Fe. Ryan was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what I was buying, as well as, offering several suggestions. Very laid back atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

My favorite vape store Ive ever been to. Staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable of the category of their business. Great flavors of e-juice good assortment of items pertaining vaping. The staff is more than just friendly costumer service. They actually have become friends. Caring about me and remembering me and things that have happened in my personal life. Actually caring about me, really. Not just as a customer but as a person as well. (N i never met anyone working in this store before walking into it). Plus they value me as a customer as well very much. Couldnt recommend this place enough. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. I wont go to another vape store unless I absolutely have to, majority of the time Ill just wait till they are open than go any were else

This review is based on many visits to the shop, as all reviews should. These dudes ROCK. They go out of there way to serve your needs. The only one time there was a mix up, they made it right with a smile and no questions asked. They attend to customers like your best friend, most of us have busy lives and they get you in an out fast. They know there S**T. I have yet to visit the ELITE Shop.Good work JOSH, DANIEL 1, DANIEL 2, SCOTT, and last but certainly not least ELIAS.

I recently found out that Ryan only works Saturdays from now on and if your looking to stop in that would definitely be the day to do it. It seems that the other worker that works the rest of the week is incomparable and and doesn’t stop talking a bunch of nonsense. But the prices are unbeatable and the customer service (Ryan) is unmatched so I would definitely recommend.

Nice lounge to hang out. Lots of premium flavors to try. I bought some Absolute Pin (anise based) and gave it the college try and dont like it. Wish there was a way to trade juices with other vapers... EDIT: Went in and talked with the staff. Ran into another vaper and he bought me some Zombie Breath and I gave him the juices I didnt like. On top of that the staff was super friendly and helpful and gave me a free bottle of another juice to make up for me not liking the other juices. That was totally unnecessary and they now have a loyal customer.

The best of the best. I have never had a bad experience here. I will not go to any other vape store, because I know that the people here will always get me the best products for the best price.

I have been going to this store for over a year now . it is a great shop and the people there know exactly what they are talking about. I moved to town close to Albuquerque NM, and I would rather drive to I Vape ,in Santa Fe NM to get my juice and my mods instead of going to another vape shop. If you stop by you will see what I am talking about.

This vape shop rocks! I was staying in Santa Fe a few weeks ago on vacation en route to Denver. My girlfriend and I were on a road trip, coming from New Orleans. Driving up into the mountains, the seal on my tank from New Orleans broke due to the altitude change. I was out of luck because I didnt bring any replacement parts for the tank. I stopped in I-Vape and was greeted by Josh, the store manager. This dude knows his stuff and showed me all the tanks they had available. I was being cheap (vacation budgets) and opted for a very inexpensive tank to just last me for the road trip. When I got back to our hotel that night, the tank started malfunctioning. I called the shop and Josh actually drove to the hotel to help me fix the tank. Unfortunately, not their fault, but the tank wasnt cooperating so he had me come in the shop the next day and upgraded me to an awesome tank (Uwell Crown 3) that has worked like a beast ever since. Its actually my go to tank now, even though I have since gotten my other one fixed. Josh and his boss were awesome and extremely helpful in getting my rig working again for my trip (saved me money and having to buy cigarettes, I recently quit and switched to vaping). Its really nice when managers and owners of a shop are so passionate about their business and really put in the extra time to help you get set up with the right product. As I said, Im kind of new to vaping but they really gave me some awesome insight on the whole thing. Also, their juice selection is great, very in depth and affordable. These guys know their stuff and wont disappoint. Thanks a ton gentlemen, your city and your shop is awesome, we will definitely be back!!

This place has GREAT PRICES! I usually only buy my stuff on the internet because it its much cheaper. But I Vape is the same prices and you dont have to wait as long! Worth the trip and they have an excellent price on juices.

This place in my opinion is terrible. Let me explain. Great products and equipment but the owner is extremely arrogant and condescending. They never update there hours of operation even though they are constantly changing them all the time. Hours on the front door aren’t even the hours they operate. Wish they’d sell it to someone who could run it better.

Dammm I must say that after shopping at this place just like 3-4 times, i am never again going to waste my time going to any other vape store that is located in Santa Fe. The ppl working in this shop are actually helpful and very friendly. Not just one time but every time I walked out I actually felt satisfied with how I was treated and as well with my purchases.

Just bought a kit tonight from this place and I love it. The young man working was very attentive and knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend this place! Support small, local businesses in your community!

Every time I go in there the prices for vape juice go up and up and up.. Ill find a new place**EDIT**After talking with the owners, they agreed I was incorrectly charged and offered compensation for the error. I would have NEVER expected such great customer service.

Of the many vape shops in Santa Fe, this is the best. They have a wide selection of devices for beginners and seasoned vapers. The selection of juice is great with juice made for sub and no sub ohm devices.
