Was looking for a shop that opens and early and I’m surprised that they open at 7AM and best kratom selection was awesome and the prices even amazing.

Overpriced rug bizzare managed by people who believe the customers are evil. (Edit of initial one star review)So, time along with the younger generation have taken the rains of progress and turned this place into something more resembling a head shop as it should be. Still pretty overpriced: 20 bucks for everything to start. Going to round this up to about a four on paper, but its good for a three and a half. Only because inventory has expanded and staff has become more attuned to the clientele in the form of young hip and out of control. So there you go. Dont say Im so terrible that I cant revise when necessary. Good luck to you, gentlemen. Im sure youll do fine, but theres room for improvement.

Bought a V12 glass blunt for $50. Good thing I opened it in the parking lot though, as it was missing pieces. Had to drive to Cotati to get a refund after a run around. Plenty of better smoke shops around,

Some of there stuff is a little on the pricey side, pretty nice size selection tho for the size of the place, especially compared to other smoke shops around. I would recommend buying glass here over most the other shops in town, however if you are looking for other accessories id look around for better prices.

Terrible selection, 2nd rate glass work, dishonest employee. I purchased a tube injector, cigarette tubes, cigarette tobacco and a glass piece,The injector broke almost Instantly, the tubes he charged me $15.99 for(his price) can be purchased for $3.99 online. The tobacco just was over priced, and the glass was cracked, with ugly visible joints, terrible workmanship.

The show is awesome! The service is fantastic, the glass is beautiful, and has probably the best prices for glass in all of Santa Rosa. Id definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking quality glass.

Big selection of glass, be careful when you make your decision, they may try to sell you a used or broken item. Pay close attention. If youre in a rush (wink wink) go with someone.Some of the butane products are of lesser quality or used demos and might be offered it, ask for one still packaged.Note: 5 stars if I hadnt been sold a half empty can of butane, and a broken pipe. Yes I was on a hurry. Also a bit of a language barrier.

I purchased a single Mac Dre backwood from here for $3.50 and it was super dry not even rollable and they told me they cant even give me another one nor refund me , they dont have much tobacco options and their bongs are overpriced. Store needs better marketing and management❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

I needed a glass stem for a bong. They had the right bowl and it was much less that the store on 116. Pleasant and curious service. I was at the one next to Mikes at the Crossroads.

Rude owner, went in for a lighter and paid for it. Simple zippo, he filled it for free and had a short conversation about looking into buying a glass piece. He asked my age, 20. Immediately took back the lighter Id already paid for and started cussing at me. I have a medical marijuana card, its legal it sell any tabacco related products to someone with a card, but he didnt understand a thing. Left the place and bought a damn lighter at the Mexican shop.

Dillon is probably the friendliest dude you can ever meet! This place is extremely affordable and has all your glass and vaping needs!

Literally on break for 2hrs went back and forth 4 times and even called nobody picked up. And they closed it a little after they opened which doesn’t make sense!
