The Cake House Santa Rosa Cannabis Dispensary

I just recently started going to the cake House and the people there are awesome. It’s one of the best places that I seen they are pet friendly as well! and they have awesome customer service! Juanita and Morena helped me out with all kinds of stuff and they were very nice polite and respectful and I am definitely gonna refer other people to their to their store. Hannah was helpful to ring me out and let me know about their other deals that they are going to have! Thank you and you’ll see me again!

So yea this is my new spot every time I come to Santa Rosa!! Not only was Jaunita a delight to deal with but she helped me find the best deals to stay within my budget. The environment was nice and cozy made you feel like a kid in a candy store! I also loved how the the bud tenders knew their stuff !!

Just visited this new cannabis dispensary the other day. It’s fabulous and puts the other stores to shame. Seriously. It’s the Costco of dispensaries. Everything is accessible and the varieties can’t be beat. Makes it hard to choose and makes it hard to stick to your budget LOL. Every day there is a standing special. My new favorite dispensary. And it’s in the same lot as Oliver’s and China Garden and other tasty restaurants. Very nice staff. I highly recommend.

I had an awesome experience my first time at The Cake House. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I had several questions and all the employees, especially Martin made me feel comfortable. They were knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend The Cake House!

It’s like a candy store travel twice a month hour and a half this is the place where low end budget makes you feel like top shelf king and queen

This is my new spot. Great deals and closer to homeEdit: looks like Im going back to my old spot. I was charged $26.50 total on a $13 item. The hidden fees blow my mind. I guess I got $3 cash back but its just crazy expensive.

I feel bad for the employees that have to enforce the shady tactics by management. They constantly have to argue with customers, mostly from falsely advertised discounts. Prices are all over the place. You really have to check your receipt as well. Trust me.

I was very underwhelmed by this dispensary. The walls and shelves were mostly bare and the store looked unfinished. A Gelato rep was there doing a demo, so I asked him where his products were, and he told me they werent in stock yet. I asked the budtender for a hash hole, and she handed me a hash-infused preroll. I explained to her I was looking for a Traditional brand hash hole I saw on the website, and she claimed they didnt have them. I proceeded to look in the prerolls, (theyre on a very tall shelf that I had to tiptoe to look on and could still barely see) and found the hash hole I was looking for. I asked about another hash hole I saw on the website and she didnt know what that was either. The staff had absolutely no product knowledge even with the few amount of products they had. I will certainly not be returning.

BEWARE!!!!! Check you receipts and make sure they are actually giving you the discount they advertise. They are shady about it. When I asked about it, told them that’s shady business, they kicked me out. Support other local owned dispensaries who care about their customers and employees
