I’ve been a customer since about the time that this location opened last summer. The owner is a wonderful person and definitely operates a wonderful and professional business! The therapy I have received here has been amazing! For years I’ve had an irritating tightness in the back of my neck about at the level of my right ear… and for years nobody ever worked on it correctly and I’d still have the pain or tightness in that area…. Finally I found therapists here that actually listen to my concerns and have actually made me feel better! Selena, Kathy and Eva all work wonders and I couldn’t thank them enough!! I feel that they help many people here because they’re always quite busy… a great place for couples as well as I’ve seen many while waiting in the lobby. This is a top notch business and I would recommend it to anyone, so give it a try and maybe they’ll work wonders for you as well! Update….Grace and Brandi are also amazing therapists!

Really good massage! Very clean, professional space. I was planning to give this place 5 stars for the duration of my massage. I had a deep tissue - 90 minute massage, which lists for $122. For the massage I got, I consider this a very fair price. Unfortunately, my review loses a star because I was unknowingly uncharged $10 for oil used. Not a huge deal, but I really hate when places feign ignorance and uncharge you for a service you didnt ask for. Be sure to be aware of this before you go, otherwise I cant speak highly enough of the massage itself. Very good!

My husband and I had a couples massage, it was lovely! The masseuse was wonderful and made both of us feel really relaxed. We will definitely be back, especially with how economical the prices are. The only suggestion would be to add music in the room itself

I came here with my wife for our anniversary and it was the first professional massage Ive had. It was so relaxing, the staff was skilled and communicated everything well, and I feel so rejuvenated afterward. We will definitely be coming back for more.

Niki and Cici were really nice and gave a great massage. The facilities are clean and Niki got the knots out of my shoulders. Highly recommend if you need a good massage

I have been coming to ly massage for about 8 months now and I can say this is one of my favorite places to come. Selena is excellent! She thoroughly gets out all my knots and stiffness. Highly recommend!

The owner should change the name. That was therapeutic more than a massage. Susie should be labeled a holistic medical professional. She was cordial, polite, respectful and attentive. My adult son and daughter also saw her June 29, and Jul 1. We can’t stop talking about our services from Susie. A lady who worked there was rude and disrespectful and yelled at Susie when my daughter and I was leaving Saturday. There are people in this world who think they can just act like that to people. Shame on whoever it was that did that to that kind lady. If you don’t know how to conduct yourself in professional etiquette shut up. I recommend Susie for 90 minutes is what I did. My daughter said you have to do two hours. My son did 90 minutes. Book her immediately she’s great.

Wendy is a very personable and skilled therapist. I enjoyed a 90 minute relaxation session, nearly fell asleep. Wendy has a great feel for those muscle knots and can work out the toughest of them. She solicited my input at the very beginning, whether I wanted a soft, medium or hard massage, and asked if there were any areas I wanted her to concentrate her attention. The hot towel finish is icing on the cake. I highly recommend a massage by Wendy, I look forward to my next ones.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and welcoming. This will be my go to place from now on.

They were very nice people.The massage though was not great. There were some points it felt okay, but mostly uncomfortable. I left with a sore lower back. It would be nice if there was some essential oils being diffused in the massage room, and not the same music played on a loop.The facial felt very basic and cheap. Wet paper towels were used on my face, the same lotion or whatever it was three times, put on and wiped off with wet paper towels. No steamer was used, I saw they had one, but it was not used. I think they put a cucumber mask on me, it gave me a burning sensation, not sure what was in it to give me that reaction.I’ve had facials before at other spas they put all natural products on your face, they do a cleanser, steam, a scrub, a toner, mask, then lotion, rub my face so good I fell asleep.But at this place they walked out a few times during both massage and facial. Other places I’ve gone to stayed in the room for the entire duration you pay for and have everything in the room they need to work on you, also at other places I felt like they put effort and care into their work. Where as here it felt like I was there for them to make easy money. I got sat in a room, they didn’t say anything to me or offer me anything. Then moved me into another room, didn’t say anything. It just all felt very awkward, I should have spoke up, and am sorry I didn’t.

This place is great. It’s centrally located in downtown which makes it convenient for me. I’ve had wonderful massages by Wendy, Tina, and Susie. They’re all so talented! I try to come every week for massages here.

This location is beautiful and perfectly located in downtown Sarasota! I had a deep tissue massage with hot stones and cupping. They really paid attention to detail and I felt amazing after!! The service was quick and friendly, I will definitely be booking again!

I will start by saying the massage was great. I felt like they really got in there and I feel great afterwards.The place is clean and I was comfortable.The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because this is a no frills place. By this I mean the massage therapist was also the receptionist and she had to step out briefly two times to answer the phone and talk to a walk-in customer. The walls are thin so I heard all this going on. I would say I am pretty easy going so this didnt bother me too much but I know there are folks out there that wouldnt like this.I will be back!

Just had a couples massage here with susie and grace. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was a truly fantastic massage and felt really good afterwards. We will definitely return. Great place

Susie was terrific. I have had many massages at many different places. Susie is in my top 3 masseuse. She knows all the pressure and stress points. I found my masseuse in Sarasota. Place is clean and professional.

Overall- absolutely wonderful massage. I’m not sure who I had but it was a fantastic deep tissue.However, during my massage people would walk in and out of the room every ten minutes and talk loudly. I believe my masseuse switched 3 times from the start of the service. This also made me feel super exposed and I couldn’t relax fully.They also do not use a traditional massage table with a cradle. Instead, they use a donut shaped pillow with a paper towel draped over that you lay your face on. I sincerely hope this gets washed between guests.

Wow! I did not know what to expect coming here. This was a birthday gift. I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage with oil and hot stones. My shoulders have always been so tight and knotted. Eva was amazing! She got all my knots out. You can tell she was trying to heal me and she put all her energy in to her work. I requested a female masseuse and she did a wonderful job! I will be going back every month.

I was surprised with all the amazing reviews, that we had such a so/so experience here. Booked a couples massage, they didnt offer a consultation - just straight to the room to start the massage. Was expecting a Swedish/relaxing massage (as thats what the website offered) but we both received a Thai/deep tissue massage. If thats what youre looking for - GREAT! They both gave 110% to the massage, and certainly there isnt a single knot left in my back. But even after asking for lighter pressure, were both still sore in multiple areas due to the repetitive/deep pressure (traditional to Thai massages - which there is no mention of on the website). The staff was kind and professional, but Ive never walked away in more pain than I arrived after a massage. Just a fair warning.

This was the BEST massage I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. I came in with so many knots in my back and neck. Michael was great, his hands are firm for deep tissue. He took time on every single one of the tension areas and massaged the knots away… highly recommend… and will definitely be back soon…

Had a 90 minute massage with Angela. Her technique is wonderful. Very good listener to what you need. I have almost total body neuropathy and I walked out feeling renewed. The environment is so relaxing, clean, quiet and professional. I get massages almost every week and I would put this one in the top 1% I have had around the world. Stop looking and book an appointment. I’ll be back every time in Sarasota.

I asked for a one hour hand and foot massage. The gentleman asked me if I wanted my back massaged and I said no. He had a woman do my massage but obviously did not translate my wishes. I received a one hour back and leg massage and maybe one minute on my hands and feet. Then I was told it was $80 even though the sign said $60. Very disappointing.

I have been to LY Massage multiple times and have been with 4 different massage therapists for deep tissue work. At first I was reluctant at trying someone new, but each and every time I walk away thinking, Wow! That is the best massage I have ever had! They are all consistent with their approach and strength. It’s been such a great find!

My gf and I went for a couples massage while we were in town for work. Overall great experience and deep worthwhile massage. They used essential oil and hot stones and were used a good amount of “strength” during the massage if u asked. We did 60 min but definitely would’ve been worth the 90 min massage. Easy parking our front next to lots of restaurants. Will be back for sure !
