Grace is absolutely fantastic. Always a pleasure to see..she does a firm to deep massage that is just as relaxing as it is effective in getting all knots and kinks worked out of your body. I always have a lot of back, neck and shoulder tension from lifting but when I leave an appointment with Grace, I feel like a whole new person.

Julie ( at University location) does an extraordinary job as a massage therapist and really listens to your requests and needs. Truly one of the best therapists Ive ever had!! You will leave feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed after having a massage with her! And no more kinks and pains. Cant wait til my next session with her!👏💆‍♂️

Omg!😆 we laughed the knots right out of my right hip! She gave me 4 take aways so I can keep the relief flowing! I so will be back ASAP! She is amazing, and it was my 1st visit! Best massage ever! Keep her forever!

I received a phenomenal massage today from Adrian! He is very professional and knowledgeable. (The staff told me that he used to teach massage at one of the schools in the area.) He did an unusually good job of managing his time, so that he covered every area which needed massage, while also making sure the areas in greatest pain were treated. I look forward to my next visit! Deep tissue massage from Andrew. Lord, that was great. Spots he worked on definitely continue to feel better - now at 48 hours later. I paid for a membership - thats how good Andrew was.All of the staff we met were lovely. I unreservedly recommend Massage Envy - No. Sarasota (right off University).

The whole team at Massage Envy was incredible. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. My therapist, David, was so professional. Not only did I feel amazing afterwards but David also offered some recommendations on stretching and flexibility.

The massage was excellent. Lissette listened to my concerns, and I felt so much better afterwards. I will definitely return to this salon. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming.

I’ve worked with Julie for years. She’s professional and has a peaceful disposition that makes me always feel comfortable. In short, I don’t work with anyone else! Unfortunately, I did not recall the names of the women at the front counter when I arrived. But they are awesome at service and really make you feel welcome. They definitely deserve recognition.

I was recommended massage envy but I couldnt find the therapist they recommended so I had another one. She was very iirritaded since the beginning. Complaining that I was late when actually I was on time but she said that I was supposed to be 15 min earlier and I had no idea cause no one told me. However the massage was good she said she had 20 years of experience which I can tell its true. The people at the counter were very friendly.

Grace is a wonderful massage therapist, cares greatly about you and whatever aches or pains you might be experiencing, and does her best to make you feel both relaxed and refreshed when done. Recommend her 90 minute sessions, because 60 minutes just is never enough!

Amanda was great! She checked in to make sure the pressure was right and focused on the parts that were bothering me most! Was a great experience. Will definitely be back

Amanda was very nice, she asked me for any issues, and she worked on those areas especially good. I had tingling fingers on my left hand , and when she massaged my neck, it is gone. Also, the sciatic nerve in my left leg was hurting from driving a lot, and she seemed to work out that soreness also. My massage was very relaxing, I could have taken a nap afterwards! I will return and ask for Amanda.

I’ve been going to Natalia for two years. She is by far the best I’ve ever gone to. People compliment me on my skin now. They all ask me what I’m doing. She not only gives a wonderful facial but she educates me in skin care. Which has resulted in my now using Jan Marini And Obagi skin care line. And she tells me what I need. She is not pushy but informative. . She’s a gift to have at Massage envy.

The aesthetician that gave me my Facial was very knowledgeable polite and did a great job. Her name was Marly Kaylee Haylea I can’t recall exact name, but she was excellent.

Joshua was awesome! Honestly, one of the best massages I have had and I have been a member for years!! I went in with extreme stiffness in my neck and pain in my shoulder. I got so much relief from just one visit. I booked two more sessions with him!!

Jennifer is the absolute best! Ive searched for a long time to find a therapist like her. She makes you feel so relaxed, even while working out any knots you may have.

I have been a member at Massage Envy for 14 years. Ive used many if not all the therapist there. Joshua has been my chosen therapist for about a year now. He listens well and does a great job of finding and relieving my pain. Im very happy to have found him!

Julie was very good. I was very relaxed and feel much better after my much needed massage. All 3 girls at the front desk were very helpful. It was my first time at this location and they made me feel very relaxed and welcome.

Joshua was amazing. Not only did he clear out some knots that I had on my back and my shoulder but he was also able to decompressed my full body after a few weeks of hard workouts. I slept like a baby and feeling so rested afterwards…I will definitely come back and recommend him 💯. Thanks Joshua!

The front desk staff are always warm and welcoming when walking in to the business. Andrew, the therapist, is phenomenal! If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with him, don’t let it go!

Julie at UTC Massage Envy continues to be amazing!! I have had hundreds of massages in numerous countries and this was truly one of the best. She listened to my trouble spots and knocked them out! I almost didn’t want to mention her name because I want to keep it secret, but that’s selfish! Julie was awesome! And Deja was great yesterday helping me with a gift card. She is a blessing.

My therapist Laszlo is absolutely amazing.He’s very kind and considerate!If time gets delayed which doesn’t happen often but it has happened he makes sure I get my full 90 minutes.Thank you Laszlo!!!!!!!!

There are multiple great massage therapists here. My most recent was Kristine/Ally, who is fantastic at firm/deep massages. I tend to like going deeper into the muscle, but I’ve seen there are plenty of lighter therapists if you need them.

Ally (Kristine) is the best! She listens when you tell her what hurts and she focuses on those areas. She is very professional! She has been my massage therapist for years.

Ryan is the best deep tissue masseuse I have ever had. I’ve been seeing him for over 5 years now. Everyone else does not compare.

Girls at front desk last night were exceptional in their spirit and customer service. Very pleasant. Refreshing. And my massage therapist Aly is always exceptional.

Chesna, with her stretching skills, is masterful at getting the kinks out. Its not as relaxing as many massages , but I feel so much better after...its what my body needs.

They took $70 from me (which is a 1-hour massage credit) and told me that my credit had expired. So I recieved nothing while they pocketed my $70. I would caution giving this place your money.

I have fibromyalgia and I’m in pain all over. Jennifer has the magic touch I needed for some amazing pain relief. She takes her time and makes sure to apply just the right pressure to get relief from the pain. Thank you Jennifer for being awesome!

Extensive knowledge and experience from Sal. Very professional! Would recommend 10/10, I personally had a deep tissue massage and feel so much better.

I have been seeing Kristine for over a year and she always listens to my needs. She has a wealth of knowledge and after every treatment I always feel 100 % better!

Regina is a very good masseuse. She knows her craft well. It wasn’t her fault but we ran out of time because I added two additional items for a sixty minute session at the suggestion of your staff. I would highly recommend Regina for anyone looking for a professional massage.

Ryan is Awesome! He is the guy to see if you require a deep tissue massage to release fascia due to athletic or work related chronic muscle pain & tightness.

Sully was incredibly adept at finding and working out so many issues in my back, shoulders, and neck! I highly recommend him!

Amanda is the best!! She listens to what you need in your massage and makes sure she is working those areas.

Grace listens to my concerns and works on the areas that concern me the most. He does an amazing job and has been learning more as he continues in the trade. Would definitely recommend him, but dont take my time slot.

Diana is amazing! I had some back pain before the massage. After the massage I barely felt any discomfort. Diana is a skilled masseuse.

I dont often post reviews, but I could not live with myself if I failed to give a 5-star positive review to Massage Envy (University Parkway) and Sal Gazisano. I had a muscle spasm in my lower back that was excruciatingly painful and debilitating. I called Massage Envy asking for a same day appointment. Hearing the pain in my voice, the desk manager organized a change of schedule and got me in to see Sal Gazisano for a massage focusing on the muscle in spasm. Sal worked mightily on my lower back. That resulted in an order of magnitude positive change in my pain level and ability to function normally. I am incredibly grateful to Massage Envy and Sal.

Kylee gave me a chemical peel and my face feels great. She explained everything before, during and after.

Ally is 100% amazing! The front desk spends their time goofing around and then trying to convince you to book with them or others rather than your requested person. They also do not inform you of prices increases you see them when you get you emailed receipt.After several years I canceled my membership. The therapist is extraordinary but the front desk is like rompers room. It seemed like they were trying to build their own client base by taken clients from other therapist. This could be avoided by hiring seasoned staff for the front desk and not having providers work the front desk.

Amanda K is the best! She adjusts each session to my needs.The front desk is very friendly and helpful!

As a new ME member, I decided to try out a stretch session with Claire. Oh man! Cannot even give words for how good I felt the rest of the day! She was so gentle, yet effective. Claire really knows her stuff. She helped me, just yesterday, to stretch areas that have been bothering me for a long while and are now completely gone! Will be back to her on the regular :-)

I was actually going to cancel my membership yesterday but after I had a massage by Joshua I changed my mind he was very impressive I will definitely be requesting him from now on.

I had a really good therapist. Gerhard was my therapist. Perfect pressures, knew all the tense muscles I had too. I actually had a bad experience previously with another therapist at this location and Gerhard redeemed the university location. I almost didn’t go back. Have them one more try cause bad days I too have and Gerhard was there when I was having a flare up for arthritis. Did a great job both times! Job well done.

The UTC Massage Envy location is very clean and staffed with great people. Ive seen Davis V. Several times over the past couple of years. I cant say enough great things about him. From his greeting upon arrival, professionalism, technique right down to taking the time with you after your session to show you how to stretch and feel how your body responded to session. In fact I always specifically request him when I make my appointments. Thank you so much David

Fantastic! The locatiin was able to accomadate the ID issue and Jennifer was fantastic.

After figuring out the discomfort in my neck was due to arthritis, my doctor suggested massages to help. I’ve used Massage Envy in the past and loved it, so I knew where to go. Joshua has been such a huge help in restoring mobility and has even helped my shoulder tension. I highly recommend Massage Envy and especially Joshua. He’s amazing!

I got a fantastic 90-minute facial from Alona. So relaxing, and my skin never felt so good. She’s knowledgeable and responsive and explains things as she goes along. A great experience!

My experiences from the very first time I called has been awesome. I feel relaxed as soon as I arrive and always greeted with a smile by the ladies at the front desk. The check in process is easy and I appreciate the follow up.My massage therapist Jerry is fantastic. I prefer deep tissue massages and a few medium pressure massages. He asks what areas Id like to be focused on and he gets to those areas within the time allotted. These sessions are so helpful because I work retail and life has been challenging so this allows me to focus on my total being (spiritually, mentally and physically).I promised myself this year that self care is going to be a permanent part of my lifestyle, so I signed up for the monthly program. Its totally worth it! Highly recommend this service, which I can also use when I travel throughout the country.Soon I will be try a facial as well. :)

Massage EnvyName is deceiving because there is nothing to be envious about, other than other people who have gone elsewhere!My husband booked a 90 minute appointment for me and requested firm massage because my shoulder was in pain. This was discussed with therapist from the start. Her massage started with using her elbows into my shoulder area. I’ve had many massages and was always under the impression you need to warm up the muscles first before doing any deep massage. Not here! She worked the shoulder area but struggled focusing on the troubled area. I mentioned maybe she should try her hands. She did but had a very soft touch, so I asked for more pressure. She said she can’t apply pressure with hands would have to use elbows. I didn’t book an elbow massage. Either way she was struggling to address my issue and I was getting frustrated. The massage ended less than 40 minutes into massage. They charged me for 1 hour and said it should have been for the full 1.5 and that I needed to pay for the therapist’s time. What about the time I wasted being here??? They take no accountability for a bad hire. They suggested I come back and try someone else and pay them more. I said no thanks! I’ve had hundreds of massages, and this was the first I ever walked out on. I love massages but my husband and I will never return here again!

I routinely visit this location and always try to see Jennifer. I’ve actually been seeing her since 2017, almost 6-7 years. She was the only therapist I trusted during my entire pregnancy as well! She has additional training for that! Her massages are the best: relaxing and peaceful. I highly recommend Jennifer!

I went in for a 60 minute massage yesterday evening and the massage lasted 50 minutes. I don’t typically look at the clock but I happen to notice it while I was waiting for the therapist to come in and then while I was getting dressed. I understand my apt was later in the evening (7 pm) and they were wanting to get home but still not acceptable.

Dianas demeanor is very calming. Her knowledge and skill reflected through her technique. She didnt interrogate me throughout the session with questions about my career...she provided me with the silence I needed to get into a relaxed state of mind. And most importantly, she didnt have fingernails scraping and gouging my skin.

Very nice massage. Gerhard found all my sore spots and even ones I did not know that I had. He did a very good job of balancing out the time spent on my upper body neck and shoulders, along with the rest of my body.

My MIL appreciated Robin’s massage and discussion, and I enjoyed an oxygenated whatchacallit facial with Alona while on vacation. Lots of staff, well run, only minor mess in the bathroom.

Heather is kind and considerate to your needs and problem areas. She’s also well versed on alternative to fast living and poor diets. She will make your hour very comfortable and worth your while.

My massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. Victoria was the therapist. She used the Swedish method. Not only relaxing but she worked on several tough spots with skill. I recommend her.

I got a facial by Nataliya and it was a great experience, she was gentle and addressed all my concerns. The products she use were very good and my face feel great. I highly recommend her and Massage Envy.

This was my first visit at Massage Envy. From Tina at the front desk welcoming me and giving me a tour, to Laszlo my massage therapist, everyone was warm and welcoming. They actually seemed to care! I came in due to being a dog groomer and my sciatic nerve was tweaked, badly. I could barely even bend over. Laszlo addressed all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I received a great sports massage and feel a bit better today. The manager, (I didn’t catch her name) was also quite helpful! She explained the membership, which I think I may take her up on. I don’t live here full-time; but I will definitely be back!! Thank you all!

I’m a long time member, but this was my first visit to this location. By chance I picked up an opening after they had a cancellation.That random chance introduced me to a new therapist of course, but the chance to try a very different type of massage; Nero muscular. That was different and amazing.

Ive enjoyed my membership, but since I moved to this area, Ive been so pleased that this location (Sarasota North) has a trove of fantastic, well- trained therapists! I had a facial with Alona yesterday. I love the exertions and the results!

I demand a strong pressure on knots in my muscles in my 90 minute appointments. I follow her instructions to drink plenty of water and take an Epson salt bath on those days. I contribute my health and vitality to these life important appointments once or twice a month! Ask for Regina at the University location and feel your energy, again.

Absolutely worst customer service ever!! They constantly change policy, do not honor past commitments, nor fair to client and do not care !After having been a member since origination , I made request to transfer some of my prepaid massages to gift certificates. My intent was to use as an incentive for team members and thank you for clients. I was told there would be a substantial fee, and they would need to know the names & details of the receiver. They would only allow 2 certificates . Do know , these massage services have already been paid for . Totally unprofessional, unethical and a giant rip-off!! There are better choices - don’t bother with this franchise- customers do not matter !!

The pressure was not as strong as I would have like even after asking Gabrielle to increase the pressure. So this was not the best massage. No attention to my knots as I have many. She is great if you want a soft and relaxing massage.

I could feel the tension leaving my body during my session. Andrew worked like a magician. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience so much that I became a member.

Melanie was incredibly informative and wonderful at the front desk.Gerhard provided a wonderful and professional massage. He is one of the reasons I will be back for sure.

Grace is an amazing masseuse, if you like deep tissue book immediately !!!

This location has one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever worked with, Josh. He is very talented on neuromuscular therapy, he remembers everything that there is to know about my history and progress, he is respectful and has contributed to my body, getting stronger and healthier. On top of that, he’s loving and caring. I highly recommend him!

Ally is a great massage therapist! She finds those knots and works them out! She’s intuitive and knowledgeable and I highly recommend!

I am a long time Massage Envy member. I usually get massages but opted for a facial with Alona. I am new to facials. However, Alona was sure to explain the treatment before and during each step. Shes a doll to boot. I would highly recommend Alona for a facial. The rest of the staff were welcoming and pleasant as well.

Diane was my massage therapist. She did a great job, listened well throughout the massage to firmer or less pressure, and worked through the whole massage with spending extra time on my problem areas like lower back.

Member beware of contract. I decided to up and move across the country 8 months into my membership. Explained it to them and shut my card down. They are not understanding and will not cancel it for me. They keep bombarding me with phone calls to pay for the membership (which I’m not going to). This is not a company that cares about their clients but of money and only money. Everywhere else I had to cancel a membership to for that reason understood except these people.
