Absolutely love this place, I’m very particular about people doing my nails and coming from Jersey I couldn’t find any place that treated my nails as kind as up east until I found this location, they don’t destroy your nails when you choose to do gel color compare to other nail salons I’ve tried around here. They are always the sweetest and never mess around when it comes to your appt. I also love there peaceful music and videos they play. Truly a moment of tranquility from my very busy life. Super grateful I found this place and this will remain my go to spot! 10/10 recommend this location!

I typically don’t write reviews but after the experience I had in this salon today I needed to at least let others know. I just moved to the downtown area and found this shop via google. I visited the shop three times seeing Grace all three times (because she got great reviews) and Wilson once (although he did not do a great job with the nail fix I had last week and I didn’t even say anything). On this last trip in I mentioned that my nails were separating from the dip powder and asked if she could place more product there to ensure that they would last the two weeks. I was polite and honestly didn’t even think twice about and let her complete my service. They came out great. When I went to rebook at the end of the service she told me I could book with another tech but she couldn’t see me because she was too busy. I asked what had changed. She just kept repeating that she was busy and worked too hard. Obviously upset I had questioned her work. She was very rude and made me feel awful. I have never felt this way in any nail shop and I can’t believe that she would treat any customer this way, let alone someone who tips well and would never miss an appointment. Also someone new into town…what an awful impression. I certainly wasn’t telling her how to do her job just what I needed adjusted to justify the cost of my service and having it done correctly. Of course I won’t be returning, and I hope that she doesn’t treat anyone else this way again. Too bad because I love to support local but will find another place to spend my money. And hopefully get better customer service.

The salon is nice but the guy that did my pedicure was not very warm or kind. Basically rude and unprofessional. Though the toenail polish looks decent, I never soaked my feet in the beginning, the massage was no more than 2 minutes on each leg (very disappointed with this), he barely scrubbed my feet and he was not catering at all. It was not relaxing like I had hoped. I stumbled on this salon while on a getaway to Sarasota and I would never go back based on how uncomfortable and kind of rude he was. There were regulars in the salon with other nail techs that seemed to be happy and I wish I would have got one of them, and not the man I had. Thumbs down!

DO NOT GO HERE - Such a bad experience.. they were very pushy and wouldn’t do what I wanted (simple french gel with tips) & then they upcharge you for any kind of shape (almond, coffin, etc) and then FORCE YOU TO TIP 20%. I put it a 10% tip because I did not enjoy myself or like my nails and they cancelled it out and legit forced me to tip 20% which is just bull. Tips are for people / companies who earn it. Save your time and go ANYWHERE else.

It is very relaxing and clean in this space. There is usually some good classical duo playing on the tv for ambiance, and big massaging chairs ready to roll and vibrate as you get pampered. I get a basic pedicure, which is priced very reasonably, from Grace. She is very detail oriented - and my toes always look amazing when she is done. I recommend them.

I have been going to Show Nail and Spa for about 2 Years now. Every single staff member is incredible at what they do! I set appointments with Grace because she has shown time and time again that she is THE BEST in Sarasota. She takes her time, is patient, and makes you feel very special! This is the ONLY nail salon I go to because they are so great. I get dip powder and my nails stay on for a MINIMUM of 3 weeks; no cracks! I highly recommend this studio and their staff!

We are vacationing with my family & decided to go out to get our nails done with my sisters. This nail spa was near us so we decided to give it a shot. The pricing was good expect you have to pay more if you want another shape other than square. We booked an appointment within 30 minutes of coming. Yuki did my nails and she was very sweet to talk to. The only thing is they don’t have a really good selection of colors. Overall, it was a good pick, I got exactly what I wanted.

I have been coming here for over 6 years now. Everyone is absolutely amazing. Color selection is great. Ask for Grace. She is awesome.

Had a TERRIBLE experience with one of the nail tech’s - WILSON. He was very rude and dismissive from the get-go. Would pretend as if he doesn’t hear me when he’s right in front of me (not a language barrier )He kept on filing my skin around my nail to the point where it almost bled and he would act very upset when I would slightly move from the pain, kept on nodding his head as if I’m causing him Discomfort. He did a terrible job at shaping my nails to achieve the Almond shape. On top of that they charge an extra $5 for the almond shape. I have never had any salon charge extra for shaping & I had came in with almond shape already too. At one point he started yelling at one of his colleagues in their language, in front of the clients. Extremely unprofessional!The only reason I didn’t give this place 1 star is because previously I’ve had my nails done by GRACE & she always did an EXCELLENT job! She’s always professional and so very nice!

The male tech who did my nail fill was so unprofessional . He slammed my hands on the table . I truly felt abused!!!!Costumer be aware !!!!!! He also burned my nail from over taking the drill even though I told him it was hurting he ignores my pain and request.Worse experience with a nail spa in my life !

Besides myself I was told after going twice this month to Grace that she “can’t do my nails and to find someone else”. She also said this to a friend of mine after going for 2 years. No reason to either of us. Strange way to do business with locals who live here. Too bad. She’s very good at what she does but us locals walk by daily and talk

Great manicure and pedicure but they are not very friendly. They play the same piano music videos every time.

I must disagree completely with the previous reviews. Wilson was great and very patient doing my nails. He was not rushed and took his time. I also had a pedicure which was also very enjoyable.Their store is very clean and they clean everything between customers. For the pedicure they always put in a new plastic liner and I feel very comfortable with my pedicure.I have been there many times and every time has been an excellent experience.They also take appointments which I might recommend as sometimes they get very busy.Again, highly recommended, thats why I gave it 5 stars.

I use to come here all the time on my lunch breaks and serviced by GRACE who is absolutely wonderful. But yesterday I was serviced by WILSON and he was completely unprofessional. I showed him a picture of what I wanted (dip French) and he got so annoyed and said “he doesn’t know the picture” LOL I was confused. He took a really long time on my nails, he drilled me several times (4x) to the point I had anxiety w/ the drill, he was “extremely rough” I really should have walked out. I paid for deluxe pedi w/ paraffin and he didn’t even do it. I was ready to go so I didn’t even mention it. But lastly, I went to tip him 12.50 and he told me that’s not enough and to not come back!!! He was super rude I felt completely disrespected. He didn’t even ask if I was satisfied even though it was all on my face. YES I gave him a bare minimum tip because I got bare minimum service after paying $125 for my nails. I was so disgusted please do not support Wilson at this place. Other reviews mention how rude he is so it’s not just me. And again, GRACE is amazing I wish she was independently working!!

Staying in area for work, and chose this salon to get my nails done. Walked in at 6:22 for services and spoke to a man. Was told they close at 7. Asked could they not do it since they were still open , door was open, open sign illuminated and I’ve never walked in before closing, I try not to go near closing but sometimes things happen, and have never been refused before closing time. Yet, I was refused again saying they close at 7. There wasn’t a single person waiting, place was empty of customers. Will not refer anyone here. Was very pushed away and felt as if they could care less about a paying customer

Incredible place to enjoy and relax while getting your nails done. I come with my fiancé while she has her nails done with Wilson (who is the only one she trusts), I get an ultimate pedicure which includes a massage from Jay that will make your legs and feet feel like Jello. Never been a pedicure guy but after coming here I can’t live without. Their consistency and relaxing atmosphere is second to none. Highly recommend.

The man there rushed with the hand message not even a minute on each hand. He demanded a 30% tip because I was using a credit card. A few of my nails were bumpy. The girl was much nicer. I will not go back

This salon is excellent. Great prices, great manicures and pedicures. They are all wonderful professionals with fantastic customer service. Call ahead and make a reservation, so you can be sure to get in. They are busy and short staffed due to Covid. The best dip manicures. Gorgeous work!

I had Grace for a full set of gel nails and she was amazing! She took her time and prepared my nails so well it was like I was getting a manicure before my tips were put on! I chose to get the coffin shape nails and she really did well with it! My pedicure wasn’t as good but I think toes may not be her specialty. Salon is clean. I was there for quite some time, maybe an offer for a water would’ve been nice but all in all I am very happy and will return!

I went on Sunday and told the guy that my nail was broken. He said that it didn’t have to be glued and that the gel will fix it. The next day (Monday) was broken. I waited until today to get it fixed, when I went in the guy was extremely rude and started blaming me for having a broken nail. It was odd and totally uncalled for. Also, they didn’t not completely removed the old color before putting the new one on. $40 for a poor job.

This place is absolutely amazing! Great atmosphere, a great variety of services and colors, organic options all at a great price. Ella was my nail tech, and she is amazing! She did everything with excellence, and my hands and feet look great. I got the Deluxe pedicure which included a mint mask, an exfoliating scrub, and a hot stone massage. I got all that while having an epic chair massage. My gel manicure is also pristine and that included a shoulder massage while my nails were in the UV light. I walked out of there a fresh human! Thank you, Show Nails!

I had a client cancelation and needed a pedicure very badly! My usual salon was booked so I called Show. It was near closing time but they insisted they could take me. I was very impressed with the clean, professional environment when I walked in! Grace was friendly and talented. She gave me a fantastic massage and a beautiful Chrome gel polish! It is still beautiful 3 weeks later! I get compliments on it daily. I will be back without a doubt and will send my clients there!

Will not be coming back. Wilson was extremely rude and heavy handed when it came to my nails. I told him several times that he was hurting me and he didn’t seem to care. He also had an attitude with me when I told him I wanted extensions on my nails. When he took my previous set off he was aggressive, and the new set is crooked. Can’t believe it costed me $55.

Viko did a great job on dipping powder manicure and made sure it was done exactly how I wanted it to look!

He made 4 of my fingers bleeding when he was filing them. And then they over charged me 10$, I was charged 70$ for dip powder nails with French tip and then he made me feel bad for not tipping so I tipped him. The service was terrible. Will never go there again. They were supposed to be 40$

Wilson was rude, nasty and abrupt. Made 4 nails bleed and as a result I am fighting 2 cuticle infections. This salon is either great or horrific depending on which part of the pair who owns the place is your technician. Grace is terrific; Wilson is HORRIFIC.

Nico did an excellent job on my nails! First time being there and I was amazed by the fact that I couldn’t smell a ton of chemicals! Very clean too. Nico fixed my broken nails and did so in a way where I can’t even notice they were ever broken. Very good attention to detail and great customer service, very friendly. I will be coming back

Some of the staff was friendly, others didnt even say one word during a 40 minute gel manicure. My manicure was rushed and ultimately the gel polish ended up peeling off a week later. Ive never been so disappointed with a manicure service.

Although he did a good job on my mani/pedi, he was checked out from me. I realize theres a language barrier but it was kinda awkward. Worst for me was that he literally answered the phone 4 times while doing my manicure. There was another worker there without a client who did not offer to answer the phone and there was an apparent rift between the two. He offered an under the breath sorry after the 3rd time, and it would have went far with me had it been sincere. It wasnt. Sorry. Wouldnt return.

Able to fit me and my boyfriend in at 5:00 on a holiday Saturday. Very clean with an attention to detail. Got the deluxe pedicure for $45 and enjoyed the mask, scrub, and massage. Good color selection.

I visited this salon several 3 weeks ago. I was visiting from Pittsburgh. Wilson was my nail technician. Wilson was very professional, polite, on-time. I received a French gel mani and pedi. After 3 weeks and spending time on the beach, hand sanitizer and washing hands or dishes my nails are still looking good - no chips etc..Thanks again Wilson for great service!

AMAZING nail spa. Have tried countless places since moving to Sarasota and this one is consistently an excellent experience. Everyone is very nice and takes their time to do a great job. It is a very pleasant atmosphere and they are very thoughtful and gentle. Highly recommend.

I stopped in and had a pedicure by Grace. She is very meticulous and everyone who works there are very cordial and attentive. Guys, if youre thinking about sprucing up your look, give this place a chance...very impressed

They don’t know how to do nails. They are very nice but have no idea what they are doing. I’m so upset about my nails. They’re horrible and extremely over priced. They charge for absolutely everything even the shape of your nails. Don’t recommend at all. Don’t be fooled by them. You would think that they are awesome but not the case at all.

So I normally don’t leave a review for nails because usually my nails turn out really good .. (usually).. but I went to this nail place in particular and the decor and atmosphere is very quiet and pleasant the nail design itself.. and the quality was not it for me .. my one nail was definitely crooked and wasn’t in place .. the shape was suppose to be coffin and it looked more like a stiletto than it did a coffin.. the colors were not how They were suppose to be in the picture and the fact that they came off like they would if you bought nails from Walmart or dollar tree that’s how easily they came off.. I was expecting it to be a lot better considering of the area being very busy and high dollared, I was very disappointed with my nails.

The ambience and service are great, but is too pricey. Get ready to pay over $90 for a regular mani and pedi. Too expensive in my opinion.

FROM NEW YORK! Chinese… acted like New Yorkers thru & thru.wife & husband team. She runs the show. Don’t want to make their work right RUDE! They yell & don’t answer block their phone. Charge $10 for tips WHN they are a part of the service elsewhere or $5.00 AT THE MOST.Use the main str Sarasota walk in traffic to take advantage of their customers. They all moved here from LONG ISLAND 4 years ago. They don’t even like people really especially her. They talk non stop Vietnamese in front of customers. Disgusting that I walk out of there spending $50. & tip for being yelled at & insulted. Go home! & no WiFi at those prices! No good vibes there fir ur soul

I had a manicure and pedicure had a very good experience.My sister went with me and had a horrible experience with Wilson he was very rough and cut the skin on her toes several times. I would recommend this salone but DONT USE WILSON!!!!!

My two sisters were supposed to have their children manicure done here for $12 each and I ended up paying $41 with them not being happy of the job done. Very unprofessional and liars. Not good people.

I had my nails done by Cindy. She is very sweet and detail oriented. My nails look fantastic! I wanted a natural nude nail for work.

Went in for a gel pedicure & dip full set for my daughter , their really not great at customer service I did not feel welcome , I had gel on my toes & the girl was having a hard time trying to remove it 30 minutes later she finally got it off , I went in for a relaxing pedicure as I don’t get to do this for myself often , & the whole time had two other techs looking over the nail techs shoulder conversating in their language, made it super uncomfortable for me... while she was trying to remove my previous gel , pedicure after that was rushed because she spent so much time removing the gel , too overpriced for mediocre service will not be back.

After getting my pedicure I had Winston come to me and demand a tip I find this unprofessional after was was not greeted from him and he did not even adjust my chair this was my first time at this nail shop and I was unsatisfactory with most things.

Very polite and professional. Reasonable prices & always able to get me in. Parking is limited but there are plenty of parking garages in the area to use.

I do not recommend this place for any reason, I have been a couple of times because I work nearby and the service was not the best, on another occasion I recommended a friend to go get a refill but the first one did not do it there, this time place they did not want to serve her because she had acrylic nails and they do not use this technique and they rudely told her to go to where she had initially had them done, on the other hand I say cant they offer options in order to gain a client? On the contrary, they love to scare away customers, they give themselves that luxury, they dont have the slightest idea how to be friendly. Today I went to get fake nails done, whatever material they were, the woman who helped me was super rude and yelled at me and told me we dont do acrylic nails! I told him, I know, what he offers me, and he told me gel and he told me something else, I dont know, I didnt understand him, the point is that with his bad attitude he infected me with his bad vibe and I told him he can or he cant, which, very angry, she replied, no, I cant, she turned around and left, I told her, you are rude, and I left. The truth is that I dont understand how they hire these types of people who have no notion of what customer service is, and if they are the owners, let me tell you that they are doomed to bankruptcy.
