I’ve been shopping there for a couple of years. This past Monday I went in to purchase 100 gummy‘s and a box of shorties..little pre rolls. The same thing I have been buying routinely. Very nice guy admitted to me he was only there a couple of days.. He said we don’t have the shorties you’re used to but we have these in the front window. I said what’s the difference and how much does it cost? He said $30 and I said ouch that’s a lot more money And he said yeah well they’re better Since there are 10 in the box, OK, it’s three dollars each.So when I got home I found out they were only five in there which makes them six dollars for a small jointI was buying them as someone asked me to, we’re both unhappy with this misinformation whether it’s accidental or not and when I called today and spoke to Josh, he said no refunds no exchanges.BAD BUSINESS As these are obviously untouched. I did not break any seal. And I was operating on misinformation.Plus, I am a regular customer. Or at least I used to be.There are cannabis stores on every corner now and a lot closer to where I live. This was a 40 minute round-trip for me and I’m done. I recommend you scroll on by.

One of the last true vape shops around. They have an impressive selection of hardware and liquids as well as a good assortment of other cool stuff.I am so glad they are still open, the owners are super nice people.I cant say enough good about this shop, its fantastic.

A few months ago we were buying gummy’s and we were impressed considering they are over the counter. Also, ”shorties “( little joints.), and we have sent many people there. Sadly, the quality does not seem to be there.this week we spent $100 and Something has changed because all of us have noticed it. I hope Management hears this So please go back to the original recipe For every person that is verbal, there are probably 10 more that don’t say anythingThey Just Go elsewhere.

Loyalty includes understanding, patience and empathy. Mrs Maria is an absolute saint and I adore her. Shes a wonderful mom, wife and business woman. She works so hard for everyone around here especially her customers. Her shop is the only one Ive used for the past 4 yrs and Im moving out of state and Im going to miss it so much. Every employee Ive met there has been unbelievably helpful and patient with my orders. Ed, especially, has been such a sweet face to see when I walk in. Hes always taken time out of his day to help me with my needs, like pain management. They have amazing products and even sell a brand I brought to them called beirnots own. Great for any and all ails and completely natural. Amazingly great people all of them. Everyone is caring and will do their best to get you what you need n help you understand the product. I dont think I will ever find another shop like this. I cant give enough compliments on this place and people who run it. Wish them many blessings and good health. I hope the people with good intentions will be proud to be such loyal patrons 💖

Went in and asked for help after being treated badly by another company. They promised that would never happen at their store. Got my products and promised a discount whenever I came back. 2 months later went back in and wanted the exact same thing but different person was working. I was told something else was better and I said color was off on product. Said I would wait he had me try it on my finger and I said no it is not. He said bad batch or wrong package and I said no to strong. Got home after he offered a discount and assured me I had what I came for. I got home and it was all not easy to use or even right strength. It was the same one he had first shown me and he said was off or ... wrong. I called back and first was put off then actually told ... wasnt me! So I cant use these and wasted money. Check everything before you leave... better yet, there are other very good stores that you can get same or better products at with good customer service and who will stand behind there products and throw in good customer service also. Can not recommend this store to you.

I have been going to this vape shop for over 3 years and I love everything about it! The owner Maria is truly a great friendly knowledgeable owner with her carefully selected employees that match her character traits! Her products are carefully selected before they earn the right to sit on her shelf for sales. If they dont do well the item or items are inventoried out with slashed prices that includes mechanical device, kits , liquids ect... The store itself is nice and newly built , not a used to be store. It is clean and nicely displayed! Can we talk about these prices?!! The lowest prices in this town!! I have been a vaper for at least 8 yrs and have tried many stores Aqua fire is the lowest in prices and they carry great quality liquids! They also do a point system where the money you spend is added up and rewarded back to your in increments of $5 , $10 , $15 and higher. You absolutely can not go wrong when you shop at Aquafire!

Best vape store in Sarasota! They have a wide variety of juices and mods, and special order my favorite for me. Caleb is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer any questions I may have and is a nice and mannerly young man. The owner is also very sweet and friendly. I never go anywhere else now. This store always has fun events and sales happening, and is a safe space for locals to hang at. Highly recommend them!!

I’ve been to both locations and the staff are extremely personable and helpful! Very kind, as well! They have a lot of knowledge about all of their products, especially which liquids taste the best with which devices. My favorite is Valhalla, which is key lime pie! The owner, Maria, is also one of the coolest, smartest, sweetest people you could ever hope to meet! This is the only vape shop I go to!

I bought a Lost Mary disposable vape Wednesday night about 15 minutes before closing.They always have you open the package before leaving the store to make sure its functioning properly but after I got home and had a couple of puffs the unit indicator flashed blue meaningit required a charge , so I charged it and tried vaping it again but the taste was different it tasted burnt. I called the Shop on Friday and told the guy about my issues with the disposable and his reply was that I had the vape 4 days and there was no way I could get an exchange or return for refund but a discount if I purchased a new one.Unacceptable the product is defective either exchange it or refund the customer their monies.Lost my business.

The gentleman behind the counter knew exactly how to help me. I needed a new base so he showed me something that was newer and easier to use, and its durable! Great help which is why I always go here!

I only buy my e-liquid and supplies from Auqafire. The staff is friendly, they always have what I’m looking for and their discount program is just awesome! Get what you want, get it for less and all with a smile as you leave, just as happy. Highly recommended!

Went to Aquafire for the first time tonight and had a great experience. Caleb was super personable, helpful and patient while we picked out new mods and juices. The store is sleek and professional looking inside, and I really liked that they didnt have music blaring like a lot of other vape stores. Will definitely be back!

Been a customer of Aquafire since 2015, truly the best vape shop ever in Sarasota/Manatee. The owners and their staff have always been helpful, caring, and friendly. Don’t waste your time and money anywhere else, this is the only vape shop in town that matters.

Excellent place! Friendly staff, laid back hangout. Ive been a regular with Aquafire for about 3 years, since before they opened the Bradenton store. Now its my primary vape supply shop. Maria and her team are wonderful and helpful with all of our vaping equipment and a wide assortment of juice flavors! One of my favorite places to visit! :)

Amazing people!!! Amazing service!! 5 stars and they deserve 10! I have been buying from them since around when they opened. Maria was the first person I met and she is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and honest. She tells you everything she knows and that she has been told... Good and bad. All the staff are very helpful and will get you what is best for you. They help you find what suits you and what you will do best with. Cameron (I think is his name) at the 17th st. Store is by far my favorite. He is So helpful to all my questions and Scott(again I think is his name) helped me find my favorite juice ever! Crab-Apple iced. I cant vape anything else... I dont shop anywhere else!!! Must stop in and see them. They treat everyone as a friend and look out for you just the same!!!!

They also sell Delta-9-THC cartridges as well which is literally dope AF. HIGHLY recommend this place, its my new go-to local shop. The bargain bin eliquids are a steal too, at $5 for a 60 ml!Lets quit supporting the Big Tech oligarchs and the faceless vape websites that just steal your data for the government; come darken the doors of AquaFire sometime! Jay offered to do research on how the latest G-priv model compared to the G-priv 2. He was honest in terms of the massive upgrades made and told me I would be better off waiting for them to get the G-priv 3 in stock than I would be buying the 2. That kind of honesty earns my business. Drove 10 miles (passing about 10 other vape stores) to go buy a mod and tank from them tonight. Anyone who chooses honesty over shameless sales techniques gets a customer for life out of me. Thanks, yall.

I just recently moved to the area from out of state. I googled vape stores nearby and read the reviews. To my excitement, AquaFire not only had the best reviews but was right around the corner. When I went in the first time, a gentleman name Caleb was working. I ended up getting some amazing juice, a new battery and a coil. A little over a week ago, I went in with an old school vape pen needing a new coil. They didn’t have any but said that they would order some for me. Wow! Most places from my experience wouldn’t have done even that. They said it should be in within a few days. I called and it still had not arrived. Then, Caleb said that he would pick up some for me and to come back the next day. Not only did he get me a 5 pack of coils but he paid for them out of his own pocket. I didn’t have the $20 on hand to get them right away but he said no worries and to pay him back when I could. I am seriously in tears regarding the act of kindness this man has done. I am so grateful for him going out of his way to help me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. For what he did shows me not only what type of person he is but what type of business he works for. AquaFire is hands down the best vape shop I have ever had the pleasure to go to. The selection of vapes and accessories are outstanding. Huge inventory of juices and vape items. Guaranteed to leave you happy that you walked in.
