I always come to this location Because its close to my house literally right next door and they always have what I need. the one guy carlos that works behind the counter that is always there when I come in is super helpful, always in a good mood, is never rude and always has a smile on his face. Ive never seen somebody with better customer service than him. I will always come back to this store because the experience is always top notch!

Came in today because I was having trouble with my dab pen that a younger gentleman helped me purchase. I was being helped by a blonde young woman when an older gentleman in a hat, possibly the owener, came over and was very rude and condescending during the whole conversation. He talked down to me as if I had no idea what I was doing or even talking about at all. I would not recommend buying anything from here. They say they have a return policy but really they will just talk down to you and won’t help you at all.

They are veryyy friendly and welcoming I recommend stopping by and checking them out!!

Excellent selection of quality products at relatively reasonable prices. Nice, welcoming setup for shopping and chilling, with comfy couches and TV in the back. The employee behind the counter was very easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and knew how to recommend the most effective product to fit our needs. I also wanted to comment on the quality of material used in the hookahs they sell!

I called looking for a specific product and the girl that answered the phone said the store had it. When I went it wasn’t there so she called her manager to help her look for it in the shop. She put me on the phone with him to ask him what I wanted. He was at the warehouse and said he had it there. He told me that he’d be back at the store in about a hour and I could come back to get it. I let a hour thirty pass then went back to the shop. The product wasn’t there and the keeper told me to come back in another hour and it’ll probably be there.I get things happen and you have to postpone, but still. I was told it was there when I called, then when I got there I was told to wait a hour reassuring that it would be there, then after I waited to go back it still wasn’t there.Other than that the shop is cool, they have an array of products, a cool sitting area and a nice selection of CBD. I don’t know how it’s priced cause I couldn’t buy the product I wanted. But I’m sure it’s decent when they are actually stocked.

The guy that was working there today 3-26-19 at like 6:30ish (I dont remember his name) has been so helpful the past couple days helping me figure out a leak in my tank that I had. This place is great. I highly recommend it to any if my fellow vapeheads. Great service, and great choices.

Went here twice and had good service with a young guy. Went here today and they had another guy was screaming in a different language on the phone. I just stood there for awhile. He never got off the phone so I left. All he said was sorry. Never helped me. I will never go here again!

Place has the chillest vibes and awesome workers. Went to Gulf Gate and they had shut down their store 10 mins early after I called ahead of time. Ignite came in clutch and has some bomb @$$ juice. Strongly recommended for da boiiis !!!

I got a vape like 5 days ago and then in to two days of having it, it just stopped working then started again but it didn’t hit the same, got a vape today and it doesn’t work at all I would hit it and it wouldn’t stop going, now it’s broken. so I basically wasted 40$ in a week

Friendly staff, good selection. Be sure to ask about your points being added after your transaction. Sometimes, its not added.

Tried to return a battery that I bought the same day. The clerk called the owner in front of me, had a conversation with him, and then told me he would call me back later because nobody could approve the return because the owner wasn’t in. Nobody called. When I called back the next day they said they could not take it back due to COVID. This was in July 2021 after everyone had stopped wearing masks and everything opened back up. Would not buy anything from here again.

I like this place because the young men that work here help me as I am disabled , they will even bring me Juul refills to my car because I have a broken hip with trouble walking. The prices are better here for Juul refills and they even have two other brands that fit the Juul which helped me quit smoking cigarettes.Thank you for your kindness ♿😊👍
