Jimmy is a fantastic masseuse. He instantly know where to focus his attention to give you the best results. Ive seen Jimmy 5 times over 4 months now. And my neck/shoulder area is so improved that Im ecstatic. Highly recommend Jimmy.

Love this location. It’s cozy and quiet. The front desk people and manager are always welcoming and nice. I have seen Oliver, Jimmy and Clendis for massages and would highly recommend either one. My facial experiences have been top notch too!

My massage was wonderful, Ashley was great, if I had her back home Id be getting monthly massages. Technique and pressure were perfect for what I needed. Thank you for a great experience.

She started at 4:45 exactly 15 min late. I specifically asked for a deep tissue therapist. She wasted 10 minutes, just lightly touching areas. She asked me what I wanted to focus on, and I told her my neck, my lower sacrum back area and calves. She proceeded to do the middle of my back, ignoring my request of areas I told her to focused on. One of the worst massages I ever had. A good therapist asks during the massage how the pressure is during the massage, she never asked once. I kept telling her to go back to the areas I wanted done and to use more pressure! She stated, if I do that, I will be worn out! I get massages every week and believe me, she is not a pro therapist and she doesn’t really care about giving the client what he or she needs. Bottom line is she’s lazy

I just got an amazing 1 hour massage from Clendis at Massage Envy! I had a lot of knots in my shoulders and back and he applied the perfect amount of pressure to help get rid of them. I highly recommend this place and Clendis!

Massage and facial. Excellent for both appointments . I dont always get the full time allotted, but feel the services received are worth going back!

Clendis Is amazing. He listens to what you are telling him about your body and where your sore and need help. He has a very healing touch and has a sense of what muscles need the most attention. I always feel rejuvenated after a good massage Clendis. I like a firm massage but he can do any pressure you want and he does it well. I highly recommend him for your next massage.

Raintree is my favorite location, Clendis is very professional and does great work. I’ve booked appts with him several times. I’ve had good massages at the Mayo and Desert Ridge locations too. ME is clean, no frills, with friendly staff. I love that they will text you appt reminders too.

Clendis was professional and responsive to my needs throughout the session. Already scheduled my next appt. Added note, my wife recommended him because he can do deep tissue. ****Months later, Clendis continues to make a positive difference. If you want something different, I tried cupping and my wife did hot stone which were effective as well.

There is a lot of construction in the area, which is frustrating for now but will be a huge benefit to all of the businesses soon. The interior of the building is nice. I did not hear any of the construction outside. My massage with Ashley was great. She had good pressure and would converse when I did, but did not carry on when I was ready to relax. I felt that she genuinely appreciated my feedback.

Carissa was very knowledgeable and helpful during my daughters facial. She gave her valuable information about taking care of younger skin and what products were appropriate for her skin. Both my daughter andvI were very impressed and pleased with our session!

I dont like to explain too much, but I have never seen such an unprofessional massage therapist like ( L)

I’ve been seeing Carissa as my go-to esthetician for the past year. She has done an incredible job taking care of my aging skin and has a great understanding of the treatments that are best for my skin, which is constantly exposed to sweat and sun playing outdoor sports frequently.

Nancy was amazing! She had a few unique techniques that made this massage very special. I have already booked her again for my next massage and look forward to it.

Massage Envy at Raintree has been great in last year or so. I am very satisfied with Jimmy, the massage therapist I see about every 4-6 weeks. He is really good at honing in on troubled areas.

Poor front office customer service-- disorganized and untrained. Credit card ran for incorrect amounts, appointments put in at incorrect times, several team members are very unprofessional and not friendly. (the massage therapists and estheticians have been great, so its unfortunate. Ruins the experience when chaos at the front.No loyalty from owners for long time members that have supported them through the pandemic and high turnover. Have been a member for over 10 years but it is time to move on.

Raintree location. I requested a deep tissue massage but the therapist (Lisa) decided on her own to give me a Swedish massage. I could’ve given myself a better massage!Then-I checked out before my massage but the therapist accused me of not checking out & made me stand there until the front desk person came back! Bad experience!!

Normally, Im not a fan of massage envy and they often get a bad rap but while here on vacation, I used my settlement gift certificate toward a massage with Jimmy. He did an excellent job! Professional, perfect level of deep tissueand not talkative until I started a conversation late into the massage. I think the prices are ridiculous for 50min but he is a very good massage therapist.

I booked a massage for me and my husband at this location while on vacation. Lisa and Ramzy were professional and cordial. We were both pleased with our service.

I used to love the convenience and consistency of quality. Covid has taken this location down. In the last 9 months I’ve had my massage cancelled 5 different times almost always with less than 24 hours notice and no way to reschedule until week or more out. As someone who deals with chronic pain I need a more reliable and available service.I understand you can’t get in last minute anymore but have massages cancelled that you scheduled weeks in advance leaves me stuck.

I had a facial on Friday and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. First, my appointment was for noon and she did not come to the waiting area to get me until 12:08, and after checking me in and allowing me a few minutes to undress, she did not return to start until around 12:14. Now a 60 min facial should be 50 min ‘hands on’ so, with this time in mind, my facial should have ended at 1:04- she ended it at 12:53- shorting me 10 minutes of my service time. After starting my facial she asked about my notes coconut allergy (these kites have been in my file since I joined 3ish years ago) and when I confirmed told me ‘well, I’m not going to do the massage then since the lotions I use have coconut oil’. I’ve never had this issue as my other estheticians (both at this location and other locations) have always found other option, but she got huffy when I asked if she could do so. She left the room and came back but never verified she found an option and continued making excuses for why she didn’t try to find another option before starting. I assume she found an option as she did proceed to give me the laziest neck and ‘shoulder’ massage I’ve ever had, and still would not massage my arms and hands, which is part of the facial treatment. When I brought this up to the 2 front desk associates after my service, neither of them would look me in the eyes and just muttered ‘we’re sorry that happened’ and then gave the same excuses she did, word for word. There was no offer of making it right- which there should have been, both because I was massively shorted on my treatment time and because I was denied a part of my service due to an allergy- which I believe is called medical discrimination. I logged a complaint with corporate and was told they’d get back to me in 48 hours or less and they have still not gotten back to me almost 72 hours later. If I could give a 0 all around, I would.

I had a recent hamstring injury. Lisa did a great job of applying pressure where I needed it. Great massage.

Chris is a fantastic massage therapist. He is very knowledgeable and relieved tension in some muscles I didn’t even know were tense. He asked questions to help better understand what my body needed and offered some advice on how I can keep my muscles feeling good on my own time. He really knows what he’s doing and is very professional. Would definitely recommend seeing him!

The front desk staff has always been nice and friendly. They sent out reminder emails and phone calls the day before which is really nice because I usually forget even when they give me a reminder card.It took me a few massage therapists until I found the one I really liked. No complaint about any of them but I found one that had I had stuff in common with and it was easy to hold a conversation, so I keep going back to them.

I received a 60 minute customized facial today by Echo and it was amazing! She did a wonderful job addressing my concerns and making me feel comfortable and relaxed. My skin feels great! Thank you Echo!

Therapist did not check to see if pressure was adequate, or if I was comfortable temperature-wise. When I made a comment, she seemed annoyed. After I dressed, she was not outside the door as I am accustomed to, so no water, or how did I like the massage? I have had good experiences there in the past. Ill have ask for another therapist if I go back there.

Be careful when trying to cancel your membership. Received an email and voice message just this week saying I needed to update my credit card. When I called, I was informed my past 3 payments had not gone through, yet they only let me know about it this week. They said they had called months before, which they may have, but no one left a voice mail saying what the issue was until this week. I havent found anyone there that can give a good deep tissue massage so I decided I would just cancel. I asked how many massages I had accrued and was told 3. However, they told me in order to be able to use them, I would have to pay 2 more months of service to get my account out of suspension. My contract clearly states that I have a 60 day period after cancellation which I can immediately use my accrued massages. This is a blatant violation of the contract. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told they dont know when she will be in due to some family issues. I am waiting to hear back.Update: Someone called me back and they have rectified the situation. It was unfortunate that it took complaining and multiple phone calls to achieve what should have been done initially.

Husband and I made appointments for today at 5:30 for a couples massage. We walked in for our 5:30 appointment today and only my husbands name was scheduled. My husband made these appointments for US yesterday. He provided both of our names, along with both of our individual phone numbers. He was asked if we preferred a man or a woman. We answered we didn’t have a preference. It’s odd how all of the specifics from yesterdays conversation turned around into one of us losing our appointment for today? We won’t bother to come back. Plenty of other locally owned places we can support.

Since losing my all-time favorite masseuse, I was feeling at a loss to find someone similar. I found him on the first try at massage envy! Of course hes a little different, but left me feeling every bit as nurtured and cared for as my previous masseuse! Hes definitely my replacement.

I saw Danielle twice and both times my skin looked and felt great after. However, she talked the entire time for a 60 and 90 min facial. At first I found it friendly but it was awkward when it turned to the work drama. What killed the possibility of me wanting to return was that she found out I work in the medical field and wanted me to validate her transphobic views.*Massage Envy reached out to me for further information so they could investigate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience ever with a therapist named CINDY. She wore loose gloves and gave me a feather light massage. When I asked her to use more pressure she yelled at me!! She was rude and obnoxious!!This is wrong and downright unethical to take my money every month and give me such a miserable experience. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RELAXING MASSAGE!!

Decent massage by way too expensive for a chain in a strip mall location.When Massage Envy first opened I used to get massages there quite often as the prices were a bit lower than other places. I had not been for a while and checked the website, and expected to pay $55. Note that the introductory rates are the ONLY rates posted on their website; they dont list their real prices. So I went to get a massage and even though I was no longer in the computer and had not been to Massage Envy for years, I was not charged this introductory rate. I was really shocked when I was charged $95 instead; almost double what I was expecting. In order to get reasonable rate you have be get a membership that costs $65 a month. I refuse to authorize someone to charge me $65 a month just to get a discount massage, so Im done with this bloated corporate chain. Ill look for an independent massage therapist next time.

Everyone is always nice and pleasant. Clearly a desire to please. However, my wife and I recently decided to end our multiyear contract because of the inconsistency of service. There is a serious issue of not being able to maintain a consistent staff so we are always being called to change the therapist or to change the time. Finally, it just got too much so we are discontinuing our relationship.

Nancy was very attentive to my needs and the massage was awesome. I would highly recommend Nancy!!!

Horrible experience at this location, run don’t walk away from this place. Currently been two weeks since this horrible experience and no one has reached out to me after the front desk said that the manager would reach out. Sent an email to the franchise owner and have yet to hear anything back as well. They don’t value their customers or the experience that they are providing.
