Excellent Thai massage, Kim is awesome, right pressure, great technique, one of the best massages ever. 90 minutes was perfect.This massage place is so clean. Everyone are so professional and courteous.

Sara gave me the best massage of my life. I came here specifically for her. Deep tissue Thai 2 hours is my fav. I have very tight muscles and she really gets in there. Plus I love the lavender hot towels and cute little space. They make iced tea for customers and everyone is so nice.

I been getting massages for a long time, I get them once to twice a week. This place is definitely one of my top ones, I tried different masseuse is here, Kim, Tara, and Linda. They are very good. If you want to get full experience, you have to try two hours and than you will be hooked.

I got a deep tissue massage from Tara this past weekend and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She was very attentive and provided the perfect pressure. I am always in search of a good deep tissue massage and she was the best. I will definitely be going back!

This spa is legitimate, none of the nonsense from unreputable parlors.The atmosphere is relaxing, the options are vast & the prices for them are very competitive. Ive had massages from Venus & Tara, both were amazing! Ive had Thai massages in Thailand and I guarantee Thai Balinese Massage & Spa is on par! This is the first time I had a massage at Thai Balinese Massage and spa and it was amazing. My therapist was Kim and she provided me the best treatment for my body. I am an avid swimmer and my body is extremely tight and sore.Kim restored it back to normal again and feeling revived! This is my go to place from now on!

Easily the best massage I’ve ever recieved. Sara recognized tensions in areas and worked them out with very deep pressure. She’s so right when she says it’s “good pain” because she’s working out hard spots!! I fully plan on making this a routine for myself and coming back to see Sara soon!

I’m a high schooler wrestler at DMHS, I was just visiting the shop after my long tournament and its was amazing experience. Since I’m an athlete, my muscles is very tight and massage does really help my recovery and it’s was just fun and felt good. Absolutely wonderful. You have to see Sara. She puts her whole body into her work - literally. It was relaxing but at the same time very therapeutic and healing. I felt like I was detoxed! she got into every muscle. the spa itself is very welcoming and the teas are very good. I already booked another appt with Sara! Definitely recommend.

I had a disappointing experience at Thai Balinese Spa. The prices were exorbitant for the quality of service provided, and the staff was remarkably impolite. Its safe to say I wont be returning anytime soon and would never recommend to anyone. Would rather give a 0 star with no choice on google.Well got a reply from owner with a generic reply that their staff will take care of me. Unfortunately the staff are the culprits 😂

Just had a blissful 1 hour foot massage with AJ and it was so relaxing. He did a great job hitting all my points that needed work. The service was so great. I was welcomed with cold iced tea to start off. Then my feet were washed and off to bliss land with the foot massage. After I was given a hot tea and time to relax in the waiting room. It was a much needed massage after being on my feet catering during my tip in Arizona. Highly recommend this place. Cant wait to return next time Im here.

I come to AZ 3 times a year for golf trips always get a massage some are good some are mediocreI came in Monday night and got Sara when I tell you it was great you need to see her to believe for yourself she knows where your body is tight etc and apples pressure that is painful but next morning you feel greatSara is also personable and very proud of her daughter going to Med School.

My therapist was Maya in the Prescott Valley location. Very strange experience. She never asked me what kind of pressure I wanted. I literally told her at times it was too much. She just laughed. Really rough with my neck. Three days later and I’m still sore. Never again!

I highly suggest you give this place a try. I signed up for a membership after my 2nd visit. Today, I had a massage with Gigi and a facial with Maggie. I feel amazing and my skin looks fantastic. I have tried a variety of their massages but my favorite treatment is the the indian head massage with gua sha. It is so helpful if you have jaw tension. Also, they have done a really great job of creating a relaxing atmosphere & the tea is wonderful. 💙

JJ is the absolute best masseuse I’ve ever seen!!! I’m an athlete and experience extreme muscle knots, therefore I like very deep massage. JJ was able to use hot stone and massage to loosen my knots unlike anyone ever has before. I adore him! He is the absolute sweetest! I highly recommend you ask for him when you get a massage!

I have been coming to this place for a while and never had any issues. Great service every time. Unfortunately, today wasn’t pleasant. I booked a couples massage for my husband and spoke with a woman over the phone. I asked what the price of the massage was and she said $115 each. I asked as I’m budgeting our entire weekend experience. When I got to the front desk I was rang up for $250 total. I advised the lady I was told a different price and wasn’t sure why it was significantly more than I was told. She disregarded my concern and told me it’s $125 each. As a business owner myself I would take someone’s concerns seriously. Will not be back

I got off a flight and went straight here. Unfortunately I did not plan ahead and didn’t have time to book in advance but I got very lucky that they had availability for me right away!I emphasized my shoulders and neck needed the most TLC and they delivered! My masseuse even helped me stretch out my back at the end of the session! I feel so totally relaxed after. Such a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone!

This is my #1 massage place in Arizona and the US overall. I have visited twice with my boyfriend for a couple’s massage and it was absolutely amazing. The level of detail this place has when you enter it cannot compare to any place I’ve ever been to. We were offered special herbal tea with lemongrass and other herbs. They also use Do Terra essential oils so the aroma is welcoming, warm and creates an atmosphere of complete relax of your mind, body and spirit. Two massages specialist Tina and John were true professionals. I want to give special thanks to Tina for her outstanding technique as I’ve watched her massage my boyfriend (Thai Balinese style) and I knew how good she was so I scheduled my next appointment with her. Relaxing music, great vibe, clean place, great management (special thanks to Scott and his wife for making our anniversary so special). I have already recommended this place to all of my friends in Scottsdale area and beyond. Will definitely come back. I think it was about good luck to have found this place. If you really care about your body, your mental health and want to give it proper attention and love — this is your destination. Literally a hidden gem located on the bottom level of a small plaza!My husband and I LOVED our first deep tissue /Thai style massage. Our therapist were Michael and Dada. We both agreed that we hit the jackpot with this place and the therapist are skilled, friendly and professional.We started off with a nice glass of welcome tea before going into the private room with a foot soak waiting for us. It was a true 90 minutes of beautifully working out our body from head to toe. After the massage we had a warm cup of tea waiting for us with a surprised birthday cake for my husband.We already agreed right after our massage that we would return but after the sweet gesture it’s no doubt we will be a continuing customer.Thank you all again and see you soon :) we left feeling so relaxed and muscle relief!

I had my second reflexology massage with Leela and she is wonderful! So caring and an expert at using acupressure to release all my pain and tension! I highly recommend Thai Balinese Spa!

I really enjoy this place. I’ve had three different masseuses and they’ve all been wonderful in their own way. I had a massage last night from Jazz and it was amazing! I liked how she really found the spots that were bothering me and made sure she focused on those areas while still giving me a full body massage.They also treat you to Butterfly Pea Tea and it’s AMZING! It doesn’t have much of a flavor, but if you add lemon and honey its so good! It really helps you relax and finish your experience.

Cute little place. Very good massage, nice couples massage room. Only 75 an hour! So we did 90 minutes. They stretch you, have very talented hands, walk on you etc. Great atmosphere and service.

I have had many massages over many years. Massage Envy, Princess Resort Well & Being, Thai Royal, hole in the wall places...etc. This is definitely at the top with Thai Royal. I have sciatica and thoracic pain (Im only 31) and so I enjoy deep tissue and stretching. Thai Royal does great at stretching and they have amazing masseuses. However, it is not private and it does not feel as warm and sincere as Thai Balinese. These women are at your service and truly care about your healing. The place is quaint and beautiful. It is private and unique. My therapist was Jazz and I highly recommend her. Hot stone, oil, stretching, deep tissue, foot massage... she does it all! Get the 90 minutes. It is worth it.

My first Thai Balinese Massage. Fantastic. We did a duo massage. Michael was my masseuse. Pinky was my friends masseuse. We had Thai Balinese Signature massage. Great ambiance and enjoyed the tea before and after massage. I would highly recommend everyone to patronize this business. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I am definitely coming back and want to try their facials. Reasonably price and gave senior discount to us. Wonderful.

I waited a long time for a massage. GG spent about 30 minutes rubbing the same spot my right foot. The room was hot and stuffy and the massage did not feel good at all. I stopped the massage at 30 mins. It was a disappointing experience

This was by far the BEST massage I have ever gotten. The therapist that I got was AJ. He was professional, attentive, and checked in throughout the whole massage. The staff was so sweet. There needs to be better communication between the people booking the appointments and the massage therapists. I booked for an essential oil massage, but no essential oils were used even after asking multiple times due to a language barrier. Therapists tend to use very hard pressure, which can be too much, as is common is Asia. Therapists have a hard time changing pressure levels to accommodate appropriately. I hope these issues can be worked out...Very lovely people. Cozy decor. The Thai tea at the end adds a lovely relaxing touch!

Called the Shea location to book a couples massage for my husbands birthday 3 weeks before his birthday. When we got to the location (somewhere we’ve been multiple times), they told me that my appointment was for Prescott. They were unable to accommodate us. Unhappy that they didn’t book is for the location I called. Maybe they should confirm the location when booking over the phone. I didn’t book with a Groupon.

Pinky was the massage therapist that gave the best massage that I have had in years. there are not many Thai Massage places in Scottsdale and this one is clean, the owners are nice and gracious, you get offered delicious blue tea straight from Thailand. If you need a little escape and relaxation time after a long day of work then go to Thai Lanna Spa in Scottsdale. I honestly felt like I was in Bangkok for an hour, it was that authentic of a massage! Pinky told me she is from Thailand and came over recently. I highly recommend her.

Thai Balinese Massage is a hidden gem. If you are looking for a fancy, high falutin spa, this is not your place. If you are looking for some of the nicest therapists, incredible service, and body work or facials that are both effective and truly enjoyable, then look no further. I usually get the reflexology massage with extra body work (so worth the upgrade). Both Jazz and AJ are phenomenal. Maggie is my gal for microdermabrasion - her touch is perfect and she does a meticulous job. This is a facial ++. The facility is clean and welcoming and every person that works there a reminder of the kindness that does exist in the world. GO!

The spa is like a sanctuary inside, although it is tucked inside a small complex. Massage by Ai is excellent. The foot soak in the beginning and hot tea in the end are a plus. You feel like you want to stay in the spa for more time. Overall a great experience at the spa and will definitely recommend Ais massage for everyone who would need massage.
