Went to buy Kratom, only carried 2 brands (bad quality) and the prices were ridiculously high. Cashier was friendly but was arguing with a homeless person who lives outside in the parking lot along with several others. Didn’t feel safe, would not recommend.

Only can give it 2 stars because of the employee working last night. (Sunday night) He made us feel unwelcomed and rushed. Yes, it was close to closing time. However, I had acknowledged that so he knew we wouldn’t keep him. We asked for a specific item, by brand, and he grabbed it and walked straight to the register. Yet we had questions! My husband asked if that was the only foil that was not pre poked. (Hookah) He barely responded with “yeah” and couldn’t be bothered to turn his head to face us or show us any of the others. I’ve heard great things about this smoke shop and am EXTREMELY disappointed. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so unwelcomed in an establishment before

The selection is average and prices are a bit inflated, but the reason for the 2 stars is the staff...or at least 1 of them. I walked in about 50 minutes before closing. No greeting to be had, just one employee busy talking to his friend about their perceived deterioration of the west side. After 10 minutes I go up to the employee and tell him Id like to see a few glass pieces. He explains that hes busy waiting for a transaction to process and goes back to chatting with his friend, so I left. His rude, dismissive behavior means Ill never spend a dime in that shop...and I have a tendency to spend a lot in smoke shops.

Its where I go to get all my vape stuff they carry everything you need from ejuice to mods and alot more other things the staff there are awesome the owner takes pride in hes busines so whoever you get greeted by treats you like a best friends and there more then will to help you in anyway..

This shop is the best I have shop that I have found over the years. They will beat any price and make sure you feel at home. They have a huge variety of anything you could think of and they don’t try to upsell you in anyway and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell in the store. I personally like working with Jack because he is very down to earth and will be 💯 honest with you. I will always shop here and recommend them. The best customer service I have experienced.

I love that they have testers available in all the flavors of juice! The vape juice is much cheaper than the ones here in Texas but the mods are more expensive. They carry a ton of menthol flavors which is a refreshing change of pace. They store is a bit crammed or crowded as they have a small space but its workable. The guy who helped me out was knowledgeable and friendly. Was quick in and out with no pressure to really purchase anything.

Best prices Ive seen anywhere in Arizona and the very best customer service bar none. I love handing out 5 stars to real 5 star people and places. You know how you can walk out of an establishment and think to yourself WOW, Ill definitely be coming back to this place. This is one of thoes places. The shop is tiny and the parking is a bit limited however, the prices will blow you away and the customer service will bring you back.

I would say the only downfall is the size if the store. It can get a little claustrophobic especially if there is multiple customers but besides that this place is great. But everything besides that is top tier the quality of glass and knowledge that the workers have. So if your new to buying smoke related things this place is a must try because you will feel fully welcomed an more than likely get some kinda of extra deal when your buying something on the pricey side.

This store is fantastic. I personally shop for vape related products. They have a fantastic selection. A lot of juice, both salt nic and regular. There pod system selection is a good size, with a heavy lean towards better products. The same goes for regular mods. The 2 people I worked with there are very friendly. They are professional. They definitely know there products. I have been to a lot of vape stores, and this one is the best in the immediate area in my opinion. As far as there other products, I have no experience with it personally. But they have a great selection of the other products they carry. I definitely prioritize this store over others. They also have a good selection of zippos, which I plan to grab a few for my collection. Keep being awesome, love your store.

Only shop in the valley that had what I needed in stock. Within minutes, they found me a replacement part that drastically outperforms the original for less than half of what the original part cost. Feels a little bit like a hidden gem! Friendly, efficient, wide selection and outstanding prices.

Hi life 1 & 2 (the one on McDowell) are the best shops Ive been to since I moved to Arizona last October. They sell quality items at very reasonable prices. The gentlemen who run the stores are extremely considerate of their customers needs and wants. They even sell good Kratom, which is usually a tough find at a headshop (typical headshops carry awful gas station quality kratom at massive markups).And, with one location by my house and the other by my work, these guys have a customer in me for life.

Best Kratom in town. Best prices in town. The employees are super chill, and extremely helpful. Definitely my go to shop.

Been here for a few things and I have always left feeling like I was well taken care of.... Until today. I bought a very expensive vape pen for my Master. He was very happy with it and their house made E-liquid. Well its been a few weeks and the vape pen is falling apart. The screws are loose and he took it back in (as they said they stand behind their products). He simply asked them if they could help him fix it. He was told no we cant fix it! This is a smoke shop not a fix it shop! He left and we wont be back. Dont buy a vape pen from them they will fall apart.Update: from what I had seen and what I was told the parts were all there nothing broke off as stated by the shop aside from 1 screw he asked if you had replacement screws for them and if they could be tightened He got response that was less than friendly where a simple no we dont offer those services would have been sufficient. Instead he got a very short tone of we are a smoke shop, not a fix it shop! This is not how customer relations of a reputable business is run. We were originally told they do have recycled parts that could be used if we have any problems. That was when we made the original purchase.We have found a place that does fully stand behind their products and will repair or replace broken vape pens and supplies sometimes for a fee but never turned away. This would be Smoking Vapor on 44th Street by the Costco on Thomas Road.

I visit Hi-Life primarily for e-cigarette/vape supplies. They can mix custom juices for you and the flavors (there must be at least 100) can be combined any way you like with different PG/VG and nicotine levels. They taste great right away and incredible after a week or two of steeping. They are extremely well priced. They are a great product for people who use tons of juice in their drippers/subtanks like I do. They also have a decent selection of hardware (considering the limited space); Theres all the most popular and best brands of mods, batteries, drippers, tanks and everything you need to get your vape on - not to mention very low prices on them as well.The selection and prices are great but what makes Hi-Life amazing is Moe. He is eminently knowledgeable and always eager and happy to help. I went to Hi-life because its the closest shop to my apartment, but after my experience with them Id happily drive for an hour to get there if that was necessary.

Id say that spot in Scottsdilly does what it takes to make its gravy. I go there for their oils, pipes and incents; the reason I choose Hi-Life though: price coupled with public relations... Wait I wanted to say customer service. Who are you to say,Glass Monkeys is better!? The owner tresspassed me from thier property for Devil knows what. I think he should have been more honest with his shop name. Its obvious he wants to call it Racist Junkies. He didnt even know bluedot pipes are oil burners till I told them be legit and get oils. Dont mess with Gochibum friend! Speaking of oil, its aromic and therapy for the lungs. Couple that with your leaf smoking habits and have a healthy cough for once... guaranteed!

What a worthless waste of space. The shop never opens on time which is actually a bonus because it saves a lucky few from the hacks that own the place. Came in looking for a simple attachment for a waterpipe and Moe didnt even know where to look in his own store. On top of that the place reeks, how do you even let a smoke shop smell so bad? Just burn incense idiots, if you even know what that is.

In the process of moving to Scottsdale from Las Vegas and had to give it a shot for kratom as I was looking for housing and kratom has great effects on mood and anxiety.. Blown away by customer service, price and quality of product recommended. In fact the two gentlemen who helped were headed to Vegas for the weekend. I can only hope we exceeded their expectations as tourist who are like family to true LasVegans. I will be a loyal customer. See you in a few days!
