Vapor Vortex - Scottsdale

Nice place. They have a nice variety of batteries and tanks. Good for beginners and those ready to move up in their vaping equipment. Priced a bit high for the advanced kits, but the staff will make sure you fully understand what youre purchasing. These folks know their stuff. The tasting bar is fantastic. Tried out so many juices before deciding. Great selection.

This is a great vape shop..staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have local premium e-juice for good price. Good amount of hardware. I can kick it and chill or play ping pong ! They dont try to rush you or high pressure sale you..I highly recommend vapor vortex Scottsdale its my homeshop and 11st choice in Scottsdale and Tempe and North Phoenix

I just moved here and saw on their website that they sell my atomizer brand. It was a bit of a hike from where I live but well worth it. The sales gal was super helpful and she recommend a JVAPES flavored juice called So Cal and its utterly amazing! I bought 2 packs of atomizers, 60 ml of juice and battery charger. Go check this place out!

The guys here are all great and helpful. They got me hooked on some good juice right from the start and thats how I found JVapes. I told them about you guys when I visited their location in Prescott this last weekend. :) Referred my gf from work to you guys, you all took good care of her as well. My only request would be if you could get the bigger bottles for some of your more popular juices - like the 30ml size. Those little bottles go fast when you find a good flavor!

I was visiting from out of town, and I was looking to see what the local area has to offer and stumbled upon this great place! I was met with excellent customer service, a very knowledgable staff, and a wide selection of excellent juices! Ill certainly be returning the next time Im in the area and until then Ill be ordering from them online!

Poor service.A social spot for the employees friends.Ladies cell phone was more important than the cuatomer.No explanation of product.Mainly the service is garbage, product maybe delicious but Id rather have sub par fluid than have sub par service.I wont be doing business with this company again.2 miles west there is a far better company that will remain name less, just know that if your friend doesnt work here that you will recieve poor service and be treated as if your business is not welcome.

Sold me a vape for $49.99 yesterday, and when I found it for $19.99 somewhere else, they refused to give me a refund without a $14.99 re-stocking fee. Also, I only bought the device because the guy behind the counter told me I could get a pack of pods with 4 that each equate to one pack of cigarettes for $5, only to find out he was wrong, and a pack of 4 costs only $5 less than 4 packs of cigarettes does. Complete ripoff. Avoid this place.

I like vapor vortex because the products they sell are safe to use. They have a strict policy on sourcing e liquids from US producers. Super knowledgable staff helps with finding you a liquid you love and hardware that works together. Thanx Ben and the Vapir Vortex team

Attitude problem here. I thinks its just people who live in Scottsdale are just jerks but dont give attitude to your customers specially if they go to vapor vortex alot
