I rarely give reviews but this place was so bad I had to choice. When I say avoid I mean RUN AWAY. The first receptionist when I came in was lovely. However that’s when it all went downhill. My massage went considerably shorter than the paid for time and was so underwhelming (my entire back was missed which I’ve never had happen). When I brought this up to the second receptionist checking out. They first didnt acknowledge my existence moving me to the side to check someone who came behind me. When they finally allowed me to speak to them to check out they continued to be incredibly dismissive and made it extremely clear after talking down to me they could care less about the situation that I was being charged for services not provided and no resolution was offered. Massages are usually incredible and relaxing. However this one left me leaving more stressed and exactly as sore as I came after being charged over 100 dollars. RUN
Im genuinely sad to leave a three star review here because every massage Ive gotten here was excellent and all of the staff were professional, helpful, and kind. However, this business has a policy of making it incredibly difficult to cancel a contract. I was initially told that I could not cancel unless I came in person. I requested to sign the form via email and was told I couldnt. The result was that I had to pay for another month of membership because they have a 30 day cancelation policy. However, the in person requirement is not in the contract I signed. When I called to ask about this, the manager told me it was the policy, and I should have been told about it when I signed up. I was not. She also told me that they make exceptions and let people cancel via email if they cannot come in person. I asked her why an exception wasnt made in my case, and she didnt know. She still insisted that this hidden term that I never agreed to and that they do make exceptions to was binding on me. The fact that I was incorrectly told the requirements to cancel and ended up paying for massages I didnt want does not sit right with me.
Love this location! Front desk staff is great. Massage therapists are good communicators and provide relaxing massage.
I am very disappointed with the service at this place. They often move the schedule without any notice, and I have experienced this for two times in a row now. I had an appointment booked three weeks in advance, which was confirmed in the morning but suddenly canceled in the afternoon with no apology. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable.
Disappointing. He started late, left the room halfway through, and ended early, so the massage was 15-20 min shorter than what I payed for. Certainly wasn’t a deep tissue and he ignored the problem areas we discussed. May have been a one-off experience, but not sure I’m willing to spend another $200 to give it another shot :/
Great practioners, all of them, reasonable monthly memberships, and the Greenlake one (actually in Roosevelt) is right across the street from a light rail station, so could be super convenient even if you dont live close to this neighborhood!
Chris was great, he hit all of my problem areas, the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling much more relaxed and pain free.
I have had three different massage therapist work on me here and I have to say they are all amazing . This place is so neat and clean and friendly ! Well worth the money I paid ! I have had a lot of massages in my time but this is my favorite place of all . Knowing they are all good means I never have to wait to get in !They have and elite therapist that seem to manage the team and he does it so well that I keep coming back ! Thanks for an amazing clean establishment.
I recently decided to pull my membership at Elements Massage after being a regular for 3 years. Initially, I was drawn by the top-notch therapists who truly cared about my well-being, providing exceptional massages. However, the inconsistency in therapist availability became a major issue. The first therapist I connected with left, followed by the next one I settled with. This cycle continued, making it challenging to find a long-term therapist, a common concern in massage businesses like Elements. The tipping point for my decision was a recent experience with a therapist who wore gloves throughout the entire massage. I was unaware of this practice and was surprised to learn after paying over $100 for the session. This incident highlighted the communication gap between clients and therapists. When I visited the establishment to terminate my membership, there was further disappointment. Despite requesting termination over the phone a week prior, I was informed I needed to stay on for an additional 30 days as they didn’t document my phone call and request. The receptionists demeanor changed once I explained my purpose, which was to complete the necessary termination paperwork in person. My final 60-minute massage fell short, lasting just under 50 minutes, leaving me feeling shortchanged. While I appreciated the positive experiences I had with some therapists, the inconsistency in staffing, lack of transparency, and recent disappointing encounters ultimately led me to end my membership.Overall, Elements Massage has its strengths, especially in the form of caring therapists, but improvements are needed in communication, consistency, and honoring membership requests promptly.
I understand how lucky and privileged I am to be able to afford a monthly massage, but I didn’t realize how important it was to my health in all the ways! Love this Roosevelt location! Always greeted right away by staff, the place is clean and relaxing and love the massage therapist, Marc!
Very nice front desk staff and my most recent massage was the best Ive had in my life (out of hundreds).
What a wonderful experience! Shane is a new therapist here who specializes in shoulders, hands, and feet, and I went to him for persistent hand and wrist pain on both sides (that doctors had not been able to diagnose and had just thrown some pretty heavy pain meds at). He was phenomenal, so attentive, very sensitive to my comfort and needs, and I have so far experienced lasting pain relief unlike anything else has ever offered. The space is clean, calm, and lovely. The manager at the front desk was very kind and seemingly competent. I am so grateful for my experience here and am looking forward to going back often.
Expensive but kinda worth it if youre very active and want a professional massage experience. I have felt safe each time I go here
Every staff Ive worked with have been the nicest and most welcoming! The massage therapists are top notch and I always walk out of there relaxed and taken care of. Ive been a member for over a year and the perks are so worth it. 10/10 !!
Maggie was great and really alleviated the pain I was having in my neck and upper back!
Paid for a 60-minute massage, it lasted 40-minutes. If it was a good 40-minutes I wouldnt be leaving a review. Id just eat the money spent and never go back. But it wasnt a good 40-minutes. It was a bad 40-minutes. It started with an attempted upsell and went downhill from there. I was basically poked for 40-minutes and went home more stressed than when I arrived.
I was pretty confused that as a new customer that my booked appointment via their website was never confirmed despite providing my contact information. I was later notified I had been charged $60 for missing my appointment. The receptionist was friendly but was not able to provide any other options other than to rebook without any part of that going towards my first appointment. I won’t be coming here in the future.
Update #2: moving from 4 to 2. i ended up cancelling my membership cause i wasn’t able to use my purchase massages as they were very hard to schedule weeks in advanced. i did ask to be put on a cancel list which they responded with that cancel list is only for members. i reminded them the credits i had were due to membership but they refused to put me on a cancellation list and suggested i call daily if i wanted to see if any last minute spots. at the end of the day, they are great at charging you but make it incredibly difficult to redeem what you’ve already paid for. as i understand it, new management has taken over in the last 1-2 years and it’s very evident they are running things less customer focused as before.update: moving from 5 to 4. it’s very hard to get appointments. they book out weeks in advanced which isn’t helpful when i’m in need of a massage due to pain. i have 2.5 hrs on my account that has been sitting for a while that i haven’t been able to use.nice people, simple membership and can pause very easily with no hard sales tactics. place is always welcoming, clean and relaxing.
Requested a female therapist for a woman I was gifting this massage for. Got a male. Explained she would feel unsafe with a male. Requested a refund. Was promised a refund. They then didnt send the refund. Followed up and sent screenshots of their promise. Was refused. Had to write them many times to get half a refund. Felt insensitive given the circumstances. Was told not to book with them again, as if that were the issue. I recommend avoiding them for lack of kindness and safety.
I saw Chantel for prenatal massages and she was fantastic! She made sure I felt comfortable and I always left with fewer aches and pains. Highly recommend!
Was hoping for an out of this world relaxing session. Chit-chatted for 90 mins and never really truly relaxed. My partner came out from the session with the usual sleepy face ring imprint you get after a fully submersible message. A couch session is cheaper and more beneficial.
Solo did an amazing job, I’m an MMA fighter and with a few massages my body stopping hurting as much when I was in the gym. He was very knowledgeable of physical therapy techniques and helped me feel at ease. The front desk was nothing but awesome. Because of unforeseen circumstances, I could no longer afford to get massages, so I tried to cancel but started to have an anxiety attack. Kami, the front desk, was kind, understanding, and calm.I do have to say that there was very little info given to me regarding the membership. the website did mention that it was “month to month” and I could “cancel anytime”. There was no info on how to cancel. When I tried to cancel over the phone, I had to give a “30 days notice” and I would still be charged recurring the first of the month, and I had to come in person to sign that the membership is being terminated. This was not made clear to me when I first became a member. I believe there should have been more info both on the website and in person about all that encompasses a membership. Since I was in such a state of anxiety, the front desk waived the last payment, which was a very kind thing to do.I love this particular location, just not the company. I think better business practices could be made, particularly with cancelling memberships.
This review is solely for their customer service, not their massage. It’s about 7pm on 12/9/2022 now - the receptionist I just talked to on the phone said “I have another call coming in, is there anything else I could help you with?” all while she was still talking to me and not quite done helping me with scheduling a session. Quite disrespectful gesture for a customer service representative, and does not embody a relaxing massage place environment.Glad I cancelled my membership last month.
Jonathan was great. He did just what I asked, with just the right pressure, and just the right amount of time focusing on my problem areas. The bed heating is good, the music very relaxing, and the receptionists very pleasant. The automated payment system (not having to get out your card every time) is very convenient. And most importantly, there is always a lot of availability, so I dont usually have to wait too long before getting a massage when I need one!Ive also seen a couple other massage therapists there and enjoyed my experience. There is a wide range of expertise which I like.
10/10 would recommend. Clean. Welcoming. Friendly. It felt like home.
I’ve had a membership at Elements Massage and I have really liked having one. Both a pro and a con is that there are multiple massage therapists you can see. It’s nice because you can try different therapists and different styles but a down side is that once you find a therapist you really like it’s sometimes hard to book with them as schedules fill up quickly. But the membership price is great and I love that I can add a family member to my account.
2 appointments in a row theyve canceled morning of. One less than an hour before the massage and the other 3 hours before and woke me up when they called. Told them I wanted to cancel my membership and she said there is paperwork I have to go fill out. Absolutely ridiculous. Easier to just cancel the card on file and get a new one.
John S. is really just excellent. Nice person and really good at what he does. I asked him a bit about how employment at EM is like and he went into a lot of detail about how theyre taken care of and how his passion for his work is just enabled by how great EM has been. Talked a lot about daily routines and how they can affect you. The massage experience was awesome, he explained everything I asked about. The receptionists were really prompt and nice as well. The venue itself is very peaceful. Has parking!!!Basically I signed up for the monthly subscription, thank you for helping me feel better with your services.
Mason is the best! He has really helped my chronic lower back pain and has given me some useful tips for stretching at home in between visits. Ive been coming to Elements for about 1.5 years now and each visit is excellent. All the staff are very friendly and kind and I like that I can easily make appointments in advance online. I appreciate their continued focus around health and safety by requiring masks.
Definitely the highest quality and most professional massage services Ive ever had, from the front desk staff to the massage therapists to the owners to the room setup, this is the best place to go. I always feel refreshed, relaxed, and in a much better headspace after every massage here. Been going for almost 10 years, Ill continue going until I move to another city
Editing this to reflect my most recent experience: Ciara was wonderful and helpful, and the front desk comped the session because of my experience with my previous appointment. So Im bumping this up a few stars.First review:Havent actually had a massage with them yet. I booked with them 24 hours ahead of time because I was injured, my muscles were sore, and they had an opening. I had been to the Lynnwood Elements before, and had several pleasant experiences. When I got to Greenlake Elements, I was informed that my masseur, Herman Harp, had called the front desk 10 MINUTES before my appointment was supposed to begin to inform them that he wasnt coming in. As in, while I was on the road, driving over (but when I SHOULD have already been at the massage office if there hadnt been traffic). Seriously, dude? 10 minutes? Unless he lives next door, shouldnt the preparation for going to work or not have happened long before it was 10 minutes from an appointment starting time? So, I have another appointment scheduled with them for later this month, and maybe it will be fine. Its with a different therapist. But: dont book with Herman.
Love this place! All the massage therapists are really great and often have tips for me at the end to help with tension that I tend to carry. The environment is calming, theyre great with safety protocols with Covid, and the staff are professional and helpful. Highly recommend!
As a first time visitor, I had a really lovely experience. Check-in was quick. Roberta was an excellent masseuse. She had a calm demeanor and did a really great job at checking in throughout the massage on my pressure preference, which was much appreciated. I felt like she really listened to my concerns and provided excellent service.
Rachel is amazing! Not only is she fantastic with her massage techniques, knowing just the right spots for pressure, but she is also very knowledgeable about the body in general and is happy to share stretching techniques along with yoga postures and even nutrition pointers. And on top of that, she is super fun to talk to! It is also nice that she is reliable so we have established a long term client/therapist relationship that I look forward to every 3 weeks. The front desk staff is always kind and welcoming. The reservation system is full proof and the member program gives a good discount for a great service.
I have been going here for almost two years and have seen different therapists. This location is always exactly what I expect. Professional, inviting, relaxing, and a wonderful price for the quality. The sheets are soft, the temperature is always perfect, the therapists are always great about asking the right questions to make sure they tailor your visit to what you need that day, and the business is always perfectly clean. I can really relax here, and always walk away feeling better if not great!
After visiting several times and having excellent service consistently, regardless of therapist, I joined the monthly membership. I like the ability to set appointments online. The receptionist team is super friendly and knowledgeable about each therapists abilities. The therapists always ask about needs before getting started and offer water afterwards.
Had my first ever massage at Elements! Booked a 60 minute session at a level 2 for pressure and enjoyed every minute of it. Came out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Calm and cozy spa. Relaxing atmosphere, nice and warm! Dimly lit rooms for ultimate relaxation. Music was nice for the background, not too distracting. Cassidy B. was a great massage therapist, I definitely recommend going to her and I will be back again for another session next time. Thank you Elements Massage and Cassidy!
We had a lovely first experience and bought the membership to come back. The second session was a big, big disappointment.Massage - actual massage was good, but the massage therapist was hostile to my questions about massages. I was told to “go home and do my own research”, and “to stop questioning and enjoy the massage”. I came to relax but this hostile encounter only made me more tense. I wish masseur P(xxxx) would give us a heads up that he prefers quiet sessions.Front desk - very rude. They were very dismissive when I raised concerns about the treatment I received. Staff E(xxx)a & T(xxx)y assumed that I had used somebody else’s appointment and used that to justify the poor service that I received. I later called to get their name, which they gave and then abruptly hung up. I wish T(xxx)y would refrain from blaming the customer when the booking process itself is vague.Online booking process - needs serious improvement. There are times you will see 1 hour availabilities on the website, but it’s actually a 90 minute block on the therapist’s calendar. I had to reschedule numerous times over the phone because of that. Also, the online booking process doesn’t ask some very important questions (e.g. who’s getting the massage) which leads to misunderstandings. I hope this booking service can be overhauled.
Great massage, I definitely recommend this place to everyone!!
I love the ease of Elements Massage. There is zero hassle. The monthly massage program is seamless and a great incentive to take care of myself with regular massage appointments. The front desk employees are considerate and incredibly helpful. The massage therapists are phenomenal! Each therapist I have received a massage from is exceptionally professional, kind, attentive to specific problem areas and friendly. Time after time, I receive fantastic service from Elements Massage... from the moment I arrive to the moment I walk out the door. Fantastic!
Rachel is fantastic! She gave me a great medium-deep pressure massage with customized attention where needed! She made sure to check in on pressure throughout the massage--not just at the beginning--and to check in on how I was feeling. Super happy with her attention to my problem knots and help me feel more aligned and relaxed!
Aaron was incredible! His style and pressure were perfect for both my goal of relaxing and working out some sore muscles. He was pleasant and very professional. The clinic was also clean, soothing and comfortable. I absolutely plan to visit again!
People were very nice and all that, but massage therapist I got was told to focus on my lower back and feet, but yet focused on my neck and shoulders. Then on dug in so hard and aggressively that Im still in pain...and I had the massage almost 12 hours ago! His name was Chris and I havent gone back even tho they assure me hes not there anymore.
This is the spot. Great ! My back never felt better
10/10 recommend! I’m a massage connoisseur, and this place is amazing. Depends which therapist you get of course and It is expensive but so worth it. Quick to check you in and get you on the table. Adam is amazing, not talkative and has strong hands, which is great for a therapist! Great pressure, unique techniques and great awareness of the muscles, attachment points, etc.
I had a great massage at Elements. It was my first massage (ever). Chris was wonderful and I will definitely go back. Highly recommend!
Always satisfied with the treatment in massage that I get. Easy to set up appointments with my therapist. Parking is hassle free and dont have to wait for long to get inside the facility. Staff is always positive and are willing to help. No complaints. Thank you are being amazing
Just visited here on my first time. It seemed like my massage was about repeatedly tweaking each tendon in my body rather than massaging the actual muscle. The spots they chose to massage seemed random. I left mostly not feeling great after. Not sure what they were trying to accomplish but it was not an hour well spent for me. My neck tendons still hurt the next day from attempts to tweak those too and during that I had to say that is not a good spot to the person doing it. I might return but will look into a different person.
I’ve had a membership here for over a year and I really enjoy it. I’ve always been treated kindly by the front desk staff and the LMT I work with is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Plus the space is clean and relaxing!
The ambiance is very nice with many experienced therapists to choose from. I love the monthly payment plan that allows for me to budget a 1 1/2 hr monthly massage at a very reasonable price. AND they are practicing very safe Covid practices with zero incidents to date. I now have a favorite therapist !!!
Been a member for multiple years, originally joining at their previous location. Professional and helpful. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Keeps me in the gym. Mark is a terrific partner in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Great massage therapists with incredible knowledge on the human body, solid front desk staff, love the membership perks, the auto billing and tips are helpful and much faster than having to pull out a card with every transaction. Been trusting them with gently treating my body for the last year as Ive slowly recovered from an auto accident. Love the new location and added perks that come with massage now... the hot towels are both nice and helped with my muscles loosening before massage, so thank you!
Melissa was professional, knowledgeable and extremely talented. She was flexible and fit me in last minute and I’m so glad that she did. I felt so much better after my session.
Pressure point type of massage, I also tried cupping add on for the first time due to a nagging shoulder tightness and pain. I prefer the old fashion deep tissue or thai massage. It was a relaxing massage and I might have dozed off a couple of times but shoulder pain relief was minimal.
My therapist Sophia is amazing! She listens to my needs before the session and works hard to see that all my requests are met during our time together. She takes time to explain different muscles and how tension builds up in them. To take it one step further, she demonstrates stretches I can do between sessions so my next massage can have even better results.I always recommend Elements Massage Green Lake, especially Sophia, when anyone asks me about a massage.
The entire experience was wonderful from the time I walked in to the time that I left. This was my first time receiving a professional massage and John P did an excellent job. He was excellent at targeting the specific areas that I wanted him to work on and made the experience comfortable. It was also helpful to learn that you have parking on site and that one is able to pay for services using an HSA.
Professional, effective, clean, comfortable. Monthly massages at Elements keep my body happy! Lisa is my favorite provider.
My wife and I went in for massages and were more than satisfied with our visit. She had Vicky who she said was a very attentive and accommodating. I had john G who I loved because of his techniques and pressure. We would recommend both the anyone needing a massage.
First, the phone scheduling was easy, they were able to fit me in within 2 weeks which was nice. The check-in process was overkill. Waiting in your car to fill out the health info sheet? Then keeping the building door locked until you have a mask on? This is too much. They cracked open the door just enough to squeeze a mask through when i came in. This made me feel uninvited. I thought wow, does keeping the door locked stop covid from coming into the building? Hospitals arent even this strict with masks. Also, the MT was so strict about keeping the mask on when turning over. As soon as I lifted my head up she said put your mask on. No intro, for example, it would have been better to say ok its time to turn over then can you put your mask on. This is about the client and a massage not about regulating masks. The situation seemed tense and she seemed more motivated about regulating masks than giving the massage. The covid restrictions were not necessary to the level they were taking it. The restrictions made me uncomfortable. In the room, they had a large fan that was blowing a lot of air loudly. The lights were too bright and the music was too loud as well. She put a towel over my eyes for the brightness. Having a mask on with a towel over your eyes was too much. It was very hard to mentally relax. The MT was not the most soft spoken or welcoming. She seemed militant in confirming the type of massage. She said something like i can do that in an arrogant attitude rather than confirming in a comforting way. During the massage the MT had these random sudden movements that would move my entire body. It was fast/sudden and not therapeutic. It was almost like a shake - Ive never had that before in any massage. She had me stuff my mask down in the head rest which seemed to be wrapped with a pillow case. I was breathing in my own air for 45 minutes face down, this was not therapeutic. I had no fresh air when laying face down and this was troublesome. Fresh air in a massage room is important and having a big fan blow room temp air around plus breathing through a pillow case was not ideal. Ive had several massages and this was not one of the top massages Ive had. Between the covid restrictions, unfriendly MT, and the room setup I wanted to walk out. I will not be returning to this location.
I like the consistency of having the same masseuse, this can be a high turnover business. With that, comes familiarity with you and the masseuse, as they get to know your body, the massages become more and more integral to your health and workout recovery (which is why we do them). Everyone who works there is polite and friendly, its a great atmosphere, very professional, very clean, and something we look forward to every month.
I love Elements Greenlake! They have done such a great job with managing covid restrictions and maintaining strict rules to protect both customers and employees! Ive gone almost monthly for the last two years and have had consistently great experiences with both massage therapists and the rest of the staff! Their membership program is great too!
Wonderful experience at Elements Massage Green Lake. They are very respectful with social distancing guidelines and made us feel welcome and safe while at sign in for our massage and whole session.-My massage was wonderful. One thing that made me enjoy my experience was the excellent continues pressure. John (Masseur)
Pay for 90 minutes, get maybe 70 minutes, and sometimes ~40 minutes. Its standard that they book you for 90 minutes, but the staff screw around for about 10 minutes on either side of that and only get you an actual massage for maybe 70 minutes. But the latest session was even worse.I had a massage booked for 1:00 PM, and got a call at 12:08 that I was late for my appointment. I checked e-mail and texts, and there was no notification that the time had changed to 12:00. I asked about it at the front desk, and they said I must have turned off e-mail notifications on my online profile. Thats B.S., as I had gotten a previous confirmation 3 weeks earlier, and dont have an online profile where I would have (or could have) turned off the notifications. The actual massage was fine, but the booking difficulty is absurd, and the staff are just dismissive if you have an issue.
Its very convenient to make appointments. Its near my home...so easy to get to quickly. Everyone is polite, courteous, and professional. The massage therapists have all been top notch. And I really appreciated the introductory offer for discounted sessions.
Holly cow, that was great! Shocked by the high quality of the massage and professionalism of staff. I didnt think much of franchise massage facilities but now I couldnt recommend them more. The prices are a little high thats why I gave them 4 starts instead of 5 but for the extra cost you get the convenience so dealing with a larger company. I got my massage from some dude maybe named Aruth, he gets double thumbs up.
My first massage ever was great. John P provided a relaxing experience from the start and calmed my nerves. Being new to massage, I dont have a point of comparison for how his massage was, but I sure felt good when I walked out. Scheduling was easy (again, because I was new and had no preference). I will return!
I won a massage at this place from an auction. So, I went into the experience not knowing too much about the establishment. I walked away very happy! I cant remember the name of the woman who administered my massage. However, I can remember how amazing the massage was! I have a very physical job in retail, so I have a lot of pain. I cant all my problems were over, but I felt SO much better after the massage. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.
Everyone was so friendly and warm, very relaxing environment and my massage was wonderful. I really appreciate the numerical system denoting the varied levels of pressure and depth/type of massage each practitioner offers. Whether you are looking for relaxation through massage or to target a specific injury- there is a massage here for everyone!
Ive been going here for about 8 years, since they opened. Wonderful space, excellent staff, and Ive never had a bad massage. I was able to pause my membership during a tough time, and its super easy to schedule online. Highly recommend!
I made an appointment for an intro massage here. When I arrived the receptionist said there was no appointment for me. I was sure that I had made an appointment for this time, and when she looked me up she found that the appointment had been cancelled on their end. I asked if she knew why but all she could say is that the system cancelled the appointment. But she could offer no explanation as to why. They had no other massages available that day to offer me instead. Pretty disappointing!
Today after my visit Im kinda sad to be moving out of the area. What in the world took me so long to come to this place? My massage was done by Vi Valentine and let me tell you.. she was amazing!!! Probably the best massage I have ever had! A lot of people when giving massages start to lose pressure half way through.. but not this girl! She was amazing!
Very professional and relaxing environment. Friendly faces at the front desk. Massage therapist listened to concerns and addressed them. He checked in during the massage to see where I was at and how I was doing. I really enjoyed the whole experience.
Ive seen John D. twice and hes amazing. I have fibromyalgia and so Im very particularly about my massage therapist. Ive had many over the years and John has got to be in the top 3. He extremely thorough and listens well.
Clayton did a great job with the deep tissue massage. He listened to what areas I wanted the most focus on and he did a good job organizing his time where I needed pressure the most. Great customer service but not overly attentive.
Aaron is a master at his trade. The best massage and body work I have ever received. The front staff id friendly and efficient. So glad to have joined The Elements massage monthly program!!
Note that I did not schedule an appointment - this is a review of me attempting to schedule an appointment.I saw an ad that read $60 off your first couples massage session regular rate $158. Hopefully Im not alone in assuming that this means the first couples massage would be $98.Called to make an appointment, was told 3-4 times that this wasnt a promotion that they currently had running and that the massage would be $158. I was able to direct the front desk person to the email I was referencing, including the link to the landing page with the ad, and his response was less than ideal, including: Yeah, Im not sure why its worded that way and Well it doesnt exactly say that its $60 off of $158.First disappointment was that I had to prove that I wasnt making something up. Second disappointment was there was 0 attempt in honoring the price, or providing an alternative. Not sure any steps will be made towards editing or removing the ad, but wanted to post this as a FYI.
Good prices and great staff! I was up surprise for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. I highly recommend checking this place out if its your first time ever getting a massage. Super informative and helpful.
Had an amazing deep tissue massage -- therapist was really communicative and professional, and also highly skilled. Facility was lovely and covid protocols were well thought out. Highly recommend!
Currently a member getting discounted rates for regular messages. The quality is high, good add-on options that make sense, and the staff is always friendly. I was hesitant to get regular messages and now Im just sad i didnt start sooner. Thanks for always having water waiting when I open the door, super helps.
You should get a massage here, asap. Sitting in your chair as long as you currently do, you surely have pains in your body that need some work! I know I do- They are very careful about COVID guidelines, everything is clean and all of the people there are respectful & good at their jobs.
First I clarify the actual massage service was excellent. Jeanne S. is an amazing therapist. I didnt feel awkward or uncomfortable at all. She even informed me to check in with my doc abt a iffy spot on my back. I trust her skills. This review is purely reflecting upon the administrative service. I booked online w/ Jeanne S. bcuz I looked up the web and saw shes in-network w/ Premera and I have my doctors referral/diagnosis to to bill thru insurance. Soon after, studio called to ask if I can change my time from 8pm to 6. No problem. Then staff reminded me to be early, bring my insurance card and have doc send the diagnosis. Understood. On the day of 10/28, I gave insurance card to front desk. She said they received referral but not the codes but if they need more info theyll contact my doctor. Again, no problem. After session, I was charged with $59. Next day 10/29, I emailed to ask if Im billed incorrectly bcuz $59 seemed high. The 1st response 10/31, they confirmed w/ my insurance & benefits that copay is $25 and allowable 30 visits a year, I should specify the in-network therapist. I called insurance to confirm copay is correct but w/45 visits instead of 30. I also noticed nowhere they addressed refunding the overcharge. On 11/2, I responded that from the interaction I had on the phone and in-person with the studio, I did due diligence abt my intention to bill thru insurance. I dont know how much more explicit I could be. I corrected that my #of visits and I rqstd a refund for overcharge amt. 2nd response 11/6 from Jennifer J., the manager of the studio. She started w/ Hi Sarah, We apologize for the delay in response, we are a very busy studio and ask our clients to please give us a couple days to respond to issues and concerns. then, If you would rather not take the time to let the front desk know if you are going through insurance and are booked with someone out of network you will be charged the walk in rate of $89. No exceptions. Since we do most of the work when billing your insurance, we do require some effort and responsibility on the clients end to make things run a bit smoother. We will happily refund the difference of 34 to your credit card. I have reconfirmed your benefits with PREMERA - you do get 45 rehab visits per calendar year. The insurance specialist who we had spoken to earlier - had quoted the wrong number of visits. Let me know if you have any other questions. We appreciate the patience our clients. Thank you, Jennifer J. | Manager REALLY!? I immediately emailed back that she obviously didnt read my email entirely or conducted a thorough convo w/ her staff cuz if she did, she would understand I did all that I should. I also pointed out that it looks like she went on an effort to list blame on me w/false accusation and blame on my insurance company. This could have been a simple misunderstanding and we couldve moved on very easily to agreement. Instead, she just fueled the blame to client. I included in my response to her that next time I book, Ill be sure to ask to speak with her because Id like to speak with her in person. 30 min later I received, Hi Sarah, I do apologize for sounding rude, that was not my intention. I was trying to solve the issue at hand about insurance and session booking. The email we sent to you about the benefits, is a generic wording we send to all our insurance clients. You were booked correctly and did see a therapist IN NETWORK. The only reason we charged you full price that day is because your insurance benefits had not been in yet due the fact we didnt have the legal name that was on your insurance plan. I do again apologize for sounding rude. Thank you, Front Desk Staff NO, Jennifer J., your intention was to blame me cuz you didnt get the facts straight. This is customer service 101. You couldve provided the reason for incorrect billing from the start, but you didnt and now youre just back-paddling. This is not OK if thats how this mgrs first reaction to customers inquiry abt billing confusion is.
Much better location than their old shop - there is parking!!! Nice relaxing environment, and great massage therapists. Only 4 stars because their pricing is a bit high, even if you join their massage club and consider those discounts.
Great experience. Very professional staff. My LMP, Rochelle, figured out my issue and got right to the massage. I highly recommend her and the business. I look forward to them getting a bike rack out front.
The massage feels like puting lotion on and has no pressure at all. I ask her to put some pressure, and she recommended me to have someone else who has a strong hand next time. Wast of time and money,
Had a very relaxing experience here. Everyone was professional and friendly. My massage therapist Vi was great and made me feel so relaxed. Will gladly come again.
Great location good overall masseurs.
Great people and great massages!
The massage therapists are excellent. I have had numerous massages for back pain and walk out feeling so much better every time. Its easy to book and they are always on time.
The couples massage was really FANTASTIC!! This is a great location, and theres parking too! Staff was kind, and the environment is relaxing! My husband and I will definitely do this again!

The therapist are very professional and work well with the clients to meet their therapeutic needs. The space is calming and comfortable. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming.
Roberta has been amazing since day one! Friendly, down to earth and the best of all- listens to what you’d like out of your massage. She is the reason I’ve come back again and again.
LOVE going to Elements Massage. Great location, easy to get to, and lots of parking available. The business is clean and professional with awesome massage therapists and front desk staff. I highly recommend and will continue to go!
Excellent massage. Skillful. Correct pressure.
My massage therapist was very consiencious. She checked in with me several times about pressure and comfort. She was also very careful and thorough in working with painful areas on my body.
They did have some great therapists and helpful, friendly staff. Unfortunately, we continue to encounter errors with billing/check out, and the handful of new therapists that we have tried in the last few months have been very disappointing.
This location is wonderful and well worth the money. The entire place is super clean and relaxing. Their reception staff is friendly, prompt, and very efficient which can make a huge difference towards a pleasant experience. Get the membership and go once a month to take some pressure off!
Very nice environment. Very professional intake and office staff. Easy to book. Value price. GREAT therapists. Ive had three and they are all equally great.
This was lovely! The receptionists were very nice, and my massage therapist was conscious of my needs and extremely polite. Great experience!

Girlfriend and I came in for our first massage. Staff was friendly, massage therapist(?) asked questions, made sure we were both comfortable. Plan to come again.
Able to make a same-day (actually same-afternoon) appointment and the therapist was fantastic. Very sensitive and healing touch, eased my stress and tension away.

All staff members were very friendly. Tara did a great job with the massage.

I had a terrible experience here. This was my first time and left with a severe headache. Dont waste your money.
Mason is the best masseuse in the world.
No one is trained properly there!!! Horrible service!! Lack of communication and they don’t know how to problem solve !!!!
Cari is wonderful, the facilities are lovely and peaceful, and nice that parking is available!
