I love this place!Knowledgeable staff that will help you find what you want.Pros:Huge juice selection. In fact, its a little overwhelming for me to decide because there is so much awesome variety!Plenty of hardware and accessories. If its vaping related, you can probably get it here.Friendly staff that are genuinely excited to help you find what youre looking for. Ive come in and spent a good 30 minutes going over options.Cons:Hardware especially can be on the pricier side. However, thats the trade-off for being able to actually go to a physical location!Neutral:Sales heavy environment. I dont mind purchase suggestions, however I have friend who doesnt like going due to the up selling attempts.Dont forget your ID, because you will 100% get carded. Im nearly 30, stop in every few weeks and have been turned away because I didnt have ID.All things considered, I like having a local place dedicated to vape supplies so Im willing to pay a premium for that!

The good: Good selection of juices.The bad: Purchased an $80 mod from these guys and within 2 weeks had several issues. Went back and the owner said all sales are final and didnt offer to replace the defective piece.I may go back for juice, but will never buy hardware here again.

Luke and his staff are both incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Always welcomed with a smile. Incredible selection of mods and juices at very reasonable prices. Definitely worth the trip.

This place is great! The employees are super helpful and friendly. I went in for juice and was blown away by their service. I went back and asked for a whole new set up. They listened to my needs and interests and gave me the perfect setup for a great price! I highly recommend this place.

Came in today and Jessica was extremely helpful and sweet. After helping me out there was a man who had previously been in the store earlier (who completely ignored everything she was saying when she originally helped her), he came in yelling at her being completely rude because he himself had forgotten to buy batteries and didn’t like the price. He was very aggressive towards her and I felt my blood boil with the way he spoke to her. She is a great employee and didn’t deserve that, she had explained everything they needed to know properly he just didn’t listen.

Great place. Close to home and work. The staff is awesome. I recently stopped smoking cigarettes and its all because of them. Best person there is Tony the owner. Hes super knowledgeable and can help you with just about anything.Go Hawks!!!!

Very good selection with very informative staff. Im into bakery flavors and this place seems to have more than the rest. The loyalty program is on point. They also allow dogs in the establishment, so that always goes far with me, and they even stock treats for your pup.

This place is great, also most vape stores carry a mix of PG and Ausum has plenty of juice that is either 70 or 80% VG. I mix my own juice and if you think most shops carry only VG Juice, youre completely wrong. Guys that work here are friendly and knowledgeable, I live close by and Ive yet to have a bad experience.

Visiting american family over from the UK. This shop didnt have the a specific flavour I was after that they have back home, but the guy in there helped me, I tried a couple of testers, he found out what the flavour combinations were and tried to match me up as best as possible, had a nice chat and I was even happy with the price. Recommend! (4 year vaper)

To anyone who appreciates a shred of human decency, or a modicum of good customer service, Id recommend taking my business elsewhere, as you will not find either at Ausum Vapor.Ausum vapor has given me by far the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I bought a mod from them, and during the checkout process I asked if they had a return policy. The manager there, a shorter man on the heavier side, who refused to give me his name, told me in plain English that yes, within 30 days of purchase, I could take it back, so long as the product was free of dents dings and scratches. So I bring the device home with me, and I was unsatisfied with my purchase. I bring it back to the shop, receipt and all, expecting a smooth return.This same man was helping another customer at the counter, a nice young woman who was having a problem with her vape, and he was hunched over the counter giving her creepy smiles and telling her hed bring her another tank for free, at the same time insulting the owner of a nearby business. Great! I thought, what a reasonable guy. However, I was sadly mistaken. When it was my turn to be helped, and he asked me what was wrong with the product, I told him that I didnt like it. This answer to him was outrageous, he asked how I could expect to bring back something I bought from them, a small business, in perfect working order? To which I calmly replied that it was my not my understanding the vape had to be broken to take it back. After explaining to him that it was poor customer service to give a customer an expectation of being able to return a product, and then not following through with that, and letting him know Id be taking my business elsewhere, this sad man reverted to a child-like tantrum state, where he yelled and insulted me in front of other customers and his subordinate employees. It was quite embarrassing to witness, and after calmly explaining what I meant by not giving customers these expectations at checkout, he again insulted me, refused to give me his name and told me to get the **** out.Let me be clear - the return policy is fair, it was simply a misunderstanding that led to this. What made this experience so distasteful was the way the manager handled himself in the process. If he was firm and clear, and maybe apologetic about the misunderstanding, Id have absolutely walked out of there, vape and receipt in hand, without the need to write a scathing review.

If not for the amazing staff and management at this shop, I would still be smoking cigarettes. The encouragement and pure interest in helping people make their lives healthier is a comforting experience. This place deserves 5 stars across the board!

Fellow vapees and vapettes of Seattle weve been saved from the dirty, overpriced, greedy shops littered across our city. The staff deserves all my money and a tip, their prices are some of the lowest in Seattle and their selection is insane. If by chance they dont have what your looking for theyll order it, and itll still be a good deal. Man it feels good to have a vape home.

Super nice, helpful people. Clerk suggested Naked 100 Hawaiian POG when I asked for something fruity & 3 years later it remains my fave every-day-vape. Next time I went back looking for a new brand of pen mod, another clerk suggested the one I still use to this day, and didnt give me any tude for wanting a newbie pen style (yeah, thats happened at a few other shops)

I bought a vaporizer from them!she showed me vaporizer with battery’s.and then I went home open the box it doesn’t have batteries.I went the back the store I told her there’s no batteries,she said “yes it doesn’t come with batteries,but I can sell you for $25” I asked her “why you didn’t let me know when you selling me this product!she said I’m sorry.if I knew that I wouldn’t buy this.do not buy anything from this store! They have very bad store policy !

Poor service. Friend went in for his first vape, just quit smoking cigarettes. Salesman did a horrible job of explaining what was best for him and ended up selling him a mod without a battery. Had an overall gatekeeping type of demeanor. Wont be returning. Sending friends who vape elsewhere.

We have recently started receiving harassing messages from one of the managers and some members of the staff. There has been some high pressure to purchase mods that we were not interested in. I would highly recommend going to a different company to save others from the possibility of such treatment.

Worker doesn’t know anything about customer rights!. I have been there 2 times second Time I was there it was terrible I never see somebody talking to the customer like that the lady was working there she even doesn’t know how vaporizer works I can’t believe this place can survive!. Don’t waste your money and time here!.

These guys sell counterfeit Smok vapes as I have confirmed with the Vape Touring app. If anything’s wrong they just blame the customer. Nothing but hustle.

Terrible service, wouldnt recommend to anyone.the lady doesnt know anything about products.they sold me vaporesso without battery.ok i didnt know but she wouldnt let me know it comes without battery.she tried to sell me battery for$25.i bought same battery in amazon for $13.it was a big mistake to visit this store.

Most of their juice is propylene glycol.. Most vape stores dont carry anything but VG(vegetable glycerin) juice.
