This location has very good technicians. Jenny is a hair color genius! I request her every time I need my hair done. She understands my hair color needs and adjusts accordingly. Jenny provides top notch service. Diane is a hair cut and style wizard! She understands the texture of my hair and provides an exceptional cut.I will always go to Mario to have my hair colored and cut!

My waves came back because…. I got a good haircut done! The staff is super nice.My recommendation.. go on a Sunday, less crowded and relaxing! Andi and Chloe did an amazing job! (Old Orchard salon)

I love getting my hair cut by Vicky! Shes the best, knows exactly what Im looking for and how to cut my hair so that I can wear it curly or straight. I love the products she uses and always end up buying them!

I just had a wonderful pedicure by Boussayna!!! She is very friendly and does an exceptional job!! She goes out of her way to make sure you have every comfort you need, and takes the time to make sure your experience is perfect! I can’t wait to go back and see her again! The receptionists are also beautiful and awesome!!

I got my hair done today and honestly I’ve never had a worse experience. I made an appointment the night before with whoever was available because I wanted my highlights touched up. I didn’t question the quick booking just because I’ve been to this salon before and haven’t had a problem. I told the stylist I was my highlights brought up a little and then to be brighter over all. I sat in that chair for three hours just to walk out looking like a yellow and orange skunk. Never in my life have I been more mortified. I went home to try to style it how I like it to make myself feel better about it but that didn’t work so I went back to see if there was anything anybody could do for me. FIRST I was laughed at by receptionists and told to “hall it out” until someone was available to fix it for me and that “the stylist you went to is a junior stylist so sometimes mistakes happen” (which I was not informed she was) i woke up that morning wanting to be blonder and now I’m about to go to bed with dark brown hair (that I had to do myself and four inches that I HAD to cut off). When I went to buy the dye I needed from Sally’s one of the workers told me that she couldn’t believe that they let me walk out looking like that and it looked like she was trying to mess up my hair. I swear to god my little sister could have done a better job blind folded. I can’t even put into words how bad my hair looked until you see the photos. If I could give negative stars I would. It took me all year to get blonder gradually and I’m so upset I had to go back dark out of nowhere. Keeping the color to the side the application of the bleach looked absolutely horrendous. I am literally never coming back here ever again.

Andi is a pro! She took the time to truly listen to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and why I wanted the change. She did exactly what I was hoping for and I left the salon feeling great! Personable, professional and positive is how I’d describe Andi! I’ll definitely go back to her.

Pandora is the BEST! She is so kind, knowledgable, and attentive. Beyond the personal experience with her, listening to the conversations around you at Tricoci (Old Orchard) is super heartwarming--everyone is so kind to each other and truly works to blend the personal and professional. Such a great experience!

I recently visited Tricoci in Old Orchard with hopes of a pleasant experience, but sadly, it was anything but. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the desk and sent upstairs for my service. I arrived in the waiting area to be treated with indifference, which I brushed off, assuming it was an off day for the staff. However, the situation took a disappointing turn when I was paired with a stylist (I believe this was Rose) who demonstrated blatant racism. Additionally, this was not the stylist that I had booked for my appointment.As a Black individual, I was shocked and appalled when the stylist informed me that she does not do my type of hair. It was evident that her statement was rooted in prejudice and ignorance. This was not only unprofessional but deeply hurtful and humiliating. No one should endure such discrimination, especially in a place where relaxation and service are expected.Leaving the salon, I felt disrespected and devalued. Its disheartening that such archaic attitudes still persist in professional environments like Tricoci. Discrimination has no place in society, let alone in a business setting where diversity and inclusivity should be celebrated.I urge the management of Tricoci to promptly address this issue and implement appropriate training to ensure all employees understand the importance of treating every customer with respect, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or hair type.TL;DR: My first experience at a Tricoci salon was marred by the racist and unacceptable behavior of one of their employees. I left without obtaining services, feeling disrespected and humiliated. Management should ensure that this issue will not happen again to others and work to create a welcoming environment for all customers. Thus, I cannot recommend this salon to others.

I have been going here for about 20 years. I visit Megan for haircuts and Barb for coloring. They both are great! Friendly and talented. Highly recommend.

Chloe did my highlights and Andi did my Keratin Treatment. Both are beyond amazing and skilled at what they do! I’m very particular about my hair as I was under contract with Head n Shoulders for 3 years doing all their ads for magazines and TV commercials in the 80’s. Chloe and Andi are tops!

Had my daughters drastic pixie cut done here by Pandora. She took time to get to know her and make sure all that long hair to REAL short was her wish. Its an expensive treat for us but so worth it. Even colored my old lady grew away with Iliana, who took time to teach me how to keep it. (sorry no purple hair picture)Treat yourself!

Everyone was super professional and friendly from check in to check out. Adessa listened carefully to my needs and considered every one of them. I especially appreciate this, as I am in my seventies and am grateful for those who are patient and caring.

Delia not only does an excellent job with my hair, but she also creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Its always a pleasure to work with her. Her expertise and attention to detail ensure that I leave the salon feeling and looking my best. If youre looking for a talented and friendly hair stylist, I highly recommend Delia!

The service providers are great. This Low rating is due to the untrained desk staff and lack of oversight by the manager. Not a single worker at the salon knows how to use the new locks on the lockers. I had to request a bag to put my coat, shoes, purse and clothes and drag around to my appointment. Last week I was here for a facial. My appointment ended 45 minutes before closing. The staff had pulled down all the water. There wasnt a drop to be found. I understand they wanted to go home early but after paying $240 in services you would think they could manage a cup of water. This location has dramatically eroded in quality and I doubt I will ever be back after decades of being a client.

Nothing worse than it been $200 more at check out than expected. I feel taken advantage of. Booked a balayage and there were 2 add-ons I wasnt informed of. Plus it took so long I missed my stylist appointment and was rebooked with a more expensive stylist. It looks ok but nothing amazing. First time there and will never go back.

If you are a person of color with any sort of texture to your hair, this is NOT the place.I booked a haircut then was asked to reschedule because they only have ONE stylist who is well versed in texture. Ok.I just went and cut my hair myself and it looks great tbqh.Went to cancel the rescheduled appointment and because it was 11 MINUTES into the 24 hour cancellation period I was told I would be charged half the service price for a haircut and blowout. The kicker?? I had only scheduled a haircut. They added on a blowout without my knowledge. So now I have to (literally) pay for their incompetence.Im not a Karen of any kind but this was egregious. I felt the need to write a review to let other people of color know this place is shady. Be safe & dont go here.

George is a great hairdresser, Gianna is a awesome colorist, both open to your needs. The front desk employees tend to be rude at times, some clients they are polite to others they are not. I feel like they pick and choose

I went and got my hair done and on the website it said 250 when they get done they say it’s 400, they did NOT give me what I asked for and on top of that they over charged me saying it was for the “thickness” of my hair but no where on the website does it say they charge extra for highlights when you have thick hair. I’m very unpleased with the results and will NEVER go there again and do not recommend this place to anyone if you want to be happy with the results of your hair. (Btw they include tip in the charge👎🏼)

I had a very unimpressive experience with hair colorist Chloe. She was not very friendly. I was made to feel like an inconvenience of sorts. Besides the cold demeanor, I really wasn’t happy with the hair color. I went back that same week for another round of toner.The price I expected to pay that was stated at the time of online-booking is not what I was told once the color and cut was completed. Apparently they charge for color “framing” the face… isn’t that part of getting balayage ??I had a great experience with hair stylist Vicki. She was great and really took her time with me.

Bad experience with one of the cheaper stylists and will not be returning. Went in for a basic haircut and shampoo/blow dry. Things started to go south when within my first minute of talking to the hair stylist, the stylist started to low-key fight me on the cut I wanted. Had to sit and convince her to give me the cut I wanted. Yes, I had to convince her to give me a cut Ive gotten for years... So after some awkward exchanges the stylist begrudgingly agreed to give me the cut I asked for.At the end I was charged an extra $10 because the stylist said I didnt book a long enough appointment. 🙄 First, you dont even give that as an option in your online booking system. Second, I was in and out in 45 minutes! That was probably the fastest hair appointment Ive ever had, ever. The front staff (rightfully) refunded me the $10 without a hassle.Now, the haircut itself was sloppy. Like... pieces were left uncut, edges werent cut properly which I noticed when I got home. Not sure if the stylist was rushing or just inexperienced (or both), but I guess I got what I paid for.Please, Tricoci: tell your stylists to lose the attitude. Please fix your scheduling system because apparently that is a problem. Maybe the higher end stylists are better for cuts, but Id never go back to this salon.

My friend booked 2 90 minute facials for my birthday. I received a 90 minute facial, except I was left alone for over 20 minutes of the 90 minutes. My friend only got a 55 minute facial and when we went to check out, she told the front desk that she had paid for a 90 minute and only got 55 minutes. The front desk told her that they were only supposed to be 60 minutes each. When she explained that I received a (sort of) 90 minute one, we were told that was a mistake! They seemed very confused and showed an incredible lack of interest. She had to pay for 2 classic 90 minute facials. They offered her a $25.00 refund. What kind of front desk doesn’t know what is going on with booked reservations? When we got in the car we shared what our facials were like. We signed up for the same thing, received completely different services! She was told to wash her face and change her pillowcase tonight and I was told to NOT wash my face at all! It was a bizarre experience, one that we plan not to repeat at this salon.

The cut was great, he was personable and professional. He listened to my requests. He was wonderful. As for the colorist, she seemed lacking in experience. The color did not match even close to the color of my hair, so I have a streak in my in roots. I think my least favorite experience there was the shampooer. My hair was soaking wet and cold and she didnt wrap it up and left me a tiny towel on my shoulders. So a few minutes later my back was soaked and cold. I had to go find a towel myself. The girl who did my hair color did not come check and ask if it liked the color after she said shed meet me after we shampoo. I would go back for a cut.

While I would love to give 5 stars as the staff is incredible and the service never below 100% amazing (Ive had highlights, haircuts, manicures, and eye/leg waxing done), the facility is in disrepair. This is a high-end salon, as prices reflect, and the paint is dirty, chipping, and covered in places with hair color. The bathroom is just... well, lets just say Ive been in much nicer bathrooms in neighborhood bars. Corporate doesnt seem to care as numerous customers have made complaints, including myself, with no response. So if you want an excellent haircut or mani/pedi, this is the place. Just dont plan on going to the bathroom and keep your eyes closed 😏

I got a haircut at this location and after waiting 15 minutes in the washing station chair, someone came and aggressively washed my hair in about 3 minutes. I didn’t even realize she had conditioned my hair due to the rapid speed at which she washed. This is faster than I wash my own hair at home and given the price of the service is crazy. Additionally there were still suds in my hair at the conclusion of the wash. Many customers in the salon were without masks and were not told to put them on. Will not be going back to this salon.

I love Mia at this location for pedicures. She has a great personality, is very attentive to detail, kind, and her foot massages are the best! You leave there feeling refreshed, relaxed, and your feet will thank you! She is great!

I booked a Balayage appointment with Natasa and she was knowledgeable, personable and so sweet! She was diligent in making sure I was happy with my results. It turns out that I actually prefer a Foilayage instead, so she added more highlights and color to my roots for seamless blending. I am 100% a satisfied customer and would definitely go back to Natasa for more hair color services!Sidenote: Initially I didn’t know how I felt about the self service blow dry and styling, but it was actually quite nice to do my own hair using their products that they sell. And I even bought one that was recommended for my dry hair and heat protection! :)

GET LETICIA!!I have curly hair and I have trust issues when it comes to getting my hair cut due to a history of people not knowing how to properly cut curly hair. Leticia changed all that for me. She took the time to explain what is going on with my hair as well as came up with a well laid plan of how I can best care for my hair between cuts.She recommended a product that helped my hair so much but didn’t push me to purchase it.I’ve now been going to her for about a year and a half and I will only go to Leticia.

I am so upset. I asked for a balayage and showed pictures of what I wanted. When I went home my color settled more, I was so upset. She gave me highlights and made my hair bright pink instead of the dark purple I wanted. Looked nothing like I wanted (dark purple and more towards the ends not at the top). She also upcharged me quite a bit. $130 was the price I was expecting. Then it was $40 for product and $40 for the color she said.I called them crying and explained what happened. the front desk was super nice and said I wouldnt have to pay for a redo. I go in and reconfirm and they said nope nothing for payment. I go up and the same girl tells me I have to pay $40 since Im doing a different color. I was upset but said okay because something needed to be done.While she was doing it she kept saying it looked nice. Like okay if you like it cool but its not what I wanted.She did the color and it looked closer to what I wanted. I went down and the front desk said once again that I did not have to pay so I didnt, not sure why she was trying to charge me.I washed my hair 2 days later according to the Instructions given (used the shampoo/conditioner recommended and washed in cold water) and SO MUCH color came out of my hair that it got lighter.For $210 this is not at all what I was expecting. I am so disappointed in the results of my service. Honestly I will not recommend this to anyone

5 stars for my nail technician, Boussayna. I cannot say enough good things about her. She always takes such great care of me and is hands down the best nail technician I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Boussayna to anyone!

I went to get a color and cut with face framing highlights. I had a black/brown hair and asked for a red/ginger color, i showed my stylist the two color inspo pictures and she said we could do the darker option. No bleach just color and i was very confused. The stylist was nice but, the end result looked absolutely like nothing i wanted. No face framing highlights at all, my roots are the only thing that are red. I paid $315 and was definitely overcharged for what i got. Very disappointed and will not recommend this place.

I won’t be going back. I went in for root touch up and balayage. The highlights were barely noticeable and not even. The hair ends are darker than middle of the hair strands in some areas and barely any difference overall. The hair stylist told me my hair turned orange that’s why she has to darken it. That’s not what a stylist does! You either wait longer or add more bleach if I’m paying nearly $300 for your service. Not seeing any difference for that amount is just not acceptable. Not to mention, I’ve never had that issue anywhere else for half that price. I thought I was guaranteeing good results by visiting this place but I was wrong.

Isabella who was supposed to give me a hair color refresher did a very bad job because she rushed everything and was not concerned about what I wanted. Please be aware before you book her for anything.Grace (Hair Stylist) on the other hand was the nicest! She gave me a great haircut and I would recommend her.I usually book appointments with Victoria (Hair Colorist) and she is also amazing! very passionate and does a great job.

This place is a disaster. I booked in for a specific treatment, arrived on time was greeted by my colourist. Who then proceeded to tell me that my chosen service would take “all day” and that she couldn’t do it then. When I enquired about other, simpler services, she also did not want to engage in any creative discussion about what we could achieve in the allotted time. I left the salon feeling as if the colourist had taken one look at me and decided she wasn’t going to put one iota of effort in. If I owned this branch, I’d retrain my staff; how can you let a potential long term customer walk out the door feeling as if no effort had been made? I will not be back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I am extremely disappointed.

I was incredibly disappointed with my service. I was told my Grand Cru facial would be 75 minutes and my service was promptly over in 60 minutes. That 60 minutes also included the 10-15 minute chat about everything wrong that I was doing with my current skincare (I get that this is somewhat typical of facials, but it was also really repetitive). When I asked why my service was 80% of the time length advertised, I was told that 15 minutes is used for cleaning and COVID processes. I’m fine with this, but it was advertised as a 75 minute service. I made my decision on what service I was going to pay for based on the cost/length of service. Overall, I’m really upset with my experience. Especially since I was looking for a local spot to be my regular facial location.

Why would you hire junior stylists’ if you know that they have a chance of messing up hair? I would NOT pay $200+ to let a junior stylist dye my hair. Horrible salon and horrible location. Go to the downtown chicago location of you want to like your hair!

I was recommended this salon by one of my friends so I decided to give it a try.I had a single process hair color done 2 days ago. After 30 min my hair colorist, Adrianna passed me on to another lady to wash my hair who left color on my cheek, hair line and ears. The colorist did not come back to check on my hair color. I paid $80 for this and the next day I still see my uncolored roots.I’m definitely not recommending this salon for hair color

I have had three deeply disappointing experiences at this salon. After the first, a simple cut/color that resulted in botched highlights, my complaint was met with a shrug. I chalked it up to poor customer service and a styling fluke. The second time, I was made to wait an additional 40 MINUTES for my appointment (which was booked well in advance) because my stylist was socializing with another client, and then made so late for my color appointment, I had to leave. I then returned a third (and FINAL) time to discuss my hair treatment clearly and thoroughly, referencing the issues that I had previously had with their treatments— and was given another shoddy set of asymmetrical, crappy highlights. My stylist insisted that it was the lighting (in the salon), but I looked ridiculous everywhere I went afterwards.Do not waste your money, nor your time trying to make yourself heard. Don’t expect to be pampered, let alone given what you paid for. After three conversations with employees at Tricoci, I emailed management and was completely ignored. Tacky and ridiculous.

I just left and am extremely disappointed in the awful customer service I experienced there. I called this morning to make a haircut appointment for two of my daughters. The gentleman on the phone confirmed the times, location and barbers with me on the phone. When we arrived at our appointment time the lady behind the desk could not find our reservation. When she asked if I made it over the phone with the reservation number and I said yes, she responded oh, well they always forget to put the reservations through. Then after asking me for my phone number, she confirmed she found the reservations and sent me and my 2 daughters upstairs to wait. After waiting for 15 minutes, she came up to inform us that our appointments were actually at a different location. I requested to speak to the manager who had absolutely no remorse or customer service training. She told me next time I should call them directly so the reservation line cant screw it up.I told her how inconvenient this was to us, how I have been a customer for over 10 years and her response was simply theres nothing I can do, better luck next time. No Im sorry, we screwed up and can offer you x percent off your next visit with us, no let me book you for another day and I will personally make sure this does not happen again... just a better luck next time.I understand mistakes can happen, its the complete lack of accountability and lack of any attempt to make it right that is what will make you lose your valued customers.Follow Up: I did receive a call from the corporate customer service and she was extremely apologetic. She explained that the way the situation was handled was not the Mario way, and they are on top of it. Because of her, I changed my stars from a 1 to a 3. She was so nice and she her approach truly made a difference

I had a few services done to see which ones I would rec to friends and fam. And the powerlift facial was wonderful as well as the keratin hair treatment and the express massage. Everyone was really really professional which is definitely missing in most places today. It was really wonderful how the experts in beauty took care of all of their clients. Its a business but definitely feels like youre welcome and can relax here and the people enjoy their work.

I go to Mario Tricoci on a regular basis. As a matter of fact, I have been going to three Mario Tricoci locations (depending on which I have been living closest to at the time) for over 15 years. I never had problems at the other two locations when I went to get massages. But today, when I went to get a massage at the Old Orchard location, it was horrible. First of all, the woman performing my massage spoke very broken English. I could barely understand what she was saying to me, which caused confusion regarding the type of massage I thought I was getting (a Signature Massage) and the type of massage I ended up receiving (a Swedish Massage). Furthermore, her bedside manner was nonexistent: she was very rude and dismissive. She did not even bother to consult with me about which portions of my back I am most concerned about and, at the conclusion of the massage, she quickly left the room and did not even bother to see me out. But worst of all she had body odor and her stomach kept grumbling throughout my service, which did not create a relaxing environment. I got a massage at the Old Orchard location many months prior to the one I had done today; that massage was done by a different individual. It was not as bad as the one I received today, but it was not great either. The only reason Im giving this location two stars is because Janice and Naz do my waxing and they are both fantastic. Plus, the ladies at the front desk are always nice. But I will never ever get another massage done here and I would not recommend it to anyone else seeking massage services.

I havent had a haircut in over a year with the pandemic and went recently. I did not know what to expect since I dont go here regularly to cut my hair, but I was impressed with the safety procautions. My temp was checked and everyone had their mask on. The stylist was great and my hair looked great after too. I will definetly be going more often, seeing as though these safety procautions have instilled more cofidence in me to go get my hair cut more reguarly.

This is a nice hair salon. First of all, I dont see a lot of men here to get their hair cut, but my experience was good. The waiting area was nice and clean, so you are definitely paying for the experience. They charge somewhere between 35 to 50 ish based on the barber, and if you include the tip, its about 60 total to get a mans hair cut done. Is it worth it? It depends. You get your hair washed before the cut, discuss the style you want, and most of the cut was done by hand and a pair of scissors. A lot more effort was put into the cutting. So definitely better than the one you get at Sports Clip for example. Is it $60 good? Probably not. I can get the same style from my old salon place for around $35. But this place is closer to my home. Will I come back? Maybe.

Great service. The colorist did a great job explaining how my hair would react to certain treatments and offered suggestions. The stylist listened to my desires and discussed with me how it would potentially look with a face mask.

My hairstylist for my color, Jenny is amazing.. She listens to what I want and does an amazing job..Leticia cut and styled my hair..She listened to what I wanted..And did an amazing job..

I have untouched/undyed brown hair and I went it to get highlights because my hair is so boring. I spent $150 and 6 hours in this salon to see nothing happen to my hair. If anything my whole head got a shade lighter, no highlights. I didn’t think highlights were hard for a color specialist. I’ve tried a number of different colorist from this location over the years and have not been happy with the results.

I went in to get my hair done, and the receptionist Lauren was openly racist toward me and my friend. I was told that it’s been brought before and they did nothing about it. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and btw I was told I couldn’t speak to the manger because she didn’t want me too.

Very kind and helpful staff. Spa is immaculately clean and has a nice relaxing vibe. I come here for a massage a few times a year (massage therapist Adessa is fabulous) and always feel great afterwards

I had a really good experience here...I especially liked that the stylist communicated with me extensively to see what my needs and wishes were.I got an all over color and was extremely pleased with the results-I had a lot of brassy tones in my hair and the stylist covered those and gave me the warm shades I wanted.

I made an appointment online for a gel nail extension manicure. The appointment began late, the nail technician cut my finger in multiple places with the nail file to which I bled. The shape of the nail was sloppy and uneven. And it took two hours. It’s been less than a week and three nails have already broken off. Very unhappy for a first time experience.

The hairstylist was not nice. She kept saying you have so much hair . She chopped my hair in a second. I didnt like my experience at all. There is no value for money service. The professionals working here are not courteous. They dont seem to want to have returning customers. I will not recommend this place.

I have been to this location 3 times now..the first 2 times were great and Diane did a great job on my hair. But I asked her if she could make the sides shorter and she said the first time that she wanted to use scissors to get a certain effect and that next time she would use clippers on sides. The 2nd time she said it looks good the how she did it previously and I agreed and let her do it again also Amazing! Well in between my next cut the sides of my hair grew long and uneven so I had to go somewhere else to trim the sides and when I came back to her my hair was awesome and just wanted sides touched up and a slight trim but she heard I went somewhere else and said she would go lower on sides and use clippers. Well when she was cutting my hair you could tell she didnt know how to use clippers and was cutting my hair weird. Than she did it a little dif on top and I didnt put any product in myahor cause Inwas going to shower anyway and after my shower I noticed my hair was all uneven on the sides and it blended in properly and the dif thing she did on top made my hair look horrible and was worst cut I ever had in my life!!!! I like Diane but for future tell people you dont know how to cut hair dif or use clippers instead of trying and ruining an exspensive haircut!!!!

Everyone is friendly but this was the third time and last time I get my hair colored here. It was expensive for a hair color I didnt even want or end up getting. I have to get my hair redone somewhere else.Update: ALREADY went to another place who successfully gave me the color I wanted in a day 🙏

Think it’s a solid place for a facial or massage but you do pay a premium given the name though not sure it’s worth the premium price.Facial - definitely an experience, estheticians tend to upsell you on additional services or products, but overall it’s the best value in my opinion.Massage - really depends on who you get but you can get a similar massage at a lot of places so not be best value.Mani/pedi - skip it!!!! Such a waste of money. Scheduled a no chip and they charged me $13 to remove my previous, simply because it was done somewhere else. Meanwhile, saw an employee doing her own main and removing what I assume was a MT no chip using the same exact process (soak nails in acetone and scrape away)!!! They only carry one brand of no chip so have an extremely limited choice of colors. The person doing my mani was texting in between and wiped her eye glasses on a Kleenex that she later used with alcohol to wipe my nails. Barf!!! It’s a total rip off. I’ve had more luxurious experiences at run of the mill nail salons for half the price.Bottom line it’s a nice place for a facial but lots of other places that offer similar amenities for a fraction of the price. If I didn’t get a gift card every Christmas, I’d probably take my business elsewhere.

Its taken sometime for me to give the review, I paid for 120 min massage also with a herbal wrap, the massage therapist was lazy she used a device from Walgreens on my back for about 20 min of my session she talked for 120min the whole time she told me she was abused as a child and how she was a cheerleader and broke every bone in her body and how she was in a body cast and her mom is emotional abusive and she was beat as a child and then she started crying and saying she was poor and needed money and she needs tips and all kinds of drama. I went because I wanted to relax What has happen to the integrity of massage therapist? either they want you to go to them on the side or they are telling you their life story and flat out asking for cash. the spa area was beautiful but she was one of the worst I ever had.and the front desk staff are cold and not friendly and they are selective on who they want to give the great treatment to. I noticed a lot of things I wish not to say but they are very SELECTIVE of who they want to smile at or even have a great customer service experience, I wonder how many women get a massage from the one therapist and give thousands of dollars to her because she have a certain look... I thought you tip and pay for the quality of service but it clearly is about everyone looking the same. a massage is a spiritual thing as well and I felt really sad and depressed after she was finished with all her life problems and issues.I have received great massages at other places that was a small chain and more professional and is open to all kinds of clients, sizes, color, and financial levels.

Mario Tricoci place is high quality Salon & Spa for all your body & soul needs. It is located in wonderful place - Old Orchard Shopping Center in Skokie, IL. I highly recommend this salon to anybody.

After many years at an amazing salon in the city, my move to the burbs had me on the quest for an equally talented stylist. I was skeptical... After 3 failed attempts in salons in the surrounding area I was ready to shlep back to the city. After reading a very stellar review on George, I thought I would give him a try. The hair gods were on my side! He not only gave me a BEAUTIFUL keratin treatment, but this was followed by a phenomenal haircut. I am the first to admit, I am a tough one to please when it comes to my haircuts. I have a list of things that have to be met on my list and George hit every one of them! I look forward to my next visit with George -- thank you!!!

Kwan is a great colorist & Jerlie is great cutting and styling. They advise you whats good for your look & which products work best for your hair type.

I received excellent service! I had a pedicure, eyebrow, lip, chin wax, and a good to go massage. All of the Technicians were fantastic, and I left feeling amazing. I highly recommend this day spa!

Very thorough with covid 19 safety precautions. Also, I love Eva for facials and Margaret for manicures/pedicures. I dont live near this location, but these ladies make the trip worth it every time.

This was one of the worst experience i had in my life i told her a wanted rose gold and she basically told me it couldnt be done. Took me a while to get her to tell me how much it would be as if i cloudnt pay. Natasa was the worst.

Meh. Really expensive, shampoo was nothing more than Hair Cuttery and blowout was fine. Haven’t gotten their pandemic check in process down yet - checked me in then left me standing outside in blazing heat. Had to remind them I was out there. Just mediocre.

I got a facial done today and the lady doing it, Olga, was very nice. She explained each step she was doing and what she was applying to my face. I would definitely go back to her

When I schedule an appointment with Tricoci, I know Ill be able to relax what ever I chose from their services. I enjoy treating myself to getting pampered. I plan on visiting Tricoci for many years to come. Thank You Old Orchard Mario Tricoci!!!

I usually go get my haircut through a local barber, but couldnt get in before a trip. I made an appointment with Raul, and not only did he do a great job on the cut I presented to him, but he was extremely pleasant and I had a great time talking with him!

One star too many! Ill never go back! Last time I went there, I left crying, the guy chopped my hair like I was a prisoner! I called to talk to a manager and I was told theyll call me back the next day! That never happened! Beware who you pay to mess with your hair! Do not waste your money!

First this is not a HIGH end salon. Second most of the people who works at this location are racist and the workers dress in a not professional way at all. The service they provided was not what I asked for, not happy at all with my experience at this place. And their prices are way overpriced.Make yourself a great favor, find a better place to spend your money, don’t give your money to this people, it doesn’t worth it.

Ive been coming to this location for several years to get the mani/pedi from Bousayna. Always very nice service. Very relaxing atmosphere. If you want an enjoyable experience request Bousayna; shes terrific!!!

The woman working on my haircut was great, personable, good work, I liked my cut but the woman who washed my hair haphazardly did so, it was rough, not thorough, it felt rushed.

Easy phone reservation system. Fast and cordial front desk staff. Experienced stylists and nail technicians understand my preferences and do a beautiful job, especially for special occasions.
