One of the best spots in the area. Would’ve been a 5 star bur my appointment was at 9 and I arrived 10 minutes early in case. Was waiting for about 30 minutes before I was taken to a room. However the young man who gave me a massage did a wonderful job and worked for an hour straight. He made sure to ask me how much pressure I want and checked up on me multiple times throughout the hour. I even woke up at the end of the massage wondering when I knocked out lol.

This was the second time that I booked a last-minute Swedish massage at Mongolian Massage Lab and they were able to accommodate me on short notice, which I truly appreciated. The therapists took the time to understand my specific areas of tension and personalized the massage to target exactly what was bothering me. As the 60-minute session came to a close, I felt so relaxed and tranquil that I didnt want it to end. They kindly agreed to add extra minutes to my massage, and it was worth every penny!The combination of their expertise, attention to detail, and flexibility made for an exceptional experience. While I know last-minute appointments might not always be possible, Im grateful they were able to fit me in this time. My husband and I went there to relax before his big day with hopes to have a 10/10 massage. We’ve been here before and enjoyed the massage. This time around was unfortunately not the same. We both felt the need to constantly communicate with our therapists throughout the entirety of the massage because it was not up to par. The communication did not make a difference. Minimal communication was done on their end at the beginning of the massage.

Just had the best massage of my life with Michelle. I asked for firm pressure and she found all the spots and got out the tension in all the right places. I used to live in Skokie and moved to Atlanta but when we were here for vacation I knew I had to come back! I’ve had many different ppl at this location and have never been disappointed but today was the best! Thank you! I also love that they are open late and so I can actually make it in even after the kids go to bed and they’re super flexible and will always find a time that works even if you call last minute! If you need a massage this is the place!! :)

My first time at that massage parlor and I can say it’s amazing. Been to massage envy once before and it was a total disaster so I was a bit skeptic on this one based on my experience with massage envy. I only tried this one based upon google reviews and I can attest that it’s 100% amazing. The place is very clean well kept, absolutely top notch. It’s the easiest appointment I’ve ever booked at any establishment period, staff was friendly, their response time was lightening quick. The massage it self was earth shatteringly Good. , I felt so good I didn’t want it to end but for sure I’ll be back. I would definitely recommend any one looking for a massage to try Mongolian massage parlor, you will not be disappointed ever! My husband and I get our massage at least once a month and tonight had been long overdue. We both were out from our task at 9P and was scrambling to call places that can still accomodate us, and yes, they accomodated us soo kindly even though they’re almost closing, as we have to drive 20 mins going to Skokie. Arriving, we were apologetic and they were so calm and collected to take us. Allowed us both to prepare (be in the table) and delivered the best massage service ever! Again, thank you for your warmth and creating that ‘non rush feeling’ on a Friday night. Truly a go to place for the much needed massage!

I am not exaggerating in any way when I say this place changed my life today - thank you so much, Maya. I have experienced chronic muscle spasms since childhood and I had always, until this day, thought the pain was never going to go away and would continue to get worse. I accepted it but always joked that a 72 hour deep tissue massage would heal me… Maya did in 60 minutes what I thought was actually impossible. I am in tears because the relief she gave me is something I’ve never experienced in 30 years. I can’t wait to go back and actually start healing! She performed a miracle. Best deep tissue massage in the world. I’ve gotten massages my entire life, but never anything that has done so much in such a short amount of time. I can’t express all the feelings I have at the moment, but I should note that, in addition to her amazing skills, the spa itself is beautiful, bright, clean and fresh. I truly feel like I visited heaven today. I just got the most relaxing soothing right amount of pressure massage with the sliding cupping great experience.It was an massage like I have never experienced and I love to go to a lot of places including Kings Spa in Nile’s I get the full body scrubs with the peppermint sculpt treatment and they have it here too which sold me and was just the best way to end my hour massage just that alone! The therapists are all good. My only complaint is when you request a specific therapist they say ok and when you arrive they switch up. This is why I no longer book more than 60 minutes because Ive been stuck with a therapist that was unable to provide a deep tissue massage and no matter how much I tried to communicate-there is a language barrier.

One of the worst massages I’ve had in a long time. Nothing but arms, elbows and enough oil for a WWE wrestling match.Uncomfortable firm pressure in sensitive areas like the kidneys, no methodology to problem areas in the muscles or working out knots. Obvious language barrier which was to be expected but almost no communication from the time I entered the building till I left. They offer several types of massages and none were offered. All they wanted to know was length of time desired for massage.Masseuse actually hurt me a few times and I had to ask her to stop what she was doing.I regret not just getting up and leaving. The entire experience put me in a bad mood.Don’t waste your time or money here. There are better options in Skokie.I gave it 2 stars only because the room pretty comfortable. Warm room temperature, the table was gently heated by an electric blanket and the music was pleasant. A mix of classical and typical soft spa music.I question all the glowing raves and 5 stars this place has received. Seems artificial.

RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE! This spa is literally the best massage you will receive. My wife and I do a couples massage here often. They are clean, professional and offer great massage techniques combined with hot stones. They are reasonably priced and do not rush. The room is beautiful, clean, and has a hint of aromatherapy.

July 2024 update: This place used to be good, but my last few visits have been less than pleasant. There was a mix-up with a gift certificate, which was handled quite poorly. The person I spoke with was dismissive and not helpful at all. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment & got confirmation. When I arrived, they didnt have a massage therapist available but did not tell me. Instead, they just put me in a room and expected me to wait. After 15 minutes, I left. This place has really gone downhill since it changed ownership.

Mary is the best massage therapist ever. For quite some time, I suffered from joint and back pain. I felt like my pain subsided once she massaged me. I will make appointment again.

Ive stopped going anywhere else for a massage! The therapists here have amazing techniques and with their membership the prices here are INCREDIBLE! They used hot stones to take out the knots and pressure points that kept my back tight for years. They add a compress to the areas I mentioned to them that needed work, and they made to sure to work on those portions. For the first time in many many years I have mobility in my back and am able to move more freely. Ive told all my family and friends about them - they used to be further East on Dempster and reopened here, their is another spa that is trying to benefit off their name, its a shame just beware.

Very rough massage, painful. I wasnt even asked which massage I wanted or my name when I came in. I certainly did not want this painful deep tissue massage. I kept asking to please go lighter on the pressure, but the masseuse didnt seem to understand me. It wasnt relaxing at all, I kept looking at the clock on the wall praying for it to end. Painful and rough. And the room was very warm also. My neck and back are red now and sore, i had to use an ice pack and take Tylenol. I would never come back here and will be speaking to the manager.

All of the 1 hour massage was done on my back and glutes. I have very big glutes like on instagram, and I’m a man.(gym shark) overall very solid massage.

I was in from out of town and am used to weekly deep tissue massage. I didnt hold out high hopes, but I did receive an interesting deep tissue massage. The Spa is very clean. Communication was difficult as none of the staff I saw was fluent in English. If you just want a regular service and dont need to communicate anything, its a good choice. They do offer several kinds of massage and use hot stones with deep tissue massage.

This place will schedule an appointment with no availability & have you wait. Sadly this has happened more than once before,They have terrible customer service

This place is nice if you want a rub down massage. Its certainly clean. Appointments are easy to book. Personally I didnt like the massage as massage therapist didnt even talk to me to find out the issues just started doing their standard stuff. Felt like they were going through the motions. Also they charged more if you are pregnant even if the message itself isnt that different. Overall, I gave this place a try based on a recommendation but its not for me. I prefer massage therapists who tries to know your body and adjust accordingly.

I have been going here for a few years now, and I would like to magnify their professionalism, which most businesses lack in, nowadays. I never ask for a specific person since my visits are most of the time spontaneous & last moment, which means the 1 hour massage is a hit or miss, most of the time being a hit. The few in between complaints I had, the gave me a complimentary massage (completely unexpected) with no attitude and always a smile on their face. The staff is so pleasant and very accommodating. My last visit, I had Peggy, and I must say she is my favorite to date. She took her time to learn where Ive been experiencing most pain and focused the most on those areas. She is a deep tissue massage guru, and speaks very well English, so there could be no descrepencies. Peggy or no Peggy, this place is my hidden little gem.

First time here with my husband for a couples massage and had a amazing experience. After a very long time found a very relaxing and therapeutical massage place. Definitely going to make it a weekly thing to do. If you are really looking for a massage check this place out and ask for Zaya or Naomi. I felt my tension releasing. The location is the easiest to get in and out of with no parking problems. The staff are friendly and very professional. Super clean and you won’t find a better place to get a massage. I have been to many massage spas and Mongolian in my opinion is the best. I’ve had massages by several therapists at Mongolian and they were all amazing. They worked on all my problems areas and I felt like a new person when I left. I do have my favorite therapist but not giving out here name because I’ll have a hard time booking! I will say in my opinion, Amina gives the best deep tissue massage.

We have been going to this location for over 2 years and always receive a great massage experience. We would typically go for a 75 or 90 minute couples massage, but during this phase of re-opening, they are only allowed to do 30 minutes and no couples massage. At first I thought, meh, 30 minutes? Would it be worth it? Well, the answer if YES. We went last night for the first time in months. The place is SPOTLESS from top to bottom. Easy to make an appointment. Just text. Appointments are on the hour for 30 minutes. Treat yourself and support this wonderful small business.

I went here for the first time yesterday and it was incredibly relaxing experience. They take walk ins, which is great if you have a hectic schedule. The therapist checked in throughout the massage and made sure the pressure was enough, I was comfortable etc. Everything was wonderful. She got rid of ALL the tension I’ve been carrying in my shoulders, and I will definitely be back!

I came in for a couples massage w/ my husband and had a prenatal massage. The place was clean and the lady who took us to the room asked what we wanted. However, the massage therapist did not talk to me about what I wanted and just rubbed me. At one point, I opened my eyes and saw my husbands massage therapist straddling him. LIKE SHE WAS ON TOP of him, sitting on him - thrusting away on his butt. An image I can never un-see. (Yuck!!) Also, they spent like 5-10 minutes on this very uncomfortable head massage. I do not recommend for couples or prenatal. This is a rubbing massage at its best, but felt so gross afterwards.

This is my massage place for a past few yrs. Easy to schedule, open late, tell them what kind of pressure you want and you will gonna get it. I am bigger guy with muscles and I get here some solid pressure and detailed massage. Price is standard for this industry.Thx guys.

Scheduled a deep tissue massage for my husband and he liked it. He said the masseuse definitely did a great job. She had so much power in her tiny hands and elbows, definitely made my husband sore for couple days.

Place was very nice and clean, massage wasnt what I expected, none of my problem areas were attended or worked out. I see that this place has a lot of good reviews and I am not one to jeopardize anyones business, but I specifically asked for a strong person who does deep therapeutic massage and said they had someone, and another thing I was given one price for a 90 mins. session over the phone and when I got there it was higher, and had to pay them upfront before I got the service. There also was a barrier with the language we seem to not understand one another in a fashionable manner. But above all they were nice and friendly.

And i used mongolian style full body light, Swedish, Relaxing massage $70 for one hour. One of my friend used deep tissue massage $80 for one hour. All of them were super nice and perfect. Amazing! I didn’t even have to tell my massage therapist where my tension or pain was. Angie just knew intuitively and focused on my neck, shoulders and trigger points. Thank you Angie (and also Julie, my husband’s massage therapist)! Strong and magical hands/technique.

Listen, this place is EPIC! Im a big guy, and these ladies know how to get the job done! I can be tense, tight, and stressed, but going here a few times a month really makes my life get the R&R I need. I recommend getting the 1HR deep tissue massage with decent pressure. Dont under estimate these ladies, their ability to make you grunt, spout out oohs and aaahs, deep breaths, and silent smirks, is going to happen lol. They know how to read yer body, they know what to target, they also communicate with you to ensure you get the right pressure. The hot stones feel amazing, the scented oils they use are refreshing, they place is super clean, relaxing, and the massage is so EPIC! Just make sure you are hydrated, go on a empty stomach, and make sure you dont have to go to the bathroom, because you will ruin your session!

Massage was okay. Didnt feel much different after stepping out of the place than when I entered. Room was really hot no A/C under the blankets and forced $10 tip left a bad taste in the mouth. Maybe I got the wrong lady but not sure what everyones raving about.

Massage therapist girls works under lots of pressure from owner. She’s not pay them good basically slave them. They don’t have license . Or any documentation. Massage is not professional there also they don’t understand anything you say
