Terrible service, terrible massage! The room was cold, I could hear people talking from the other room, the massage was painful and she would not addess her pressure even after I told her. She pulled down my underwear and massaged my butt for most of the massage. It was weird and I will never ever go back to this again. It is not even worth the groupon. Avoid this place at all cost.

Very clean and tranquil facility, and Emma is an excellent message therapist. I had really bad sore back from trying to restart my weight training regiment as part of my new years resolutions. I was in a lot of pain. She expertly resolved those problems and is quite skilled. Highly recommend her and this business, which is why I took the time to post a review.

Just went to this wonderful place for the first time today! I regularly get massages and this place is amazing. I can’t believe how wonderful I feel and will definitely be back soon!

Clean, excellent deep tissue massage, good service. A little high on the price at $80 and tip, but she did a great job.I had injured my lower back the day before at the gym and was so sore and jacked up I could barely stand. She got in there and loosened everything up, knew where to find the problem areas, too. Obviously knew what she was doing.I would definitely recommend.

My girlfriend and I have this as our go-to for a couples massage.I have a back injury that has found one of its best treatments here and also great for recovering from marathon training. Everyone we have met has been fantastic. Very nice people.My girlfriend had a sprained ankle and we were offered very friendly recommendation for helping recovery post-massage.

Got a massage with my husband, it was fine but the lady was super rude about the tip. I put the amount that I normally do and she said,This for two of us, its not even 20% First of all why do u think I will tip you 20%??? And when I signed the reciept and try giving back to her she said, leave it on the counter and rudely walks back. And btw it is rude to talk to your coworker in a different language and then one of their phones ringing during massage. If you need a 20% tip you need to work for it.Not giving them my business anymore. Was a regular here since Mongolian Massage.Thankless, Rude, Ungrateful.

Absolutely FABULOUS massage. One of the best I have ever received and I get massages at least once a month. I live in Minnesota and am visiting my sister and needed a massage. I was thrilled that they had an opening at 9:30pm. I will definitely be back!!!

Used to be great but they changed the owner and the NEW owner has really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! they changed their name to Sunrise massage therapy and the service is soooo AWFUL! Never going back there ever again. The last masseuse I had didnt have uniform on, she had shorts on and sandals! and bracelet on her arms.... We had to stop our session and told them well rather leave because my masseuse was sooo BAD and didnt feel like she knows what she was doing! We were return customers when it used to be Mongolian massage for A YEAR! but when they changed the owner everything just turned upside down! the best masseuse they had was Nikko and she doesnt even work there anymore either probably because of the BAD SERVICE they were providing their customer!! and by the way instead of apologizing to us after giving us a non experience masseuse they told us not to come back! so RUDE!! never I have gotten this bad of a customer service!! DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Got a groupon here and I will DEFINITELY be back. Such a superbly relaxing atmosphere that made me feel at ease and well cared for. Sara (Sarah?) worked wonders on my spine. Cant wait to go back!

I just had massage with Emy. Paid for one hour deep tissue but got only 40 minutes. And during that time she was going out of the room at least 5-6 times. Very disappointed

Very skilled staff. They are able to customize my massage to deal with disc and spine issues. Every masseuse has been consistently good.

This place is horrific; stay away. Theyve changed management and the structure and operations is subpar. I called to make an appointment and I was verified by the receptionist to come at 9:00 a.m. She then called me back at 8:45 p.m. and cancelled, and told me to go somewhere else. This is not ok, and I wasnt even offered an accommodation. I will not return to this place, and you should be aware of there business practices.

This place used to be great. I went there after the change of business from Mongolian massage to Sunrise massage and was very disappointed. The therapists didnt seem to know what theyre doing. I used to swear by this place until I went back recently.
