Up In Smoke

We usually spend hundreds here each month but Ive had enough of the attitude of the one employee we always see there. Also I am pretty sure they sell vapes that have been tested by others that they realized were defective. Others have expressed that same concern. Get rid of the bad employees and maybe we can start shopping here again.

Update: well organized new shelves make it easier to see the huge lineup of ejuice. Keep me stocked up on any more transistor and Ill for sure be a big repeat customer when Im in the area!!Big variety shop... Just really unorganized when I went there. Helpful employee in finding what I need.

Great selection of kratom that is very reasonably priced. Cheaper than most other places in the Chicago area. Quality is on point too. Can only speak on their kratom cause that is all I bought there. But I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for kratom in the area. Staff was super friendly as well. Overall was a great buying experience.

I can honestly say this is hands down the best smoke/ head shop I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to countless smoke shops. The employees are highly knowledgeable when it comes to mods, juices, flavors. They have fixed my Zippo multiple times and they also carry CBD and the best part of all they always have my brand at the best price in Skokie.

I went for the Kratom and a name named Jay working at the counter was extremely helpful, he knew what he was talking about. They sell some of the best kratom out there. They also have a nice vape selection. I will be going back!

Best products you can find in the area, guaranteed quality and won’t disappoint 100%. Employees know their stuff, you just gotta ask nicely:)

This is my favorite smoke shop Ive been to hundreds in the skokie Chicagoland area hands down the best selection of vape supplies and juul supplies . The WHOLE store is full from top to bottom with gorgeous glass pieces from hookahs to water bongs. I will always shop here ,plus Jay always has the greatest customer service and is always so helpful and tentive when it comes to all my vape questions and needs ! Best smoke shop 🔝🔝🔝

I bought a pack of JUUL pods here that had been opened, smoked and resealed. Its a pandemic and these people are selling USED JUUL pods. Jfc. I dont even know what to say.

Horrible place they scammed me out of $50 and was very forceful with there selling everything there is over priced and they force my other review to be taken down this place sucks go anywhere else.

Just started chilling there, and they are amazing! Extremely friendly, and they have everything that they advertise, and its organized and put out in an orderly, and user friendly fashion.

Worst tobacco shop. Over priced. Rude owner. Not to mention, staff just sits around while using profanity. Had to ask one of the guys who worked there 3 TIMES for a tobacco product because he kept forgetting.... pathetic
