They carry Puffco replacement parts! I was so happy to find the part I needed locally. The shop looked well stocked, with lots of prominent displays. The guys were super friendly and helped me understand how to better maintain my device. Plus, their online order process was a breeze. I will go back for sure.

I live in maine and order from SSG all the time. Its my go to smoke shop. I had an issue of a lost package and they replaced it no problem. My lost package then arrived a month later and they told me to keep it. Superior customer service and fast shipping. These guys run a great shop!

Purchased a premium flower mill from them online. A week later the non-premium version arrived with a scribbled note that said called [scribbles] missing.....Google assistant no voicemail leftIm under the impression they were out of stock of the item I ordered and rather than making more than one attempt to contact me and correct the order, just assumed it would be fine to send the non premium version of the item. I had to call them myself to find out what the heck was going on, which would have meant had I not noticed they would have kept around 30 dollars of my money since the non-premium version is significantly cheaper. This is incredibly unprofessional and not how you should run a business. To give them credit, they did offer a return of the difference plus 10% extra, but honestly they just wasted my time by not trying to get a hold of me more than once. I have an email they are well aware of but didnt send anything regarding my order to. They did the absolute bare minimum to make things right when their inventory count was wrong and I ordered an item they didnt have. This is on them to make right and they very clearly didnt care to unless I noticed.I will never purchase from them again.

Purchased out of state from their website. I missed the confirmation email so I called the store to make sure the order was correct and they were friendly and sent me another one, mentioned it might have gone to spam(it totally had, smh) and confirmed my order was placed! It was shipped the next day and I received it very quickly. Everything got here safe, it is gorgeous and everything I had hoped it would be! Thank you so much!

They have a friendly staff here and prices are reasonable. I do wish they had a discount program. Even if it was a simple spin the wheel for a discount program. But being a frequent and probably forever customer, it helps promote future clients. I do enjoy the variation of items in the store and feel they have a good portion of the market. Hands down the best smoke shop ever. Came here because a friend recommended me since I just moved from NY and this is the only place where I can find my smoking supplies. Everyone is helpful. & JOE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST !!!!!!! I came in with a locked secured bag and he patiently sat with me (while helping customers fast & efficiently) and tried all the possible combinations until we got the bag open. Shop with these guys, they know what they are doing.

Easily accessible and VERY friendly staff. No one tried to up-sell me, the selection is fantastic and they really seem to cater to everyones needs...not to mention a nice walk- in humidor, too. Their inventory of products is out of this world. But lots of smoke shops have a great inventory.What sets these guys apart from the other places is the service. The guys are spot on. Very knowledgeable in all products, listing pros and cons and truly helping their customers make the right choice of product specific to their wants and needs.And, these guys are very relatable. They are more concerned with their customers instead of making the sale. Its like talking to a friend you have not seen in a while but kick it off right away.You can shop around, but you wont find more human and compassionate customer service anywhere else.

This shop looks small, but packs a lot of stuff into its limited space while not giving you a feeling of being crowded. The staff is nice and knowledgeable and they have a wide selection of everything from bongs to papers to CBD to dab rigs and more. They also have a cool humidor and other cigar supplies if that is what you are looking for.Overall, a great place to shop for you smoking or vaping needs.

I came on a Sunday afternoon. Faiz helped me. He was very friendly and patient with me as I was undecided about which flavor I wanted. Faiz made me feel at ease that I wasnt taking up too much of his time. He also took the time to read off the different types of fruits on multiple boxes for me. Hes AWESOME 👍👍

Overpriced, I wont go there again. Also min charges on credit card $5. I know much better place with decent prices on Devon and Cicero. Its called Borderline Tobacco where you are welcome and being appreciate as the customer.

Its a nice place but their selection of Shisha Tobacco is very limited and they were sold out of the little they did have. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Its easy to miss as you drive there so be sure to keep an eye out for it.

Ive been coming to this shop since they have opened. Their selection is some of the best in Chicagoland. They are always getting in new pieces from glass blowers all over the country. The owner is always at all of the conventions and industry shows asking feedback from customers on Insta and Snap. Ive purchased 3 bongs, a hookah, 4 vapes, and countless other accessories from them. I always go back to buy gifts for my friends and myself from them. Ive moved to the city. I always drive back to give them my business.During holidays, the owner always caters a spread for customers. Its refreshing to see an owner that actually cares about his customers.

I didnt think It would have come to this but I ordered an SLX grinder off their website and I recieved initial emails with the confirmation and that the item will be shipped soon, I gave it a couple days, no word so I sent another email and got a reply saying Ill check that out for you and get back to you and still no reply about the Grinders delivery date or even if it had been sent yet. Then after that any emails that were sent recieved zero reply.I must state that i do live overseas and have never actually been to the store in person not that that should alter the expected level of customer service.I simply made an online order paying roughly $110 NZ including the shipping for an SLX grinder, I havent recieved it so now Im $110 short with nothing to show and no options left except to let people know and hope it doesnt happen to them I guess!Although i am rather frustrated, Im still open to getting this resolved!Looking forward to a reply,Monty

If I could give it zero stars I would. You have four guys vaping, talking to each other trying to look cool. Two customers that are together, and after 7 minutes, no service. We looked like we needed help, no service. Say we need help, no service. Say we are leaving if no one helps us, no service. As we are leaving, loudly upset, now service. 😡

Expensive for china glass they have good american blown but overpriced like your shoping on clark. Not a good place for the stoner on a budget. They have no room to haggle! The young kids that work their by the vape juce rude. Was helping me look at something i wanded to buy when i asked him a question he walked away and helped one of his friends and forgot about me. This is when i left and probably wont return or recommend to anyone just on cuatomer service.

I have had my second experience with cleaning one of their pipes with alcohol. The resin and the color of the pipe washed away. The color is not blown in the glass but painted onto the inside where you are smoking. Sounds like a toxic Chinese pipe probably painted with lead.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS. I bought sixt disposable from here and not only did it taste weird but also looked weird so I took it to another smoke shop and turned out it was fake one because the regular sixt device looks and feels different and taste different and even has different packaging..never going back again.

Went there this afternoon to buy glass, they are over priced on everything, juice selection is okay but wont let you try them ( I wonder why ), went across the street to Vape Monkeys and their juice flavors are 100% better and the best prices on Juul in the area.
