Chase was great and answered every question I threw at him without flinching. Even the dumb questions. I still havent bought anything since Im trying to figure out what I want to start with but the prices and customer service were very good compared to other shops Ive been to. The environment was friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone and when I decide what I want, I will definitely go here.

Have you ever felt a used car salesman vibe when you walk into an establishment? You wont get that here. But what you will get is excellent customer service. Youll get a patient owner who is willing to take the time to go above and beyond to make sure he provides excellent and informed customer service. I recently went in for a new vaporizer and the owner took his time explaining everything to me and even set up my new equipment. I never felt pressured and walked away with a great setup at a fantastic price. Ill gladly make the 35 minute drive, passing several other shops on the way to support this type of business.

Kris is amazingly informative and honest. He listened to my exact need, level of comfort with vape and provided me with two options, let me try both and gave me a week to try the one i like with option to bring it back if i changed my mind. You got a loyal customer for life. I am going to have a smoke free 2019 and more.

Truly great service. Kind and professional. They tried to find a proper one for me, not to sell higher price. Price was discounted even though I didnt ask for. They got a cool testing board where you can test flavors. Really really great experience. Highly recommended especially when you dont know what to buy. Only minus is the variety of products.

A+++ customer service is above and beyond at Vape Monkeys! I have been shopping with Kris s since he open the doors I have yet to be disappointed with a single product I have purchased. Kris and staff are very knowledgeable about the products and if somethings not right he does everything in his power to fix it as soon as possible. Ihad a problem with my MOD and he took it and tried to fix it before I bought a new one. Other stores will just sell you whatever Kris make sure you know how to use your product and care for it properly I wouldn’t go to any other Vape shop in fact I never do.

Professional and organized store with an amazing selection; best quality E liquids I’ve ever had in my years of vaping. Krema juice line is high quality with amazing flavors and very well-crafted. The Noce flavor is my favorite! Really happy I found this place, owner is professional and knowledgeable.

I will say this is the best vape shop around the Chicago land area! I went to check out the juices the other day and right when i walked in the store the sales team made me feel right at home. Chase answered every question i had even tho i felt dumb asking some of the questions he told me their was no dumb questions haha. This is the best vape place! I used to smoke cigarettes but when I went to this place I quit smoking! The guy over there helped me a lot with my decision of what tank I should buy, and he told me his recommendations. Those guys have the best liquids at the best prices! I highly recommend this store!

I stopped in to check it out today, and I enjoyed the experience very much. Chase was cool and very helpful. Ended up picking up a decent Aspire carto and a fresh bottle of Proper Black Label. It tastes incredible out of the Aspire! Thanks guys!

Awesome place, went there last week to check them out and met the owner Kris and he was very knowledgeable on what I was looking for. By far they have the best selection of vape juice flavors around and thats saying alot... There prices are very negotiable and wont push you to buy stuff you dont need. I highly recommend checking them out and ask for Kris for any questions you have.

This store has interesting selection of e juice. Even if they don’t carry the one you normally use they’ll work with you on finding you something you may like. Tip for most of vape stores- call ahaid if you want to stick to your usual brand. Good location and no worries of finding a parking visiting this store.

Great addition to the vape monkeys name. This shop has one of the best selections of high end juices and other products. Staff is always helpful. On top of that it is one of the best designed shops in the area. Highly recommend visiting and trying out the flavors they have.

Stopped in on a whim yesterday. Was hoping to purchase an RDTA or RTA, but instead walked out with some of the owner Kriss own line of juice, Krema. Turned out to be some of the best juice Ive ever tried!I also must say that I very much appreciate the owners stand on vaping and educating people on the proper ways to vape; this is something very much overlooked. Instead of making more money, Kris instead pursues a virtuous and honest business model.This fact, combined with the quality of his juice, will definitely be bringing me back here. I wish all business owners did and felt the same as Kris. Thank you!

I have been vaping for just over two years. The only things I hate about vaping are vapers and vape shops. That all changed after walking into this store. Laid back yet professional. They took their time to set me up with a new rig, and then to make sure I understood every function. If you vape but cant stand the pretentious bullshit this store is for you. Where do I begin? Its like the Vape shop was an after thought. They dont allow you to try any of the flavors. The kid behind the counter beginning me seemed bored with his job and no knowledge of vaping.
