Customer Service is phenomenal over here. I called VapeCity Chicago and spoke with Mayco inquiring about a specific juice I wanted to purchase. With their limited hours during the weekday and residing up in the far northern Chicago suburbs, he was very kind to stay 15 minutes past closing time for me to come in and make a purchase. When I arrived, he had the product ready and was able to answer any additional questions I had. I’ve also been in touch with the owner, Ben. Whenever I have questions, he responds promptly. I am thrilled how this business puts customers first. The 45-minute drive down here is worth it. I highly recommend this business. If you have not been here before, I suggest you check them out.

The absolute go to for all things vape. I recently started vaping and wanted to know the safest and best way to go about it. Also had no idea about the differences in the various types of pens and juices. Ben walked me through the science behind each of the options and even recommended what he felt would be best for me to start with. Also did not try to up price me or take advantage of me not knowing anything. Much better aesthetic than your normal run of mill smoke shops as well, has a very clean modern touch to it just like the new dispensaries. Will definitely be going back for anything I need.

This place has become my go-to shop for supplies for my mod and occasional juice purchases.But it wasnt always this way.I first went to Vape City about 6 or 7 months ago (Feb 2015) and had a rather poor experience - surly, unfriendly, and apathetic staff who seemed more interested in shooting the breeze with the people sitting around at the counter rather than assisting a customer who had a pocket full of money and a desire to spend. I got the distinct feeling that I was wasting their time which is never a good thing as a customer.This has thankfully changed for the better. Im not sure if its the owner who I happen to see whenever I visit, but the staff and the shop overall feel much more friendly, helpful, attentive, and efficient. I didnt purchase my mod there, but they always have the coils I need as well as the other odds and ends for my travel kit.If you had a poor experience in the past, give them another try. Youll probably be pleasantly surprised. Im glad I did.

Great customer service! The owner was very helpful and knowledgable with his products. The shop was newly renovated - very well organized and very neat! I purchased the SMOK vape which is very easy to use and convenient as well. I will definitely come back! Thank you Ninong Ben!

Really dope dudes. While the city, state and federal government are attempting to strangle vape businesses, VapeCity gives out an invaluable service. Super personable staff, support this local business!

The place looks nice. Better then what I seen in Chicago so far, there customers service is awesome for the owner,he cool in explaining how the eGoONE works how to set it up and even hook me up with some bomb ass favors,but I would say to ask for the owner if you want a good experience

CREEPY! Just not comfortable shopping here! Customers are commonly vaping pot around the premises and the skunky odor couldnt be more obvious....so uncool considering their is a Junior High School 50 feet across the street! Hmmm....Who puts a Vape shop 50 feet from a School...You guessed it CREEPY people! This is a New Era Head Shop that masquerades as a smoking cessation boutique and has the public fooled beyond belief! These devices are dual purpose just like a hookah or bong was billed for years! An ADULT store such as this has NO business being in such close proximity to a school and the patrons that frequent this place should be ashamed of themselves for their conduct. This sends a horrible message to our kids in the community and it is certainly not helping the major vaping issue going on in the Junior High across the street where 6th graders get busted regularly for Vapes in the school bathrooms! For the citizens of Skokie to tolerate this unscupulous predator to operate next to our community Schools says only one thing #dumbertogether

Went here as a nonsmoker and explained i was looking for a vape that is totally easy to use. It was for a disabled fella thats been smoking Marlboro Reds for decades. The idea was to get him off the burning cigs onto vape. The big guy there could not have been more helpful in choosing the $39 PHIX vaporizer a tru plug and play...well by gawd it worked the old boy loves it. Not to mention the refill pods are 1/4 the price of a carton of Marlboros. Thanks Vapecity!!

Pretty average for a vape supplier. Not a huge variety in stock. Store could have been half the size and still feel spacious.

This vape shop never has what I am looking for . I used to go here all the time but stopped . Whomever is in charge of product management isnt doing a good enough job

I cannot believe they are allowed so close to Lincoln jr high! Vaping and smoking is do dangerous the minimum age is going to 21. This place should conform to the same laws as a liquor store!

It used to be a good store now its so many new people in and out that the customer service sucks. Tried to charge ke 20 for a bottle ive been paying 10 for......boy bye
