Back in the day, this was my fav smoke shop that sold great unique products, had a cute cat to play with while you get your smokes and such. I came back for a visit and found out they had a owner change and all the things that made this store cool, just killed it. They didn’t have the unique products, the cool vibe and the cat was gone. The girls weren’t really helpful, this place sucks now. Really unsatisfactory as a stoner. Time to find a new shop

BUYER BEWARE. Staff is great. Well, Leah is great. They sell merchandise that doesnt work, but they could care less. EVERYTHING is non-returnable or exchangable regardless of whether its a pipe or smoke item. EVERYTHING. Even underwhelming incence burners that are cracked and do not work.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff plus a great selection of products keeps us coming back.

This is the best smoke shop around! The staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome. They are all very knowledgeable and keep the store clean. Again, THE BEST SMOKE SHOP AROUND!!!!

A great little shop right here in the neighborhood. A decent selection of cigars and accessories and a sweet selection of pipes. The clerk was super helpful and really knew his stuff. Showed me the benefits of each type of pipe and gave great recommendations. Purchased a nice little gift for myself and have my eye on another. Lots of unique items as well. Check out the soda collection and the complimentary wine chilling station.

Been going here for a few years. glass prices are great, loyalty program has sweet benefits, and the people are always helpful. extra points for the old friendly cat named smokes who hangs around the shop. couldn’t recommend more for a local place that’s got it all.

Have been shopping here for 2 years now - staff are friendly and helpful, but what made me leave this comment is the length they went to when one of the vapes turned out to be defective twice in a row (the replacement they gave me was bad too). Highly recommend choosing this shop (yes, the cat is cute too).

Hailey is always great help, she knows about every detail of material in her shop. Her employees Tony, Rome, & Chris are also great workers. Every time I come to this shop I come out with everything I need knowledge from these young individuals & a smile. I totally recommend shopping here, customers service is wonderful.

By far my favorite smoke shop the deals are the best and they really know what they are talking about when it comes to their products. And the fact you can roll a dice on Tuesday to get discounts is so much fun.

Everyone is so friendly. They will find whatever you are looking for. The prices are great!!!! ***** I will be returning and posting photos. They have an amazing cat who is so cute and friendly and I am not a cat person but I love the cat name Smokes. Thank you foe excellent services. :D

This place is awesome!! Haley is great! Always has great info and is very helpful, definitely the go to person for any questions and or info needed, shes also very down to earth. Cool shop and a super chill cat that stays there.

This place has a really good selection. I really appreciate the rewards program they have, too. All of the people that work here are well-versed in the products they carry and have a lot of helpful information to share. I highly recommend Smokes & Such to all adult smokers/vape enthusiasts! When you go in, don’t forget to ask about the loyalty program because likeliness is that you will return after your first trip!

This is a great shop. I went in and their selection was well presented and the prices were better than most shops like this. Those AMAZING smoke eater candles are in a big display right by the door. All the flavors! Ill definitely be back.

Okay so first of all, i have been going here for years now and its only fair for me to say the owner lady is a bit on the coco side. Not that it means its a bad place to shop. Mike the guy who works here is amazing and understanding of the fact that somethings can be cheaper online so he will give you a Really good discount. I got a Smok Alien mod which was tagged at 90 bucks for 60. Which isnt cheap compared to online prices but the fact that he lowered the price that much and i got to try it out before i bought it. Thats worth the extra money. Also the pack that i got didnt come with the tank so he offered me another 15 bucks off the price. So i would say thats a good deal and a decent shop to spend your money. Just make sure mike is around because the lady(owner) can be a bit confused most of the time. Sorry but she just dont seem to be all there for running her own business. Thank you Mike.

Best smoke shop around! I have lived at a few places around the area and have been to every smoke shop from the burbs to Rogers park. Not only is their staff incredibly knowledgeable and friendly but their prices are great too. Its the only smoke shop around thats staff can educate me on something new and know what theyre talking about. Sometimes selection is lacking...but for all the basics like papers,vapes, and accessories its where you should go.

Went in after a disappointing set of experiences in des plaines this morning. They didnt have what i needed but hooked me up with some new stuff that was even better than my old stuff.Thats how you run a successful business. I will be going here for all my vape needs.
