U MedSpa&Massage

I appreciate that this lady was able to get me in last minute. But beyond that this was not a good experience. When I came in the owners dog came out barking. This led me to question the cleanliness of the place not to mention the place looks very outdated. Then I asked for a FULL BODY massage with light/medium pressure. The therapist pressure was too hard. When I told her it was hurting me she informed me that my back was really tight. And although I understood, I didnt come there for a deep tissue massage. I came to relax. But she still spent 40 minutes JUST on my back trying to work out knots. Not doing what I asked for and what I ended up paying for. My back was hurting when I left and I wasnt in any pain when I arrived. Again, she was sweet but I want to get what I asked and pay for. Will not be returning.

The girl that was supposed to give me a massage has never given a massage in her life. All they did was rub oil and hot rocks on my body. No pressure points nothing. The lady at the entrance was rude calling out my name as I was walking through the door, and handing me papers to fill out. Everything about this place was wrong. From the greetings to the rice cooker in the room. The girl rubbing oil all over was polite, but something is off about this place.

Elizabeth changed my life!! I’ve been battling with adult acne for YEARS... being in the modeling industry, it held me back from not only my self confidence, but opportunities. I’ve tried EVERYTHING from prescribed topical gels/creams, oral remedies (nature’s cure), chemical peels, proactive, and many more. Nothing ever worked for my problematic skin and I was about to give up altogether until I decided to try laser treatments. 3 sessions with Elizabeth and she has my skin and complexion right! For the first time in all my life, I’m able to leave the house without makeup and feel absolutely beautiful and confident in my own skin. I’m forever grateful and I’ll never trust anyone else with my skin! To say I’m “happy” is a total understatement... Finally achieving clear skin after so many years and thousands of wasted dollars on treatments, I feel like a new woman!

These is by far the best services that I have had! I have been dealing with acne for about 3 years, and since visiting my skin is looking better than it has in years. I have had extractions and facials done at other spas, but none have even come close to giving me these types of results. My skin looks 90% better. The facility is also very clean, neat, and very relaxing.

I must thank Elizabeth. I got really bad skin condition after finishing a surgery. A lot of acne stayed deep inside the skin. When I touched my face I could feel it badly and ugly. My friend referred me to U MedSpa. I must say Elizabeth did a really good job. After the first month, almost all acne were gone or came out to surface. I did the peeling on the second month and now my skin is very smooth and even better than before.

I have been going to U MedSpa since I was a teenager and through all the years Ive always received the best service. Elizabeth does an EXCELLENT JOB with all skin types and ALL skin colors. I am so glad to have find someone who can work on darker skin tones and always gives me the best results. My skin literally glows when I leave her clinic. Thank you so much Ms. Elizabeth!

Ive struggled with skin so about 10 years, trying every product I could afford that just seemed to make matters worse. Ive even tried a handful of facials at other salons, until I found this place on a Groupon ad. All I can say is that my skin is AMAZING now. Great service, care, and attention. Ive gone back 2 more times, still with same great results.

After years of chemical peels from Spa Sydell and not seeing much improvement, I was desperate to find someone new. So, I purchased a Groupon for 3 microdermabrasions to see if that was the treatment that I needed to get clearer, smoother skin. I made my appointment and met with Elizabeth. I immediately felt comfortable and could tell that she was a very knowledgeable and caring aesthitician. The thing that I loved most about her is she wasnt pushy about trying to up-sale me. She made some recommendations and told me that I could take my time to think it over. Her recommendations included dietary changes, over-the-counter products, and different services and products that were offered at her facility. After making the recommended dietary changes and buying the over-the-counter products that she recommended, I began to TRUST her. Now, one year later, she is the only person that I will let touch my face. I see her once a month, without fail. She analyzes my skin and decides what treatment I need that day. Elizabeth has performed microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and standard facials for me. Now, I am closer than ever to having the skin Ive always wanted. I now have skin that I go without make-up 75% of the time and only use make-up/foundation for special occasions and I feel comfortable. My mother saw me over Thanksgiving and said I cant even look at you and tell you have problem skin! That, from a woman whos never had acne in her life, is the compliment of all compliments. Youre doing yourself a disservice if you dont see Elizabeth at U Med Spa for ALL of your skincare needs.

Only reason Id give this a star is for the lady at the front desk with the dog. She was nice. The place needs a good clean. Not good if you have allergies. As for my foot massage, that was AWEFUL....seems like the lady hasnt massaged a day in her life. Might as well been a foot rub. Then she kept adding lotion! But not massaging lol then kept wiping my feet off to pass time. I was so upset and disappointed because I really needed an actual massage. After she tugged on my toes a couple times she asked me to lay down then proceeded to basically wipe off my shirt. Thats what Im going to call it because that wasnt a massage either. So pointless and a WASTE of my money!!! She needs to be trained!!! Worst massage ever.

Liz is awesome went to from Groupon then became a reg client... my face looks awesome guys is polite and knows her business....and with Brown Skin I needed someone who knew what was going on. I def recommend her.. Umedspa!!

*BEWARE* I canceled my appointment due to an emergency and the lady cursed me out and told me don’t come back. The most disrespectful establishment I’ve been to and then she threatened me very unprofessional! Never again !*UPDATE* The below response from the owner is a lie I just moved here to the area from Douglasville and never have I been to this establishment this was my first experience and last one

I wish I could give this spa zero stars. I booked an appointment, showed up 5 minutes prior to the appointment. Waited 20 minutes, owner (who is also the one that does facials) was running late from prior appointment. She came out and told me to leave as she did not want to be late for her appointment after me as that client paid full price v/s I had a groupon !! WHAT !Why did you advertise on groupon if you did not want to honor them? Why give me an appointment?

Cici is an experienced and talented massage therapist. I have used her for over a year. My most preferred masseuse. Book an hour massage and youll be more than happy.

I had a really great facial here. The lady who gave me the facial was so nice, and gave me a lot of good tips to help my skin.

I really enjoyed my massage today my right shoulder really needed alot of work, she really helped me off. Excellent touch and very knowledgeable.
