The cleanliness of the store is noteworthy, adding to a pleasant shopping experience.While in search of specific products like Delta Extrax or Exodus, it was disappointing to find that they didn’t carry the desired items due to the size of the oil. However, this minor setback was quickly overshadowed by the discovery of an amazing value hemp cone, perfect for use with Thc-A flower at home.A special mention must be made for George, the sales associate, whose exceptional customer service made the visit memorable. His ease of communication and substantial knowledge about the products were incredibly helpful. George’s assistance was invaluable, and his friendly demeanor ensured a comfortable and informative shopping experience.In conclusion, 101 Vape and Smoke is a gem for those in the vape community. Despite the lack of certain products, the store’s organization, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service more than make up for it. It’s a place I’ll definitely be returning to for all my vape and smoke needs and comes highly recommended.

I’m from Canada and I stopped by to see the place. It’s actually quite great!! Fetty helped me out and he was spectacular!! He’s super knowledgeable and friendly! I went back and met another gentleman who was just as great and I used the dab bar. The product is exceptional and I was more than happy with the service as well!

Never thought of buying delta 8 hemp flower from a smoke shope. decided to give it a try and it is not a horrible substitute. i have found a new back up plan.

Let me start off by saying I have been to several vape shops and multiple parts of Rutherford and Davidson county. This vape shop by far definitely deserves a five-star review. The girl working the counter was very attentive to my needs. She was very polite respectful and informative of any and every product that I had questions about. If only we had more people in the world like that then it would be such a much greater place. She definitely deserves five stars along with the store but theyre organization which entails the stopped amount and quality of products. I however am a huge fan of lazy boy smoke shop products and it was super stoked to see that they are now being sold at this location for those that are unaware.

We love this store when its open. The last few times weve gone during business hours, theres a note on the door that says theyll be right back. Weve had to wait for half an hour before someone shows up. We didnt wait this time. Its currently closed right now....

Every pen I got leaked and the new one they gave me as I checked in the store was leaking and he said they get hot and leak.. so whats the point for a 30 to 50 oil to leak and cant smoke..? Place is a joke rather order online.

Got powder instead of capsules. I wouldve been happy to swap outright not even thinking of the price. The guy stopped me of his own volition to hand me another bag at a loss to him just to make sure I got my moneys worth. I respect it and Ill be back.

Trash. Everything over priced. Especially their delta 8 products that dont work to begin with, and dont expect a refund they just give you more broken products.
