Great place, selection, and service. I had a disposable vape that quit working on day two. This is rare. However, my wife took it in to purchase another one. They replaced it at no cost. They were very kind and I appreciate that. You should definitely stop by.

Purchased 2 disposable mod and 2 different e juices. No problem with the disposable mods. My problem was purchasing the finest strawberry and cream. Supposed to have 2 bottles. Mine only had one. Will not be buying e juice from here again.

So helpful to me when I had a problem with something I purchased. Replaced it and gave me no hassle about it. Very good guys and I’m glad they’re close by.

This place is a joke. I am in from out of town working i accidentally left all of my spare coils at the house. I can start to tell usually a day or two before my coil goes out. I seen this vape shop so I stopped in to grab a coil I know exactly which coil I need and it is even a common coil. So when I come in the shop I told whoever that was working exactly what coil I needed and he brought out one coil that was not it and I told him it wasnt it. So he has to see my device so I gave him my mod so we could see what coil then he proceeds without even asking taking my mod ann tank completely apart. That I recently just filled up and was full of juice got juice everywhere covered over everything and it precedes to take my coil out and throw it away and put this one in to see if it fits. Luckily it was the one I was wanting. After that I asked to go to the bathroom to wash myself and all of my mod parts he said I could so I went to the bathroom and it smells like a straight-up ashtray.All in all it was a terrible experience and how are you going to own or work in a vape shop if you dont believe in it.Wont be going back. 👎

This is my go to vape store. Super cool/friendly people that work here and great vape/smoke product prices. I have to give a huge shout out to this guy Mario! Yesterday I couldnt for the life of me figure out what flavor I wanted, but he not only showed me numerous juices in the range of flavors that i like, but went through them with me and was very attentive and friendly. This guy went above and beyond and deserves the recognition! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE LOL!!

I will not be coming here anymore. I told the guy every juice I asked about, did they have it in 3mg and I get home and nowhere on the box does it even show a MG but its definitely 6mg. Its not fair that I just wasted money and I wont be able to even bring it back to exchange.

Prices seem to be decent and they keep CaliBurn (Koko and standard) pods in stock at all times, plus tons of salt nic options. I struggle to read the tiny text on the boxes when picking flavors and theyre always nice enough to let me step behind the counter so I can see and choose, along with they give suggestions on what to try. Also you can sign up for free membership and get discounts with it when you check out. Awesome place!

I had a bad review written here for a long time after a few bad experiences. However I did stop here occasionally for convenience purposes. I must say Im changing my review. The new management has made some necessary changes and has won my support. Friendly staff...good prices...and the best selection Ive seen almost anywhere. Stop in and check it out for yourself.

Every pen I got leaked and the new one they gave me as I checked in the store was leaking and he said they get hot and leak.. so whats the point for a 30 to 50 oil to leak and cant smoke..? Place is a joke rather order online.

I went in to buy a new mod, I had dropped mine earlier and broke it, after looking at several I picked the least expensive which was 74.99. Once the guy rang it up the total was 98.69. I questioned him as to why he stated it was 89.99. I informed him it wasnt but I wouldnt argue with him thinking maybe I was mistaken with one of the others I had seen. So I paid and as I was leaving I checked. And clearly the box of the display stated 74.99. So I confronted him. His answer was well the guy who labeled these didnt really know, He just labels them as he remembers. So then I question why my receipt reads custom item for 89.99. He says we dont scan them we just type in a price. So basically they make up prices as they go and over charge. I will never go back to this rip off place.

They are ok in a pinch if you don’t mind paying premium prices.I bought a complete smok unit that fell apart while twisting the tank off and they wouldn’t stand behind it.So I said OK I’ll never go back. Well guess what, The tank they sold me,no one else uses it and I have to get my coils there!Six weeks later I go to buy another pack of coils (as bad as I hate too,), and guess what, they don’t have them and act like I don’t know what I need.I guess they sold me a tank that was getting ready to go off the market. The package was around $90.00I’ve never had this problem before and I’m not happy and I will never return.I’ve already bought a new tank so I don’t have to deal with these dudes.

Best Vape Shop around, their inventory is top notch, from e-liquid, disposables, and Delta-8. They also hook their regulars up with freebies all the time.

Ive bought 2 mods from here by Smok. Both lasted perfectly. One got stolen, the other one works like a charm and is authentic. Staff is always helpful, and quite knowledgeable. Only thing i wont recommend is them changing your coils. They gave me the wrong coil on two seperate occasions.

Ive been coming here for about almost 2 years to buy cartridges for my Orion q and they never fail to have it. All there stuff are fake. I would go there every 2 days and spent over $40 on disposable Vapes. I would buy 3 of them and almost all the time out of 3 one of them would be burnt or died on me when I opened it and when I went back to tell them he didn’t want to switch it out for me. I bought the vape for $25 and he switched it out for a $14 one. It’s ok for them to take my money but when it comes to giving me my money or to switching they want to get mad or make excuses saying this is one of your old ones and I had friends with me every time I would go there and buy anything. Do not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to throw your money in the trash.

This shop is FAR from an outlet and a complete rip off!My first visit looking into CBD oils, the employee was trying to sell a 1oz 300mg bottle for $80 and said he could give it to me for $70. I passed at that time.When I went back 2 days later, a different employee said it was $65 but could give it to me for $50. So I bought it.Another 2 days later I went to a different shop to find different flavor options, and guess what they were selling the same size bottle for... $30!!!I wont ever go back to 101 vape and smoke outlet again!

Went to the new location in Hermitage Tn. 21.00 for a 13.00 pack of coils ? nope Employee had no clue what she was selling decent selection but very overpriced.

This is a pretty amazing B&M vape shop, as far as selection of juice, hardware, and they have all of the necessities too! They also have a big selection of cbd, plus a lot of glass pipes, bongs, bubblers, and so on. They have tons of vape juice, cbd and Delta-8, and edibles to choose from as well. Plus to top it off, they have pretty good deals and a club to get free stuff and earn points to save poney. Just go!!

Came in on Sunday 25th I was looking for CBD and they have a wide selection of all types CBD products with great prices. Mena was very helpful and very friendly.

This place has the highest prices in Middle Tennessee. Vape juice is typically 10 bucks more than everywhere else. Cbd is 15 bucks more. I have tried to shop here because its convenient to my location but cant justify getting ripped off.

Very high priced for what they sell. 100 ml bottle for 35 is outrageous. Cashier also didnt seem very helpfull or happy to be there.

Well we went there because our usual vape shop was out of the vape coil we needed. We gave them a chance and wound up having to go back and still ended up with the wrong one. The lady seemed too high to even function so it shouldnt be a surprise that she couldnt get it right. Never going back and I would recommend you find any other smoke shop other than this one.
