Mr. Tobacco and Vape

This used to be my go to vape shop because it is conveniently located near my house. When they first opened the staff was extremely friendly and helpful when providing me with service. Over time, I noticed that their prices have drastically increased and they tend to never keep up with the same brands. This has led me to explore other vape shops who have better pricing. I just purchased a vape and tried to exchange my vape for a different flavor because I was not a fan of how it tasted. I was told that the best they could do is give me 15% off a different vape. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer because I do not feel like the company cared at all. 15% off had me paying the full price before taxes so it is like buying the vape all over again. Will not be returning back.

The staff are super friendly and it’s always a pleasure to shop there. Good selection and reasonable prices. This quickly became my go to vape shop around town.

Normally…I go to a different smoke shop. I was asked to come check this place out and maaaaannnnnn👀 the prices are just ridiculously low! For no reason! Just out here low lol I’m used to paying double, with less service and less options! I walked in just to see what they had and walked out a new customer. If you frequent any other smoke shop, you’re out of your mind and I’ve got air to sell!!

I didn’t catch the names of the folks who helped me when I visited the shop this week but they were so friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me guidance on what kind of pods to get. We shared some laughs. Great pricing too. Thanks y’all!

Very happy with customer service! I was sad when the previous location went away because I was so close to it. Glad this location was kept as a vape shop. Customer service is great and I will continue to patronize this location.
