Jersey Smoke

Always a delight coming in here. I usually have the pleasure of speaking with Joe most of the time Im in there, but on occasion I am helped by the owner or another gentleman (their names escape me though). However, both are also very nice. If its your first time going to a smoke shop and maybe youre feeling a bit intimidated, theyll take care of you, answer all your questions, and share their knowledge with you.I go for my smoking needs but stay for the friendly customer service and conversation.Ive been there countless times and very rarely do I have an issue with a product theyve sold me, but the 1 or 2 times I did have an issue, they immediately made it right with either a replacement or store credit (which I immediately used 😂).This is an excellent small, local business and Ill continue to support them!

I had a great experience there. Not as great as I’m having now but I was pleased. At first I was overwhelmed like a kid in a candy factory but the manager, Joe was extremely helpful. I might even call him a smoke nerd. It is a good thing because I needed that. I needed some glass for some moonrocks I got and Joe was extremely helpful even explained ergonomics of certain gear. Which is good since I can break something without touching it. Overall a fine experience and will come on back. My only criticism is the no mask policy because of my COVID phobias. I got comfortable with that in no time. I see the owner is in Vegas showing off some glass and I hope they bring it on home because I really really want one of those.

I LOOOOOVEEE JERSEY SMOKE! Its a very clean and organized store! Always up to date with new merch and products that I dont see in other places unless you purchase them from the manufacturers website. Frank (the owner) always has alot of positive energy when you come in to his store, always welcoming and ready to have any conversation about what he has displayed and can also clear out any confusing questions you may have. His staff is also really great! On my last visit Jenna showed amazing customer service by juggling multiple customers at once yet never losing focus and got me in and out the store super satisfied! Oh yeah and the prices are amazing! Will be back for many many years to come! Personally my favorite store now!

I love that there is now a second location in North Brunswick, NJ, in addition to the Milltown location! Frank, the owner, is well versed in all his products and will happily spend as much time as he needs to with you to answer all your questions. His staff is also very well trained by Frank himself 👍🏼 I go here for all my CBD needs and I love the products he carries. All superior quality at very competitive prices. He also creates and sells his own glass pieces - hundreds of original and beautifully crafted pieces by Frank! No two are alike. Definitely stop in and check out his store - support small business!!

If youre thinking about purchasing from here, do yourself a favor and get back in your car and drive a little further down easton avenue. New Brunswick has better prices and better options. Also you wont have to deal with ignorant people

Ive been here a few times. The staff are knowledgeable, theres a decent variety of products, and the owner blows and sells some of his own glass. I purchased one of his pieces and its my favorite in my collection

Always prefer to deal with people directly, the owner Frank is a perfect example why. He took the time to explain everything, teach and really provide a truly exceptional experience. Nice to see someone with passion for what they do. Thanks Frank !

Had the most appalling experience at this shop.. the attendents have incompatible coils and having opened it they said theynwpuldnt offer a refund..And on top of that the Owner Frank ! Had the audacity to tell me I was cheating them..Avoid it.. Avoid it Avoid itPost the response..Well clearly if you chose to lie and do business unethically.. Go ahead..The face remains your rep confirmed that the coil is compatible and it wasnt..

The girl working was incredibly kind and helpful. More helpful than what you get in most smoke shops. Not a large selection here, but definitely not bad. If you are looking for a quick stop for vape juice, hookah tobacco, papers, or maybe a small glass peice, this place will be sufficient. Also much cleaner than a lot of other small smoke shops. A little on the pricey side, but nothing unreasonable.

If you vape this is definitely a place you wanna visit! Great customer service there and there honest and real with you. The best part is they will work with your budget in picking out things that help. There fluid is fairly priced and Frank the owner is hands on which is awsome! Frank even makes his own tabbaco pipes which is pretty awsome. If you havent visited this store you should definitely stop in and look around its worth a visit!!

This is absolutely the best smoke shop ive been too and mostly because of the wonderfulllll girl working there if im not mistaken her name is noel she’s fantastic this girl needs a raise ASAP

The owner has really good customer service and relation skills. wide selection of smoking apparel and thing for people looking to make the step from smoking to Vaping. big assortment of E-cigs ,Mods, tank and juices. This place is honest. Thats why they get 5 stars from me.

I moved to Pennsylvania i’m NOT from here. Lived in North NJ all my life. 3.17 for one backwood is ridiculous. Try again. When the Exxon up the street from you had them for less than 2$. i saw a black owner and decided to support. like i said you’re getting OVER on your customers.

Highly knowlegable staff, wide selection, great prices and their own line of THE smoothest vapping, best tasting juices Ive purchased anywhere. Definitely worth a drive to do business here...especially for newbies. =]

One of the best smoke shops in the central nj area with branded pieces/accessories. The owner and employees are knowledable with their inventory too. They take the time to make you happy and not take your money.
