New Happy Feet Free Rear Parking

I’ve been in this place for about 5 times. It looks like there is- new owner and certain things have changed. The massage therapist seems new. She did a fairly good job but what I didn’t like was when I was paying for the 11/2 massage ($85) I requested for, I added 20% tip and the owner said the tip should be $30. I said tip is not mandatory and 20% is more than reasonable. The owner further said, they’re different from a restaurant. Why does it seem like this owner wants the customer to pay for the worker’s wage!! A tip is a tip. It is given out of gratitude for a satisfactory service rendered. It is not obliged. I gave $25 but today will be the last time I’ll ever go to this place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my foot massage, but the rest of the family didn’t enjoy the full body that much. They felt rather than a massage it was more like a rub. The only issue I had with my foot massage was the location. It was right when you walk in, so you heard the noise of the cars and when people walked in you heard there conversation. Would have liked it more if it was private.

My husband and I recently went to New Happy Feet using a Groupon deal for a Couples 30-minute reflexology foot massage, with soak and with hot stones, too. They did a great job massage-wise, but I found the place to be very dark, a bit musty/dank, and they put us (the couple) right next to another client getting a massage and we found that to be a bit odd. But, it was a great deal and overall they are very good at providing a great massage and giving us a little stress relief too 😊

I do not understand the positive reviews in groupon. The lady who did my foot massage was also the front receptionist - so everytime someone came she got up to attend to them and did not make up for the time I lost. She also speaks no english at all so communication is hard but thats something I can deal with. They say they give a herbal foot cleanse but it was just warm water that you soak your feet in. The massage was something I couldve just given myself instead of paying someone else. There was not one time during the entire massage when I felt I was getting it from a professional. Save your money and time.

The reviews on google are clearly not real except for one that made same remarks I will be making here. This was one of the worst massage experiences I have had, EVER. Receptionist/therapist has no clue how to massage, speaks absolutely no English, which in many other spas has happened before, but they know key words like good, harder, softer etc. All I got in reply was thank you. No, no I said harder; thank you......arrrgh I should have left the first time of the many times she went to greet customers that came to the store. I dont leave reviews unless its exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This was the latter. There are much better places right across the street and nearby. Bottom line, waste of money and time and my shoulders and back are still tight and probably worse now after this frustrating experience. Never again.

Amazing!! I lived in upstate ny where there were a few happy feet and was so excited to see they opened one up in Summerville New Jersey! The staff ate sweet kind and extremely professional . Highly recommend getting your feet and body done !! The price is incredible. I go to spas all the time however I’m partial to the massages that this culture gives .

DESERVES ZERO STARS. I made appointments over the phone with a woman who also had to call me back because she was busy. When I got to my appointment there was a man who said the woman left and there was no appointment made and no record of me calling. He said they were busy anyways and booked until 8pm which is when they closed. He was extremely dismissive and treated me and my friend like we were intrusive by literally waving his hands away for us to leave. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Will NEVER come here.

1st time outstanding foot massage. They touch every nerve in my foot. The hot stone massage feels so soothing on the skin 😍. I book a 30 minute this time next week book 60 min.
