Finally a 5 star spa experience. With any service you book, you get 2 hours access before and after your appointment to enjoy other amenities like their vitality pool, steam shower, sauna, rain shower and heated loungers.My masseuse, Kim, is hands down so amazing. I receive a deep tissue and she applies great pressure, spends quality time on target areas and offers additional work that may help your ailments when time allows. I will request her time and time again. Thank you!!

1st got over charged, plus they forced tip on horrible 😒I got Cedar Buff and Polish Manicure/Pedicure Combination done on Saturday (Photos are from Monday). I usually would mind pay for good service.

Great spot!! I went in yesterday for a deep tissue massage and the benefits are still happening! I am a very tall competition Bartender. The facilities on the mens side are wonderful! The steam room, the sauna, the lounge, the pool, the cool shower, the mens shaving area! I have a beard and wished I could have used it. The ladies up front were perfect ( They even helped my Mom with the tablet for checking in). The best part was my massage therapist. I cannot for the life of me remember his name, but he is from Kentucky? Louisville? He was the perfect mix of talk/no talk...to explaining what he was doing. I have had many massages around the US and Western Europe because I am a large man in a average sized world. I love to gamble and I could have spent the day here!

Amazing experience but the lady at the reception was so rude. She wasnt nice ultill I payed and said she had to talk to a manager because she was afraid the Spa was full. Tured out, my friend and I was basically the only ones. The manager of course let us in.People insede were nice and the spa is very nice.

My husband and I had a couples massage and facial today. The whole experience was phenomenal! I will certainly be back. Kim did my massage and she gave me the best massage I have ever had! She worked areas that I have never had worked. She told me she loves her job and it shows through her massage. Anna did my facial and she was also amazing! The lounge area was also fantastic! Cedar spa will now be my new go to!

From beginning to end, the whole experience was fantastic. The steam room, sauna, and hot tub were very relaxing before our massages. Ive had multiple deep tissue massages before in multiple locations. However, Jake made it the best Ive experienced yet. He listened to what I was aiming for and where my tension was. He made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Cedar Spa and Jake!

Ashley is absolutely THE best massage therapist in the business. 100/10. Her prenatal massage is out of this world. Not only is her skill level unmatched, her demeanor and personality is so inviting and warm, without being chatty and overbearing. She really makes you feel like you’re in a safe space.However, the front desk staff leave A LOT to be desired. If it weren’t for Ashley, I would take my business elsewhere.

Got a custom massage from Ashley. It was amazing! I would highly recommend her! The spa was comfortable, the vitality pool and steam room left me so relaxed. The wash room has anything you could think of! 5/5. Great experience.

We came to your spa because it was highly recommendSo we The Posse attempted to book services.Since the end of May we were working with Laura.Only for us to get here and not be able to receive services due to cedar spa mistake. They booked 3 of us one spot. So although we were late for 1 appointment not one of us received a service because they had 3 of us scheduled at 10:15 am . Even tho it was their mistake and they didnt try to accommodate there mistake and on top of that they are charging us for cancellation fee are you kidding me especially since we have text messages back and forth from Laura stating we are all set. We are not upset about having to pay for our late person what we are upset about is how we are paying for cancellation fees for your staff mess up. This was supposed to be something special for my moms birthday with her daughters and closest friends she traveled here from Texas and some of us came in from michigan this messed up our entire day. Very unfriendly and unpleasant to work with we will not recommend your services to anyone signed the Posse.....

I had the Swedish Massage with Kim, she was fantastic and you could tell she really enjoyed her job. Thank you Cedar Spa and Kim for taking some of the stress away. Greatly appreciate the Cedar Spa 💆🏽‍♀️👍🏾

I have been to this spa twice and both times were wonderful experiences. My last massage was done by Kim and it was the best massage I have ever had! She is truly amazing at what she does.

Anna is amazing...committed to skincare, professional, friendly. A real asset to the spa. She is REALLY great at her job, but the whole staff is welcoming and pleasant. They make you very comfortable

The spa itself is absolutely beautiful. The first time I went to the spa was for a facial when they first opened. Unfortunately, I had a terrible reaction to the products used. My face was on fire. I will never have another one. It was a terrible experience.This weekend I thought I’d give a massage a try, instead. I was not greeted properly. The lady that took me back into the women’s area showed me the lockers and left. Didn’t explain how to operate the lockers, etc. I opted for the deep tissue massage. The massage therapist was unable to work out the kinks and soreness of my shoulder, neck and back. It definitely was not a deep tissue massage. It was more of a Swedish massage. I think he hit one trigger point. I asked him to massage harder but he continued doing his own thing. His hands were shaking the entire time. He tried stretches on me, which was not relaxing. I was very disappointed for the price and service I received.I felt very rushed the entire time I was there. Also, on the website, they state the spa is open until 9pm on Friday and Saturdays. They closed at 7pm on 8/26/23. I was unable to enjoy the hot tub after my massage. I live an hour away. Overall, very disappointed!!

This spa is everything! The service I received from the moment I walked in was excellent. Kim my aromatherapist was exceptional. Her energy and attention to detail relieved a 1000 pounds of stress from my body. I would absolutely recommend Cedar Spa to anyone looking to escape from the pressures and stress of every day life. I will be making a visit to see Kim at least every other month. Totally worth the hour and 15 minute drive up from Chicago!!!!

My first visit here was exceptional. The new facility has a beautiful and relaxed resort feel and my massage therapist Kim T. was simply outstanding. She was experienced and professional and I got the deep tissue massage benefits without the pain you experience with some therapists. I would enthusiastically recommend Kim to anyone and the new Spa as well. The lounge, sauna, steam room and whirlpool tub are first class.

The Cedar Spa is a dream. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I have had a few massages there, with Kim and Nathan, who were both excellent at their trade. If you’re fortunate enough to visit, make sure to budget time for the wind and water area, which is a wonderful compliment to any service!

WOW!!What a fantastic, wonderful experience. Mani pedi was utilitarian and not your traditional spa service. Day one it looked like a week of out growth. Day 3 it looks like I am in need of a manicure...chips and all.

Been there three times now using the giant vitality pool, which with a recent back operation is great relief. Also the hot and dry steam rooms, heated lounge chairs tropical rains to cool you down and beautiful soothing music playing all the time and pre-made cycle suggestions of all these in different order depending on the experience your looking for,, from a detox regimen and a few others including a fully relaxing one that your so relaxed you feel like a wet noodle when you leave. (Thats relaxed!)The vitality pool is a huge jacuzzi bult to hold several people comfortably. Jets that relieve muscle spasms and breath new life into your body.Depending on when i go every time i went I usually have the place to myself. They have great value options now for two hours for $50 or even all day come and go as you want for $70. Cant beat that price with a stick! Very beautiful impressive faciliy. Of course a full gambit of spa services from head to toes as well. Someday I may try those as well im sure they will leave the mind and body in a better state. 5 stars from me. Ask for Sharkey, she runs the place and is doing a wonderful job and will make sure you get exactly what your looking for.For the price its certainly worth the experience.. Prepare to set back and enjoy the relaxing benefits they have to offer. ☺.

Such an amazing atmosphere! There was absolutely no downside. The robes you change into are so soft. The lounge area with the pool, sauna and steam room were so amazing. I want one of the heated lounge seats for my house now! My strawberry scrub left my skin so soft. I also got an Awakening facial which left me sooo relaxed. My spa technician was beyond amazing. She made sure I was comfortable while also giving advice on skin care products. I’ve been telling all my friends about it and already got plans to go again

The spa itself is top of the line . I have had several massages and Kim did a wonderful job. She has a gift and you certainly feel it. A lovely experience and beautiful surroundings.

I got a custom couples massage for my birthday with my partner and we enjoyed every minute of it! Kim and Jacob were absolutely amazing. Huge thank you to them for a lovely experience.

My shoulders and neck hurt now. Im hoping tomorrow I feel amazing I did an internet search seeing if its normal to feel pain after massage and apparently some are suppose to be painful and you feel amazing the next day. If you like hard massages this might be a great place for you. I wont be back though.

Be sure to arrive an hour early and bring swimwear to enjoy the wind and water experience before your appointment! My visit was the most luxurious thing I have ever experienced because of that room. However, the express manicure afterwards was too aggressive. Cuticles were painfully pushed back too far on two of my nails.

Got a mani/pedi, full massage and a facial. The massage was the best Ive ever felt and my face looks brand new from the facial! Ashley and Anna were phenomenal. The mani/pedi was definitely some deluxe pampering.HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The wind and waters vitality pool is amazing and Ill have to go back to check out the steam room. Robes are so soft and fluffy. All of the employees were so kind and helpful.

This spa is SPECTACULAR!! It’s not only utterly beautiful, and well laid-out, the massage service is amazing. I can’t highly enough recommend Jacob for a massage!! He was incredible. I also had a facial and loved it! I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Had a hot stone massage and Kim did a fantastic job! The use of the wind and water sanctuary was great as well. Will definitely be back next time were in the area.

I definitely recommend this place for birthday celebrations, bride’s maids parties, anniversary’s, etc. I had a cedar organic deep cleansing facial, and a muscle recovery deep tissue massage. I would totally get that again. 👌👌👌😊😊
