Cashed in 3 lottery tickets at window. Hoosier app showed $10 on one also with 2 winning hands on the poker both $5 prize.. should of been$20 total with all 3.. Comes back and says all $5 winners and refused to let me see the ticket..

The employees are always so helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of products, and they help when you ask questions. A young girl with brown hair and glasses helped me yesterday- shes super nice!

They were supposed to be open, but when I called, no one answered the phone and no one was at the store.

Absolutely the worst experience in a store I’ve ever had!!! The old man was so rude I can’t believe he has a job dealing with the public. First my girlfriend calls and ask if they have cbd oil he says yes and hangs up on her she told me and I blew it off. We get there 10 minutes before close Since I was at work an hour and half past closing time because I had customers to take care of. He was already at the front door locking up so we weren’t even going to go in but he waived me in not in the nicest way either but we go in. As soon as we walk in I ask where is the cbd oil and he answers me by saying so you know what you want we are closed? I said sorry I thought you closed at 8:30 he said we do it’s past closing I looked at my phone and it was 8:21 when he seen it he said your clock is wrong in a very rude way and I was in shock and looked at my girlfriends phone which said the same time as mine. Long story short I have a child with cancer and just wanted to see if it would bring her any relief instead it caused me more stress and caused my child to be upset because I couldn’t get off work in time to get her something that might have made her feel better. P.s. I stay after work almost every single night to help customers and I don’t like it but it’s my job so I do it. Do all low bob stores allow their employees to treat their customers like this??

Some of the staff is nice and some are just rude. Their store is ok but the selections of items is not great. Also some of the staff doesnt even know what something is when your asking for it.

The staff is always friendly, they have my CBD oil for a lot less than the companys website, and they have some neat non-tobacco related stuff, i.e. I got my mom a cool little knick knack type thing that says You are proof that God exists, which she really liked. Plus they have a rewards program, so at least I earn a little bit when I buy my CBD oil. I dont think cigarettes earn points, though, which doesnt make sense. Good store overall. Two thumbs up 👍👍 lol.
