I was so nervous to get a facial after a terrible experience in the back of a shady med spa (scabby face - be careful out there yall). Pam was so communicative and reassuring throughout. She noted my sensitive skin worries and was super gentle. My skin glows afterward and I go home feeling so relaxed.
