If youre going for one massage , this place is fine, but if you want a continual relationship with a therapist, forget it. Turnover is incredible. Every time I get a therapist I like, they are gone the next time I book.In the moment, not a bad spot nor bad prices, but in the long run, no consistency.But the staff is always been friendly and helpful

I’ve been an ongoing member with Massage Envy for a few years now. I have had nothing but great experiences at the Sparks location. I got a stretch service with Natalie followed by a massage with Ana and it was exactly what I needed! I highly recommend them.

Leaving without having the one area I requested help with touched a single time during a 90 minute session is pretty sad. Left in more pain than I entered!

I was NOT informed that I would not be able to cancel for a year!!! I got COVID & was told I could still get that massage & then they cancelled my next appointment. I am NOT impressed! At all. Do NOT sign up!!!

Kristina is excellent! One of my best massage experiences yet: knowledgeable, funny, chill, and thorough. It was great to have the much-needed work on my neck, arms, and (the oft-neglected) hips, glutes/sacrum.Since it was my birthday, I enjoyed a complimentary upgrade of very effective moisturizer.I was very grateful to be offered delicious tea on such a cold day. The manager and front desk staff were all so courteous and kind.Would love to return!

I’ve been going here for years and now they’ve made it difficult to call and book. Every time you call, it goes to a call center. I haven’t been able to book for months because my preferred girl always gets booked because the call centers calendar doesn’t reflect what’s actually open. I’ll be canceling my membership soon because I have months of credit stacked up and no way to book unless I physically have to walk in to go get an appointment.

Do yourself a favor and dont sign up for membership here. You will be charged increasing amounts without your approval, and using the credits is a huge pain. You have to book months ahead and may not even get a decent massage.I have accumulated 30 + credits and when I went in to try and schedule appts I got one appt..a month later, and they tried to sell me more stuff! Its a scam. I am now faced with continuing membership and HOPE that I can actually use them or lose the thousands of dollars Ive paid in . This is a huge regret in my book.

I had a membership and have to wait a month to get in each time. Then they never have enough masseuses employed. And forget it if you want a sports massage they need younger stronger masseuses. Then charge you 10 dollars to give your massage to a family member. Really. Such a rip off. Sarah is the best part of this place. She does facials snd has the sweetest personality. The desk people are num. cancelled membership. What a waste of money. Don’t patronize this location

I went in at 7:05pm and no one was at desk. I was then greeted my a woman and she said had closed already because she was told to do so. I was there 25 minutes before it closed since that’s the time it says it was open until in google. Not sure if it’s her fault or not but hours need to be updated and doors prob locked since she had already closed the store and couldn’t help me with anything..

I just moved here from NC. Trying to find a new location and this place is closest to me. Had a 1 hour today. The staff was nice enough.. and maybe this place is different than what I am used too but today felt rushed and the therapist didnt even use a hot towel. Ive never had to ask for it before but I know places can be different. It wasnt so bad that I wouldnt come back and give it another chance but I have had some better.

Just got back home from wasting a 45 minute round trip. Receptionist said she called earlier because therapist had a family emergency. Problem is they called a wrong number... If i dont give 24 hour notice I forfeit the hour.But they can apparantly call a wrong number a few hours before the appointment and then simply apologize when I waste 45 minutes. At the very least their cancellation policy should be equitable to both parties. I should have been offered a complementary hour. Oh.. they did offer some upgrade for my rescheduled appointment which tells me this happens quite often.

I dont know what other peoples negative reviews are all about....Im paying for a service that does the job it services for, prety dam good at it too. Never had a bad or awkward experience, all pay information is detail and explain in writing also in the packages. No hidden anything from anyone.Place is professional, put together great, friendly, I recommend it to everyone and anyone , and any negative reviews I have heard personally was fault of the person.If you cant afford the payment, then why get the membership. It just causes issues with your money with your time.Love this place and all the locations, extremely affordable and work with schedules.

I have had 2 messages so far with Christell and she is awesome! She really knows what she is doing and explains everything to me. She is helping me so much with my neck problems! If you are thinking of having a message dont hesitate to try her. I have a membership & will cherish every session!

Terese is the BEST esthetician I have ever experienced. Her facials make my skin and face look 20 years younger plus the experience is so relaxing. I highly recommend her

If you sign up for a subscription, you will find it very difficult to cancel, at least that is the experience of a friend. Three visits to cancel, still not cancelled. They said they would email the form (you have to write in a paper form to cancel), and never did. Going in they said the printer is broken, we cant give you the form right now, youll have to come back. Also only the manger can cancel the subscription, if you talk to anyone else they will tell you they cant help you, youll have to come back. Very questionable practices by this company. I look forward to a response on why they make this so difficult.

Dont...just dont. And contrary to a previous review, the massages DO expire, as will be discussed in this review. So I signed up for the year-long membership thinking that with my stressful job it would be a good idea. At the beginning, it was. But when I went to cancel my membership (after the year was over), their nasty little hidden details and schemes made themselves known. I was told that I would have until the end of the month after the month that I made my last payment to use up any remaining massages. I had four saved up (partially because I have been out of town for work for two months). I had saved in my phone the date by which to use the massages as per my discussion with a Massage Envy representative. I get back into town and am more than ready to set up an appointment...only to find out that they are gone. All gone. I called to investigate further this situation and was told that a supervisor would call me back. That never happened. So I showed up in person the following day and spoke with the site manager. She said that it was irreversible and that there is no grace period. I asked her if she thought in her heart that it was right to do to a paying customer, especially since it was a miscommunication with an employee, and without a beat she said yes, I do. I lost four paid massages because of a simple misunderstanding. I thought they expired (which, again, they DO expire) the month after the month of the final payment, when in reality they expire a month from the final payment. So it was only a few days and still she was unwilling to work with me on that.If you want to go get a massage without a membership, thats fine. The therapists are pretty good. But if you are planning on the membership, dont. I lost $236 dollars (thats more than three full-priced massages) because of the membership. A company is so much more than just the product it sells. And where this company is concerned (at least at this location), customer relations is abhorrent and the unconcerned attitude and unwillingness to compromise of the site supervisor makes me never want to go here again. I read the bad reviews of this place before and decided to take a chance anyway. This is one of those times that I wish I would have followed the advice of others. Dont.And the owner of this location, Klaus G., responded to me with pretty much a carbon copy of what he said to everyone else who had a bad review. Something to the effect of Im sorry. I hope this doesnt leave a bad taste in your mouth. Please come back and waste more money on us in the future.I should have walked out the day I was signing up for my membership when a lady came in yelling at the staff for how poorly she had been treated in her membership and that she wanted to terminate it early. My bad.

Great therapists, friendly desk staff, clean. Their relaxation “room” is more of a hallway and some times tough to get through to by phone. But overall, a good place.

The music is a little bit too loud still I understand the music and the food truck area is so loud you cant even eat in there and I had somebody tell me they had something to eat late at night about 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning on a comp and they couldnt even eat the food either one that they ordered tasted like microwave food

I called to get prices, the lady who answered the phone was rude and would not give me prices over the phone. So I took my business and money elsewhere, I got a massage at Spa West and I couldnt be happier. Customer service was great and the spa was very clean and relaxing.

Great massage with Hannah. She was very courteous, thorough, had good technique, and always asked me if pressure was okay. I felt so much better afterwards!

I bought a 70.00 massage plus tip for my niece as a Christmas gift while she was in town for T.G., she enjoyed it and she got a facial too!

The staff is all so friendly and helpful! Everything is very clean and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. You forget you are in the middle of a shopping center because it is so quiet and calm.

Has anyone been burned from Hot Rock Massage ?..If so please respond...for I have..2nd degree burns on my back..rock were way to hot..This happened the day before Thanksgiving, and I still feel it..

This place has seen an ownership change a couple of years ago and I feel it is less attentive to each clients needs. Plus the price is going up in 2017.
