I have been doing electrolysis for years, and Phoenix is the best person I’ve seen by far. She is very kind and always makes sure I’m comfortable in every appointment. She’s very dedicated to what she does and I am very pleased with the results of our appointments. Phoenix is very flexible and understanding about scheduling. Though I don’t see her for skin care, she is always happy to share any tips or products that could help my skin. One of the best things about Phoenix is that she’s so much fun to talk to! If you have any long appointments you do not have to worry about being uncomfortable because she is easy and really interesting to talk with. I highly recommend seeing Phoenix for electrolysis!

Phoenix is an amazing esthetician and massage therapist! She has cleared up my son’s acne scars and guided him on which products to use. She was able to do what my son’s dermatologist couldn’t!And when it comes to massages, she is hands down the best! She is so knowledgeable and passionate about her work! Somehow, someway, she always makes room for us on her busy schedule. I honestly can’t imagine going to someone else other than her.

This woman is a skincare genius. I was starting have some aging skin in my face and even with collagen supplements I could not shake how I had looked about my age. After one and a half hours with her and her amazing knowledge and hands I walked away about ten years younger. I know she went over the products she used at the end but all I could think the next day was I am going back just to have her use the products because the massage it came with was life saving. Well. Self esteem saving. ❤️

I have to say, Phoenix Beauty Spa is hands down the best salon I have ever visited. The owner, Phoenix, is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and she was able to teach me a lot about my health. I primarily visited the salon for magnetic therapy, which was both relaxing and revitalizing. This therapy is definitely worthwhile.

I have been going to Phoenix for electrolysis for a little over three months and she is just the nicest person. I was super nervous when I first went and she made me feel so much better with all of the information about what was to be expected with my treatments. It’s been almost a year since I’ve been going to Phoenix’s Beauty Spa to get facials, chemical peels and electrolysis done. When I tell you, I am beyond satisfied with the results after each visit. When I first started coming here, my skin was dehydrated and dull. Of course, Phoenix identified quickly what the problem was and fixed it (such a keen and knowledgeable esthetician ). I have been going to Phoenix to receive electrolysis treatments for three months now. She is very thorough and makes sure she takes her time to do the procedure to a very high degree of professionalism as an esthetician. To add to this she is also very friendly and personable. She is so easy to hold a conversation with and the atmosphere in her clinic is so relaxing.All around Phoenix does a great job! Each time I leave for clinic very satisfied with the results. Phoenix asks for your goals and does a great job of helping you achieve those goals. I have never had a more relaxing facial in my life. If youre considering getting one - book Phoenix ASAP! She treats her clients like friends and makes you feel beautiful instead of pointing out every issue your skin might have (like many aestheticians do). She doesnt push for sales of unnecessary products, rather suggests things that actually make a difference and help you achieve your skin goals. I have several more electrolysis sessions to do, but can say that she works hard to make sure youre comfortable during the entire session. Im a huge fan of Phoenix Beauty Spa and a forever customer!

Phoenix is amazing! She got me my sister in for her appointment the same week which was beneficial for me because my schedule tends to change last minute. She was so kind and professional that it made the experience even better and comfortable. Her station was clean and organized and my sister loved all the products that she had used proficiently. I went to Phoenix for a massage and a facial. She was very professional. Was probably one of the best massages Ive ever had! She mixes several styles to form her own interesting massage techniques. My facial left my skin absolutely glowing. She took her time and didnt rush. She is absolutely amazing!

Phoenix is hands down the BEST and most knowledgeable skin care provider in the inland NW. This last weekend with friends and family stated my skin has never looked better. It feels great too. Phoenix gives amazing massages. I have been getting massages for years and have never had any masseuse as good as her. She is also very nice and caring and makes sure your comfortable and have everything you need during your massage with her. I have chronic neck and back pain and within a few sessions with Phoenix I have been able to get back to my daily routine. If you are looking for someone to help you with a problem with your body or just a relaxation massage she is the masseuse for the job.

Phoenix is one of the sweetest, most kind people you will ever meet and she is skilled at what she does! I got a facial earlier this week and I still feel glowy and refreshed. She takes a process that is often clinical and makes it feel very very personal; she was so attentive to me and invested in doing what it takes to repair my damaged barrier and reduce my redness. Massage @ Phoenix Beauty Spa made my month. Getting back on her schedule made my year! She is so in tune with the body, has an array of skills in her toolbox that all catered to exactly what my body needed. I can be very guarded in my thoracic spine, and she was able to adjust to accommodate and work through that protective reflex until my body was ready to relax into her hands. 11/10 recommend. She is absolutely wonderful

I enjoy seeing Phoenix for my facials so much! When she learned about my skin condition of rosacea, she immediately did some research and found clean, non-toxic products that would not aggravate my skin or cause the rosacea to flare up. She is kind and open, and always willing to share her thoughts on different ways to keep my skin healthy in-between appointments. Phoenix also gives an amazing little massage during the 90-minute facials. Every time I leave an appointment with her, my skin is soft, moisturized and glowing! If you are looking for someone who will specifically listen to your skincare needs and adapt the facial process to enhance your skin, Phoenix is the person for you!

I got a 90 minute facial yesterday and ended up buying a three pack. Phoenix took a lot of time with me on the intake to assess my needs and it was a really lovely facial. She definitely doesnt skimp on the products! The extractions were painless for my first time because of prep and I ended up buying some of her products. She gave me a lot of useful information for taking care of my skin. I really never have and Im 45 and need to now for hormonal acne and aging. Very knowledgeable and kind. Phoenix is an excellent technician. She has performed facials and a chemical peel. Phoenix is very conscientious about making sure the client gets their goals addressed during the procedure. I am pleased with my results and feel my skin looks brighter and firmer. I highly recommend Phoenix and her services.

Phoenix is absolutely amazing. Definitely the best massage Ive had in the Coeur dalene and Spokane areas. Her massages use blends of styles such as thai swedish and I believe tui na among probalby others which is perfect. Also her personality is just as good as her massages and is always a pleasure to converse with. Cant recommend enough! Im posting this update for her new location 2 years later and I still stand by it and I havent gone to another massage therapist since.
