Studio North Salon and Spa

Worst probably haircut I’ve ever seen in a really long time. This was supposed to be layered. All she did was cut the top layer of her hair shorter. It’s not blended at all. I paid $60 for basically 15 minutes of her cutting my daughter’s hair. Do not go here.

Thanks to Halee for fixing my daughters bangs after a salon out in the valley named High Maintenance totally butchered them. Ill post before and after pics. This shop heard about the disaster and was able to get my daughter in ASAP. Thank you so much

I have been getting my lashes done here for a few years now. The environment here is the best, the workers always great me when I walk in, ask if I would like something to drink and check me in. I am never waiting for my lash girl for very long. My lashes last, I haven’t had a reaction and over all look amazing. I had my hair done last minute by Keira a few weeks back. I needed a fresh new look, and Keira made it happen! I loved the location as it is perfectly hidden and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It was relaxing, I felt like Id been going to this salon for years! Thank you for my hair, Keira!

Halee was seriously amazing. Very confident in her work and worked magic on my hair I love what she did. Great to be around and knew exactly what my hair needed. Very professional and talented. Her wonderful assistant/trainee did a fabulous job as well. Great overall experience. Would recommend 10/10 !

I really want to give this place 5 stars but they dont do a true balayage (have tried 2 different stylists), and my biggest issue is one of the stylists screwed up my hair with clippers that is going to take like 3 years to grow out, and it really ruined my hairstyle in the meantime.

3 different times. I tried to have false eyelashes. Put on only to find out that I am allergic to all the glues that are used in the lashes. Being severely bummed out about the fact that I couldnt have false eyelashes on. They told me that they do Perming of your upper eyelashes. I also had my eyebrows done there. The ladies there are very sweet, very knowledgeable. The whole entire places beautifully decorated and they do absolutely wonderful work. I highly recommend studio North.

I felt very comfortable my first appt at Studio North. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to building a longterm relationship. If you are looking for a great place for lash extensions, book with Studio North, you will be disappointed if you dont.I was ready to be done with my lash extensions completely do to some not so good experiences. I love love love coming to studio north, all the girls there are super sweet and very welcoming! my lash girl is Rya and she is not only the best lash tech i’ve had, but always sparks up conversations with me every time i come in. every appointment i have with her, she will always communicate with me about the style and lengths i want. As well as, she’ll put in great advice on how the style will be with my eye shape. (i love switching up my look lol) it’s so appreciated since i’ve been with artist who won’t even communicate or try to understand what i’m wanting. i will forever be a client for Rya as she is super genuine and talented with the work she does.

I got my hair done here a few months ago and it wasnt worth it. Despite having a sign saying that your appointment would be canceled if you were more than 20 minutes late, it took the stylist 25 minutes past the start of my appointment to call me over. She did an okay job on my hair cut, it looked good but she clearly didnt know what she was doing. I wanted a short pixie style cut and had said so when I had done a consultation and booking a few days prior. It seemed to me that she was completely unfamiliar with short womens cuts and she overlooked a lot of the details that seemed like common knowledge to me. I got a perm as well and it looked pretty good. It wasnt quite what I wanted but that was on me, I asked for bigger rollers because I was worried it would be too tight.

I had an amazing experience here! I had come in to get my hair done for prom and it turned out amazing. I have naturally fine and straight hair so my hair dosent hold curls and styles to well but, when I tell ya my hair stayed almost perfect for the entire night it truly did. Not only did my hair look perfect the customer service is absolutely delightful. K’leigh was super sweet and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this place!

**Im editing because at the time I didnt know my lash girls name. Gabby is the ONLY person I let touch my lashes because shes the best. Over the last few years she has also become a friend & I absolutely adore her.**This place is amazing! I get my lashes done here & Gabby does a fantastic job. I get so many compliments on my lashes because they look & feel like my natural lashes....only longer & thicker!! I feel beautiful with them on. Had such an awesome hair experience today! Dawnice was so kind and helpful to fix my hair for me, since it wasnt quite what I wanted the first time. I havent loved my hair this much in a long time. Dawnice and her staff are so attentive and kind. They dont rush you and really try and get your hair to be what youre envisioning. Definitely check this place out and you wont be disappointed!

My daughter and I received haircuts here this fall that were TERRIBLE. The stylist didn’t even blow dry/style our hair, so no wonder she missed large chunks of hair that were uneven and choppy. We both saw different stylists in the area to later get the cuts fixed - one described the previous work as a “butcher job” and another said it was “alarmingly asymmetrical”. These were certainly not discounted or cheap haircuts so beware when booking here. I recognize that I should have contacted the stylist directly with my concerns once I got home, but I did not feel confident that she had the skills necessary to fix this based on the initial experience.

Studio North is the absolute best! Dawnice takes THE BEST care of my hair and has always listened so well, giving me a cut and color that’s low maintenance for me (which is important for my lifestyle). Shelby did my lashes when I had them and was absolutely meticulous. My daughter comes here for waxes and special up-dos for school dances. No matter what you’re coming for, the environment and staff are so incredibly welcoming! Best customer service of any salon I’ve ever been to!

I get my lashes, hair cut and colored and eyebrows waxed and tinted at studio north, I love it! Ive never been disappointed. The staff is professional and fun. Its nice finding a salon that you can trust!

I woke up congested and couldnt make it to my appointment. Gabbi was so kind and incredibly understanding. I felt very bad for canceling especially since it was late to do so. She rebooked me for her next available time. This was supposed to be my first time coming into the salon and her kindness just left me so relieved and happy with my choice to try going to Studio North Salon and Spa!! I have a feeling I will be coming to them for all services to be done! I am so excited to get to work with Gabbi and have her do my lashes in a few weeks!

Studio North Salon and Spa is adorable, clean and reasonably priced! I am incredibly picky with my hair but Avalon did an amazing job. I felt completely confident in her and she nailed it! I will 1000% be back and 100% recommend this salon! Thank you!!

I recently went to a different salon and got my lashes done, I wasn’t happy with my experience and was looking for someone to fix and help. I contacted Studio North and got VERY timely responses throughout the weekend (which I didn’t expect) and they were able to get me in by Tuesday! I had a great experience with Gabbi, she listened to exactly what I wanted and explained what she was doing the whole time to help fix what had happened. Very friendly, took her time and my lashes look amazing and are holding together very well! Over-all will recommend, so professional and great. Will continue to go here from now on. (:

I booked an appointment for my daughter and the hairstylist didn’t say anything to her the entire time other than asking what she wanted when she first got there. She didn’t even ask how she wanted her hair styled at the end of her cut she just did what ever she wanted. My daughter said she could tell the stylist wanted to be somewhere else. Completely dissatisfied with the customer service. I won’t ever book with Jessica again.Edit: I didn’t realize we needed to request common customer service, like “hello, how is your day” or have to request a stylist doesn’t act put out because it’s not a $300 service. We’ll find somewhere else to go in the future where that doesn’t need to be requested when we book.

What a wonderful salon, hands down! I have been coming here for awhile, and I always see Jess. She knows exactly how to get my hair the perfect shade of blonde and always does a fantastic job. Such a great atmosphere, clean shop, and wonderful stylists. You wont regret coming here! :)

Had to change my appointment the day of my appointment because of a family emergency. They charged me the full price of the service for canceling. Their policy is stated no where on their website. I have been to way nicer salons all over the country and have NEVER been charged to cancel/change an appointment! I will not return! I was setting for less than a great hair cut/colr by returning there, wont do that again!

The salon itself is very clean, classy, and has a great staff. I love getting my lashes done by Shelby! I drive an hour to the salon because Ive yet to see anyone with lashes done quite like her. She always works with me on my appointments and is very time efficient! She does such a great job, and I recommend her to everyone!

This salon is amazing! I have had many services done here, lash extensions, facials, brow wax and tint, and spray tans. I have had services done from a few of the ladies here, they are all absolutely amazing. Not only are they good at what they do, everyone in the salon is super friendly and caring! I have been extremely happy with every service. They use good quality products which is a huge bonus to me!! Rhonda Allison skincare and Milk Shake hair products to name a couple. If you haven’t yet, you need to check this salon out. You can even book your appointment online, which I absolutely love! The atmosphere is great as well ;)

I get my lashes done by Gabby at studio north. She is AMAZING. She never has any issues putting the tape down on my eyes which has been an issue in the past with my lashes. She is incredibly fast and gentle. Gabby is always so pleasant to be around and provides a relaxing vibe. She has a natural gift in both her esthetic style and calming/professional attitude. I will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend.

Every experience I have had at Studio North has been great! Halee has always done an amazing job on my hair color. I have curly hair and she does a great job making sure the color is consistent throughout! Krasindda is always super friendly & makes me feel at ease for my wax appointment. She knows I like a glass of wine to drink during my wax so she’s always sure to check with me prior to starting. Everyone is very friendly, it’s obvious this salon is well liked by their clients as it’s always busy!! The owners Dawnice & Shelby are always very friendly & inviting to everyone that comes in. I highly recommend this salon!! You won’t be disappointed!!

I told my stylist I wanted my hair trimmed and my roots bleached. I was charged $260. My hair looks dull and ash grey. I went in with dark roots, blonde hair whitening ends. I was not informed she added extra things to my hair until she was blow drying it. Im unsure why she touched the rest of my hair. It looks darker than when I went in.

Oh, I could not have more good things to say about this place, and the employees there, if I tried! I love this place, its perfect for all of my girly needs, and I love all of the employees so much, because they are warm and welcoming and always haves smiles on their faces. You can come in, have a drink even if you want!! as you get pampered, in a beautiful environment with a soothing ambiance, with lovely people around you meeting your every need- each time I go is like a mini vacation! I get my lashes done there by Gabbi, and couldnt be happier. Shes an amazing artist and has finely honed her craft! Shelby has been doing my lashes for 8+ years, she has an eye for detail and offers many services. I usually get a facial here and there and love her advise for face product due to my acne prone & dry/oily face.Dawnice does my hair - when my hair lady of 10 years quit doing hair she was my go to! I am blonde and very picky with who touches my hair...she specializes in all hair services including extensions!But I must say, all the girls here are wonderful, in a pinch I have booked with whoever was available for a quick volume boost on my lashes before an event or a quick style or cut, facial or massage.Always a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

I get my hair cut here regularly and have had lashes done as well. I have also had numerous massages and a facial! My kids get their hair cut and colored here too! The staff were all great. My wife had shoulder surgery so she needed help with hair and makeup. Kadee did my wifes makeup & Kayla did her hair. Both were great. Nice drinks and treats while I waited.

I cannot say enough about how much I love 💕 my extensions by Kayla. I’ve been unsuccessful at growing my hair for years. Kayla is super professional and understanding. Unfortunately had my lashes done and within 24 hours four came off after 48 and no shower another three and by the third day three more came off. One eye way over done the other eye underdone. I had my right eye poked so hard that it swelled and was bloodshot for three days. My lashes now look so bad after just three days Im embarrassed to go to work. Hoping I can find someone to fix it by the weekend.Pdate the owner reached out right away and offered to get the problem fixed right away. The girl Sabrina was amazing and gentle. My lashes look amazing now and she did just what I wanted.

These ladies work very hard, they are all so beautiful and kind! They make you feel welcomed and make sure you are comfortable through every step of whatever process you are going through. I went in to get my hair bleached and dyed it red. I know absolutely nothing about hair so I was scared and it was my first time going from black hair to something so colorful. The first time I left the salon and went home I noticed my hair was bleached unevenly in the back so the color came out a little wrong. However, I felt confident that these ladies would help me out and they did of no charge! As soon as I called the salon to inform them of the mistake they told I could come in the same day to tone it and get the right shade of red I wanted. Bailey is AMAZING, please choose this place, awesome service.

I went to Studio North for the first time and they did awesome! I saw Halee on Thursday and she was phenomenal. I was getting a haircut and partial highlights. I had overgrown roots with some grays I wanted to cover, along with fried bleached hair and a bad haircut from a previous stylist that I needed fixed. Haylee exceeded my expectations significantly, and my hair looks awesome! I will definitely be going back!

Ive been going here for about 2 years. Bailey does my hair and it turns out gorgeous every time! Gabby has been doing my eyebrows, facials, and dermaplaning and she is just the sweetest and does the best job! Everyone here is so friendly and really tries to give you the best experience. My first experience in here today, and my first real haircut since moving to Spokane! I had the luxury conditioning treatment and all my dead ends cut off. My hair is so soft and the cut looks amazing! I wish she would have given my hair some more volume, but I didn’t specifically ask for that so I’m still giving 5 stars 😁 Will definitely be back!!

I posted a negative review yesterday based on what appears to be an accidental cancelation on their part. Dawnice reached out to my wife immediately and went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate the professionalism that they demonstrated. I appreciate you taking care of my girls. I apologize for my knee jerk reaction of posting a negative review rather than reaching out and getting to the bottom of what happened first.

Don’t get my wrong all the girls are so good here but I have been going to Gabbi for over a year now for my lashes and every time they look so bomb😍 Gabbi has super good waxing, facials and tints for eyebrows!! She does not miss!! The girls here are so sweet and so friendly!! Also the salon is so clean and cute!!

Today was my first time getting my lashes done with Gabbi and she was fabulous! I’m new to town and finding a new lash girl is always challenging. I’m so glad I found her and on my first try. Highly recommend her and her lash skills. She killed it!

I recently got my a partial foil done on my hair at Studio North. Ashlynn did an amazing job at toning my hair and getting it to the shade I wanted. I was very pleased with my hair. Everyone that worked in the salon was friendly and fun to be around! I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants their hair to look amazing!!

Went to studio north on Friday, got classic lashes and they were horrible. I had to go today which is Monday somewhere else to get my lashes fixed, studio north did such a terrible job. My lashes were glued together and they weren’t even glued close to the base of the lashes they were just hanging there. I’m highly disappointed in how my lashes looked they were disgusting. I’ve never had such a terrible lash experience I have had at this salon. I would recommend not going here! Update: they gave me my money back.

What a classy salon with a ton of services and wonderful ladies! Dawnice is amazing not only with color and cuts, but over the top with the most modern extensions. The massage therapist Dolly is the best at what she does. And Shelby does the most realistic comfortable eye lashes ever!! Ive been getting hair done for 10 years by Dawnice and massages for last 2 years by Dolly. You wont be disappointed!

Today was the first time I have ever got my eyebrows done. The experience was amazing. Was a little scared because Ive never had it professionally done. But the lady who did it for me was amazing and friendly. I loved it! If there were 10 stars Id give 10 stars!

We got our 10 year old daughters long, thick hair cut here by Dawnice and she did an outstanding job! From the moment we stepped into the salon, Dawnice was friendly, helpful, asked lots of questions and made sure she was giving our daughter the exact look she wanted. Throughout the process Dawnice checked in with our daughter to make sure she was happy with how her hair was looking and was so complementary and sweet. Our daughter couldnt stop smiling at the final results and is so pleased with how it turned out. Dawnice took the time to subtly layer, thin and shape her hair to make it look just right. We could tell that the owners and staff care deeply about their clients and have created a warm, welcoming salon. Thank you Studio North! We are so happy to have found our new salon home.

I went in to have them fix my hair color to dark brown... I did not get dark brown! If you couldn’t fix my hair just say you can’t do it instead of charging me $80 plus a generous tip since I like to tip... Kayla left me dark patches of hair dye on my ear, neck and forehead and then just let me walk out of there not knowing those patches were there until I got home... I thought a salon is supposed to let you walk out of there looking beautiful and NOTwith hair dye stains all over...NOT happy at all.

Such a classy and welcoming atmosphere. A place where you can feel special and pampered. Dawnice has been doing my hair for 10 years and she does a wonderful job. I would not consider going anywhere else. Dolly gives a great massage and is very conscious about different needs. Love, love, love this place.

I took my son to The Man Shop the last 2 times and they cut his hair way to short, choppy and looked awful. Decided to go to Brittany and she cut his hair perfect exactly how he wanted it.

I got my eyebrows waxed and it was great for the price! However, my hair experience wasnt quite up to par. I asked for balayage and instead ended up with some foils. Pretty disappointing considering my hair was completely virgin hair to not get what I had asked for. Furthermore, my brand new sweater ended up completely streaked with bleach spots on the back.

Very, very DISAPPOINTED ! My daughter for the first and last time went in to get a hair cut on Friday. Her appointment was at noon, at 12: 05 the stylist said she would be with my daughter in a few . (She started to clean up after the last customer). My daughter wanted a cut and layer, She had a shampoo, cut and a bunch on greasy gel put on her hair! (She has washed her hair 3 times to get what ever was put in her hair and her eczema broke out around her neck from all the greasy gel,). My daughter was there for less than 20 minutes for $ 50.00, and her was not very layered ! She is not happy with hair cut! Would not recommend ! Fay

I got my first facial today from Amelia, and she did amazing!! I absolutely love the atmosphere of this salon and all of the staff were super friendly. I definitely plan on going back for all of my salon needs!

These ladies, rock! They are so awesome that when I moved from Spokane, about 55 miles away, I still keep going. I will make the drive to see Dawnice. She is always a breath of fresh air. The salon/spa is always clean and well maintained. They stay up to date on the latest fashion and work very hard. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Men, Women, Kids, Shaves, Spa Services...they have a lot to offer.

I would like to recommend Dawnice and Studio North for your hair and Spa needs. I love Dawnice. She gave me such a good style and cut for my awful dry, curly hair that I can pack away my hat. She also suggested a few Milk Shake products, shampoo and oil, that has helped greatly control the frizz I experience frequently. The girls there were also very friendly and offered coffee etc.to me. It was a most pleasant experience.

Payton has been doing my hair in Kennewick for a few years now, and I have never been happier- the exact reason I followed her to Spokane! Most importantly, and I cant stress this enough, Payton is an amazing hair stylist. Attentive and highly skilled. I am VERY picky with my hair, especially with the coloring. Payton truly takes her time to listen to what I want; making sure I feel a part of the process and decision making. My color and cut are always perfect! Its impossible not to notice how passionate Payton is! If I could, I would give Payton 10 stars!

Took my daughter in after a 1 month wait and she wanted a dark to light hombre color, what she got was highlights. not at all what she wanted. she is 12 and they asked me to leave the store twice. i will say it again she is a minor and 12 years old. they were rude and didnt even explain to her how to care for her hair. we wont be going there again. were you rude because i wore an american flag face covering when i came in and you dont like my statement of supporting the USA?

The people here are so friendly and nice! My hair turned out beautiful, I got it dyed and trimmed and it turned out so good!! The snacks and drinks are a plus as well.

I went there for a side shave touch up. She didnt even get it all. So embarrassing, its a shave and they charged me for a full cutt because she also took cut dead ends. Not at all satisfied.
