Great place to dance. Be careful not to get overcharged though. Bought 3 drinks cash, tipped on the first, didnt tip the second because not trying to double tip just a shot. The dude way overcharged the 3rd yikesOn topic friend told me she forgot her card one night, they charged $30 tip apparently👍3 star for all that, still had a stellar time dancing tho💃

First time here. Kids invited me over. Was surprised how much fun we were having. Drag runway. That was a first thanks Jacob for enlightening us on the show. After the show place turned into a club. Lots of friendly people. Very busy dance floor and mood was positive. Bouncers were friendly.

Sativa is the an up beat lady who brings the party. If you’re looking for a fun night out this is the place to go. These ladies bring the party and the vibe. You will not be disappointed. 100% recommend. Don’t forget to tip

Girl, you make me so proud, and I love you”. Literally the BEST service here. The way the bartenders are so sweet and always down to chat. COME HERE haha.

Charged 40 dollars per person for cover to go into an empty club. The line moves slow to go in as well. They make you stand in another line to go on the patio. Drinks are overpriced and the music choice is sub par. Staff also do not protect go go dancers from being harassed by patrons of the bar and that was alarming as well. Poor security measures and management.

I love this bar I always have a really good time. The people are amazing and the Drag shows are awesome. Sativa is my favorite one love her.

Wonderful place to hang out with amazing people and bar staff. I come here every Friday and most Saturdays. Its a great place to unwind after a hectic week!

My wallet was pickpocketed out of my purse within me being there for 10 minutes. As I was reporting my stolen wallet to the bar staff, someone next to me was also reporting their drink bring stolen. A place that holds such a large capacity needs to have better security measures regarding their patrons. I’m absolutely devastated as my wallet held jewelry that contained my late cats ashes, which is irreplaceable. The server tried her best to help given the situation, but the establishment itself needs to re-evaluate its INTERNAL security measures, not just posting up by doors.

Be careful ladies, my sister and I were almost murdered at this club last night and sadly the the security guards were the main ones doing it, the white bald security guard punched my sister in the ribs over and over again, then the black big security guard kicked her in the head as hard as he could, we had 4 huge security guards punching and kicking us while we were already being jumped by their friends, I’ve already contacted a lawyer to take this business down, what is happening here is absolutely disgusting. The light skin guy named Jacob started all of this because we were trying to get passed him and he tried to fight my 5 foot sister. MeanwhileWhile we are getting jumped they stole all of our stuff and went in and ordered drinks on my card. The owner of this facility will face great charges, to watch my little sister get her lifeless body dragged after being beat up by grown men, I will fight to the end for justice.

The worst night club ever! Everyone is very rude and agressive. I encountered a fat security guard that kicked me out for no reason. He accused me of being drunk even though I wasn’t. I am never going back. I hope this place gets closed down.

If you’re looking for great food during the day they have great food and shows.At night the nightlife is mostly younger college age kids due to its closer proximity to Gonzaga and the downtown University district.The DJs they have are very good and engage the crowd.Oh, there is a pole for dancing on that is very fun to play on.

My friends and I have both never been before, and went for the first time friday night. The staff were all super friendly, and the people there were a DELIGHT. Overall had such a good time!

I went here and had the scariest bar experience of my life. I either lost my phone or it was stolen. I needed to get a ride home and could not find my friends. None of the staff would help me find. My phone or allow me to make a phone call for an Uber/taxi. They acted unconcerned as I was alone, drunk, and crying. The cops on the sidewalk laughed with the outside employees, as if this was a joke. I will never go back to The Globe.

Literally the best drag experience in town, no other bar compares. Drag brunch is my favorite bottomless mimosas hell yes!!!!

My daughter, her bestie and I went for Sunday breakfast and all I can say is OMG!! BEST TIME OF MY LIFE!! I definitely plan on going back again and again! Strongly urge those that go to hug the queens before leaving and let them know how wonderful they are. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Fine place to visit. It can get uncomfortable with the surroundings. Overall the bar is fine. But having to pay a cover after performances gets a single star.

Cheap drinks. One of the staff decided that using a sanitation spray bottle was a good idea to get rid of a drifter/homeless person like spraying a dog. Saying Shoo.

This is a great place to go if you want to be assaulted by their staff. My husband was jumped by four of their bouncers for no known reason to us. One of the bouncers names that assaulted him was Jacob and we are working on getting the others. My husband has injuries to his face, neck, back and a broken rib. He had $2,000.00 worth of jewelry ripped off of him and stolen by these bouncers. I have the video footage and have tried to contact a manager or owner multiple times with no response. Legal action is being taken and criminal charges are being pressed. Do not visit this establishment, you are not safe or protected by the staff

I’ve been coming to the globe for 5 years now and I love The Globe I adore Rob the bartender he is so safe and I know my drinks are good when I get them from him, his line is always the fastest and I know I can get back to dancing quickly. I always feel really safe when I come here and I absolutely love the atmosphere, fog, lights. The music and overall the best crowd in Spokane, you don’t even realize you’re in a gay bar at the end of the night! That’s also one of the best parts because I think that’s why I feel so safe 🫶🏽

Watched an African American man get assaulted by several bouncers (tall skinny guy with a long beard, fat white guy also with a beard and short white guy that looked like a cop but definitely wasnt) visually saw one of the bouncers pocket the watch that the man had on!!! If anyone saw this assault happen and knows the man who was assaulted please get in contact as my friends and I would like to stand as witnesses for this sick brutality!!! This was terrifying to witness and people should be aware of the danger!!! We have also already reported with crime check!!!

Was on adventure to Seattle to shop and got Stuck in bad weather. So stopped in Spokane at this spot. It’s definitely bumping in a blizzard. Security is about the business, service was great and everyone was welcoming. Bar staff were on the ball and working hard. And beautiful women in Spokane. Nate and the other staff rocked it. Highly coordinated with their coworkers. House!

Several of the bouncers at this establishment attempted to murder a disabled man last Friday night.He was strangled between the double doors where the cameras couldnt see, then, while unconscious, he was beaten and thrown face first onto the sidewalk. His lifeless body was then dragged away from the door to avoid suspicion.If you value your life, stay away.

On the 8th Annual BoozeRun 2018, stopped in to collect our Pin for the Globe Bar & Kitchen, 2nd stop of 9. Open and roomy floor plan, tends to attract a younger crowd, they serve hard alcohol, beer, and a decent menu with items available until 10pm. Limited outdoor seating and connects directly to The Blind Buck next door. One of the top night scene destinations in Spokane.

Went here for a Halloween party recently with some friends who reserved a table. Long story short someone at the table threw up on the floor and when the Globe staff came to clean it up they had up get up and move which was fine. When we got back to our table it turns out they threw most of our stuff from the table out of the way and there was 3 jackets that went missing. Mine being worth over $500 with all my stuff in it. The staff said they would look/check cameras and get ahold me be either way and never did. Called 2 more times since then with the same answer but never get a call back. Just a warning that the staff will not respect your stuff if they need to clean an area. They will throw it to who knows where and not take accountability for it. Be safe people!

If you’re looking for a club environment for a night out on the town in Spokane then this is it! Large open layout with a middle bar serving from all 4 sides. Live DJ and table service is available on weekends. The only con about this place is the restroom placement is in the back. This means you have to fight your way through a sea of drunk people dancing to use the restroom. This is what you would call a perfect college dance club for the 21 to 25 age range.

Staff and atmosphere are wonderful. The food is quality and huge portions. One of the best French toast Ive ever had. If you can I would absolutely recommend Drag Brunch on Sundays. Its a great time with a quality cast! This is a 21+ establishment even if you dont intend to drink.

If you are looking to get your dance on, this is the place to be. Usually a pretty decent crowd that shows up after 10pm on Friday and Saturday nights after the drag show. But, pro tip, if you get there early, you can avoid the line and see the drag show which is awesome.This place occasionally goes through growing pains. Currently things seem to have settled into a good groove. The music is consistently good, performers are great, bartenders are efficient. Overall I feel pretty safe going here (Im transgender) but occasionally have to be aware that, as one of only real night clubs in town, guests sometimes end up here that arent necessarily allies. I do feel that security keeps a watchful eye over me and keeps me safe. (Thank you) 🖤

I love the Globe! Been coming here since I turned 21 in December! I have a great time every time I go! Definitely the place to go dance! It’s my favorite place to be when the weekend starts! I was going so much my phone started to suggest the directions to Globe every Saturday Night 😂

The globe is the best bar in town!!!! Great for dancing the night away or enjoying a Sunday brunch! Miles is the sweetest bartender and is always greeting customers with a smile on his face. He brings a fun and friendly energy to the bar. Honestly my favorite bartender.

Went here for my Birthday and was definitely not disappointed. Service and drinks was great and I got a huge birthday shoutout. Complete vibe. I definitely will be returning and I definitely recommend trying this place out.

Theres not much to say. Really disappointed with how business is conducted here. This place preaches acceptance, yet NONE of the staff follow what they preach. Im assuming stems from management or ownership. Being a local, I once adored this place. Id come here with friends to have a night out. After my best friends got engaged we came here to celebrate. SO SAD to be making the conscious decision to never come back. They need to lead by example, its unfortunate that doesnt happen here. Id rather go somewhere that appreciates their STAFF and GUESTS.

We went to the globe early last night to make sure our group of 7 could find a place to sit. We sat at a booth and enjoyed the show for about an hour before staff came over and told us that a group had paid for a reservation for our table so we had to move. There were no signs to indicate that this was even a possibility, if we had known we would have chose a different spot to sit when we got there early. They forced us to move and at that point in the night there was no where else to sit, so we ended up just leaving. Terrible experience, will not be going to the globe ever again. We went to Nyne and Lions Lair instead much better experience and service.

This place made me cry on my 21st birthday. I had never been to a bar because I waited till I was actually 21. I told the bartender that when he asked what I wanted to order thinking he would recommend something. He first said “I can’t deal with this. He then basically said that I was lying and was stupid and just trying to get a free drink. I had to pull out my card before he would even look to me again. I was not super drunk I was not rude just ignorant. It was embarrassing and very exclusionary! I just wanted a recommendation.

Been a long time since I’ve been here and tend to come for the food… was sad to find out it went to basic bar food. I use to go crazy trying all the different types of food on the menu. But it’s still a fun relaxing place

I went to my first drag brunch today and I absolutely loved it!! The staff was happy to help and the performers brought an insane energy to the space. Everyone really goes to lengths to create an awesome experience and it helps to make one feel at home. The bottom mimosas help with that too.

The bartenders were very nice and made extremely tasty drinks, however DO NOT go to karaoke nights if they are hosted by Ari. She is extremely transphobic and had to be kicked out by the very nice bartenders for being drunk and LOUDLY transphobic.

Been at the Globe 2x this year for a girls night out & Drag Queen Bingo. Its always a fun evening. We feel safe and welcomed in the business. The food is great and the menu offers a nice variety. The specialty drinks are well made (try the lavender whiskey sour for something different). The staff is friendly and service good. We will continue to be customers!

Great bar. Great shows. I always have a great time. The fellow that organizes and records the events, Jeremiah, is a real stand up guy.I strongly recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice night on the town in Spokane whether you’re gay, non-binary, or straight.

Great location, lots of parking, fun atmosphere, good DJ, large dance floor and wonderful dancers.We went for Latin night and had a great time. The menu had several options including vegan and original craft cocktails available. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful with suggestions and accommodations for dietary restrictions.Very clean place and inclusive. A (staff) dancer danced on the bar to keep things lively and, being Halloween weekend, they had a costume contest with cash prize for 1st place judged by the crowd.Easy walking distance from other downtown venues, the U-district, and convention center.

I have been to a few different bar’s in spokane and had great service. But the way the employee’s Josh and Cameron were so welcoming and the level of customer service they offered was outstanding. And not to mention the mind blowing effort and presentation the chef put into out dinner was amazing and tasted so great! I will definitely make it a priority to come back very soon.

Energy is always nice! I miss karaoke though, with Miles serving karaoke thursdays, the high energy and fun was always contagious. Going to miss it.

Came here with my Gf and some friends a while back. Honestly don’t come here!! My GF was definitely drugged here with GHB and I’m pretty positive it was the bartenders. This place is honestly the worst club experience of my life. Please save yourself and friend by not coming here!

First time attending drag brunch and will absolutely never return to this establishment. Came to celebrate a birthday party of 8. First off, they told us they do not take reservations and to get there at 9am if we want a guaranteed table to accommodate our party. Then we got there and the doors had a little hand written note saying they opened at 10am. So, frustrated that we all woke up an hour early for no reason, we waited in our car for an hour. Then we waited outside the entrance door for 20 minutes while it was freezing because we were that determined to get a booth before anyone else. Then when the door finally opened, we were literally the first ones inside and grabbed a booth. Then the place started filling up. Ten minutes after sitting in our booth, the awfully rude bartender came over to us and said he had to move us because of a party that “reserved our booth” (there was nothing on the table to indicate this). At this point, there were no booths available anymore. We were the only ones who had to move and we were literally the first ones inside. Then he said (in a truly conniving tone) that we could have called them to reserve a table. First of all, we did call and were told to come at 9am. What was funny was that I also called literally 20 times between 9am and 10am with no answer and the bartender rudely said “no you didn’t, our phones never rang” as if I was just making it up. He said maybe I called the wrong number and I said “no, it was the globes number without a doubt. The greeting said “thanks for calling the globe”, but nice try. I asked him if he could tell me the number for the globe and he didn’t know it, nor did the other two workers next to him.Ultimately, our party had to be separated. The experience went downhill from there. Quite literally non-existent service. The table that was next to us waited 45 minutes with no service. Then one of the girls went to the bar to ask for a drink and (that same bartender) aggressively told them to go sit down. They were so taken back by his cold demeanor that they immediately left. The bartender isn’t just unprofessional, he’s mean.I will say that we appreciated that the DJ came over to apologize, but other than that, it was a nightmare of an experience.When we were ready to leave, my friends waited at the bar for 20 minutes trying to pay while obviously getting ignored. They eventually gave up and we were so close to just walking out.By the end, they ended up comping our bill. But the bartender did it in such a way that he was rude about it and just wanted us to leave. We still left him way more cash than he deserved and regretted that we didn’t just tip the drag queens with it.The drag queens who perform there and the LGBTQ community as a whole deserve better than this place.

Had a great time at the Globe last Friday! Our bartender, Kelsey (I hope thats right), was amazing. She made us drinks from the drink menu and off the menu. This seems by far the best value in Spokane. The food here is amazing. It is very well priced for what you get. The German Potato salad was terrific he place it really has the best TV set up for Football nights. Great selection of drinks and super friendly staff

The new menu at the globe is amazing! It really reflects the nature of the name of the establishment. It has a little but of everything from different places at a more than affordable price. With how amazing to food is it’s almost a steal! My personal favorite is the Elote Flight. The great food coupled with the amazing service that warmly greets you at the door makes for quite he experience from arrival to departure! 10/10 would recommend you give this place a chance, and if you already have, give it another.

Where am I? Got seated at the front of the restaurant so I could pretty much see the whole place. They were playing fight club on every TV and when the fighting started one guy went they dont care?! Like we werent invested enough in the story.Apparently the foods good because a bunch of people took some to go but I didnt try it. I did see peanut butter and jelly fries on the menu. There must be an adventurous mind in the kitchen which is always a good sign.I really just didnt know what to think except it seemed like a do what you want type of place and thats all someone wants sometimes 🙃

Having been to several a drag brunch, the one at the Globe Spokane is THE most fun! The girls are amazing performers and make the extra effort to gove the whole place a great show! We come to Spokane once a year and this place is a must every time!

I am giving this place a five star review based on Alexis the bartender. I had the creepiest man who wouldn’t leave me alone and Alexis had my back the entire time. I’ve never felt safer at a bar and will be back just because of her!! Thank you Alexis!

Drinks were great! Service not so much. We were ignored for about 10 minutes and there were only maybe 15 people here. So far been here 45 minutes our drinks have been empty for 15 minutes and they just continue to walk by and ignore us. Only 1 star since at least the drink was good.

I went to Sunday Drag Brunch and had an amazing time. The service, food, drinks, and the atmosphere are all very impressive! The show was a blast and the way The Globe has handled all of the Covid restrictions is amazing. Can not wait to go again!!

Plenty of TVs to watch whichever sporting event is on. The burgers and apps are very good. The service was a big problem area during our visit. We ended up having three different waiters and were eventually told if we wanted more drinks/food we would have to go up to the bar. Id give them a another try and hope the service has improved.

Customer service is fabulous here! We took in several members of our large group and it was sick. Super attentive and very good! The bottles are super reasonably priced and the environment is just great! I really enjoyed everything

Worst service ever! Had a large group of 12 after work, place was empty and the waitress acted like we were an inconvenience the whole time.We asked the price of something and she actually told us to look in the menu for it. She would ask if we needed anything as she was walking away so we were actually unable to order because she was gone before we could answer her and she wouldnt come back for a very long time so we had to keep going to the bar to order. Also, she didnt split up our bill so she could consider us a large group and add 18% gratuity. I have never been to a bar that didnt split up a bill individually. We spent a TON of money and should have been treated better. The new look is great but I will NEVER return. Apparently the waitress is the owners girlfriend so obviously she thinks she can do whatever she wants. Have never had a worse dining/drinking experience in my life.

The Globe bar & kitchen has always been a safe space for me. The staff and performers are absolutely amazing! They really feel like family here. Plus, Nova Kaine’s got the tightest tuck of them all! ;)

I’ve been coming to the globe for years. After last week I will no longer be giving this place any of my time. The new bartenders are extremely rude. I do no like the way I was treated from there employee Miles. After ordering the same drinks all night, I was told he didn’t WANT to make my drinks anymore and then instead of offering to make me something different he walked away. For the rest of the night I was ignored after raising my hand a few times to get a drink I was continuously ignored and received no service.. I come constantly to this place to have a good time support the drags but your bad bar tending services will kiss all your fans goodbye!! So sad I will no longer be supporting my fave drags due to such poor customer service!

Had a really fun time at the Drag & Dance show. All of the performers were fantastic and the Globe had a great vibe. Definitely recommend for a fun night with some friends!

Always heard this place was trashy. After trying it out, I can confirm. Dirty environment (literal garbage throughout not cleaned from the night before- straws and napkins in the booths, we were there for Sunday brunch and the first ones in our booth, so there’s no excuse about someone being dirty before us), rude bartender, no organization, very slow service. Will not return and do not recommend. Just gross.

Sativa St James is amazing!

Food was mostly good. We tried 4 items, would order 2 of them again, the other 2 would not. Service was kind of slow but waitress was very nice. Good prices on drinks. Cute vibes, and they have a sign in the womens room saying theyll remake ur drink for u if you think someone could have put something in it so thats cool. Would suggest what some other bars do where they have a special drink you can order if you dont feel safe also listed in the bathroom.

I was traveling thru from a 21 day fire assignment in Winthrop, WA on my way back to South Dakota. I was Staying at the Holiday Inn up the street, and the front desk clerk recommended this place. I walked down and was greeted right when walking in, the bartender was very polite and prompt. Had a great selection of taps , so of course I ordered a beer 1st off. (21 days on the fire line i was needing one). I ordered my supper and the bartender was very helpful in that decision process. I was greeted by some friendly locals at the bar, my food was very prompt and good. I had my dinner and finished my beer and was ready for bed. (21 days in a tent, i was looking forward to a real bed). I went to pay my tab and the bartender said the folks at the bar picked it up already and was told to tell me Thank you for all you do.I just want to say Thank You to those folks and the establishment for that kind gesture, that there made my entire assignment worth every bit. It’s tough being away from your wife and kids for that long and the job we do, not knowing w=hat can happen. It reminded me there are still Good people out there and reminded me why I do what I do.Thank You again & if I am ever back in the area i will make it a point to stop or recommend to anyone traveling thru...

Horrible service. Bar tenders take more than 30-45 mins to make a drink. Despite having gone multiple times and wanting to give them a chance, it gets worse and worse. I certainly won’t be going back to support this place. The owners need to learn how to run a bar or it will shut down like the many other lgbt bars have in Spokane.

This is my favorite place to go on the weekend! The staff is friendly and the DJ is always playing good music! There’s no other place in Spokane like the Globe!!! There is a cover but if you get there early enough it’s free which I recommend anyways because it does get busy on the weekends! Super fun environment especially late night!

Went with my wife last Halloween, specifically for the costumed dance. It turned out to be a waste of expensive entry tickets. The bar was crammed with people like sardines. Zero room to dance. Not a mask in sight, either.It felt unsafe to be there; not just from the risk of Covid, but also in consideration of the probable fire code violation. We ended up going to a bar with higher safety standards set in place and had a much better time.

We had a party of twenty. Service was the worst I have seen. It was on a Thursday night around 6:00 p.m. we had to clear and clean our own table. I had to ask for a bar rag to wipe the table. Service was horrible. Two bar tenders and no service. One of them went to the bar and had shots that we saw. Wont ever go there again . Red Robin across the street in far better. The entire group moved there. There was about 15 people in the bar and couldnt get servered. Too busy talking behind the bar. Nice restaurant but service. sucked.

We are all married with children, and hardly ever go out downtown, so we were very excited to get time away and enjoy the evening. I will say that our initial experience here was great, the music was great, the drinks were good, we sat out on the patio and it was such a fun, upbeat, great time. The outside bar was also very nice and convenient. Things took a turn from there. When we first arrived, the bar tender at the main bar asked me if i would like to keep our tab open, I said yes that would be great, and she held onto my Visa. When we left the globe to to to a new venue downtown, I forgot to close out my tab. I realized that very quickly after we had arrived at the new venue, but i knew it was safe with the bartender so i was going to have my husband pick it up on Monday. Sunday, someone used my Visa at the Spokane valley Walmart for over a hundred dollars. When i called Monday morning to be sure that they had my Visa, and this must be a mistake, they informed me that my Visa was not there. I told the gentleman that they ran my card at the end of Saturday night for the $27 tab that i had, so they must have my card. He said yes, if there are any open tabs, we run them at the end of the night, and put the left cards in a box. When i told him that someone used my card at Walmart on Sunday, and to me this means one of his employees stole my Visa and used it, He blew me off. His attitude completely changed, and he Referenced that I must have lost my card because we were in fact at a bar drinking. This is absolute nonsense. I left my card in the hands of their employees, which offered to take it and start a tab, they ran my card at the end of the evening, and took it. Do not trust this place. Definitely do not leave a tab open with their staff.

Let’s be real. This place is filled with nonsense. They let personal vendettas dictate who gets into a bar. The owner Joey does not know how to address patrons of the bar. He blows everything off because he knows that he will get continuous business from the younger crowd that doesn’t seem to mind the perpetual violence and trashy environment. I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences here and seemingly the other poor reviews below me. Anyone who leaves a good review clearly is not a genuine customer. I would NEVER treat people the way they run their business. Complete disaster there.

The waiter was horrible. He kept forgetting to bring items ordered by our party of 5. The Gen Tsos chicken WAS NOT Gen Tsos chicken. It seemed like the entire staff was consumed with the drag show that was fixing to get started. Ill be back but will order something else and if the service is not better there will be no tip and it will be m last visit.

Came here for lunch yesterday after hearing about their relaunch, and I was PLEASANTLY surprised! Super affordable menu that is creative and delish. Service was great, music was interesting, but overall our group loved it!

1/1/17 The owner of this establishment contacted me within 12 hours of my grievance and she was respectful, accommodating, and assured me the situation would be handled accordingly. She is a very respectful business owner and I have changed my view on this establishment. Ill be back for sure.12/31/16 You need to hire new security. $100 to bypass the line? Shoving people out of the line by their neck? Letting their friends in ahead of people who waited an hour in the cold? Worst service Ive ever encountered and absolutely unacceptable for a business.

Easily the best “party” bar in Spokane. The music is variable and pleases many different styles. They have a dance floor thats large enough to accommodate most weekend crowds (except on special weekends such as Gonzaga graduation weekends). Used to be free but now they start charging after a certain time unless you have a college ID or Military ID.Drinks are fair priced, however, there are some times that service can be a bit lacking. I got passed by three times once while trying to order drinks while a group of females were served right away.Overall, this is where I spent my weekends during school as it lets you let loose and have fun with friends. It’s not a social place since the music is so loud but definitely a place to end a night of fun.

Love the appetizers and the drinks are good and reasonably priced. The young men who work here, however, (and Ive only seen guys working here the few times Ive been) are not real great in the customer service department...will leave you waiting for service more likely than not. I keep going back, though!

We called at 8:54 to see if they’re open until ten. Guy said yes we drove down there didn’t take very long. We got there around 9:10 and douche says they did last call. If your gonna do that why tell us you’re open until ten? It’s okay though we went next door they were happy to serve us.

Globe was a good place to stop at for a night out in DT spokane. The music was great, the place was packed but the crowd seemed decent. Good mix of people. MTV was playing on the TV screens which was entertaining, none the less. I enjoyed the seating that they had outside (for times when you need to get away from the music and people). Would visit again

Im sure this place has far better night life than their afternoon lunch game. There is a similar them with downtown restraunts, over priced, meager portions, and low quality of food. Zola is the same way. The inside area had a cool aesthetic, and I didnt try their drink selection.

Let me first say that I work in the food industry and have never written a complaint in my life but this was the absolute worst service I have ever received. My salad was way overpriced and all the greens were wilted. I had to ask for a water FOUR times.. Not once did any of the bartenders ask how I was doing or how my food was. I really wanted to watch the game but it wasnt worth it to spend another penny.

Was here twice within same week. First time walked in and someone was in back of bar on a microphone. Place wasnt really busy, but no one came up to my table the 10 minutes or so I waited. Seen other people come in and no one approached them either. Little by little everyone left....POOR, or should I say, NO service.Giving a second chance, today and service much much better. I think guys name is Travis and def through his customer service is having me come back again later.

Food is gross. Service is non existent. Found a hair baked into my chicken strip. Staff just took it and didn’t even apologize - rolled their eyes in fact. This place went down hill fast.

With a menu of such varied tastes including German, Mexican,Vietnamese and Southwestern, you might expect mediocracy, wondering who could do all of these extremely different flavors well. The Globe does! Excellent food with very attentive wait staff and a kitchen staff willing to help accommodate the difficulties of multiple food sensitivities.

This place has the absolute best Drag shows on Sundays!! The mimosas are cheap and strong and bottomless!! If I lived in Spokane I would be here every single Sunday!!

Nice environment, decent food and great tap selection! As a celiac it is so refreshing to have something other than angry orchards on tap, and Ds cider is top notch. Fun place!

Maybe I’m just getting old. But this is definitely a “club”. Literally shoulder to shoulder packed out to the door. Impossible to move through the sea of people. Random guys grinning up on you out of nowhere and trying to push drinks on you. Bartenders are doing what they can, but the crowd? Big pass.

Shelon, the server at Globe, downtown is authentic and competent. Quick witted as her service. She remembered our order without writing it. There were three of us, too.The Buffalo mac is spicy and creamy with a crunch. Perfecty salty. The blackened salmon is juicy.

To the owner of the GLOBE:I work at a local business and often send paying customers your way.Last weekend, I was celebrating my birthday with friends and we ended up at The Globe. Also in line, were some other friends so we joined them. When it was our turn to show proof of ID, the bouncer accepted all but one of our ID’s claiming that she cut in line. We told the bouncer she was part of our group but he still refused her admittance. He even said going to the end of the line still would not grant her access. We were all compliant and respectful yet we were very disappointed with the apparent discrimination by the bouncer when our friend was turned away. Our friend left, obviously upset. I can guarantee I won’t be promoting your business any longer knowing that this is how you treat your customers.

Nice location only decent free place to dance. Prices are too high on everything, since it is free entry, you get alot of immature kids that dress in their gym clothes or pajamas just trying to get laid... has so much potential to be a nice and classy place... maybe $5 entry would solve the cheap, ghetto ass kids getting in.

Tried the fried burger and middle was raw.They asked if I wanted fries but no mention to the $4 increase for a small Fri, nor was this upcharge on the menu either.Wait staff was good.

Last night the door man looked at my ID and asked, “are you Arab or from Iran?” I replied, no, I’m Native American. He said, oh ok, you can go inside. They weren’t going to let me in because they thought I was Arab! Once inside I asked for the manager, spoke with Joey (the owner), I informed him of the incident and he blew me off. He said, “if you’re not Arab, why does it matter?” It’s racial discrimination and disgusting. As a business owner, he should have more professionalism. He also used the excuse that the door man asked me that to verify my ID...I am very disappointed with not only how I was treated but sheer ignorance and the racial discrimination from the owner. This is unacceptable.

Food was good but service was not. Saturday night with a Seahawks game and they were sorely understaffed....and unapologetic about the delay of everything from menus to drinks to food to check. Ps got a parking ticket, in a snowstorm, to boot. An added reason to never go back.

I do enjoy going here for trivia nights but on a Friday Saturday night its definitely the place to go to if you like being danced on uninvited. Definitely part of the BROmuda triangle downtown. But service has always been good and music as well.

DO NOT come to the Globe if you are younger than 21. They wont even serve you french fries.Honestly there needs to be more notice on the door and website that they do not serve younger than 21. The globe has beautiful staff, quick service, and awesome entertainment. Always an enjoyable time. If you want to have a good time listening to hip hop, with a variety of people, come to the Globe. I dont live in Spokane, but when I do, I go to the Globe.

If you havent went to a drag queen show this is the place to go! We went as a Bachelorette party and also for a birthday. The steak nachos were good but spicy.

I have been there with friends. It was crowded and loud on Friday night. I was a bit disappointed that they dont have too many options for people who dont want or cant have alcohol. If you will stick long enough, you can witness a big fight outside.

Was there for a company sponsored happy hour. Great fun was had by all. Food was good, drinks were good, and I didnt have to pay for any of it, so cant comment on prices. Trendy atmosphere, likely the regular crowd is young.

Its a great place to go if youre finishing out your night (9-11PM) after 10:30 it becomes more lively but the dance floor becomes riddled with trash and beverages. Not to mention, there are better, lower priced drinks elsewhere in the vicinity.

This place is just disgusting with trashy customers, employees and location. If your wanting to have a horrific night in a shanty surrounded by drug users and losser then this is the place to be...gross. However if you work hard for your money and are looking for fun and a great atmosphere? Go anywhere else.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Our waitress was rude and we had to go find her when we wanted a drink. We had a table of 12 and only brought one check with gratuity included and was not helpful to split it up. Love the new look but they need to hire better staff.

I would like to express my excitement because of the latest moves by The Globe to Step It Up!!! To put your foot down and demand that your establishment become less of a Tragiqueen Flophouse and more of a high class, nightclub/restaurant is a very respectable decision. The Globe seemed to have become a cliquey, divey, intolerant dump over the last few months and it was definitely time to trim the deadwood.Please tell me that they have totally cleaned house and gotten rid of Ms. Blowcaine as well? I’m super excited to come down for a real trivia night and not another retelling of “My So Called Life in Cody, Wyoming.”

The lines are a bit too long and we wait outside for quite some time. They also started having a cover fee ($5) so if youre a student dont forget to bring your Student ID card to get in for free.

Was having a wonderful time last night until one of the larger gentleman who was bussing tables blatantly bumped into me and spilled half of my drink on my top without a single acknowledgment or apology. Better customer service from the staff cleaning up, to match the caliber of great service from the bartenders would do a lot for the business.

On weekends its poppin but on weekdays, not so much. You may have to stand in the line due to full capacity but when you get in, you have the chance to twerk the night away. Just as long as you can fend off the creepy/ handsy men that try to slyly grind on you. When you want a drink its hard to flag down a bartender due to the other extremy thirsty clubers all demanding a drink, right this second. Once you do, they tend to make their drinks strong enough for you to forget that your hella cute heels are killing your feet. Overall, its a decent bar to go to, if youre trying to go clubbing in Spokane.

Empty on a weeknight. Friendly blonde server attending the bar didnt know anything about the beers to an out of towner. Please educate your staff. Also please create beer list to help people decide. Simple things go a long way to help build your business.

$1 Ales!!! I had a former coworker in town. Collectively, we had 9 beers and the tab was $19 before tip. The place has a good vibe and a decent selection of local brews.

Went here with my wife on a Saturday, opened a tab, and accidentally left our card with the bartender when the fist pumping started. They ran our card for the items we ordered, presumably at the end of the business evening. Come to find out, one of the employees stole our card and used it at Walmart the next day. When we called, the employee sounded like an idiot when he said, you were drinking so you probably lost it. This is impossible, being that we had an open tab and you ran it. Not only do they employ thieves, but they obviously have a neglectful business model. Good job Globe, you used someone elses credit card at the classiest place in town (Walmart) to probably buy Doritos, underwear and motor oil.

My experience with this place personally is none however they seem to have no problem serving alcohol to my underage coworker who either calls in sick or does a lousy job cause hes hungover - do better.... he brags about it 19yrs old....

Recently remodeled, close to other bars. The food is decent and the drinks are good. Prices seem pretty average to me. Service isnt great, but it depends on the day/staff it seems.
