Much pricier than other vape shops Ive been too, even with the 15% off for the month of May. Juices, mods, everything was more expensive than Ive seen, even more than in those crazy expensive gas station-like smoke shops. Nice guy, but made it clear it was close to closing so I felt pressure. Made some fast, bad juice choices. Two for $45 plus tax was the absolute cheapest I could do for 90mg total. The cheapest juice was $20 for a 30mg bottle of their, house, juice. Thin as water. Leaking non-stop from my tank. Usually house juices dont need much steeping, maybe this one does cus it has a crazy weird taste, nothing like plain blueberry. Anyway, see no reason to ever go back to their other store.

I have gone to this place for 2 years now. I have had multiple encounters with both of the owners. I find them to be sociable, friendly people. They always take the time to talk to me on a personal level, inform me about the products, and answer any questions that I have which is very impressive because I am a very indecisive individual. There have been many times when they had the opportunity to be deceitful or withholding in order to get more money out of me, but they were honest resulting in them ultimately losing money. I recommend this place to everyone.

Best E-Cig store in the Spokane area. Not only are they a little momnpop business, but everyone who works here is super helpful and very friendly. Plus they can beat the prices anywhere and their selection is fantastic.

Oh my gosh... Where to start.. This place is amazing. The guy who is the only employee Ive ever seen there is kind of gruff but in a cute, old man sort of way. He is very very knowledgeable about all of his products and can tell you about performance, quality, popularity, etc. They have tanks and parts for a lot of various ecigs. If the guy cant find something he calls someone who can further assist him in looking. This isnt quite a mom n pop store, but you leave feeling very satisfied and usually with your chosen item in hand. Once I had to choose a new ecig, due to tanks no longer available for mine. The guy listened to what I said about the kind of things I liked in my old model, and directed me to a similar kind. Not the same brand, but he knew the perfomance was similar. Knowledgeable!! And as a side note, the ecig he suggested is my absolute favorite so far!! They do sell juices as well but I have not bought them so I dont know... They smell good though ☺

Best place in town! Never had a vape before when I walked in. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. He help me wrap my head around everything in a simple manner. Also great prices! Dead presidents was only 16 bucks here and they went up to 12 nic.. They charge me 22 bucks plus at vapor lounge and they told me they dont even make it in 12.

I bought my first mod box here today. Out of all the Vape stores i have ever been to ive never had such amazing customer service and options. Brandon was the one who was helping me at this time kudos to you.

I have been going to this store since they first opened up and I love it. Judy, the owner, is a wonderful lady and so helpful and will do all she can to help when something goes wrong with one of her products. I always tell people to go here when they ask me where I get my e cigarette products from and I will continue to recommend them.

The old man will rip you off and charge you wrong and dosnt understand the return policy at his own store. His wife (the owner) will just tell you he is old and forgetful. If you get screwed over by them they will not fix it and will start comparing you to all the awful people that try to steal from them. Plus they dont know any of there products and you have to check prices before buying anything here as they charge well over msrp. Will not be shopping here anymore.

I love this shop. Less expensive than other shops with quality products. Every time I have an issue with my mod. They are so kind to help me figure out whats wrong. They are full of info on vapes, and very kind.

Awesome place. Very laid back and helpful. Went in for a new tank that had apparantly JUST came out and talked for a while. Was given a great replacement recommendation and grabbed some Avg Joes juiceEither way, Im super happy with my FreeMax Mesh Pro and love the Avg Joes!

This is the least friendly, least helpful e-cigarette store I have ever had the displeasure stepping foot into. The owners are rude and dont seem to care about the customer in the least. I had purchased a unit from them as a gift for someone, only to find out that they already had one. So the next day after the purchase I was attempting to return the unopened, unused product. I was then told they couldnt give me a refund. This should probably be useful information before I bought from them. I will never be returning and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place.

My personal favorite vape shop, the owner and employees are a lot of fun and quite knowledgeable, even if they claim to be trained monkeys. I buy my coils and vape juice here. They have a huge selection. Try and research what you want before going into the store, to help them help you. They have answers if you have questions.

Awesome vape store. Im traveling to spokann from Fort Worth texas, for a few days for work and I was worried about finding a good vape store in the area. This is a very nice shop no dirtbags, no glass only vape. Extremely clean and helpful, staff is not pushy to get your $ but very knowledgeable. If I was in the area longer they would have a lifetime customer.

I was looking for a good vape juice and happen to come across this store. Great prices, good selection, great customer service. The gentleman had suggested the “Dead President” line and had a couple of vape juices that sounded really good so I bought the Lincoln vape juice. Its really smooth, great melon/fruit flavor and a sweet exhale flavor. Its one of my new favorites!

Ive been coming here for a little over a year and a half since I started vaping. I bought my first mod here. Love the service and selection of vaping gear to look at. The staff is very informative and involved with the vaping community and you can tell they love what they do. I hope you guys are around for years to come.

My customer experience was so bad RJ Reynolds could have used it in an advertisement to keep people smoking cigarettes. long story short I went in there as someone unfamiliar with e-cigarettes. the employee and the owner both seemed uninformed about their own products and werent able to adequately answer all of my questions regarding durability, battery life, or customer feedback as to what was the best product. the owner seemed pleasant but either uninformed about her products or uninterested in my business. the employee however was rude and seemed to lack the basics in customer service. I walked out after purchasing their most expensive unit which was supposed to be the best and most durable as well as the accessories and even a carrying case to keep this new ridiculously oversized e cigarette safe. less than 48 hours after purchasing it the buttons started to stick in the atomizer would stay on. when I purchased the initial unit the owner explained to me very clearly that the return policy stated that it had to be returned within 30 days with receipt with no obvious damage to the unit. exchanges only. so I went back in with my obviously undropped unit and my receipt to exchange it. as soon as I walked in the employee instantly seem to get an attitude with me. Basically called me a liar when I told him that the button was sticking. told me that unless he watched it stick he wouldnt exchange the product. I pointed out very clearly and calmly that I wouldnt have came back to the store 2 days after purchasing the most expensive product he had to exchange it unless there was a problem. As a customer I dont gain anything and since I was obviously setting myself up to be a repeat customer they certainly dont gain anything by denying legitimate exchange. this back and forth continued for 15 minutes as I tried to explain common sense to the man. he finally agreed to honor the exchange policy the owner said was already in place when I bought the equipment, But only after chastising me for arguing with him and telling me they wouldnt do another exchange for me and any time he says he doesnt want to do it that means he doesnt want to do it and thatll be the end of it. I asked him if he had a written customer policy that was visible either in the store or on the website that might clarify the situation in the future... He told me no and threatened to take back the exchange. Ive never been made to feel that a business didnt want my patronage more than I did at this place. my overall experience here was that the products are average at best, they themselves rude and incompetent, and overall undeserving of my business or yours. Ive literally routinely had better satisfaction and customer service from the kids that ask me if I want fries with my order than I did from these two supposed ecig experts. Ill never step foot in this store again.

I wanted a new vape pen. The sales person helped me find something which would work well for me and the juice to go in it. They have the most beautiful glass pieces for reasonable prices as well. Will be back.

I will schlep across town on multiple busses to get to this store! They are always there to greet you with a smile and if youre a bit indecisive (like me) they dont get frustrated and they know just what to ask to determine what youre going for. Theyre reasonably priced and I hate going anywhere else! #teamfreedomforlife

1st of all i would like to say that they dont sell glass, that is next door at Glass Gods which has WAY BETTER customer service. They also sell some amazing juice that doesnt wreck your coils like the stuff sold at Freedom. Anyways, Went in on a Saturday to buy coils and get some put in and they told me to come back on Tuesday because they didnt know how but someone else would be there who could help....? Ummmm if youre a vape shop you probs should know how to put in the coils. Just saying...

I enjoy supporting this shop, the owners are extremely friendly there and are knowledgeable on their products. Prices are ok but the owners make up for the experience. Plus the new hours are nice for people working late.

Love shopping at freedom. They care about the customers and the vape community. Theyre not all about the money and the mark up as it shows in their prices. Some are priced below internet prices. Judy cares about ppl and her customers. It shows in the way she respectively deals with you. Shes there to help us stay off of cigarettes firstly over money. Got my business for life. Called beforehand to see if they had the kit I was looking for and the color I wanted it in. When i got there to buy it, the lady already had it under the counter waiting for me. Super cool experience lol you dont get that everyday

My tank was really tightly screwed on my battery, and I couldnt pry it off, so the gentleman behind the counter helped me, and it saved the cost of a new battery and tank. Of course I did buy a couple products I needed.

Large selection of hardware and just about any type of atomizors in stock l, however employees and owners are not great with vape knowledge or talking to customers in any general scence. Best for emergency shopping if anything

This place is great. They have grab bags for 5 bucks. E juices are priced great. Was referred by a trusted gal. She did not disappoint

My battery blew up after being plugged in 2 hours. Caused a fire and all they had to say is to bad so sad, and Talk to there insurance.l bought from them for almost 2 years. Spent hundreds of dollars, my carpet and chair got burnt up and they wouldnt even replace my equipment. Customers mean nothing to them!!

Judy and her husband run one hell of a vape shop here. Avg joes is the best juice out there and they have it for the cheapest out of any others.
