First impression when I walked in this store was how cozy and cute it was.Secondly, the prices are sooo reasonable like I’m definitely going to start coming here for my vape needs. The lady who was working was patient and kind and didn’t rush me and answered all my questions.

Amazing store! This place has more than you can imagine in the smoke shop and vape products and a lot more. The place is clean and when you show up the owner himself is who you deal with. Not a worker who is uniformed like so many other places. I have owned many businesses in my life and for me there are a few things that stand out when evaluating a business. The fact that I can speak directly to the owner of a business gives me confidence in a business. I asked the owner many questions about quite a few products, there wasnt a single question asked that he didnt know a direct and thorough answer to. The fact that he took the time to educate me about what I was looking for was very impressive. Hands down the best place I have been to in Spokane.Thank you for being in business.

Great really chill experience. Theresa is really accommodating and knowledgeable. Heads up that a cute dog says hello when you walk in from behind a baby gate which was unexpected but not a problem at all.

EDIT**Though they were exceedingly slow to respond to me, they did eventually refund the purchases they hadnt sent. I hope now theyll start checking their email more frequently than their google reviews. It would have saved a lot of annoyance and hassle. But they get a couple stars more than my prior rating for squaring the money aspect away, at least.Original post**Spent $70 on their website. Six weeks later, still no delivery. Emailed twice, called their phone and left a message twice (it goes straight to voicemail). Suddenly, a month after ordering, I receive an email notifying me that I have been given a $43 refund without explanation. My credit card statements have not actually shown a refund of any sort. Please dont make me drive six hours to come demand my purchases or money back in person. This is wildly unprofessional. Will someone PLEASE reach out to me to at least attempt to rectify this?

Google keeping up with the usual has it entirely wrong about this store having BLU products. Otherwise it is a very good shop. Great selection of products and very friendly service.
