Dont go here unless you plan on getting wraps like this. I buy 50 dollars a week in wraps from this place and brought back one pack of cones that were clearly crushed even tho they were packaged in cardboard tube inside the package. The owner texted the worker back and said no exchanges. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Due to the high price of vapes at circle k -Thankfully a cashier there recommended Dr Smoke Tobacco & vape 2 for me so I didn’t waste any more of my money. Dr. Smoke shop had a vast variety of vapes and other assorted products. Elory (sorry if I butchered your name) showed and gave me great advice on the whole stores array of products. I Purchased some very well priced vapes and also very good ones. I will bereturning for more purchases in the near future. Visit this shop you won’t go wrong. My previous review I am re-writing due to the outstanding service and care I received on my visit today. I was having issues with my credit card and was getting rather frustrated about it. The owner was there and he was very kind to me and told me if I could get it sorted out and come back, he would give me a discount. In 20 minutes or so, I did get it sorted and went back. He gave me BETTER than the discount he had previously offered me! He now has a customer for life!

The store in spring hill on mariner hired young kids that dont know what their doing if you ask a question the employee said she was being attacked which was not true. I just wanted a replacement for an item that was broken. I will never go there again.people that know me know Im not loud and very respectful. If the kids there told us what to do when we first bought them then it would have been no big deal and the girl shortest us 1.00 in a return. Went somewhere else and the girl there explained everything.

This is the best place to get kradom. I ordered some from a different online company and they were total frauds. The owner of the store answered all my questions, helped me decide on what type I should order, i went with green vein ! its amazing high quiality and it arrived in 2 days with free shipping. The young owner of Dr. Smoke 2 does not have an ounce of customer service abilities. Examples: no online info that store closed for lunch, returned from break about 10 minutes late, told me to chill bro when I addressed his policies that are unethical, told me that his negative Google review can be deleted... and thats just some of our 5 minute interaction. So disrespectful.No legitimate return policy, even for the defective device that they sold me last week -- he literally thought up of a way, on the spot, to exchange out the defective item (and charged me another $6 for its replacement).Word of advice: check that devices work before leaving. Better yet... go someplace else that is more ethical and knows how to treat customers with even the slightest respect, and will appreciate your patronage.
