An unparalleled customer service experience! Ive been loyal to the School St one since moving here, and every time i visit, i wind up happily bouncing back to my car, after some kind interaction from employees here. Recs are always on-point, theyre enthusiastic about their product, and for example i was just there, running late and scoochin in just a minute before close, and Murphys Law meant I had a card issue...only tripped us up for a minute...but these cats were so cool about it.No lie that i visit the 5-star Franklin location and the same is great there (its like, i have a loc for each type of purchase) but Im glad I have this one so close. You guys are wonderful and Im thankful for you! 10 stars, just multiply the 5. Hell, keep multiplying, youll get to what they deserve eventually!

I saved up enough points for 10 dollars off. They changed their computer system and lost my points. They took my info to look into it and now they wont honor my points. They just keep saying their looking into it. I guess that a big screw you.

Just went in with a friend (who was not even making a purchase) and they refused to sell me a vape. She didn’t have an ID because we’re on our lunch break and she was just riding around with me, not even trying to purchase anything. They refused to sell to me even if I took her back to work and came up here by myself. I literally come here weekly but will for sure be taking my business elsewhere. No ID? Fine. But I was purchasing and had mine. For the record, they haven’t even checked my ID every time. So I guess they just pick and choose when they want to follow the law.

I’ve been going here regularly for a while now and I really refuse to give my money to anyone else. Their customer service is second to none and they are always running good deals on stuff. Best selection and pricing in Spring Hill by far

I’ve spent about $300 here over the past couple months. I recently bought a product that came with 2 pods. 1 was completely defective, rendering it useless. I presented this to the shop and they said they can’t do anything about it. The Employee told me to read the receipt where it said returns aren’t allowed, as if that somehow made the situation right. To anyone reading this, I recommend you open the product you buy in front of them, to see if there are any defects first. Better yet, buy your stuff online and avoid this store, it’s 30% cheaper online.

Told the guy that responds to the reviews “sam” about the bad experience I had at the store on spedale court, manager called my girlfriend rude and I had a FRAUDULENT CHARGE that eventually got resolved he didn’t care about the manager calling my girlfriend rude or talking to us in a condescending way no apology place is ran horribly and they don’t care about customer service ⬇️⬇️⬇️ point made

At this point they know me by name and its a good 85%+ of why I go to OSV as opposed to any other vape store. I also bought a hoodie from them all the time and wear it of course because its comfortable but also because Ive got to rep OSV!!

Good shop with a wide selection. Ive been going there for a few years now, and they have been extremely helpful helping pick products, suggesting new flavors. The first time I had went in was to get someone to show me how to change a coil something I should have known buying the set up, but they were more than patient showing me how to do it.

I used to go to another vape shop in Spring Hill (mentioned as having better prices in someone elses review). These guys are awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. In my case I got a juice for which I ended up not liking (my own fault). Lets just say that even though it was my fault for trying a juice that I knew was going to be a gamble with, they put me on the right juice and and helped me immensely. I saved money and was taught things that will save me alot of money in the long run.Thank you guys for running a business that is based on customer satisfaction and not always just making money. You have earned a loyal customer.
