Very, nice and clean, it gives you that New Orleans feel. Everybodys suite was nice and clean and decorated according to their personality. My beautician was amazing, and all about hair health.

Lindsey at Lindsey C studio room 221 is an amazing stylist! I see her weekly for deep conditioning treatments and once a month for a root touch up. These weekly treatments have made my hair so healthy with less hair falling out. I am so happy with the results and receive compliments on my hair all the time. Thank you Lindsey!

Such a clean and beautiful property. A pond out front and ample parking too. I have been coming here for several years to get my hair colored and cut by Michelle Vickery-Canizalez who i followed here from another salon. I love her! She is an expert in color. You will be pleased.

Siphalen is an absolute whiz in hair color. I’ve never seen work so perfect in any hairdresser before. She’s diligent and takes her time (expect to be there 3-4 hours). You feel like she’s going strand by strand, ensuring the right color, tone, blend, all of it.More than that, she’s incredibly sweet and kind. The appointment is long (don’t rush the art!) and she leaves you with a good balance of chatting and comfortable silences.Finally and most importantly, she’s accommodating to a private hair appointment in her own room and flexible with the timing if you need to change it the day before. She’ll text you a reminder as well. For someone who covers for religious reasons, having access to a professional like her without compromising modesty is rare. She booked the room only for me, covered her door with a thick curtain, and instructed colleagues to not interrupt.She’s an angel! I’ve been to her before and will return again.

French Quarter Salon is a really nice place. Despite Lacey Maynard being an amazing colorist, my experience is that she is not faithful to her customers. Hair color is not something that you can jump around from stylist to stylist to have done. I accidentally put my appt on a different day then she did thus missing my appt. Her reminder did not come through on my phone until 3 days after she had sent it. Tried calling many times .... no answer. Texted her with over the top apologies, offered to pay for missed appt. amongst other kind offers and over the top apologies. She sent me a cold and rude in her wording text message with my only choice eas to find another person to do my color. WHAT? I paid her over $400 to get my color right with my first visit and a 3 days later return visit. Now on my 4th visit I innocently missed my appointment and despite me offering to pay her to fix it she refuses to schedule another appointment with her. True colors shined on this one, sorry I trusted her.....poor customer service. My previous colorist I had for 17 years .... I understand the importance of this relationship! Not ok at all! Lesson learned about trusting your stylist. Dont trust Lacey Maynard will be there for you if you make an honest mistake of missing your appt.Just to clarify after her son posted a retort ....... this was not about a busy schedule .... I offered to pay for my missed appointment.... she refused to reschedule and said in her text that “no one misses an appt. with me and gets another one ... its not personal just my policy” WTH She does hair color .... again .... you dont just jump around from stylist to stylist on hair color especially when you finally get the color right with someone. I was with my previous colorist for 17 years … 17 years folks .... this was not on me I am a good customer … pay well tip well because I understand how important it is to build this relationship for long term …. Take care of your people. now I am driving over an hour again to my tried and true colorist of 17 years. All around wrong!!!

Doreen at Da Hair is great. Quick and efficient, and my hair turned out amazing, even while she was helping another client with her coloring! Its been so hard to find a hair dresser who not only cuts hair in a decent amount of time, but to also cut it the way I ask! Ill definitely be back.

I absolutely love going to Da Hair Studio by Doreen. She is amazing with her hands and will get you right every time. If you dont like something she will make it right. I have been going to her for about a year now and I have loved every style shes done.

Super nice! My hairdresser has a one room salon in this building. There are a variety of services offered from the people who lease rooms there. The foyer is spacious and decorated like a home in a magazine. Special decorations are added for holidays. Its quite lovely. The restroom gets an A+ for cleanliness and style. I go regularly to Dont Be Frayed to have my hair colored and cut by Leigh. Shes the best!!

Lacey Maynard, my mother, is the most organized, professional, and realest person I’ve ever known. She will always check up with you on your appointments the day before and will let you know ahead of time if she has any sudden changes in her schedule. However, if you’re late or don’t show up at all, there’s not much she can do about it. Except maybe, give up her lunch break (which she never uses) and minimal time in between clients.My mom has been doing my hair for years now and I’ve always been pleased. She stands on her feet for 8-10 sometimes 12 hours a day. That’s absurd to me. I can barely sit in class for 20 minutes without getting irritated.She never complains about working these long days and then coming home and doing stuff at home to help the family while my dad is at work and I’m either at the gym or with my friends.She does nothing but please any and everybody without problems. If you can’t understand the fact that you messed up and can’t get over that someone has a constant schedule, then you might want to write that down on your New Years Resolutions list.This is totally not targeted at anyone in particular, at all, whatsoever

I just needed to buy a gift certificate for my moms birthday. The door was locked, understandable i guess. When I called she asked me to wait at the front door. I waited for 10 minutes outside in the heat while they came and opened the door for other customers and didnt even speak to myself or the other gentleman who was waiting outside to support their business. There are 5 other nice nail salons within 4 blocks of this business, if you want customer service look elsewhere

This was my first visit and Ms. Kim at Kinky Biz was great! Shes very knowledgeable on locs with over twenty six years of experience and shes pretty fast! Shes found a new customer!!!

This place is far from where I live. But, go down the Hardy Toll road and its alot faster. Hailey Diaz is the best hairstylist to make an appointment with. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered! Prices are better there then here in the city. Well worth the drive and time.

Nicole was amazing. I just wanted someone to make my hair look healthier. The heat has been taking its toll on my hair. In one visit my hair feels so much better and looks healthier.

FQS is a GORGEOUS building with two beautiful little shops and amazing customer service! they have massages, facials, nail stylists and hair stylists. I highly recommend Michelle for your hair stylist, she is so friendly and confident and talented, she has turned me into a loyal customer and I see her as often as I can.

Have been going to Siphallen for over 3 years. She does awesome on all services. But her hair highlights or color stands out for me. She doesnt rush and makes sure your comfortable. I Definately would recommend Siphallen. Today found she is also doing facials. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
