Been a loyal customer since the summer. Always good experiences so far.This evening there was a brand new girl. I paid for an hour massage. Her counterpart left the building. The massage was good for 15 minutes till a customer walked in. She went to go put him on ice then started trying to rush me out. I reminded her Id paid for an hour and she calmed down but then spent 5 minutes on the phone with a friend and giving absent minded 1 hand squeezes and I finally gave up at 40 minutes. I dont think Ill be returning. I work too hard for my own money to be able to afford a service like this once a month, to have it rushed or squandered. V massage on Rayford rd will have to do.

Let me tell you .....someone needs to cone check this place out cause something aint right ....I walked in wanting a massage ....the lady came busting out that door talking about ....you go you go .....Im busy ....come back another dsy ....I said thats not on the door ....having to schedule an appointment ......and said I have two customa ....i said that takes two hours max ....mind you ...it was three fourth five ....she says...i busy i busy you go ...rude af .....this place charges $65 for a body massage ....a door in the loby .....something aint right ....

Walked in and one lady said 1 hr 30 minutes wait time. I said i would wait in the car. Then i walked back inside to fill out forms a different lady tells me she too busy. And I needed appt. When the other person didnt mentioned that to me. She was okay with my waiting. This place is nice in all but not professional.

I gona file a complaint against them for fraud. Their website says buy egift card. Please do not buy it. It is a fraud. None of the staff knows about it. I contacted all 3 shops that was listed in their website and i have the voice recording of the staff who doesnt even know about gift card and how to redeem.I asked them if i can contact the owner they did not allow me. Specially this 435 Rayford Rd Ste 101, Spring, TX 77386I have the video recording on how bad they behaved with me. I paid $200 to buy a egift card.I also have the proof of illegal activity that was happening.Be careful they forcefully took picture of my gift card number and credit card even though they said they dont know anything about gift card.I have the screenshot and screen recording of the website. I know what to do.
