The vibe was good. Everyone was just there to have a good time however, we ordered and paid for food that took more than 40 minutes to get and even then we only got our wings. Our fries and tacos never showed up. This was even after having to ask twice. Point is dont order food. Definitely got for a great time tho. Emerson was the best!

I was super excited when I saw this puertorican restaurant on my way out of the woodlands. I have pros and cons. LolInside- it’s actually a huge spot that can accommodate a lot of people. So I know this place can be live.Drinks- we got the white gummy bear shots for $9 all the shots were $9. We had a Long Island. Pretty strong.Food- we got the pernil tacos (pork) and chicken tacos. Both were good after I poured that green salsa they provided along with some lime drizzle. It was a nice taste don’t get me wrong but if it wasn’t for the sauce it might have been dry and not all that. But I do say I am very happy to see my culture around HoustonOne more thing!!!! THEY ADD GRATUITY!!!!!!! Usually an establishment will add gratuity if it’s a party of a certain amount of people but it was just two of us and the bill was $44. 15% was added. I mean I did not like that at all. Not saying out server didn’t deserve it but I want to tip what I want to tip. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

They should really have signs to indicate unless your spending $200 for a bottle you can get a table. Ohhh but Im going to promote this is a bar and grill and not a night club so they dont pay the correct taxes lies.

Came for a bachelorette party with my friends and it was the best time ever. The music and the vibes were great!!!

The place is nice, the food delicious. I ate lunch there. The place was not crowded, normally is full in the night. Staff nice and polite.

Love the experience at the club, very satisfied with the service the treat and the atmosphere. Emerson took good care of us very professional and always making sure my party at the VIP was lit!!

Cool vibe, good food. Drinks were a bit overpriced for the quality that you get, but its a club so I guess what do you expect. DJ was good and music was great. Definitely gets packed here after midnight! One gripe was that the music was way too loud, so loud that I feel like my ears were still muffled the next day.

Ive visited on a Friday & Saturday. Hands down Friday seemed much better, as far as smaller crowd and variety of English & Spanish music. Bartenders hooked it up on the drinks (not watered down), clean club, good vibe. Crowd is mostly Latin (hence the name), white, and some sprinkles of chocolate. Saturday was 99% Spanish music. While the music was good, the DJ switched songs extremely fast. Place was packed, took forever to get a drink, and restrooms dirty. I would consider Saturday a younger crowd and Friday a more mature crowd.

Had a promotion here and the atmosphere was energetic, and chill at the same time. I had fun, and it seems like the customer service was top notch, it’s a friendly place with a hidden patio. I recommend it to those who love to get their dance on and have a fun time.

Just be aware that most of the time they add a 20% service charge in the check without telling you and you end up tipping again …Bad thing.

To much hype for this place. Beware if you reserve a table before going. I did and when we arrived the waitress told us that in order to sit reserved (simple table with 2 chairs) I had to spend a minimum of 150.00 no lying. Even if we only drink 4 drinks, still 150.00. This was not explained on the website. Maybe the waitress was running a scam if so that says alot about this place. The bar is literally twice the size of the dance floor and the djs suck. Audio system kept turning off while dancing. Cielo club SUCKS!. Dont waste your time driving out there.

I also agree with some of these other reviews. This place USED TO be nice. The music was good, people came to dance, learn the rhythm and the ADULT environment. But in recent months, the club has gone downhill.Theyve started letting anybody in, regardless of their dress code or even age. Not sure if one of the younger DJs is letting these individuals in.Im disappointed, this used to be a great place to go dancing, but now its just not the same.I would not recommend this club to anyone in its current state.

We went for the dance party 12/23/23 and highly recommend it for the drinks, ambience, fun people and danced til 2am! Cover charge was $10. Will definitely be back!

I have been there last Friday. The service and all is nice but they are charging more rates than they mentioned in Menu. And also they are charging 18% automatic gratuity for 2 people. When i asked them why was it charged then they were saying as it is night club we have our own rules. Then I asked that you no where mentioned as might club and it is a bar and grill though why do you charge me. They sent security on me and I was trying to explain him that you cannot charge me 18% Gratuity for 2 people, but he was telling the same thing that its a night club which was not mentioned any where. Them I asked I want to talk to manager but mo manager was there. That is illegal to charge a automatic gratuity for less than a party of 6 people. Please see your bill cheque before you make payment. They are looting the money simply. If they charge for what they serve we are happy to pay but this way is bad.

Cool place went on a Saturday night. It is more of an older crowd at least by the one time I went. Still had fun. Play a lot of cumbia and merengue. Drinks are priced pretty decent.

We contacted one of Cielo’s promotors the week before to reserve a section for 8 on Saturday night, before Mothers Day.Upon arriving, we were greeted at the door and before being welcomed, we’re informed there was a $10 cover for everyone. When I mentioned we had a reservation, they insisted there was still a cover. Eventually a manager came to assist and the agreed there was no cover for reserved sections. However, they were unable to locate any record of our reservation. They asked us to wait at the bar while they sorted it out. 30 min later, issue still unresolved. 30 minutes after that, I asked them to simply seat us in one of several available sections since they had clearly lost our reservation.There was a “special” promoted to us for the holiday that included the space we needed and required only a minimum bottle spend of $150. However, the most affordable bottle on the menu I was shown was $325. The one we chose was $400 for a not so rare or special tequila. I found this to be misleading and an effort to force upsell their bottles.Our waitress/bar tender was fantastic with service while we were there! Everything else was much less desirable than expected or advertised.

Too bad that some bartenders are barely dressed in this establishment. We have come to dance latin music sporadicly since 6 years ago and I hadn’t noticed that before. Last night was the first night we sat by the bar because we arrived early, too uncomfortable to be in that spot and left the club. Music in the past and environment was about dancing and learning the rhythms having fun! Too bad something has changed here from classy to cabaret that I don’t support.

My friends and I were there on Saturday, December 3, the employees including the manager wanted to force us to buy a bottle if we wanted a table when another employee had told us that we could sit there and we didnt have to buy a bottle because it was on the second floor . The security refuse to give me he’s name and the manager name I asked another employee for the managers name and he told me he doesn’t know the managers name but her husbands name was Washington and i believe the securitys name is Joe. The employees are rude include the manager (she didnt even come talk to us to solve the problem when we ask to speak to her ) the restroom are super dirty with vomit on the floor and of course expensive drinks. I want to add that for a bucket of beers was 56 dollars two long island tea 31 dollars we buy 7 shots of patron and 4 bucket of beer I believe we spend more then the bottle they want us to buy ,, We were a group of eight people and we had a very bad experience. Definitively, we will not return , the employees are rude.

Went to celebrate a friend’s birthday here on a Saturday night but don’t think I will be going back. I was iffy about the place because of the reviews but still went to check it out there’s a $10 fee to get in.The place is really nice in appearance but other than that I was not impressed. Our server didn’t pay much attention to us and she looked so annoyed, the drinks were not that great neither pretty watered down. As the night went on I thought it would get better but the DJ just kept playing the same songs and would change them up about 30 seconds of playing them. I’ve had better service, drinks and a better time at the Arandas bar across the freeway.

If you want a place thats loud, fun, and you can dance look no further than Cielo. Hospitality is great and the music is banging! Reggaeton, salsa, bachata, merengue, whatever DJ always puts it down. Ive been there more times than I could count and blacked out more times than I can count. 10/10! Hospitality is great

If you love to dance to different types of Latin music, this is the place to go near The Woodlands. They have a hookah bar, if you enjoy that. It gets very smokey, so I usually leave around 1am. I have never eaten here, but the drink service is good despite how busy it gets on a Saturday night.

Ill start with the good things..Small club, the music is good 👍Private party room on the second floor, they have 2 bars and the bartenders are pretty fast even though theres a waiting time. Didnt really try the food but you have a decent menu to pick from.Here comes the bad part..The dance floor is super little, you dont really have enough space to dance. Gets extremely crowded and the VIP area is bigger than the actual dance floor, I wouldnt made it such a big deal but the whole point to a club with great music is to be able to dance to it and you really cant 🤷🏽‍♀️

Came here on a Wednesday at 6pm. It said it was open online just wanted to vibe a little after a long day at work. They were not open. I stood there until about 6:15-6:20 to see if someone would eventually come. I literally wasted $$ on an Uber here and back and I’m upset about it, Ubers are NOT cheap anymore. Please update your hours or leave a note on the door or something!!!

We went early to eat and secure a table. There was a cover ($10) and then they told us that to have a table, there was a $200 min for a table in the front area. (The place was empty.)The food was good, but service was lackluster and thoughtless. Also, we werent aware that a 20% tip was automatically added.We tipped again, even though the server was on the rude side, rolling her eyes as she walked away. (Not aware that we noticed all of her non verbals.)Overall, an expensive evening for not much fun, and actually VERY disappointing.

Look, the first thing I have to say is that the drinks were very affordable. They had good service there. They had good music there. There were a lot of good looking women there. The place was full but not too full. The bathroom attendant was decent. The restrooms were clean. They have a patio there. There is an upstairs. The service was quick. They have hookahs there. The bartenders were the parking wasnt bad. There was no charge for parking. They had enough room and they had a lot of fun there.

If you want creeps touching you all night and if you wanna have extra charges on your credit card for drinks you didnt order then this is the place for you. Honestly go somewhere else. This place is not good anymore.

The food is good here. The drinks are pretty strong. Love the music and atmosphere. Great place to dance Salsa. Didnt give it 5 stars because the dance floor is often sticky, but dont let that hold you back. This place is a good time.

Had to wait outside for 20 minutes before being told it would be $20 a person to get in? Would have been fine if they were straight up but I wasted my time. Literally the whole line left cause the people working at Cielo don’t even seem to know what’s going on. Went to Rose on The Waterway that was welcoming and great. Took my party of 8 there and we all spent money on drinks. Wouldn’t recommend Cielo, would recommend Rose on the waterway 😉

Not bad, it really is a Latin bar and the music is good.!But 3 toilets for that many women? The line is insane and gets really dirty.! I don’t know how many people are allowed inside but you can barely walk in there! Also gets super hot!!Update: I went again to give it a second chance and everything was the same AND they charged me gratuity for a $70 bill for 2 people! NEVER GOING BACK

Maybe the food is good. But Salsa Thursdays are horrible, really horrible. No true Salsa dancers. The dance floor is awkward because the DJ is in your face. It used to be great before COVID, now the real salsaroes dont go anymore.

For dancers: Cover charge $10 per person just for the DJ only no live music. . If you want a table $200 min charge.not really a confortable dancing space to dance or limited space for dance. You will finish t disappointed and broke for sure.

Ordered a bottle and a few other drinks...when the tab came the amount didn’t add up correctly so we politely asked our waitress about it. She was really sweet and explained that the tip is included already with the bottle price. When we first ordered the bottle though that was never mentioned, so we were given a different price when we first ordered then what the receipt price had. So we paid $43 for the tip that we had no control over because it was supposedly part of the bottle service. No problem giving a tip BUT shouldn’t that be mentioned when ordering a bottle that the tip will be included?! Not cool.

We’ve been there a couple times- always wondered why our bill was so high?!? Realized it was because they charge 20% gratuity then ask for additional tip without letting you know gratuity is already included in your bill. We thought we would out smart them and cash out every time. Nope didn’t work either somewhere it was on there double tips again smh. When we asked about it waitress acted dumb. Turn off oh side note music is ok but way too loud.

So, this review is about them as a restaurant, because as a nightclub, they are awesome. As a restaurant, they are not yet set up for a real lunchtime crowd. They simply dont have the staffing - at this time - to handle the lunch hour. The management needs to consider this gap in their service. As far as the food, it is phenomenal; great Latin food menu variety and great cooks. But, heaven forbid they get a crowd of customers and they will not be able to serve them all in a timely fashion. The bottleneck is not with the waitressing staff, it is with the ability (speed) of the cooks to cook during a surge of clients. Id say that, right now, they can handle 10 guests. With the great food and awesome atmosphere, this place could be tremendously popular in the lunch hour. However, management needs to understand that they MUST invest in marketing AND in their staff so that they can provide service in under 15 to 20 minutes, at the most, and do it consistently regardless of a surge. Otherwise, quit trying to compete with the likes of Cilantro restaurant, which is right next door.

When it tonight around 7pm. Was told up front that we have to be out my 930pm due to i had my child with us. Never been to this place before, was looking for a Puerto Rican restaurant and thats what pop up.We order tostones which in every other Puerto Rican spot including your own home if your Boriqua or not you have it w mayochup. They supposedly dont have any mayochup in that place. Even the server looked at me weird wgen i ask her like she had no clue what i was saying. 🤦🤦 The arroz con guandules was blend not much flavor.When ask for the bill heads up cause they put 20% gratitude in the bill for any party. Which #1 supposed to be for 6 or more people n #2 they screw the server already cause how do they know that you might not want to give them more then 20% or how do they know that you just want to pay the food/drinks w card but the tip w cash. Never had a place put a tip w only 3 people in the party. According to the server even if you order just a coke nothing else they put the 20% in.The server wasnt very attentive to us was more worry about smoking hooka w the rest of the team then their table. But she wasnt the only server not been attentive to their tables. Not a great 1st experience.

I’ve been going to this place for years aka since day one. It carriers a vibe that makes anyone feel welcomed, even if your from out of town. They basically treat you like family. They just released a new food and drink menu that brings a different culture that the woodlands needed. I enjoy how they have multiple rooms that play a variety of music . The staff always wears a smile and treats anyone with a positive attitude.

Its okay as a bar, the atmospheres pretty good but the drink selection is slim. For a Latin bar, its surprising that they dont have the national drink of the largest Latin country in the world. They also dont have something as simple as a topo chico. The dance floor is a bit small, and its not clean so its very sticky on the feet.

Very odd place and is actually kind of boring. The bartenders are barely dressed. I will say if you dont know how to do the Cha-Cha-Cha or speak Spanish.. you might not want to go.

My server seemed to be frustrated that she had to serve a table full of black people. I closed my tab and left. The next day there was an additional $25 charged to my card. I know ownership wouldnt approve. They should be made aware.collect my

Demi Rae the bartender upstairs is wonderful. Showed me and my friends a great time. With being super friendly and making sure we were attentive to my group. What a superb bartender. I will be back and I hope she stays, because she is the reason I am coming back.

There is nothing better than Cielo in spring tx if you are looking for Latin environment with good music, hookah and good service. The reason I dont give a five stars is because they charge you $10 to enter on weekend nights with no guarantee that you will be able to sit. If you go after 10:00pm you wont be able to sit in the bar because is full, but if you want to get a table you will be asked to spend at least $150 or to be a group, so if you go alone or with your couple you better go early to sit in the bar 🍸 😉

I always enjoy the place. Are far as food I would never recommend the beef quesadillas but drinks are spot on. It was very enjoyable with plenty of Salsa and Bachata.

Loved the music!! theres no other place that have all this variety of music (salsa,Bachata, merengue, regueton) the bartenders are not very polite and well, the restroom has a long wait, since the place has two floors but only 2 restrooms downstairs for the entire place.

This place is a blessing to the north Houston area, even on a Thursday the one of the owners Washington greeted us with the up most respect. Well mannered I mean. Great place to just let loose and get your dance on. Bravo to the gentleman who run this establishment. Keep up the great work and this place will be a household name.

The DJ was really into remix, like constantly. The dance area is so small there is no room to really dance because its so crowded. The bartenders were awesome though. Very fast and nice. The crowd leans more to the newly 21 crowd.

This was just MY experience… Tonight July 24th 2021, I went to Cielo. I’ve been to many latin clubs. For me to have 3 drinks that amount to $63.00 then 5 shots, and two additional drinks to amount to $163.00 is insane. The music was so loud I had to leave, the DJ kind of shadowed our evening by talking more than playing the music, the hookah was sub par and once you bought it, no one came around to shake the coals off, nor ask if we wanted them switched out (basic hookah maintenance). I am extremely disappointed, as the quality of service and atmosphere do not match what they are charging. Hopefully someone else will have a batter experience.

Music today Sat 11/7/2020 was HORRIBLE!! DJ definitely needs improvement, this place has so much potential too sad owner seems no to give interest or care to customers suggestions nice crowd, just please hire a professional DJ that music was crazy loud and horrible mixing. Also that 20% added to each drink is unlawful!! Really wont be coming back until I hear it gets better.

We were having an excellent time on February 19th, me and my friends were enjoying the night, but the dj couldn’t put one song we requested one!!! Don’t come when he’s here to play! I went and requested the song first, then my other friend went to ask him to play the song and I went and ask him again, I just kindly ask him “ are you going to play the song” and he told me on my face “NO” but with a bad attitude, I didn’t said anything, I just went back to my VIP area. The song is a reggaeton song that just came out by Karol G and Becky G which everyone is listening at the moment. I was very disappointed with the DJ, since I feel that I spent a lot of my money to get the VIP area because we like going to Cielo, and the DJ do not care about the costumers, he just play the song that he wants to play.

I mean I like it , the vibe there was great it was fun. But they over charge you for drinks, glad I only paid in cash .

Its cool, gets pretty packed, they have a few areas to dance. Main dance floor is on the first floor, a smaller one upstairs, though the seating upstairs crowds it. The VIP area has a nice dance floor, but my favorite one is outside in the back. They dont always have that one open, but when they have music out there its awesome!Drinks are pricier than they should be.Plus they always have a cover.If you want to go dancing here just know its never a consistent playlist. They play bachata, salsa, merengue, and cumbia but only for a bit then switch it to reggaeton or hip hop for most of the time.P.S. If the dance floor outside is open they play only Hispanic music, so its awesome to dance out there

It’s the only latin lounge/club in the area... that’s their biggest selling point right now. First BEWARE that 20% tip will automatically be charged to every single order, be careful not to double tip. Second, most of the bartenders are really nice but there is one girl (she’s the short Caucasian girl with the tattoos) who always has a nasty attitude, so we just avoid her. Third, my cousin and I became regulars over the summer. One night (for ladies night) we walked in at 10:55 and the officer at the door was talking to my cousin when we got inside (regulars), the girl at the door charged us a cover. Even the officer was like “Really?”. Music is okay on Fridays and pretty good on Saturdays. Great place for a quiet but fun date any night except Fri/Sat because the place is dead. I definitely recommend but improvements could be made. The have an outside “bar/dancefloor” on Saturdays if you’re a smoker.

NO SOAP IN THE RESTROOMS! (my husband told me about the mens restroom). I asked 3 different employees if they could please put soap in the womens restroom. The employees responded very rudely with we ran out and at the end of the night even cussed me out telling me to leave. Employees refused to give me their names or the owners contact information. The bartenders were serving drinks all night without washing their hands. How does a business serving food and drinks accept running out of soap? Pretty disgusting!! Unacceptable sanitary conditions and unacceptable customer service, terrible to see a nice bar in a nice area managed so poorly. I expected so much more from this place.

I tried to buy a drink on the main island and two ladies there were too rude with me a more guys when we ordered and when we needed ice. I think is a better way to tell YOUR CUSTOMERS a simple excuse me or please.

I would have given this place more stars. But, seriously 8 DOLLARS FOR A BEER!!! Seriously save money and drink at a stripclub fellas. Im not cheap at all, but after paying $10 to get in and $8 for a beer and $11 for a mixed drink(before tip). You cant help but feels ripped off. A decent spot but I probably wont be returning.

Fun club but TERRIBLE service. Ordered a hookak and never got service, second round of drinks, had to hunt down the server. The servers were taking selfie’s and doing shots behind the bar ignoring customers. Is there a manager in the building? Or service?

BEWARE 20% included in every drink order. Nearly a $5 gratuity upcharge for two nasty mixed drinks BS !!!! May be against the law. They do this to wether you want to tip or not. I always tip my servers but this is out right price gouging. I will be reporting to state. Overpriced drinks on top of that. Bartenders need to be retrained how to make proper mixed drinks. All the tables on the main floor are reserved for $150 minimum drink orders. So youre forced to go upstairs or stand all night. While on one of their businesses nights there was a big section (non padded) seating area next to the front door was empty the entire night. Poor business sense. Good music. Its a shame too, we need a good Latin club in the area. OWNER should read and take these comments wisely and fix it. First and only time we will return unless they change.

Bad service. One waitress was nice and very attentive. Upon entering the people and security were rude. Sections are over priced to still be so small. I don’t recommend. Double triple check your receipt and bank statement they will try to overcharge you even charge you for things that aren’t yours or charge you again even though you paid. BEWARE friends.

Really awesome experience live bands. Great energy for dancing. Middle age to older crowd so no drama. Outback area is great for escaping the music and dance floor. Small up stairs room plays reggae or R&B depends on Dj.

Good place to share with friends. Good food and service at the place! However, two points to improve. One; more than once, the card opened at the bar had been charged with extra money. So, pay cash! Second; they hardly ever answer the phone to place orders or reservations.

If youre looking for a place to dance all night and love Latin music then I definitely recommend Cielo Latin Bar! I went there for the first time this past Friday and I had an absolute blast! The music is awesome, the drinks were, great, the atmosphere is very chill, not to mention THEY SELL TACOS! Lol definitely will be back! :)

The staff is nice, but the place is tiny. Maybe it was just the night we were there, but the DJ was no good. The crowds were surprisingly rude to others at tables and on the dance floor. There are nicer bar & lounge experiences to be had.

Made a line to the location and a very unprofessional employee told us we could not enter, without paying a personal charge. The employee had a mow hawk and a bearded. The employee charged us 100 dollars to enter the establishment. It was very sketchy and would not recommend going to this location with new people. Very Sketchy location

I love going to this club. Its a great atmosphere every time I go! The bartenders and service is great. Pricing is good as well. Definitely a place I recommend to go for casual drinks, party and celebrate! You cant go wrong with cielo. The owners and promoters are really attentive as well !

Horrible place! Dont waste your money or time here. Staff is rude. I went on a Saturday. They charge $10 cover, which could be because of the live band. Music was not that great. Mostly an older crowd. Small dance floor. I went to the bar and it took like 30 mins to get a drink. Once they asked me what I wanted I told them jack and coke. They told me they didnt have anymore jack Daniels. So then I told him I would take a shiner bock. He went around the bar and never came back. Later I was told they were out of shiner too. I just waited there then another bartender came up and asked me what I wanted I just told her give me something sweet and strong. She gave me a small drink and charge me $9. Really, I was just at bar Louie and I paid the same price for a drink double the size. They charge $7 a beer which is crazy! I have never paid that much for a beer. I finished my drink and left.

This is a great place. The concept is amazing!!!! I would prefer to have latin music in all 3 places (main bar, patio, separate room); however, it was good enough. The drinks that we tried we all pretty bad (we tried pina colada, strawberry daiquiri something and cant remember the name of the others) but beer was cold so we just switched to drinking beer all night. I think 10 to just get in is a bit too much considering they just had DJs. The fee to reserve a table is absurb. You can honestly just go there without reservation and you will be just fine.

This was my first time there. An impromptu kind of night. Even tho it says bar and grill, it is a GREAT place to dance. They even have hookah and empanadas if you’d like to munch on something. The bar has Henny which for some reason nowadays it’s hard to find. You can tell they have their regulars who come in all the time based on their interactions. I’d definitely recommend if you want to have a good time. We went there on a Friday and they played awesome music! Reggeaton, old school bachata,merengue, and great salsa !! Definitely going back !

This club has potential, believe me, but it just is not cutting it for me at the moment.Located inside a shopping center in The Woodlands/Spring area, the club area is fairly small. I came on a Friday night with several friends, we were here to celebrate a birthday and everyone was in the mood to dance to some salsa.Yes, the music is pretty good for the most part. Majority Latin music which is what we came for and a bit R&B thrown at you here and there. The club was somewhat empty for a Friday night. Nothing packed.The bar was not in the cleanest shape, several empty glasses throughout the bar. Does the bartender have a barback? I cant tell.What really annoyed the hell out of me was the drink price inconsistencies. I ordered the same drink three times..First round of whiskey, $8+tip.Second round of the same thing, $16+tip.TF?!?Third round, you can only imagine.And for the attentiveness that the bartender was giving us, including the amount of traffic, all I can say is that these girls would not survive bartending at a Gay bar. Customer service is everything and you need to be on point at all times.

I love going to Cielo I love the vibe and I have a great time. However we went yesterday to celebrate my husbands birthday and we had a bad experience. The guy checking ID’s at the door was rude and treated my friends badly. He was discriminating them only because they are Centroamerican. He would not let them in because he said they were lying about there age that they were underage. All of my friends where 21 and up.How is some one going to be lying about their age if they are showing their ID from their country. He was being rude telling them to go somewhere with that. It wasn’t until someone step in and he let them in. I had a great time, but I was just upset about my friends going through this we have all came before and we didn’t have this experience until now.

My cousin and I arrived at the club before 11, about 10:45.Ladies supposedly are free before 11. The lady at the door charged us $10 pp, but let the couple (male and female) behind us in for free. The music was good, club wasnt too full, drinks are ok, ( they didnt have bottled Stella). This is my second time at this place since it changed from Copas to Cielo. Copas was definitely better. Because of what happened at the door, we wont be coming back.

Got ripped off. We decided to celebrate my brothers birthday and were ordering black labels drinks and no one offered to get the botle instead the over charges me ober $200 when I had less than 10 drinks at $12 each and I asked the bartender how much the whole bottle would have been and she said $150. I felt as the rest of our group paid way more than we should have only if they would have suggested to get the whole bottle. We felt ripped off and deceived. If I ever go back to this place I know what to expect next time!

Warning in this place When you pay in cash, the bartenders give you your change in fake bills. You complain to them and they send you the security of the club. this place is dangerous.

I like to take my wife here for a good time. They play a good selection of Spanish/Latin music. Mostly salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton, and cumbia. They have hookahs you can rent all night for $30. They have an outside patio section. If youre out looking to hook up with someone this place has lots of beautiful single people. They dont serve food here though. They dont get 5 stars from me because the dance floor is kind of small, and their drinks arent the best.

Great place and drinks nice people very clean they have hookah and nice seating everywhere. Went on Saturday night and the band was great and dj was too! All mixed group of people dancer and non and people having a good time with music of latin and a little hiphop/pop mix and they know how to keep on the dance floor. I loved the space...dance floor is nice too out back bice area to chill (if you smoke cigarettes you can go out there to get your fix) but its nice with shine lighting and just a cool place to chill and cool off of you need to.

I went here for my birthday on a Saturday a couple weeks ago. I had a blast! The music was great, drinks were great and the atmosphere was great! Deffinitly coming back I want to see how Friday nights are!

~I have known about this place for awhile but never went until Halloween night.... When I arrived I was a bit annoyed at the door because they were charging a cover of $10.00 and yet the tickets they were selling from Everbrite were $20.00.... So, either they needed to change the cover to $20 each or refund $10 to the people whom overpaid with Everbrite.... Well, me and my bro proceeded to enter the bar and luckily for them the rest of the night went great.... We sat at the end of the bar and was waited on by the cutest bartender not just at the bar but in the entire place even when the place was packed wall to wall.... She made excellent drinks and tried the best she could to handle the barage of customers that soon followed.... As the place started to get packed we made our rounds around the bar including the small dance floor.... It was all in all a great time.... Unlike westerns where half the coward does nothing but drink, Latinos know how to party.... Everyone, was moving to the Latin progression music and the DJ was on point even when he mixed an insane mash-up.... I couldnt understand the lyrics but my body could the beat.... Well, about an hour before close we decide to kick out because its always good to leave before the choas begings.... I paid my tab and felt the 20% gratuity was very fair.... (And for the little girls whining about it try working food and beveage for a least 5 years and you will understand.... I worked 7 years at various positions in the industry....) Unfortunately, as I was leaving a passed a group of cute Latino girls and eventough there was an instant connection I just smiled as I made my way to the enterance.... As I aforementioned we had a great night and I do recommend this place.... Too bad Management screwed up the Ticket sale/cover or else they would have recieved 5 stars....~

They doubled charged me for a pricey drink that was tasteless. They charged me at the beginning and when I asked for the check the waitress she asked me for my card again which was weird. I noticed that I was double charged . I talked to a manager but havent heard from him . Its been a week , its not about the money , but I shouldnt have been charged double .The money was reimbursed.

My best friends birthday was last weekend and we were looking for a place to hang out we havent been out in the night scene for some time now so looking for a crowd that wasnt rowdy was hard to find but this place was really cool loved the music section and the drinks

One my favorite locations on a Thursday night ! They have free salsa classes prior to their night life. No cover on Thursdays. They do have a live band playing on Saturdays with a $10 cover. Drinks are pretty pricy but which bar isnt .

Horrible Customer services. If you want a table you have to buy a bottle. I got a bottle and ask for a better table and the manager said those tables are if you buy two bottles or more. Went to cielos to celebrate my 30th birthday and i must say i had a blast. Washington and Diego really looked out for me. They let us decorate the upstairs before the party and continued to check up on my party and i, the entire night. By far the best service and flexibility I’ve experienced. I highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone looking to celebrate a party of any kind. Thank you Cielo for making such a special celebration that much more memorable. I highly recommend having you party or just hanging out at Cielos.

So I work in the same building as this place and I was parked behind the building, getting ready to go into work whilst in my car...at 8:40 in the morning...and an employee from this place walks up to my open window and proceeds to peer into my car without saying anything. I asked if I could help him to which he replied, can I help you? I said no and started to roll up my window. As I started to roll up my window a female opened and started to get into my passenger door when I yelled what are you doing and slammed the door shut and locked it. The man walked around my vehicle suspiciously and then walked back toward the bar. The female then approached my car again so I cracked my window for her to drunkenly explain that shes a bartender there and if she could get me a water or anything. Mind you, its 8:40 IN THE MORNING. Eventually, they both got into the vehicle next to me and drove away.This begs to question, what establishment allows their employees to get so beligerently drunk that they apparently spend the night at the bar and drive home, still drunk, the following morning? Whilst verbally accosting people who work in the same area that same morning? Please be more considerate of your corporate neighbors and try not to make people feel like sonething very bad could have happened.

Cielo At The Woodlands is truly an amazing club experience, a new concept that the Woodlands desperately needed. With 2 Rooms and a Patio that keep the party jumping all night long from Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Their staff is fun, and extremely friendly with the best bartenders serving the best concoctions at the bar. Their sound system and lights are amazing while dancing the night away to salsa, merengue, bachata, hip-hop, EDM, old-school, and top 40s. Its without a doubt, an exciting new venue for the Woodlands, Spring, and Houston nightlife. Its a great place to hang out and be yourself and enjoy yourself with everyone who is there to have a great night and to meet great new friends. Come and experience it for yourself, bring your friends too and pop a bottle or two!

I went for the first time05/22/2021 and I really liked the look of the place and it seemed nice the tacos I ordered were delicious but the drink I ordered really was poorly made and it was supposed to be a mojito but didnt taste like a mojito and my lord is cost 14.00 dollars so dam expensive and I have to say that the music the Dj was playing sounded horrible they definitely need a better Dj i would only go back if my family invited me or friends i wouldnt recommend this place because the music is awful and drinks are so expensive and they dont know how to make them right
