I went to spa last night Emma was doing great facial. very professional, I enjoyed her hands. It was amazing I will definitely come back.

They are very professional and very clean. Service are fantastic. Manager Shirley and her staff are well-trained cure all problems. I will recommend to everyone who would like to try and prices are very reasonable. Best in town.

Decided to try out this place and go for a quick massage. Had a good experience with Niki she was patient and delivered a tailored massage experience. I told her that my neck, traps and lower back were very stiff after working out a lot and she managed to take extra time on those pressure points. Will be back next time

I went to 1 Relaxing spa the other day, the place is very clean, and the staff is very courteous. My shoulder, neck and lower back were killing me. I seen May, she gave me the best massage I ever had, and she has very strong hands for deep tissue massage. After the massage was over I asked if I could take her home with me, yes it was that good. I will definitely being going back to see May in the near future.

I had a 2 hour massage here that was a legitimate 2hrs, maybe even an extra 10mins. I saw Nikki and she was very thorough and hit all the spots. The place is very nice and clean. The owner Shirley was also very nice and accomodating. Id definitely come again.

I train very hard at the gym and work 16 hour shiftsI come to this establishment to refresh my feet and and legs to help me get through the grind and they always do a great job, Know your name like if you just went to your local deli, know exactly what you need and the right person to do the job 🙏

A great spa on Staten Island. The place was very clean and my massage was amazing. The staff were very hospitable and place is very clean. My entire experience was like I was on vacation. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Made a same day reservation for a deep tissue massage and was not disappointed! The spot looks deceptively small from the outside but the inside was larger than expected and the rooms are clean and cozy. My 60-minute massage literally covered head to toe, including my face. I enjoyed my experience and plan to go back again. Its conveniently located so I can easily stop in on my way home after a stressful day in the office.

Don’t waste your money here. They are so unorganized. I called to make an appointment for the couples massage. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk, I had to wait several minutes to catch someone’s attention from the back room. When reception finally came out they don’t even have my appointment listed. Which means they were not prepared. The massage was not soothing, they slather tons of oil, I can hear the swooshing of oil from my husband back. Overall not a great experience. I will never go back.

I have been using this place for a long time but iwont go there again from now on. Their employee turnover is very high, and new employees seem to be less skilled. In addition, their customer service has declined significantly in the past 2-3 months. They have begun to charge rates above the published price. When asked, just say tax - I think its dirty. If they have a new rate, they should publish it. In addition, the manager is very rude, which I think is the most unprofessional and annoying. I suggest avoiding this place. There are many places in New York State that provide spa services. The price is reasonable, but the service is much better.

Outstanding massage! Shirley has hands of gold! Went for a couples massage today with my fiancee and it was our first time here and we will definitely be back! The tightness in my neck and shoulders is gone! The hot stones and hot towels felt amazing! I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! The staff is very friendly! This place is truly great. The environment is clean and cozy with individual rooms. My massage was the best that Ive had in many years. My only issue is the owner, a female barged into the room abruptly and started speaking loudly to the massage therapist. I also heard a lot of sound outside the door like boxes were being moved. I find this very unusual for a spa and it was difficult to get back to relaxing.

Shirley is my #1 go to for reflexology and just a great massage. Ive gone numerous times and I always leave relaxed and refreshed with no knots left!! Definitely recommend checking this place out. I think theyve only been open a few months but they offer very affordable deals and a friendly staff!

The BEST spa place i’ve been to. I kept looking for different spots but this one feels so comfortable and it’s in my area. They are VERY CLEAN and the employees make you feel comfortable. I recommend all family and friends to go here for a relaxing day off.

This place is incredible. Seriously a hidden gem. I received an hour massage, mask, scrub and added in essential oil. I don’t think I will be going anywhere else. I travel and recurve massages all over and this is by far one of the BEST. I do not lie

Shirley & Mike two amazing people. Drove all the way from NJ for this. DEFINITELY WORTH THE DRIVE. One of the best massages Ive had. Its so clean and relaxing! Me and my bestfriend had the couples massage and they even give you chocolates & wine since its included with it! Definitely dont regret at all! Had quite a terrible experience at this spa recently. We were gifted a groupon from a friend that covered a couples massage. The lady sat us in the room and instructed us to undress. We laid down and were ready but she refused to use scan our groupon. She said the groupon needs to be green. We said its unused and the digital coupon itself clearly said swipe to use. We went back and forth for 20 minutes trying to figure out what she meant. During this 20 minute episode, she couldve scanned the coupon but she refused to. She kept urging us to pay with our credit card today and use the groupon next time. Being that we were undressed and in the room, we agreed because we didnt want to be rude. Our massage was awful. The lady that massaged me was on her phone the entire time. She was texting with one hand and massaging me with the other. Her phone went off every 30 seconds and she kept leaving the room. It was an awful experience and was far from relaxing. I trust there are better spas on the island. Save your time and money.
