Sold me fake CBD cookie cartridge. They look nothing like CBD cookie cartridges on manufacturer website. Also the CBD liquid color is way too dark like you would get in a fake cartridge. Kid behind the counter is a joke. Avoid all General Vape stores on SI.Look at photos for proof (real CBD in dropper Vs. Fake Cookies Cartridge)

This place is great! I have always felt comfortable coming in to this place. Friendly and knowledgeable workers. Always willing to take time and answer questions. They are not out to just make a buck, they truly seem to want you satisfied so you come back and recommend the place to other people.I see some people complain about prices compared to online prices. This is a brick and mortar store. Any store increases prices to stay in business. Go online if you want cheaper prices, but you wont have the luxury of being able to talk to people who can explain things through a website.

For 1 One store sells a juice for twenty dollars And the other store they own sells it for 25 Second of all I went in to buy coils they gave me the wrong Coil And then 2 weeks later, my device is not working. I got in touch with the manufacturer and the manufacturer said they needed a receipt And warranty card.The receipt They gave me did not have the item on it. And no warranty card. I am stuck with it vape that I cant even use.

This is the gold standard. The best shop in NYC, in my opinion. Amazing group of people working there and well stocked merchandise. I live 20 minutes away and have tons of other shops I can go to that are much closer to where I live, but I come to GV for all the reasons mentioned here. Good people.

I love this vape shop, has everything u need. From vapes to any other smoking essentials u might need. I quit smoking about a year ago , bought my first Myle from them, and been going to these guys ever since. Steve is awesome and so is the other guy that works a lot. They are all cool. There knowledgeable, nice, but it is a business and they handle it like one, a pretty well ran business at that!

Have bought multiple myle pods from here and they taste different and many times my myle does not recognize. If I go to any other store I do not have his issue, so it is clearly from this store and the distributor they are getting it from. Just a heads up I would not buy the myle pods from here.

Ive been going to these guys since I stopped smoking. The staff is very knowledgeable and completely friendly. I have checked out a few other vape shops on the island but none of them could beat their prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to stop smoking or just into the hobby of vaping.

I have to say that when I went in on this past Friday, the people working in the store know their stuff and listen. They answer my questions. They dont make me feel stupid like in the other places.The customer service is what keeps me coming back

I started vaping about a year ago and they were very knowledgeable from my starter kit to upgrading to what I have now. Every time I come in with any questions they are eager to answer and offer advice.

Just to let everyone know double check the products you buy from here because they tend to sell fake stuff. Responding back to the owner I bought a tfv8 cloud beast tank there and I was very unhappy it was fake and it leaked all over my stuff and I lost two ejuice bottles because of it. I now dont have a tank to use
