This was my first time at Bubblicious nail Salon. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and sweet for booking my appointment. I recently moved and need a new place closer and I am so happy I found this salon. The owner is the sweetest and Mina is the best! Extremely happy with name gel manicure and pedicure. Exceptional experience from start to finish! Booking was effortless with great follow-up. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Maggie (manicure) and Diana (pedicure) were outstanding, asking questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and offering great recommendations. The positive atmosphere was remarkable - every staff member seemed genuinely happy and worked together harmoniously. Their kindness and professionalism shone through. The personalized service, combined with their expertise and friendly demeanor, made my first visit unforgettable. Check-out was seamless. Cant wait to return to this nail spa where customer satisfaction is clearly the top priority!

Mixed feelings about this salon. First time I got lucky and had Maggie did my UV gel pedicure. She did an amazing job. Today I had an Asian lady did mine. Super disappointed and frustrated hurt my cuticle and I was bleeding. It’s worse when I got home and touched salt water making dinner. You can also see the nail tips and edges aren’t covered well. I’d give her a zero if u could. But I have a 3 stars since Maggie is wonderful.

I normally wouldn’t write a review, however after my most recent appointment I had to, my nails turned out amazing all thanks to Maggie, I normally would see Lucy however since she wasn’t available I went with anyone, I was given Maggie and I’m so thankful, after this I will only be seeing Maggie! She did such an amazing job and paid very close attention to detail she was so sweet and did such a great job, the owner was extremely sweet and although we had an apt for 5:30 for mani’s they were also able to squeeze us in for pedicures also, since my nails took longer I was getting the remaining half of my mani with my pedi and although the position I was seated for the pedicure seemed like it would have been a challenge to finish my nails plus the design Maggie did it and it turned out amazing!! I love this place. The staff is so friendly and patient. I brought my 2 year old son with me and they were patient as I had to stop and tend to me son as he threw things out of the stroller. Also they made my nails look amazing! So happy that I got my nails done here.

A couple of days in and I’m STILL not over my nails! The salon is so clean and everyone there is so friendly. This has been my go to spot for about two years now, and I can’t wait to go back!😍😍😍 edit: here’s some more pics of other nails I did with different nail techs, they’re all so good!

This is only my 4th time coming to Bubblicious, but it always feels like theyve been my go-to for years. As ever, the staff are warm, friendly, and inviting - this time, especially, as they were generous enough to allow short notice rescheduling.Angel is a phenomenal technician - Im not the type of person to do plain or simple designs, so its a pleasure to hear how ready and able she is to take on all the designs Ive asked for this far. Her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness make be feel like I can express my creativity to the fullest!!

I had an excellent experience today at Bubblicious. I am a new customer and was immediately greatly very warmly. During my service I was checked on and asked if I wanted coffee/water. Angel took care of me and gave me fantastic nail and waxing services. This is the first time Ive been to a nail salon where I felt welcomed and treated so kindly by the staff. It is important to note that the attention they take to cleanliness was impressive and comforting. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Ive been going to this salon for almost two years and have always had a great experience. The decor is so pretty and pink and its always a nice atmosphere when I go. This is the nicest asthetic Ive encountered in a nail salon. The staff is very nice and my nail tech Donna is amazing and always does great work. I highly recommend her to anyone when I get the chance. Shes a super star! I am very happy with this salon and will continue to go here.

I had such a wonderful experience here at Bubblicious Nails. Firstly, the owner is a such a sweet and kind person! She was able to accommodate me on such short notice too. She understood what I was asking for and recommended Mina to me. The place is so beautiful and clean. Even has a coffee/tea & snack station! Major plus!! The welcoming energy from the owner to Mina made it such a wonderful experience. Mina does Russian nails which I was so excited about as that’s what I was getting at a previous salon. You guys gained a new customer! Can’t wait for my next appointment! Thanks so much again!!

We celebrated our daughter’s 9th birthday with an amazing manicure and pedicure girls party at Bubblicious. I’m extremely thankful for the amazing service provided to all the 10 girls. Our host Linda was super helpful and sweet as well as the owner who was always checking on us making sure we got everything we needed. All the girls were happy with their nails and the pink robes made them look extra cute and comfy. It was definitely a great memory for my daughter to have manicure and pedicure with her best friends on her birthday.

This salon came highly recommended through a Facebook group and Im so glad I went! Ive always wanted to get a nail design but the salon I usually go to (out of convenience) always told me they cant do it and they were still expensive for plain manicures and pedicures. I went here and showed a picture of what I wanted to Angel and she nailed it! Lol I got a regular pedi and a gel mani with a design for my upcoming cruise and my nails look awesome. They cost $78, but are so worth it. Cant wait to go back and see what other magic Angel can conjur up! I would love to upload a picture but dont see any attachment links.

First Sophia is amazing, sweet and friendly. Maggie did my pedicure and tips. No cuts at all and beautiful French with a 2 nail design. I am super happy and recommend this salon. If you don’t have nail tech choose Maggie you won’t be disappointed.

Best nail salon in this neighborhood! I have been going to Bubblicious since they opened. Its clean, bright, great staff & nail techs, prices reflect the quality of work. I love that they are in Fresha, making it super easy to book appointments.

So i usually love this place. Their staff is so friendly and kind. I have had quite a few good experiences but yesterday was just awful. I had my nails done by Lucy. She cut absolutely every single one of my cuticles to the point where i was bleeding for a while. She seemed as though she was ANNOYED AT ME that she kept cutting them. At one point she literally had the drill on my skin it was excruciating. My nails were also poorly done. I had to tell her quite a few times that she was leaving the shape uneven which i hate to do except it was very noticeable. I can also still see parts of my old gel polish that weren’t proper Removed that i didnt notice at the time which is a bummer. Disappointing because I really like this nail salon. Considering not coming back.

This is the best experience at a salon I’ve had in years. It’s well lit and clean. Everyone is so so friendly. Maggie’s attention to detail is unmatched. I’m actually looking forward to getting my nails done now!

The customer service and experience I observed while visiting this salon is excellent. The receptionist is attentive and very friendly. I was offered coffee, water or tea and also was not rushed to choose a nail color for my services. It’s little things like this that set you apart from other salons. I really enjoyed my entire visit and the atmosphere in the salon. However, the quality of the manicure and full set are not worth the high price tag. I spent $112 on a full set acrylic with gel polish + French tip and a regular nail polish pedicure. After two days my acrylics were already lifting from my natural nail and the gel base is already coming off from the cuticle and lifting also. This is absolutely unacceptable for the price of these services. I would expect this type of nail service to last well beyond a week and more so beyond 4 days. There is no way to tell that this would have happened while at the salon but my service was a bit rushed due to the nail tech having her next appointment already waiting on her, so evidently this resulted in my nails not done properly. My nail tech was very nice and I loved how she did the French tip, but I am not happy with the quality of the nail application just three days after having them done, especially for the price that I paid. For over $100+ I wouldn’t expect there to be any flaws in the application.

DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON. Got a 1st degree burn and the tech wasn’t even apologetic. She kept repeating that it wasn’t her fault because she didn’t think she touched the area but somehow a burn came on my face after the eyebrow waxing. You can see the regular redness leading to that area. I said I would like the owner to call me to discuss a refund. I’ve been waiting a week for that call to see if we can get to a resolution and nothing. I called repeatedly and was told that they didn’t know when the owner would be in. None of the workers seem to know when their boss is in. Then she said maybe she’ll be there next week or maybe not. I had to go to urgent care and was given medication due to the pain and how raw it was, and the owner doesn’t even have the decency to give me a call back. Place is also extremely overpriced for techs that constantly cut cuticles too short and burn you. Save your money, skin, and nails and go elsewhere.

The owner Alia is super cool and they have the best services ever. The salon is located on Hylan Blvd and have a wide selection of nail colors both gel and regular to choose from. My friend and I got both manicure and pedicure and they include a mini massage with the pedicure as well which is an added bonus. You have coffee and tea available in the shop for customers. All in all it is an absolute treat if you want to have a fun spa day with your bestie 👍🏽

I love Bubblicious nails! From the moment I walk through the door for my appointment up until I’m leaving I’m super grateful for the attention I receive and help from all the staff! The salon is also super clean and they’re always updating their colors!

I have searched and searched for a nail salon that I love in Staten Island and I finally found Bubblicious. The entire staff is accommodating and amazing. Whatever I ask of them it is done without hesitation. The owner, Alaya is beyond amazing . She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. Bubblicious is worth every penny and I am so glad to be part of the Bubblicious Family!

Maggie was magnificent! Wish the foot massage was longer lol but overall great! I also wish they would massage you while your nails dry! (Hardly any salon does!) One more wish: that the massage chairs reclined. The receptionist was lovely as well, very sweet demeanor!!! Will be back…xoxo

I visited for my first time the other day and my experience was wonderful. As soon as I entered the salon, I was pleasantly greeted at the door by the receptionist and she checked me in promptly. I then got a pedicure done by Maggie and it was wonderful. I would definitely recommend visiting here if youre in the area.

Ive been going to a different salon but a friend of mine had mentioned that Bubblicious had won top 3 for best nail salon on Staten Island hosted by SI Advance. I decided to give them a try and I can see exactly why they won! Excellent customer service, very friendly staff, beautiful environment, they did an amazing Russian Manicure and beautiful pedicure! Definitely recommend this place! 💅🏼

I had a Russian manicure done with Mina and it was wonderful. She was so kind and patient as well as all the other staff members there. They make you super comfortable during your visit, will definitely be returning! Highly recommend🥰

Update - more nails have chipped and skin is peeling since my initial review. Photos are 6 days after service. Horrendous.While the workers are nice, they truly messed up my nails after only two visits (2 weeks apart). On the first visit, the worker buffed my fingernails fairly low with the machine, and created pretty thick and messy lines. The second visit was horrible. A different employee works on my gel manicure and buffed my nails so low that 2 nails cracked and showed skin at the shop (2 so bad, she put powder on that burned my skin). The following day 4 more nails cracked because they’re so thin. I also showed her a simple design with 2 lines and they look horrible. While she was doing my pedicure, she also kept pulling my skin that was fine and pushing HARD into my nailbed. I do not recommend at all.

I used to come in monthly for a gel manicure, but after my last experience I do not plan on coming back. I had my nails done by Lucy due to my nail tech running behind. I had her one previous time as well and had a similar experience. There were multiple times during the appointment when I was wincing in pain and I was made to bleed on multiple fingers. There was one point the polish smudged and got on my finger and hardened and she used the metal cuticle pusher to scrape it off leaving my finger red and raw and irritated. I emailed them about my experience twice with no response. I gave 2 stars because the other techs I’ve had have been amazing. It’s unfortunate that they are losing a client due to Lucy’s lack of skill and managements lack of customer service.

I love going to Lucy, she’s the nail tech for my whole family. She’s amazing with details and always makes sure her work is perfect! The environment is always always welcoming and warm!

First time visiting and it’s not hard to see why this is the top-rated nail salon in SI.This place is so clean and cute. The people who check you in walk around offering refreshments and chatting with the guests without being overbearing. The owner (?) is so friendly and nice, along with the rest of the staff. First time to Bubblicious today! Very lucky to have Donna who freestyle my nail design! The salon is very clean and very cute. Lots of photo opportunities for IG. There’s a vast number of colors to chose from- I end up with Grapefruit but I was in conflict for some time while looking at the other pink/oranges! I walked in not knowing what color/ design and walked out happy. All I said to Donna was I’m getting my nails done for an event and we both decided simple & elegance was key! As you can see from my picture, that’s exactly what she delivered. Thank you Donna!

So I went here a couple months ago. Got a gel manicure/pedicure. Was there for about 3 hours (yes, no acrylic or powder, basic gel) because my husband went as well and we had to take turns for each service. Our manicurist was nice (ish) but verrrrry slow. I was a little annoyed it took so long but gave them the benefit of the doubt.... My manicure starting peeling that same day. Came back a day later to get it fixed and same thing, within a few hours it was peeling again. As you can imagine I didnt return.A few other things, the staff, other than the host were unfriendly. They only smiled/interacted with their regulars. When I did come back to fix the nail, they were rude and made me wait for 45 mins (without apologies). For the amount of money I spent (I think we spent a cool $150),I expected better treatment. I only gave them 2 stars because their hosts seem extremely pleasant and genuinely helpful. I live 5 mins away but will never, ever go here again

This salon is amazing!! Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. They have an abundant variety of colors to choose from and they are perfectly situated by color/shade which makes it easier to choose. I was a bit hesitant to going and getting a manicure and pedicure but my girlfriend talked me into going with her 😅 I have to say the techs were very organized, sanitized and did an awesome job. I can see exactly why my girlfriend loves Bubblicious! Will definitely be coming here again!

Place is insanely overpriced no matter how good they are. I sent them a design I wanted which was simple French tips just with a small design on the tips and they wanted to charge me over $100. There are better nail salons take your money elsewhere.

Bubblicious is hands down the best salon on the island. Moving from Jersey to SI, I had to find a new salon. I had 0 complaints, everything was amazing. From the customer service, talented nail technicians and the vibe/ambiance. The owner helped me pick out my colors and Alexandra did an amazing job on my russian manicure! She took her time and made sure to ask for my opinion. They check in on you to make sure you’re comfortable and offer coffee,tea,and/or water. So happy I found this place!

I was searching for a place on Staten Island that does Russian manicures and I stumbled upon this spot. Although I couldnt get a Russian style manicure done today (the technician only comes during the week) I still went ahead and booked a uv gel refill with design. This place is legit! The new owner is amazing, personable, professional and has awesome customer service skills! I was offered coffee, tea or water from the owner while getting my nails done and she even helped me pick out the colors for my nails. The technician Lucy was amazing, she took the initiative to be creative with the design and also was friendly and professional. Im looking forward to trying out the pedicure and other services next time. Keep up the great work everyone. Ill be back 😊

First time trying out bubblicious salon & am super super happy with the results!! Booked an appointment with the owner about a week ago for multiple services, and she managed to get me in on the day I requested with little to no wait time between services. All the ladies who did work on me were great & really kind. Donna was the best when it came to acrylics & waxing she made sure I was super comfortable throughout the whole process & kept asking me if I liked how my nails were turning out as well, she also showed me different examples to see what suited my nails best. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm & friendly environment! Everyone wants to make sure you leave happy! Found my new fav salon on the island!!

The staff at Bubblicious is amazing! My mom and I love this place. They work quickly while also serving quality. My nails always look beautiful after coming here! And they offer you any refreshments while getting your services done. 10/10 recommend if you want high quality nails with a high quality service.

Been going here for over 1 year. My longest nail salon commitment. Always do a great job. Nail shape is perfect to make my hands look sexy. They really understand what you want. I usually always get a UV gel with French design. This time she convinced me to try something slightly different but in same family and I am so far very pleased. And it saved me money.Couldnt be happier.

Best nail salon I’ve been too in Staten Island hands down ! I’ve moved to Staten Island over a year ago and literally tried many many nail salons and have never walked out happy until today ! Thanks to this amazing nail salon. I went for the “Hailey Bieber” nails and Ben perfected it. Also the entire staff is so nice and welcoming ! And they are kind enough to offer you water or coffee. Also such a cute cozy place. Can’t wait to go back !

I had my nails done at another salon and the GEL color started peeling.I read their reviews and decided to walk in after work.The salon is immaculate. I feel like I’m in a posh lounge. And they salvaged my nails from the disaster they were before. Yumi fixed my gel polish to the point where I made an appointment for my next set AND pedicure before I left.And to add to the organization, I got an invoice for my future service. So there is NOOOOO guess work or surprises.This place will be on my #softlife roster

This is my first time getting my naisl done here, and I love it! The place is very clean, sanitized and the staff are very friendly. They have a good understanding on what theyre doing. Monesa and Janice both did my nails with care, and it was just an overall relaxing experience. Monesa did my nails, and Janice did my pedicure. Both are amazing and did amazing jobs. The prices are also reasonable. Ill definitely be returning for a refill and in general.

I had a good experience, I was left traumatized by another place and decided to check this place, the owner is very attentive and accommodating, I called the same day of service and she was able to accommodate me, the girl who did my nails was very detailed and took her time, I didn’t feel rushed which is a very common case I’ve experienced from other places.

I came to get a pedicure with my daughter and I cannot say more amazing things about this salon. Bubblicious has such a welcoming staff from the girl at the front desk to the nails techs. The salon is extremely clean and modern. I love that they offer online booking. However, the cost is not worth the service. I went in for a pedicure and it was mediocre at best, and considering it’s one of the most expensive pedicures on Staten Island, you would expect far more. The massage was practically non-existent, the polishing had to be fixed with Q-tips, and the technician seemed very nervous.

Awesome place. Used to go to a place on the island and it used to break within a week. So my daughter told me about Bubblicious and I had a great experience. My nails stay longer and never broke since I went there and I’ve only went there twice. Maggie is a great nail tech and knows exactly what she’s doing. Two 👍👍 up Maggie and thanks ❤️

I am writing this review to share my recent experience at Bubblelicious, which left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. My visit was anticipated with excitement, as I had scheduled an appointment for a UV gel manicure in preparation for a special event. However, what should have been a pampering session turned into a series of unfortunate incidents that marred the overall experience. My expectations quickly soured as the service took an unexpected turn. The nail technician assigned to me, Lucy, began filing my nails with the nail filing machine. I inquired about the possibility of soaking my nails as an alternative to filing. Lucy responded that UV polish removal required the use of a buffer machine. I understood the technical necessity and allowed her to do her job. The situation deteriorated further as Lucy began applying new coats to my nails without removing the previous polish. I intervene and switch to getting just a regular gel manicure. To my dismay, the disappointing experience continued. I was taken aback when Lucy inquired about my hair, specifically whether it was an extension and if I maintained regular washing habits. While I understand that curiosity can lead to such questions, they were highly inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. It would be nice to train staff to be culturally sensitive, well-informed, and respectful in their interactions, especially when dealing with diverse cultures and backgrounds. Lastly, my nails were not filed correctly, and I could feel rough edges when my skin came into contact with them. This was my first and last visit.

I love this place! They are able to do wonders! First, Suki removed my hard gel gently and paying attention to every piece and angle of my nails. Then she did a beautiful natural-looking gel manicure. I loved how she took her time to make every streak perfect without making it look bulky. Nails were shiny and hard until two of them cracked because I work with my hands and put too much pressure on. I book my second appointment and magician Donna saves my nails in quick 20 minutes with powder ans they look good as new. Fantastic! So happy I found them!

This is my new go-to spot for all my nail needs! Amura is hands down an amazing and wonderful receptionist. Shes very attentive, super nice, and just overall great. I loved my nails both my gel manicure and gold spa pedicure. I recommend Alex for any service. She is extremely detailed in every aspect of the word. The ambiance is amazing and just screams GOOD VIBES and the place is super clean and sanitized. The moment you step in you feel welcomed which is absolutely fantastic. This was my first time at this nail salon and I’m definitely coming back! All the staff were super kind and accommodating. Donna especially went above and beyond. Despite being the last person in the salon due to a long appointment, never once did she rush me out. She was very meticulous and dedicated to ensuring I had beautiful nails I was happy with. I have been coming here for several months now and always have a great experience. The owner is lovely and nail techs are all talented. I always do UV Gel with gel polish and always leave happy. My set lasts several weeks, which is important since I am a nurse and always using my hands. I highly recommend.

I Google online for a place on Staten Island that had a large color choice in powder dip and Bubblicious pops up so I made an appointment. Well it is my new nail place! First the salon is gorgeous! The technician are fabulous. The owner is friendly and goes out of her way to make your experience a fabulous one. My nails looked amazing! Usually powder dip can look thick I did a French and my nails look natural and thin. Im so pleasantly amazed with this salon gave it a 5 star ! They also are very modern everything was done professionally and quickly there is no waiting for an appointment once made!

This salon is always super clean with the cutest decor and the nicest employees! All of the nail artists are great but my favorite is Anna! She is so detail oriented and fast that I leave within the hour feeling like a new person! Definitely one of the nicest salons in staten island, the owner is so hands on, always bringing in new colors and items to make the customers happy and it shows!

I was introduced to Bubblicious by my wife and her family. They are always raving about the salon. As a man, getting a manicure or pedicure to clean up your nails isn’t always a decent experience because you aren’t always openly welcomed into a nail salon. My wife convinced me to try Bubblicious, and I’m glad I listened. I was welcomed as if I had been going here for years. I did a buffing manicure and pedicure which were the best I ever had. The service and staff are so nice and not at all judgmental of me coming in there alone without my wife. I would definitely recommend and next time will join my wife to make it into a fun date night.

1st time was good Donna did my nails exactly the way i wanted them 2nd time Donna wasnt available front desk told me to book with anyone bc they can all do the same thing. Not true the girl that was going to do my nails was still busy so they had someone else start the process and she took off all of my light concept gel on one hand mind you I was there for a filling! The girl I was booked with takes me and instead of taking everything off the other hand she just proceeded with the filling so you know one hand was thicker then the other hand and she poorly shaped my nails. I came back to see Donna so she could fix them and she seemed upset bc they squeezed me in I told her one nail was broken and she just continued with the filling the nail broke completely off 3 days later! Staten island is full of nail salons I recommend you find some place else! I gave them 3 chances I will give someone else my money

I hate nail salons, theyre always so cramped, and you feel like youre in a factory where youre rushed along. This is NOT the case at all here. Ive been going to a place on Amboy Road, but they did me dirty, so it was time for a change. Ive wanted to try Bubblicious for a while, so I figured Id give them a try. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and was able to book online, which I love! My appointment was confirmed right away. Right from the beginning, the experience was much different than any other salon Ive been to. The owner was behind the counter, warmly greeted me, and asked if I wanted something to drink. The salon is bright, clean, and comfortable. I asked her questions about the service I booked, and she convinced me to do something better without being pushy. Lucy did my nails, and they look fantastic. It was the first time I tried uv gel tips instead of acrylic, and Im glad I did. The process was painless despite my nails being a mess. I highly recommend them!!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for over 2 years now and it’s the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. All the women are so nice and talented, especially Donna! She never fails and always does an amazing job. The new management has made great improvements as well, and Aliyah (the new owner) is incredible.

Got an Acrylic Dip Powder Full Set with Gigi. She was so gentle with my hands and I absolutely loved the end result. Not only was the service well worth the price but the owner went out of her way to make me feel comfortable the entire time and even offered me some water and coffee. The overall feel was very relaxed yet classy. It was my first time there but definitely not my last. 10/10 would recommend.

I rarely write reviews but had to do so now because I had such a great experience at Bubbilicious. My entire family (including my dad) got our nails and feet done for my sister’s wedding. My dad has terrible man nails and they were so gracious and patient with him after he found new “rough spots” every time he got up. They were hospitable and I cannot say enough great things about their manicures. My Russian manicure was unbelievably good. Their service is efficient, the spa is clean and adorable, and the staff is amazing. Can’t say enough great things.

I am so happy my cousin told me about this hidden gem! I had 2 wonderful experiences so far at Bubblicious Nails & Spa. From the moment you set eyes on this unique salon on the outside and take a step inside you automatically feel like your are being transported spiritually. The salon is so very chic, done up in different shades of pink; beautifully decorated like no other salon I have ever entered. The ambience is so relaxing and fun at the same time. Eager to greet you is the owner. Her name is Alaya . She too is very beautiful; inside and out, like her place of business. So very warm and friendly with a smile that lights up a room. Welcoming and attentive to her clients, asks you if you would like water or coffee; does not say “ pick your color!” like so many of the assembly line salons do. All the technicians are all very courteous and friendly too; and do excellent work. Everyone there is hands on with one common goal; to satisfy their customers needs.A very professionally run business and staff. Not to mention, the place is very clean ; the bathroom is beyond immaculate as well. As you can see I am so very satisfied with my new nail find. Alaya cares about her salon and her clients. I scheduled a poly gel removal and only after one of the techs had filed my nails way done was it clear that they did not have any idea what they were doing and she then said I’ve never done this type before. So my nails have been filed totally down way too thin and the product was not correctly and completely removed. I’m actually concerned about the health of my nails now.UPDATE: I called the next day to express my concern and request a refund. The woman who answered the phone apologized and said she would initiate that. The next day I got a voicemail saying that the owner would not refund the money and blamed the chemicals used on my nails. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and dangerous.

I can’t even begin to describe my absolute adoration for Bubblicious and everything about this salon. From the day I started going here, I was welcomed with huge smiles and open arms. Sometimes going to a new salon could be a bit intimidating, but that was not the case here. Donna does my nails and I’m so grateful for the time she takes and the expertise she has to make sure I get exactly what I want. Alaya is an absolute sweetheart and always makes me feel like a million bucks any time I walk through the door. This is the place you want to be when you want to pamper yourself. I could spend hours here filled with fun conversations and lots of pampering. They truly make you feel like family. Staten Island needed a place like this and I’m so glad I found it. I’ve tried so many places that were just okay, and now my whole family goes here, plus friends and coworkers! I would recommend Bubblicious to anyone that wants to feel like a million dollars 🤩

My daughter came in yesterday for a gel manicure and this salon definitely does not live up to its reviews… they must be fake. The cuticle work was absolutely atrocious and her nails looks clumpy and messy! The place is cute but I believe it’s to cover up for the poor work you will leave with. The nail techs did not use new files between clients and the girl before her looked like she had some nasty fungus on her thumb .. my poor daughter took antibiotics just in case. No one in there speaks English and you sit and try to explain in broken English. She asked for a specific design and even showed pictures and she came out with some lumpy gel. The only nice thing was the girl at the front desk, everyone else was rude and dismissive. 100000/10 do not recommend, for the price just go somewhere else

My experience was terrible iWent their and wanted to do my nails for labor i asked the lady if she does them properly so at least they stay 7 days! I did gel manicure that peeled of and cracked literally after 3 days! She also ruined my eyebrows i asked her only for cleaning and she made them like threads. Not recommended at all waist of money

I went for a set of SNS, no tips. I didnt even make it past 1 week! On day 7 I noticed the SNS color on one nail was cracked. Like a crack in glass. I have done SNS in the past many times and never had this happen. Over the next few days, other nails began to have the color chipping off. The coating of dip powder was so super thin! As thin as a regular manicure. I dont have my hands in a lot of water and I dont use my hands for anything rough as I have severe arthritis and cant do heavy work. For $50 I expect to have them last more than a week!! I also didnt feel comfortable with the sanitation practices that I observed there not only with myself, but with others. I definitely wont be returning.

Came in on time for my appointment. My tech was with a walk in so I had to wait 30 mins. After finally sitting down another customer came in asking to fix one nail. So the front desk girl told my tech to fix her nail. So I had to sit and wait for another half hour while my nails were soaking in acetone the whole time. Afterwards I noticed my tech was doing this woman’s whole mani instead of fixing one nail. It had been an hour at this point and my nails haven’t even been started yet. Needless to say I walked out and canceled my future appts. I felt disrespected and like other customers were prioritized over me. They need to learn time management. Lost a regular.

I’ve been coming here off and on since the pandemic. And let me tell you, every nail tech I’ve had has been amazing. They know their stuff, they’re efficient, and so kind! Beautiful place! Staff is wonderful and everything is very clean. They do an amazing job and the Russian manicure is perfect. I used to go to Brooklyn but this is much closer to my house and I dont have to cross the bridge anymore.

I visited this lovely nail spa for the first time 2 weeks ago, and I will definitely be back. Best pedi ever... Yumi is sweet, friendly, and gives a great massage. Shes thorough but gentle, something thats often lacking in other pedicures Ive experienced. The prices and services are spelled out clearly and are worth every penny. The decor is pleasant, with truly comfy chairs, pillows if you need them, and no old, ugly, painful massage chairs. The owner is lovely, and the offer of water or tea was appreciated. I havent gotten a pedicure by someone in a year. I personally do it myself because I dont use nailpolish and I care more for my feets skin. I came here because i thought I might get a better job on feet polishing and nails (which im not that good at). About a week later, one of my toenails is longer than the rest, my skin its gotten so dry and rough... AND i now have tiny blisters on my foot. I cant even say enough of the lady that did my feet, her job was lazy, half *** job. They have ruined my feet!

Took my niece for ombré nails, loved the experience so much took my daughter and her friends back for the princess mani pedi on her birthday. Got the royal treatment! They absolutely loved it, friendliest staff (very patient w the kids)in a nail salon on the island and the owner is super sweet and attentive to her customers as well. UPDATED: I was so happy with the work Ive had done here that I bought a gift certificate for my friend for her birthday.She called to book an appointment with it and they refused to honor it in any way because it was bought online before some arbitrary date & time.As far as Im concerned, they stole my money (no services were rendered!!) and my friend got a headache instead of a gift from me for her birthday.I tried to reach out and got no response. I wont be back.

Liked it very much. They did a great job. Very welcoming staff. Unfortunately there was a bit of a wait, which was not a huge problem for me, however, it did take some time out of my Sunday. Will be coming back and can recommend this salon to others.

I was 3x on 1 hand, Lucy used the wrong final coat ontop of the dip it powder which caused the polish to peel off.I was so unhappy with the experience and the only resolution was, I will tell my boss.Dont believe the ratings which prompted me to go there. I came in for eyebrow waxing and a classic mani pedi, and what a wonderful experience! My technician Gigi was able to do every single service for me, which was great. The regular mani/pedi itself was very well done, the only thing that would have made the experience perfect is a longer foot/leg massage but I noticed that is offered for an additional fee so may consider in the future.

This is my go to place! I didnt have an appointment and they were so accommodating. I did acrylic tips and pedicure. Ive done the waxing and facials and also full body massage. AMAZING! Super clean, the price is right and everyone there is always so welcoming

Was looking for a place Sunday. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Was my first pedicure and staff is very knowledgeable, patient, fun and friendly. Owner offers variety of beverages. Took time to explain others services . Definitely will go back and highly recommend!!!

This place is wonderful ! You don’t feel like you in a nail Salon , it feels like your getting your nails done with a bunch of girls during girls night . Decor is amazing , so relaxing and comfortable . Staff is EXCELLENT . They know their stuff and keep up with all the trends

The actual manicure and pedicure were great however they notified me my appointment was going to start a half hour late five minutes before it began as I was parking. They also took someone who came in after me first and didn’t even start the appointment at the new time... ten minutes late. Super frustrating but the woman who did the work was very nice and apologetic. Waiting 45 minutes was annoying nonetheless.

I have never walked away from this Salon thinking Never Again, but I cant say that about all the other Top 10 Salons Ive been to! I am not misunderstood by the Mgmt., right down to the Technician when I ask for a Color that I cant quite name, or a concept that may not be to visually choose from per the sample nails they offer, and in the other Establishments not only did I experience sone disappointing outcomes per a language barrier, I was also accused of being the only participant in lieu of an error that was made. I am not the type to make a scene or conduct myself in an embarrassing manner therefore, I would calmly explain what the problem is and I would then wait for dine reply as to fixing it, which was certainly going to take time away from what little I have to spare, but my best resolution is to simply never return! They wont miss my measles Hundred bucks as much as I will especially when its spent in an undesirable way I know I cant do what they do, but regardless of skills, I can pay another person for a job that Im happy with which has been the case here at Bubblicuous with Donna and recently with Angel They are equally excellent in the service they provided to me, but their techniques are two different styles and both are to, my great satisfaction as,well as admired by people who notice them and inquire where I had them done and I am happy to offer that info with confidence that they too will be just as satisfied as I am and will probably offer up the same info to another admirer. I dont gain anything with referrals, but I do gain alot of Compliments and that in itself us money and time well spent! I highly advocate for the work I received by the two Ladies I mentioned as being top notch technicians, and if they should choose to ever relocate I will happily be in tow , and do should you if it makes you happy to be happy with any service you pay for regardless of the price. I hope this review will help in choosing a Salon and just knowing that the communication barrier doesnt exist within the walls of this Business

So professional and friendly! Love my nails I got acrylic (powder) nails and a gel pedi. Love the color and the shape! Looking forward to having them for a wedding coming up. Will definitely return and highly recommend.
