I have been going to J&A on Richmond Rd for years now since they first opened. I have never had a bad experience there. Every time I go there it is usually Jimmy or Jesse that is working that day. Great customer service, great products, great place to go. You can even go there to just hangout with the guys. J&A one is my favorite place to shop at I wouldn’t darken any other doorway for my vape products. Jimmy and jessy are both great people and are always happy to help me with anything I’m asking about. J&A Vapes #1, by far is the best vape shop on Staten Island. Not only do they have the biggest selection of everything you would want in a vape shop, but the service is dynamite. Jimmy is the nicest, most friendly & most knowledgeable than any shop on the Island. I have been to all of the shops on SI & once I discovered J&A the others do not come close.

J & A-1 is the best vape shop on Staten Island, possibly even the whole East Coast from the first day I walked in to buy a starter kit, to this day with a more advanced vaper, Jesse & Jimmy have both been so helpful and patient when explaining vape mods and selecting juice flavors. I would never see myself going into another shop, besides J&A 1, Jesse and Jimmy aren’t only helpful vape guru’s but possibly even vape gods! :)

Ive been loyal to this shop for almost 4 years now. Went to the shop when they first opened up at the Lincoln and Richmond Road store. I was new to vaping and felt at home the second I walked in the door. Prices are proper and the shop usually runs sales throughout the year. If you are looking for a shop to sit down and relax the owners are easy to talk to, and so is the staff. Lets put it this way, I started off as a customer and ended up being treated like family. 5 star rating all the way for this crew. No matter which shop you stop at youll feel right at home.

This is the BEST vape store on Staten Island. With over 50 different vapes to choose from; I finally found the one that is fit for me. From me not being able to find one like this previously, I continued to smoke cigarretes. Jim took his time to hear my story (what I was exactly looking for) and hooked me up with one that I really cant tell the difference. I even through out my last pack of cigarretes! Love this place! When I decided to get my first vape, I just happen to walk into this shop and I was not disappointed. Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable, they also take the time to walk you through all the options and see what’s best for you. They also have a vast variety of devices and juices/oils. And if there was ever something that this location didn’t have, I’d go to any of the other ones or they would offer to order it and have it in by my next visit. Once, I bought a defective device and they didn’t even hesitate to replace it. The sales guy even opened the replacement in front of me to make sure it was working properly, before I left. Very chill vibe at this place. The only thing, I would love for them to get more saltwater-based juices.

Ive gone here on several different occasions and have spent a lot of money. I never once received any type of discount. I understand that small business owners have to make money but dont sell someone expired ejuice thats just wrong ! I find this place to be extremely over priced, they never list prices on products, you have to ask them the price. Also like I said they sold me old ejuice on several different occasions I didnt even notice I trusted them because their prices were so high I figured they would do the right thing but once I saw the expired dates I never went back again so make sure you check the dates on their ejuice. Also dont pay the price of a 30ml bottle for a 15ml bottle be careful they will definitely rip you off if your not sure of pricing. Not right to do to customers especially with so many other great Vape shops on the island.

14 days in.I have to admit, still working on cutting down the smoking cigarettes. I have managed to bring it down to 2-3 cigs a day. Its a process but #vaping has helped me a boatload.I did my research and found the right Mods/Pods that will help control my cravings.
