Nitecap Megastore

This used to be a very comprehensive smoke shop with anything you can need. They’ve removed many things that make me scratch my head. I’ve wasted my time going in there more than once now.

Every time I got to this store, I’m greeted and helped almost immediately by staff. They are so kind and knowledgeable, which makes me feel comfortable buying their products. A big thanks to Julian and Gab for being so awesome and kind!

Went in with my best friend just now and Thai was the best ever! Super sweet and helped us with all the questions we had. Will definitely be coming back. :)

Came here for some toys and smoke stuff..I was not disappointed!! Staff Tony and Sana are the most friendly and helpful people. They are knowledgeable and so attractive. A great look for the store. Will be back again to try the booths!

I miss you guys, I went to a store near me and they were completely horrible, I missed your black Friday sale but I definitely will be in there sooner or later I had to take a $10 loss because some companies near me ....( not mentioning but they no who they are uhumummm )decided that they cannot except a bent pen back .... - tried to get one over on me , And because I was tired and in a rush ,he did, oh well I never get that with you guys, always ( Rocco Is awesome ) good service and good people Prices are prices but If something was broken you would except it back and at least give me the same thing in exchange not let me walk out with a broken bent pen 🖊

I have been a customer for 5+ years frequently purchase sex toys lube papers and sometimes glass accessories. I recently made my first large glass purchase there and spent about an hour with a very friendly saleswoman who showed me the function of the glass with water inside I liked the function so I decided to purchase it, she then took it to the back to empty the water and I believe she switched it with a defective one from the back. The piece does NOT function as explained and sold to me. When I got it home I tested it with just plain water to be sure it functioned as it did in the store and it absolutely did NOT.

I always find things that I love and I met Caitlin who gave me excellent service. Thanks for the attention guys!

Hands down worst customer service in the world ....ignored and had other patrons helped who were standing literally 3 ft away from me who were helped and taken care of...staff rather walk around showing off and flirting instead of making sure everyone was being helped .....and mind you this was done by two workers....one of which took my temperature upon entry so i know he definitely saw me.....imo save your money go elsewhere

Worst customer service ever. Sales person lied about the Moxy toy. It is not a WiFi device. It is a Bluetooth device. Needless to say 140.00 later she refused to return the money to the card and offed a store credit. We were not satisfied with that one purchase so why would we receive a gift card for that large amount of money? Very disappointed in their customer service department. If i could i would give 0 stars. Go to the XXX store on 1&9 in New Jersey. They have a better customer service department and you will be treated like a person in stead of a dollar bill.

The store is amazing. Definitely the Adult Costco of Staten Island. The staff has a great vibe!

Great store & staff but they don’t open til “a little after 10” on Sundays.. it says 9 am but they really open at “a little after 10”.
