I went to the hylan store over the weekend and as a person who is very new to vaping Ive had a great experience. I was helped by a employee named Nick and I have to say it was great customer service. He had a lot of patience with me and even helped me set up my new vape and showed me how to use it and change the coils. Great store and even greater employees, couldnt have asked for better. Will definitely be back again.

This place always has everything I ever need to get, and I get a whole different variety of things. Their prices are good. The staff is helpful and they actually know about vaping, unlike some foreign speaking run deli/ nyc smokeshop type of vape stores with owners who dont know a thing about the product theyre selling. Haha. They are a REAL vape store.

Received my cc dimple gyre today. Absolutely amazing service, emailed to inquire about this mod and was quickly responded to and then without even asking, I was texted and was able to get multiple photos of both the authenticity card and mod. Impeccable communication, constant quick responses regarding my order. I highly reccomend this company and couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Went for a vape pen and when he came and opened the door because it was locked I was made to stay outside and asked what I needed if you can take my money why am I not allowed in the store that was empty and I had on a mask smh I guess the reviews are right just to to another vape shop

This place is. Ripoff..3x the price of everything..you can buy it online for cheaper..bought a battery for $30 and it was broken and gave me something for $20 and didn’t give me my money back. Ripoff
